Frank Grillo teases return of Crossbones in the MCU

OHMYGOSSIP — Frank Grillo has teased Crossbones could potentially return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The 52-year-old actor starred as Brock Rumlow in ‘Captain America: Winter Soldier’ and after he was pulled out from a pile of rubble covered in burns, the character took on the identity of Crossbones for the third instalment of the Captain America movies.
However, his character was swiftly killed off by Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) at the beginning of ‘Civil War’ and was presumed dead, but now, Grillo has hinted a possible return of the iconic character.
Speaking to Forbes magazine, Grillo said: “It’s great to be part of Marvel too, and I have three boys who are fanatical about Marvel and I was surprised not too long ago because there is some news that nobody knows yet, to do with my character, that’s going to be really interesting and I’m really excited about that.”
Crossbones was created by writer Mark Gruenwald and artist Kieron Dwyer and first appeared in ‘Captain America’ issue #359 back in 1989 and is usually depicted as an adversary to Captain America.
Although Grillo doesn’t go into detail about what the development with his character could be, his comic book alter ego carried out the assassination of Captain America.
‘Captain America’ star Chris Evans recently revealed he will not be reprising the role of the superhero after ‘Avengers 4’ hinting at his possible death.
In the comics Bucky Barnes (aka the Winter Soldier) takes on the identity of Captain America after Steve Rogers is presumed to be dead.
However, Sebastian Stan, who stars as the Winter Soldier in the MCU, admitted he doesn’t know whether he is taken over from Evans after Phase 4.
He said: “It’s just speculation. I honestly have no idea. I really don’t know what I would say to somebody that would ask me that question.”

Patty Jenkins is very excited about DC future

OHMYGOSSIP — Patty Jenkins is very “excited” about the future of the DC Extended Universe because of how many talented directors are involved in the upcoming movies.
The 46-year-old filmmaker helmed hit blockbuster ‘Wonder Woman’ – which stars actress Gal Gadot in the titular role – and following months of negotiations Jenkins has now committed herself to the sequel.
Speaking to the Toronto Sun newspaper, Jenkins said: “There are a lot of great filmmakers around the DC Universe and there are a lot of great characters. My favourite thing about the DC Universe is some of these characters have been the greatest, most original superheroes for decades. I think there’s just exciting things to be done with them ahead and lots of different people that I’m excited about seeing. All of us are very different and we’re all going to do different things. So I can’t wait to see the variety, personally.”
Jenkins is joined in the DCEU by ‘The Conjuring’ creator James Wan who is responsible for writing and directing ‘Aquaman’, former Marvel man Joss Whedon who is writing, directing and producing ‘Batgirl’ and Chris McKay – who helmed ‘The Lego Batman Movie’ – who is taking control of ‘Nightwing’ among others.
Jenkins is set to earn around $8 million to write, direct and produce ‘Wonder Woman 2’, which will make her the highest paid female director of all time.
Details of the plot for the second film are being kept tightly under wraps but Jenkins recently said she’s keen to jump forward several decades from the first movie, which is set in Europe during World War I, and have it take place in America during the Cold War.
However, Jenkins won’t be doing it alone as she will team up with DC Entertainment’s creative chief Geoff Johns and David Callaham, who co-wrote the action movie ‘The Expendables’.

Colin Firth thrilled to star with Elton John in Kingsman: The Golden Circle

OHMYGOSSIP — Colin Firth has admitted it was a “dream come true” working with Sir Elton John in ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’.
The 57-year-old actor stars once again reprises his role as Harry Hart in the sequel to 2015 film ‘Kingsman: The Secret Service’ and got to appear on screen with the ‘Rocket Man’ musician, who is playing a fictionalised version of himself.
Firth has been a life-long fan of Elton, 70, and has revealed he had begged him to appear in the first movie so was delighted when he accepted a part in the second installment.
Speaking at the premiere of the movie in London’s Leicester Square on Monday night (18.09.17), he said: “It was a dream come true. It’s all I’ve wanted to do since I was about 10 I think. I think I wrote to Elton to beg him to be in the first one. But now I’m hearing all the reactions to Elton and I’m worried I think he may have stolen my thunder.”
Elton also attended the premiere and admitted “jumped at the chance” to star in Matthew Vaughn’s second spy romp because he immediately regretted turning down the opportunity to appear in the first one.
The singer said: “I was supposed to be in the last one and I turned it down. Then I saw it and I said I wish I’d been in it. So when Matthew asked, I jumped at the chance. I was very nervous, but Colin and Julianne made me feel at home. It felt like a family.”
‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’ boasts a star-studded cast that also includes the likes of Taron Egerton, Halle Berry, Julianne Moore, Mark Strong, Channing Tatum, Poppy Delevingne and Jeff Bridges.
Recently Egerton revealed he was punched in the face by co-star Ed Holcroft while filming ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’.
The highly anticipated sequel follows Gary ‘Eggsy’ Unwin (Egerton) who, after the Kingsman headquarters are destroyed, has to join forces with another spy organisation in America called Statesman.

Poppy Delevingne loves playing a bad girl

OHMYGOSSIP — Poppy Delevingne loves playing a bad girl in ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’.
The 31-year-old actress stars as Clara Von Gluckfberg in Matthew Vaughn’s sequel to his 2015 spy romp and she says she is naturally drawn to portraying bad characters because it’s hard for her to play a good girl with her voice.
Speaking at the movie’s premiere in London’s Leicester Square on Monday night (18.09.17), she said: “I love playing the bad girl. No one wants to play the good girl – plus it’s hard playing a good girl with a voice like this!”
In one scene in the sequel, the 31-year-old blonde is seen in nothing but raunchy underwear for a striptease and she admitted she was embarrassed about her parents Charles and Pandora seeing her acting sexily on screen as they were at the special screening.
Poppy – whose younger sister is model-and-actress Cara Delevingne – said: “They’re here tonight and I told them, ‘Can you cover your eyes for most of it?’ I think they’ll be surprised. I’m not sure I’m going to be able to face them afterwards.”
Poppy appears in the action flick with Taron Egerton who reprises his role as Gary ‘Eggsy’ Unwin alongside Mark Strong as Merlin and Colin Firth as Harry Hart.
The film also features a number of Hollywood stars including Channing Tatum, Jeff Bridges, Halle Berry, Julianne Moore and Pedro Pascal and legendary musician Sir Elton John.
The highly anticipated sequel follows Eggsy who, after the Kingsman headquarters are destroyed, has to join forces with another spy organisation in America called Statesman which is run by Champagne (Bridges).

Taron Egerton wants to be the next James Bond

OHMYGOSSIP — Taron Egerton would love to be the next James Bond.
The 27-year-old actor has been touted as a possible replacement for Daniel Craig as 007 following his starring role in the two ‘Kingsman’ movies, and Taron has admitted he would have no hesitation in accepting the role if it was offered to him.
Asked whether he’d be interested in the part of Bond, Taron replied: “If I was asked, yeah. Amazing. Amazing – of course!”
Taron plays the role of Eggsy, a Kingsman secret agent, in the Matthew Vaughn-directed movies.
And he says Eggsy is a nice “alternative” to the more slick Bond.
Speaking at the premiere of his new movie in London’s Leicester Square on Monday (18.09.17), he told the Daily Mail newspaper: “I don’t know how much better [Eggsy] is … I think he’s quite a nice alternative.
“Bond is, you know, eternally super cool and clean cut and sharp. Eggsy is too, but Eggsy doesn’t always get it right and I think that’s the fun of Eggsy.
“I think that’s the fun of Eggsy. He’s not quite formed yet. Maybe one day he’ll be James Bond but, for now, he isn’t.”
‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’ boasts a star-studded cast that also includes the likes of Colin Firth, Halle Berry, Julianne Moore, Mark Strong and Jeff Bridges, and Taron was thrilled to appear alongside such talented performers.
He shared: “Amazing, I think we’ve got five Oscar winners in this film, all playing very wacky, very unlikely roles. So yeah, it’s great.”

Zazie Beetz: Ryan Reynolds is ‘incredibly talented’

OHMYGOSSIP — Zazie Beetz has praised her ‘Deadpool 2’ co-star Ryan Reynolds as “incredibly talented”.
The 26-year-old actress is set to take on the role of Neena Thurman and her alter-ego Domino in the upcoming sequel to the 2016 Marvel movie, and has praised her co-star Ryan – who stars as the titular anti-hero – as “impressive to watch” on set.
Speaking to ‘Entertainment Tonight’, Zazie said: “Honestly, it’s amazing kind of watching Ryan do his thing because you think like, ‘Oh, he has the mask on and you can ADR all of it’ or whatever, but he is genuinely incredibly talented, and it’s pretty impressive to watch. He’s just really good. And so, for me, this is the biggest thing I’ve done, so I’ve been very much sort of observing and it’s been a good vibe set to observe on and [there’s] a lot of really talented people.”
Meanwhile, whilst details of the hotly-anticipated sequel are remaining largely under wraps, fellow star T.J. Miller – who plays Deadpool’s best friend Weasel – recently revealed second instalment won’t follow the “same [story] in a different location” and will instead involve “different stakes”.
He said: “It’s not going to be like ‘Hangover 2’, it’s not going to be the same movie in a different location, for instance. It’s got different stakes, different things happen, some pretty tragic, dark s**t happens in the first part of the film, in the beginning, and the rest of the film is kind of dealing with that, so that’s interesting. But Weasel remains just absolutely the most selfish individual on the face of the planet.”
And the star even believes ‘Deadpool 2’ could be “funnier” than the first instalment, as he laughed so hard when reading the script that he “dropped an iPad in a public restaurant”.
He added: “This instalment is going to be more Weasel-icious than ever before. I was crying so hard laughing that I dropped an iPad in a public restaurant when I was reading the script. As Ryan [Reynolds] and I were talking about, it’s this great thing where we know the tone, we know the stakes, everybody’s played these characters before – most importantly, we know the tone, we know how to hit it pitch perfect. So I think it might actually be funnier than the first one. I’m really, really excited.”
‘Deadpool 2’ is being directed by David Leitch and is slated to be released in June 2018.

Corrie’s Samia Longchambon sat with chocolate milk in hair for hen do scene

OHMYGOSSIP — Coronation Street’s Samia Longchambon was forced to sit in her dressing room with chocolate milk in her hair for an hour while the film crew broke for lunch.
The 35-year-old actress has thoroughly enjoyed acting out the animosity between her alter-ego Maria Connor and her love rival Eva Price (Catherine Tyldesley) on screen over the past few weeks and watching the tension grow after the barmaid found out the hairdresser had been sleeping with her fiance Aidan Connor (Shayne Ward).
But, although the milk scene – in which Maria was doused with the thick liquid after she hit a piñata at Eva’s hen do – was fun to act out, Samia has admitted she kept getting an unpleasant smell up her nose for a few days after filming wrapped.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’ on Tuesday (19.09.17), she said: “For about two days, I could smell sour milk up my nose because it was actually chocolate milk. And I had to sit in my dressing room over lunch covered in chocolate milk because we broke for lunch and we’d been filming those two scenes and I was like: ‘Helloooo?’ I was covered and I had to stay like that! It was going warm in my dressing room because I was sitting with my dressing gown on and it was everywhere. Everywhere!”
The tension between Eva and Maria has been getting more intense this week as the brunette beauty attempted to put a stop to her love rival tying the knot with the factory owner but tomorrow night’s (20.09.17) double episode will be the one to watch as Maria will fly into a fountain after the knicker-stitcher lunges at her.
Samia explained: “I was ripping out Cath’s hair extensions, I was throwing her tiara across the grass, she was dunking my head under the water, we were proper going for it. We properly went in, we were in there for about two-and-a-half hours.
“We had a paramedic on set who said that it’s good to drink coke because you might get stomach upsets because it’s a real pond. It was clean water but it is a pond so everyone was bringing us bottle of coke.”
And, although she already feels “honoured” to be involved in the gripping storyline, Samia hopes the forthcoming episode will go down in soap history.
She said: “It’s been brilliant, a real honour as well because it’s the six-episode week starting this week, it’s been a real honour for us all to be at the centre of it. They have been but Maria has done her bit so she’s throwing the match so I can sit back a bit.
“I hope so, that’s kind of down to the viewers but when we were filming it, it felt pretty special. I think Aidan should end up alone, he doesn’t deserve it. He’s been a rat.”
Samia has been in the soap for over 17 years and she has no intention of leaving any time soon as she’d like producers to keep throwing gripping storylines at her.
She added: “I was 17, it was more than half of my life there. I love it, it’s brilliant and when you’re getting storylines like this, it’s a real treat. It’s a special place to work … I’ve been up for it all. This year I’ve had a cream cake in my face, I’ve been covered in chocolate milk and I’ve been thrown in a fountain – and that’s only this year! I think they know I’m kind of up for everything.”

Samia Longchambon thinks Sylvain was sent to her by dad

OHMYGOSSIP — Samia Longchambon is convinced her late father sent her now-husband Sylvain to her.
The ‘Coronation Street’ star met the professional skater when they were paired together for ‘Dancing on Ice’ in 2013 and, although they were both dating other people at the time, they quickly fell in love on the ice and the 35-year-old beauty is convinced her dad Joseph Ghadie – who died in 2009 from cancer – set them up from above.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’ on Tuesday (19.09.17), she said: “I do think there was some fate involved in that [them getting together]. Maybe it was my angels because I do believe in them. I always think my dad is looking over me and I always think my dad sent him [Sylvain] to me because I didn’t want to do the show.”
The couple – who came under fire for their relationship – got engaged in 2015 and later that year their son Yves Joseph, now 23 months old, was born. They then tied the knot in a romantic ceremony last year and celebrated their one-year anniversary last month.
Although they live together in Manchester, Sylvain, 37 – who was born and raised in Saint-Priest, France – speaks to their son in French and the little one is now bilingual.
Samia – who also has seven-year-old daughter Freya from a previous relationship – explained: “Well Sylvain just speaks to Yves – my little boy – in French so he’s bilingual pretty much. She’ll be eight next year, she picks it up.
“When we go over to France, our nieces, who are Freya’s age, pick up a bit of English and she picks up a bit of French but she’s going to have to step up her game because Yves will be taking over otherwise. It’s a nice thing to have.”

Gloria Hunniford believes her daughter Caron is her guardian angel

OHMYGOSSIP — Gloria Hunniford believes her dead daughter is her guardian angel.
The 77-year-old TV star was left heartbroken in 2004 when Caron Keating lost her battle with cancer but, although she’s no longer around, she knows that when she finds a single, white, feather, that her daughter is trying to send her a message from beyond.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’ on Tuesday (19.09.17), Gloria said: “I believe in angels. My daughter Caron used to say ‘we’ll ask the parking angel to find us a space’ if we were trying to find a parking space.
“I would say ‘don’t be so stupid’, but we would always find a spot. Gradually she did some documentaries and in the end, you know that isolated white feather you find, say in a technical area like this where there are no feather pillows, she always used to say ‘that’s an angel’s calling card’ but now of course, I believe it is Caron’s calling card.
“But the bottom line of it is, I don’t care if anybody doesn’t believe in angels. I want to believe it and therefore it’s that feeling. It’s the comfort of it.”
The panel discussed the idea of guardian angels with The Angel Whisperer Kyle Gray who appeared on the show and claimed everyone has someone looking after them.
Caron was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1997 and after various conventional and alternative treatments, she died at the age of 41 at her mother’s house in Kent.

Sammy Winward is glad she was killed off in Emmerdale

OHMYGOSSIP — Sammy Winward is glad her character Katie Sugden was killed off in ‘Emmerdale’.
The 31-year-old actress bowed out of the long-running soap as the blonde farm girl – a role she played for 14 years – at the beginning of 2015 after her alter ego was pushed to death by her husband Andy Sugden’s (Kelvin Fletcher) evil brother Robert (Ryan Hawley), but she’s glad her departure was done in a permanent way.
Speaking to Inside Soap magazine, she said: “‘Emmerdale’ will always have a massive place in my heart. I did the show for 14 years and practically grew up on it. So it’s always really lovely to meet people and talk through all things Dales … I didn’t get bored of anything like that, but I thought it was time for me to take a risk and see what else was out there. While it was a big decision, it was the right one. I left my exit up to the writers and, initially, I was quite scared to be killed off, but it was for the best. Otherwise I’d forever be wondering whether to go back.”
And the blonde beauty really enjoyed filming the explosive scene with Ryan.
She explained: “My exit was so exciting to film. Ryan pushed me and I landed on a big crash mat. My very last scene was actually with Kelvin, where Andy is crying over Andy’s body. That was emotional. I had to do a speech on set afterwards, but I lasted all of 10 seconds before I burst into tears.”
Since leaving the soap, Sammy – who has 12-year-old daughter Mia with her ex-partner David Dunn – has starred in a number of dramas and has been writing a kids’ book.
She said: “The good thing about dramas is that you get little breaks in between, whereas ‘Emmerdale’ was constant. Of course it has its benefits, but another reason I left was so that I could spend proper time at home. Things like doing the school run and walking the dog sound simple, though they mean the world to me. I’ve had time to chill, so now I’d like to do theatre, and just continue as a jobbing actor with time off as well.”

Lucy Watson’s cat is dead

OHMYGOSSIP — Lucy Watson’s cat has died.
The former ‘Made in Chelsea’ star has been left heartbroken after her rescue kitty Drogo – who she welcomed into her family just four months ago after she saw him at the RSPCA – sadly passed away last night (18.09.17) after he fell unwell over the weekend.
Taking to her Twitter account this morning (19.09.17), the brunette beauty uploaded a photo of her furry friend and wrote: “last night we lost an angel that was too pure for this earth. the house feels empty. our hearts are broken… life isn’t fair. (sic)”
The 26-year-old reality TV star – who also has a dog called Digby and a cat called Darcy – hasn’t yet told fans why or how Drogo passed away but she revealed over the weekend that she was taking him to the vets because he wasn’t feeling very well.
Lucy’s heartbreak comes just a few months after her family pet Phoebe – who she grew up with alongside her sister Tiffany – died in February at the impressive age of 17.
She said at the time: “My family cat Phoebe passed away earlier today, aged 17. She was my best friend as a little girl and always by my side. RIP gorgeous (sic)”
Lucy – who works closely with PETA and the RSCPA – has been an animal activist since a very young age and went vegetarian at six years old after she realised that her childhood friend Maisie – a gorgeous little lamb – was about to go off to slaughter.
She then decided to go vegan two years ago and has just dropped her new cookbook ‘Feed Me Vegan’, in which all of her recipes are made from animal-free ingredients.
She’s also released a cruelty-free make-up range called Basic Bitch and is an advocate for animal rescue and tries to encourage people to adopt rather than shop.

French and Saunders to return for Christmas special

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘French and Saunders’ is to return for the first time in 10 years.
The comedy sketch show – which starred Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders – will head back to TV screens for a festive special which is expected to air on Christmas Day (25.12.17), and the pair have already started filming the project.
Dawn said: “There’s some ‘Handmaid’s Tale’ in there. We had fun with some of the costumes.”
The 59-year-old star also revealed she and Jennifer, 59, will poke fun at reality TV stars who get drunk and have sex on TV at holiday resorts.
She added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: “I am shocked by how they behave. You reckon they’d want to meet someone who would love, cherish and respect them.
“But instead they go out and get utterly hammered and are s****ing in a bush and coming out and going, ‘Yes!’, like men.”
‘French and Saunders’ ran on and off for 20 years from March 1987 to December 2007.
The show aired for seven series, the last being ‘A Bucket O’ French and Saunders’, which parodied shows such as ‘The Apprentice’, The X Factor’, ‘Big Brother’ and ‘America’s Next Top Model’.
It also featured some older material from the past 20 years of the series, including a sketch featuring Dawn’s ex-husband Lenny Henry, and Adrian Edmondson, and a skit of the ‘Vicar of Dibley’ star modelling alongside Kate Moss.
Jennifer went on to create hit sitcom ‘Absolutely Fabulous’, which is based on a sketch the pair wrote on ‘French and Saunders’, and Dawn recently joked she was “so jealous” of the star’s success.
She quipped: “She had no discernible talent whatsoever until that moment, and then she came through on the inside lane and apparently she was talented all the time. I didn’t know that, I thought I was the funny one.
“When I saw that happening it was a huge amount of envy. Right in your belly in a place you don’t want it, and its bile-y and it tastes bad and it’s all consuming.
“But the good thing is I think you’re allowed to own up to it, and that’s what I did, I called her lots of words and just said, ‘I cannot believe you’re this talented, I cannot believe it’s this successful, I can’t believe I’m not in it … I’m furious with you and I’m so jealous.’ And she loved that that was the case.
“And so in a way that made it alright. And what’s more important than the jealousy is that I love the girl.”

Corrie’s Gary Windass to cheat on girlfriend Sarah

OHMYGOSSIP — Coronation Street’s Gary Windass is set to cheat on his girlfriend Sarah Platt.
The former army boy – played by Mikey North – opened up to new-girl-on-the-block Nicola Rubinstein (Nicola Thorp) about his traumatising trip to Ukraine – something he’s been hiding from his partner – last week over an alcoholic beverage.
But it looks like things will end in disaster for the flame-haired hunk as he will fall into the arms of the brunette beauty later this week after Sarah (Tina O’Brien) presses him for answers about his new job, which sees him putting his life at risk for his employer.
Mikey said: “Nicola is the only person who he’s told exactly what happened in Ukraine and what he had to do. That secret is one of the reason he feels an attachment to her Nicola is there at the right time, and in the heat of the moment Gary isn’t thinking.
“… The truth is that the PTSD from when he was in Afghanistan is rearing its head, and Gary is very volatile. The pressures from this work are bringing a lot of demons back.”
And it’s not just Sarah who starts to pick up on Gary’s bizarre behaviour as he will snap at his friends Kirk Sutherland (Andrew Whyment) and Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall).
He said: “He’s on edge the whole time and then he snaps at Tyrone and Kirk for no reason. Sarah tells him to calm down but he flies off the handle and goes outside.
“She follows him to see what’s wrong and Gary really loses it, trashing the area and shouting at Sarah before storming off. After that Nicola finds him in the ginnel.”
And, although Gary deeply loves Sarah, the booze clouds his judgement.
He explained to Inside Soap magazine: “It’s a tricky one, because Gary does love Sarah and they are so good together. But Gary’s judgement is clouded by drink. He’s just had an argument with Sarah and is not thinking straight. This isn’t the Gary who was around before he went to Ukraine – this is someone else. He’s gone crazy.”

Sharon Osbourne invites kids Jack and Kelly to be guests on X Factor

OHMYGOSSIP — Sharon Osbourne has asked her daughter Kelly and son Jack to join her for the Judges’ Houses round of this year’s ‘The X Factor’.
The 64-year-old judge enlisted the help of Robbie Williams last year but has decided to keep it a family affair this time as she’s asked her grown-up kids to help her choose which three acts from her Girls category she should take through to the live shows.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Last year Sharon had Robbie Williams as her guest judge, but she wanted to do something different this time. She’s invited Jack and Kelly but there’s no space for [he husband] Ozzy [Osbourne].”
But the trio will be under a lot of pressure to make the right decision as the chosen acts will go up against Nicole Scherzinger’s Overs, who she chose with the help of grime star Stormzy, Simon Cowell’s three Groups, who were selected by his guest judge Cheryl Tweedy, and Louis Walsh’s Boys, who he whittled down to just three with the help of a mystery guest.
Although the live shows haven’t kicked off yet, Nicole – who previously guided James Arthur and Matt Terry to victory – is sceptical about her chances of triumphing again with one of her hopefuls.
Speaking previously, the ‘Don’t Hold Your Breath’ hitmaker said: “I’m always very competitive. I put a million per cent into everything I do, but two years in a row? I don’t know about that.”
And the artist is already backing someone from one of the other groups to win this year’s series.
She explained: “It’s interesting because I have a feeling about somebody who is going to win – but they’re not in my category.
“I’m upset because [the producers] were going to give me a category and I said, ‘No, I want this one instead’. I got what I wanted but I really should have had what they were going to give me.”

Nadiya Hussain opens up about her panic disorder

OHMYGOSSIP — Nadiya Hussain says her panic disorder is like “living with a monster”.
The 32-year-old TV star – who is best known for winning the sixth series of ‘The Great British Bake Off’ – has opened up about her condition in a new interview with comedian John Bishop, saying she struggles on a day-to-day basis.
Speaking on ‘In Conversation With’, Nadiya explained: “My whole life revolves around not falling apart.”
Nadiya likened her troubles to fighting a real-life monster.
She shared: “I describe it as a monster. Some days the monster shouts in my face, no matter where I turn he will keep shouting at me, I can’t get him out of my face.
“Other days he’s behind me and he’ll tap me on the shoulder a little bit here and there through the day and I can ignore him completely.
“Other days I can put him in my pocket. He’s always there.”
Nadiya has turned to medical experts in a bid to tackle her problem.
But the TV star has refused the medication she’s been offered because she fears she wouldn’t be able to “feel anything”.
Meanwhile, Nadiya is set to host the ‘Bake Off’ rival ‘The Big Family Cooking Showdown’ on BBC One with Zoe Ball.
And Nadiya has promised to act as a supportive influence for the 16 families taking part in the show.
She said: “Having been through a food competition as an amateur cook myself, I know exactly how tough it can get and so I’ll be there for them, alongside Zoe, as the pressure really builds!”

Simon Gregson’s wife almost died over the weekend

OHMYGOSSIP — Simon Gregson’s wife was just hours from death last weekend after she was struck down with a mystery illness.
The ‘Coronation Street’ actor – who is known for playing hapless cabbie Steve McDonald in the long-running soap – took to his Twitter account on Saturday (16.09.17) to praise the NHS doctors at Wythenshawe Hospital in Manchester for working so hard to save his spouse Emma Gleave’s life after she fell unwell and needed surgery.
He wrote: “@NHSEngland so three times the wonderful doctors of the NHS have saved my wife’s life even when so over worked and at breaking point (sic).”
Emma then added: “I usually wouldn’t do this but I was a couple of hours away from not being here to write this.
Last night I was rushed into wythenshawe hospital. Long story short, I needed a scan desperately late last night and due to staff shortages no-one was on call. I owe my life to DR Arora who travelled to scan me at Midnight and preformed life saving surgery on me through the night. Our NHS is amazing!!!!! Everyone here does the work of 10 people on their own! Stop the cuts…. the NHS are the backbone of our country. Feeling very lucky today. (sic)”
Simon and Emma have been married since 2010 and have three boys, Alfie, nine, Harry, seven, and Henry, 21 months, together, but have previously revealed they’ve lost 11 babies over the course of their relationship.
The 42-year-old star was forced to make the revelation after his wife received some abuse online around the same time his on-screen character’s spouse Michelle (Kym Marsh) sadly delivered a stillborn.
He said at the time: “Me and Emma have lost children. First one at 21 weeks and four days. As a bloke being there and witness to all this, you feel completely helpless. Your wife, who’s carried the baby and has not given birth …
“Then there’s all the stuff that goes along with being a human being, the chemical reaction, everything that goes on in your brain, the hormones, all that kind of stuff. The bloke’s completely helpless. What’s he supposed to do but support? So men and women grieve differently for all sorts of things.”
