Chloe Sims wants nothing to do with Pete Wicks

OHMYGOSSIP — Chloe Sims wants nothing more to do with Pete Wicks.
The ‘Only Way is Essex’ star has no intention of making amends with the heavily-inked hunk after they fell out at the end of the last series when he reignited his relationship with Megan McKenna, and she has admitted she’s not too stressed out about it.
Speaking to The Sun’s Bizarre column, she said: “My friendship with Pete ended last series. I’m not sure that we will be able to build that back up but stranger things have happened. I feel like some friends come in your life for a little while and then go and they’re not meant to stay and maybe that is what Pete is.”
And, although she’s not bothered either way if they make up, Chloe thinks Pete and Megan need to keep their romance a bit more private this time around.
She explained: “No one really cares about them getting back together – they need to try and keep it a little more to themselves this time.
“People aren’t really bothered which way it goes. I hope this time round their relationship isn’t as toxic – I wish them luck and I guess we will see.”
The 34-year-old reality TV beauty fell out with Pete after Megan flipped when a picture was published online of them cuddling up to one another after a boozy night out.
But the 24-year-old babe has moved on and wishes the blonde bombshell well.
She said: “”Chloe has got her life and we’ve got ours. If she doesn’t want to be happy for us – don’t be happy for us. She doesn’t have to sleep in a bed with us at night. The break did us the world of good. We got in such a hole and we couldn’t get out of it but being split up we crawled out the rut separately.
“We had a proper, proper break and now we have started a clean slate.”

Jamie Oliver thinks GBBO moving to C4 will make it ‘better’

OHMYGOSSIP — Jamie Oliver believes ‘Great British Bake Off’ moving to Channel 4 will make it “better”.
The ‘Quick & Easy’ food presenter was sad when host Mel & Sue and judge Mary Berry decided to leave the baking competition when it left the BBC but he thinks new presenters Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig, and chef Prue Leith – who will join Paul Hollywood in giving her verdict on the hopefuls’ creations – will be good for the show and he is looking forward to seeing it “evolve”.
He said: “I love [the old team] dearly, they’re brilliant. But what happened has happened. I’ve worked for Channel 4 for 16 years and I haven’t seen anything or heard any gossip but what I do think is that the new team looks quite strong. It might be better for the British public. And the only reason I say that is because it had an amazing life on the BBC and now it might evolve.
“I’ll definitely [be watching]. And I hope everyone else will be as well.”
However, the 43-year-old chef admitted he can’t help but feel envious of the “extraordinary” amount of money the network spent on acquiring the rights to the show.
He told heat magazine: “What I do know is that Channel 4 have spent an extraordinary amount of money on it.
“I was like, ‘SEVENTY FOUR MILLION! Where did you get that from?’
“Because I would love that sort of budget to make a cooking show.”

Dale Winton’s In It To Win It is axed

OHMYGOSSIP — Dale Winton’s ‘In It To Win It’ has been dropped.
Fans were hoping the well-loved game show would survive the axe after the BBC decided to pull the plug on the ‘National Lottery Live’ draw at the beginning of the year, but bosses have decided have decided to scrap the series for good.
A spokesperson told The Sun newspaper: “With the Saturday ‘National Lottery’ draws no longer broadcasting on BBC1, there are no plans for ‘In It To Win It to return’. We would like to thank Dale and 12 Yard Productions for all their hard work over the years.”
The show ran for 172 episodes over 14 years and saw five contestants compete in a general knowledge quiz for a chance to win up to £100,000.
The broadcaster decided to drop the National Lottery, which they’ve aired on the small screen since 1994, after it struck up a new three-year deal with Lotto operator Camelot, which allows viewers to see if their numbers come up on a digital platform.
The big move means players, who take part in the game from next year, will need to check iPlayer or the bulletins, which will air after the news on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, to find out whether they have become millionaires.
‘The National Lottery Live’ – which included the Lotto and Thunderball draws – was hosted by Gaby Roslin, while Nick Knowles presented the show’s spin-offs ‘Who Dares Wins’, ‘Break the Safe’ and ‘5-Star Family Reunion’.
Camelot’s digital director Tim Copper said: “We’re delighted to have signed this contract extension, maintaining the strong relationship that has flourished between ‘The National Lottery’ and the BBC since ‘The National Lottery’s launch 22 years ago.”

Mike Hassini vows not to return to party boy lifestyle

OHMYGOSSIP — Mike Hassini hasn’t touched alcohol for “six months.”
‘The Only Way is Essex’ star was axed from the ITVBe show last year after he was found guilty of drink-driving and, although he’s now been allowed to return to the programme, he’s adamant he’ll never go back to the party boy lifestyle he’s had in the past and is determined to stay away from the booze bottle for a while.
Speaking to the Sun newspaper, Mike said: “I haven’t had a drink for the last six months. I’m not saying I won’t ever drink again but I will never go back to being a party boy, going out five times a week. It did me no good.”
The 22-year-old hunk was banned from driving for 21 months in December after he pleaded guilty to having cocaine in his possession and being over the alcohol limit when he crashed his Mercedes in London’s Oxford Street following the show’s end-of-series wrap party in the early hours of August 15, 2016.
He was slapped with a £170 fine and ordered to do 180 hours of unpaid work after he admitted possessing a “small wrap” of the Class A drug as well as being intoxicated when the incident took place.
And it’s not just Mike who has made a return to screens, as his co-star James “Arg” Argent is also set to make a comeback to the show after a stint in rehab for drug and alcohol issues.
Mike said: “He’s had a similar experience. We are both not drinking and it is much easier when you have someone to do it with.”
Following his experiences as a “party boy” and the consequences he faced, Mike has warned cast member Dan Edgar to be careful about how much booze he’s putting away.
He said: “He has been partying a lot and seeing a lot of girls. He smashed it up in Ibiza, out until eight in the morning.”

Amber Dowding’s excessive vomiting

OHMYGOSSIP — Amber Dowding has been vomiting “uncontrollable” for the past four weeks.
The ‘Only Way is Essex’ star has been in and out of hospital over the past month after she fell unwell while holidaying in Bali but doctors can’t work out what’s wrong with her.
Speaking to The Sun Online, she said: “I’ve been ill since I flew out to Bali last month.
“I don’t feel sick all the time, it comes on in waves. I start gagging and heaving and then I’m sick. Then I’ll be alright for a while before it starts all over again.
“When I flew out to Marbella for ‘TOWIE’ I got sick again which was horrible. I didn’t eat much and I didn’t drink any alcohol because it would make me vomit.
“The ‘TOWIE’ team took me to hospital for tests, I gave blood and urine samples and they all came back fine. I felt anxious because being away from home when you’re ill is horrible. I stayed in the hotel a lot but it wasn’t my own home.
“It comes in waves. One minute and I’m sick and then I’m not. I just want a specialist to give me some answers. I want tests to find out what has happened.”
Amber first fell unwell in Bali and when she touched back down in the UK, she went straight to the hospital in the hope of bagging some answers from the doctors.
But after the tests came back negative, Amber agreed to fly out to Marbella with the ‘TOWIE’ cast and her boyfriend Chris Clark to shoot the summer special.
Amber is now waiting to see a specialist as there’s history of IBS in her family.
She added: “There is a history of Irritable Bowel Syndrome in my family.
“My dad had a perforated bowel and he had a colostomy bag fitted – it’s worrying for me because it is hereditary and I want know if that’s happening to me.”

Stephanie Davis snubbed by Strictly Come Dancing

OHMYGOSSIP — Stephanie Davis has been snubbed from this year’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ line up.
The 24-year-old actress was hoping to make her television comeback on the forthcoming series of the ballroom and latin show, but bosses have turned her down because they don’t want to be “associated with her” following her bitter legal battle with her ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell, who was found guilty of battering her last week.
A source told The Sun Online: “Stephanie was hoping the talks that were taking place with ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ would see her taking part in this year’s show.
“But unfortunately they didn’t want to be associated with her at this moment in time so have quashed any chance of her appearing now or in the future. She is devastated she was hoping this could be her big come back! It’s just another set back she didn’t need along with the charges hanging over her with the assault on Jezz.”
The former ‘Hollyoaks’ star – who was reportedly sacked from the Channel 4 show in 2015 for turning up to set drunk – was able to breathe a sigh of relief last week when her former flame, with whom she has eight-month-old son Caben-Albi, was found guilty of assaulting her at her home address in Liverpool on March 9 this year.
Jeremy, 28, was handed a handed a 12-month suspended sentence, told to carry out a Building Better Relationships course with the Probation Service, spend 15 days in rehab, complete 200 hours of unpaid work and cough up for the legal fees.
Judge Lloyd – who said she found it bizarre that Jeremy had described his behaviour in the trial as reasonable – said the former ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ star would have to pay £1,000 to the prosecution as well as £1,000 to Stephanie in compensation.
Jeremy has also been banned from seeing or speaking to the actress for three years and any contact regarding their son would have to be made via social services, solicitors or the family court. The restraining order can only be lifted by the court.

Emmerdale’s Rhona Goskirk to kiss Paddy Kirk

OHMYGOSSIP — Emmerdale’s Rhona Goskirk is set to share a kiss with ex-husband Paddy Kirk next week.
The vet – portrayed by Zoe Henry – has been through a horrific ordeal after her being raped on the night of her wedding by spouse Pierce Harris (Jonathan Wrather).
Paddy (Dominic Brunt) has supported Rhona throughout the ups and the downs of the case and after a victory trial which landed the defiler in prison, the pair get close again.
Dominic said: “Paddy can’t help but be drawn to Rhona once again – he never fell out of love with her. He’s tried to be her friend all the way through the trial, and knows it would be ridiculously inappropriate to try to get back with her. So paddy doesn’t instigate it – but when Rhona goes in for a kiss, it’s everything he’s wished for. It’s just terrible timing.”
Despite sharing the passionate embrace, Dominic says that his alter-ego’s former flame doesn’t feel ready to start another relationship so soon, but he understands.
He told Inside Soap magazine: “She back-pedals frantically.
“The good thing about this is that Rhona takes complete control of her feelings and her sexuality.
“She doesn’t lead Paddy on at all – she tells him quite honestly that she’s not ready for it.”
However, Paddy feels guilty that Pierce came into Rhona’s life because he had an affair with Tess Harris (Nicola Stephenson), Pierce’s ex-wife.
He said: “He regrets everything.
“Paddy blames himself for all that Rhona has been through.
“He made a stupid mistake by having an affair with Tess, and that brought Pierce into their lives.
“Rhona has been very forgiving, but it’s hard to see how anyone could get over what he did.”

Silent Witness actress Liz Carr stabbed in London

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Silent Witness’ actress Liz Carr has been stabbed in the head on the streets of London.
The 45-year-old star – who plays scientist Clarissa Mullery on the programme – is currently recovering from a slash wound after a man in his 20s attacked Liz with a pair of scissors.
A friend of the wheelchair-bound actress said: “It was a terrifying experience for Liz.
“She was being pushed in her wheelchair when this young man armed with two pairs of scissors suddenly headed towards her.
“He followed them and began lashing out and stabbed Liz in the head.”
Liz – who has used a wheelchair since she was seven due to a rare joint condition – received some protection from her carer, who did her best to keep the attacker at bay.
The friend told The Sun newspaper: “There was blood everywhere but she was very lucky that the wound grazed her head and she was not more seriously injured.
“Typically, Liz is putting a brave face on it – joking that it was like being attacked by Edward Scissorhands.
“She has no idea who he was and has never seen him before.”
Liz and her carer – who suffered a broken finger and minor cuts in the incident – were both subsequently taken to hospital for treatment.
The actress is now being comforted at home by her female partner Jo.
Meanwhile, her attacker was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm, but has since been sectioned under the Mental Health Act after a police doctor concluded he was unfit to be interviewed.

Anne Robinson joins Tinder

OHMYGOSSIP — Anne Robinson has joined dating app Tinder.
The 72-year-old TV presenter is single and looking for love on the location-based application – in which users can find potential partners by swiping right on a phone screen to signal approval of a man or woman – and insists having sex is what keeps her “young”.
She told The Sun newspaper: “I hope all women my age are having sex, why wouldn’t they be? It’s what keeps me young.
“I don’t have a partner at the moment, I’ve had two husbands and they’re lovely. I’m a committee of one.”
The former ‘Weakest Link’ host – known for her no-nonsense contestant put-downs – revealed her use of Tinder in TV show ‘Britain’s Relationship Secrets’, and the star insisted she will only consider potential suitors who are “CEOs and upwards”.
While looking through the app on the programme, she said: “This is Gary who’s a freelance actor, I don’t think that would bring in a big income.
“Quick, I want to go back to the 60-year-old who’s got a job in banking.
“I just want a Tinder that’s CEOs and upwards.”
Anne was previously married to Charles Wilson from 1968 to 1973, and she later tied the knot with John Penrose in 1980 until 2007, both of which ended in divorce.
But it won’t just be some potential Tinder partners who Anne will be branding the “weakest link” soon as the quiz show is in talks to be revived.
The programme hasn’t been seen on TV screens since 2012, but bosses are hoping to bring it back for a celebrity special for ‘Children in Need’ in November and then make it a permanent fixture in 2018.
A source recently said: “‘The Weakest Link’ was one of the most exciting and original quizzes in television history, and left a huge void when it came off air.
“Nothing has really replaced it so the prospect of its return is really exciting.”
The show made its debut in 2000 and was licensed to over 70 countries.

Montana Brown to be Loose Women panellist?

OHMYGOSSIP — Montana Brown wants to be a ‘Loose Women’ panellist.
The ‘Love Island’ contestant recently did an Instagram takeover for the popular daytime show and she admitted one of her ultimate dreams is to launch a presenting career.
She said: “I’d love to be a panellist. I’d like to get into presenting eventually, but it’s something I need to practise first. That’s my end goal.”
And the 21-year-old star – who recently split from her ‘Love Island’ boyfriend Alex Beattie – admitted one of her motivations for taking part in the reality show was to use it as a “platform” to find her dream TV job.
She said: “I was actually looking for a boyfriend, which obviously happened, but I also wanted to use it as a platform. To get into presenting, it’s a lot about who you know.
“It was important for me to get into the public eye.”
Montana also won’t rule out taking part in other reality TV shows in the future, though she’d draw the line at entering the ‘Big Brother’ house.
She said: “I’ve always wanted to do ‘I’m a Celeb…’. I could eat a kangaroo’s testicle – it’s still food. I’d also love to do ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ but not anything else.
“I absolutely would not do ‘Big Brother’. I think I’d go insane.”
The brunette beauty is proud to have attracted a loyal fanbase during her time on ‘Love Island’ and hopes they regard her as a “role model”.
She told new! magazine: “Someone [online] asked me to be their mum. They said, ‘Please adopt me!’ I was like, ‘I don’t think that’s allowed.’
“But all the fans are really lovely. Lots of them ask to be my friend.
“I read all the comments because they look up to me as a role model.”

Jordan Davies evicted from Celebrity Big Brother

OHMYGOSSIP — Jordan Davies has been evicted from ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.
The ‘Ex on the Beach’ star – who is best known for being the former flame of ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ babe Megan McKenna – was the third housemate to get the boot from the Channel 5 reality show during a live episode on Tuesday (15.08.17), following the evictions of ‘Mob Wives’ star Marissa Jade and former ‘Apprentice’ hopeful Karthik Nagesan last week.
Jordan faced the public vote after being nominated by his housemates on Monday’s (14.08.17) episode, and battled it out to win the nation’s hearts over 24 hours alongside fellow nominees Sam Thompson, Jemma Lucy, and Helen Lederer. Ultimately, Jordan received the fewest public votes, and therefore was booted from the show.
The hunky ‘Ibiza Weekender’ star was all smiles as his name was called out by host Emma Willis, and as he hugged his fellow housemates goodbye, he could be heard telling them “It’s been fun” and seemed in good spirits despite his eviction.
Jordan’s eviction makes him the third to be kicked off of the programme, but he is the fourth housemate to walk away from the show after YouTube sensation Trisha Paytas dramatically quit the show over the weekend.
Rylan Clark-Neale revealed the news on CBB’s ‘Bit On The Side’ and he wrote on Twitter: “BREAKING. CBBTrisha has decided to leave the Celebrity bbuk house.”
And Trisha took to Twitter to call her time in the house the “worst experience” of her life.
She tweeted: “IM FREEEEEE!!!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY F**KING LIFE.”
She added: “I’m sorry to those I let down. Please believe the environment was extremely unhealthy.
“Know I am appreciative of u all, it’s what kept me in the house so long.”
Referring to her time on the show, she added: “Ugh, it was a mindf**k.”

The 51-year-old singer is about to swap the recording studio for the big screen, according to Variety.
The ‘Man! I Feel Like A Woman’ hitmaker is expected to play a character named Becca in the film, which is set for a June 2018 release, according to IMDB.
It’s not the first time Shania has had a part in a film, she had a cameo in 2004’s ‘I Heart Huckabees’ but it will be her first major acting stint.
She previously expressed her dream to act and said: “Like, I wanna act now. I never did want to act. I’m saying it now for the very first time. I’m not putting it out there to advertise myself, I’m just telling you my dreams.”
Travolta plays “a down-and-out dirt track racing legend”.
The script has been penned by Craig Welch and Gary Gerani,
Speaking about the film, producer Andrea Iervolino explained: “It’s well know that dirt track racing is one of the most exciting sports in the world, and it’s also one of the most dangerous. Our story is rooted in that high-speed danger, but also very much character driven, and this is where having someone of John’s calibre and gravitas pays great dividends.”
Joining Travolta and Shania is Michael Madsen of ‘Reservoir Dogs’, Toby Sebastian of ‘Game of Thrones’ and Kevin Dunn star of ‘Veep’, with principal photography starting this week in Alabama.
Ambi Pictures and Paradox Studios are both financing and producing the movie.
And joining Iervolino on production duties are Monika Bacardi, Silvio Muraglia, and Alexandra Klim.

Idris Elba wants Matthew McConaughey to join Marvel

OHMYGOSSIP — Idris Elba wants Matthew McConaughey to play a young Odin in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The 44-year-old actor has been starring as Heimdall since the first ‘Thor’ movie back in 2011 and would like to see his ‘Dark Tower’ co-star portray a young version the All-Father of all the Nordic Gods.
Speaking to MTV News, Elba said: “In Marvel world? There’s a couple of versions. He could be Thor’s dad.
“Play a young version of him. Smash it.”
Odin, who is the father of Thor, is currently played by Sir Anthony Hopkins who last reprised his role in ‘Thor: The Dark World’ in 2013.
Elba is set to reprise his role of the all-seeing and all-hearing guardian sentry of Asgard, who stands on the rainbow bridge, in the third standalone movie, ‘Thor: Ragnarok’
McConaughey has already been approached to star in a MCU movie including the role of Ego in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2’ and another part in ‘Doctor Strange’.
Filmmaker Taika Waititi, who has helmed the third movie, revealed recently it won’t be a “very long” film.
The third ‘Thor’ movie has a running time of 100 minutes, making it the shortest movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but the filmmaker said people will still feel “exhausted” by the end of the motion picture.
‘Thor: Ragnarok’ follows the Asgardian God (Chris Hemsworth) who joins forces once again with Bruce Banner, aka The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) to stop the evil Hela (Cate Blanchett) from destroying Asgard and the rest of the universe.
Blanchett, 48, recently said she was amazed she has been given the chance to portray the studio’s first female villain in ‘Thor: Ragnarok’.

The 21-year-old actress got her breakout role in psychological thriller ‘The Witch’ in 2015 and is set to reunite with its director on this upcoming movie to deliver a new take on the cinematic classic.
According to Variety, Taylor-Joy is involved in talks to star in the Studio 8 production, which is being written and directed by Eggers and an idea which was brought to the studio by Jon Silk.
The original 1922 movie was an unofficial adaptation of Bram Stoker’s ‘Dracula’ and Werner Herzog directed a remake back in 1979.
The story follows Count Orlok of Transylvania, who is house-hunting in Germany and falls in love with the estate agent’s wife.
It is understood that Taylor-Joy will play the role of the wife but her exact role has not yet been confirmed.

The Killers to make movie with Mike Tyson?

OHMYGOSSIP — The Killers want to make a feature film starring Mike Tyson.
The ‘Bones’ hitmakers pay homage to the former world champion on their new song ‘Tyson Vs Douglas’ from their album ‘Wonderful Wonderful’, but the Vegas band are hoping to work with the retired boxer on a film version of the song.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, drummer Ronnie Vannucci said: “I don’t know if he’s heard our song yet, but I have a good idea to get Tyson involved in a film version of the song.
“It’s not a video, but a full film, I really hope he’s up for it.

The band and Tyson teamed up for a comedy sketch when they accepted the Best International Act at the NME awards in 2008.
Tyson was the undefeated heavyweight champion until 1990 when he was knocked out by outsider Buster Douglas in Japan.
It is considered one of the biggest upsets in sports history and Brandon Flowers, the lead singer of the band, admitted that when the 51-year-old titan got knocked out it changed his life.
He previously said: “Tyson got knocked out and my whole view on the world changed. It wasn’t supposed to happen.”

James Cameron dreams his films

OHMYGOSSIP — James Cameron dreams his films.
The Oscar-winning filmmaker has helmed some of the most successful movies of all time, including ‘Titanic’ and ‘The Terminator’, and says he gets inspiration and ideas during his sleep.
Speaking to the Metro newspaper, he said: “‘The Terminator’ came from a dream of a kind of death figure, a chrome skeleton emerging from a fire.
“A lot of the root imagery I had in ‘Avatar’ came from dreams I had when I was still in college of a bioluminescent forest.
“Sometimes I’ll wake up from a nightmare and think, gosh, that was good, I can make a movie about that.”
The 62-year-old director says the story for 1989 thriller ‘The Abyss’ came after he had a nightmare dying during a tsunami.
He explained: “I used to have recurring dreams about being killed by a tsunami. Then I made ‘The Abyss’ and, even though the wave sequence didn’t make the release cut, there was a giant tsunami at the end of the film and I never had those dreams again.”
Cameron is currently working on the hotly-anticipated four follow-ups to the 2009 fantasy film ‘Avatar’ and despite being repeatedly delayed, he claims he has been working for nearly three years non-stop on it.
He said: “I start working with the cast in September but I haven’t had a day off for several months and I’ve been working at it pretty much full-time for three years.
“So that’s design, writing four scripts that are worthy of the kind of budgets/audience expectations that would make it worthwhile, designing an entire world, completely revamping our virtual production pipeline and building the actual facilities.”
The original ‘Avatar’ movie – which starred Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana and Sigourney Weaver – grossed $2.7 billion at the global box office, and received widespread praise from movie critics.
The next instalments are slated to be released on December 18, 2020, December 17, 2021, December 20, 2024 and December 19, 2025.
