Eamonn Holmes: Ruth dances like a ‘horse’

OHMYGOSSIP — Eamonn Holmes thinks his wife Ruth Langsford dances like a “horse.”
The ‘This Morning’ presenter will head out onto the dance floor for the first time tomorrow (23.09.17) night for the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ live launch but her husband doesn’t have much faith in her and thinks she’s prances around like an animal.
Speaking on the brunchtime show today (22.09.17), he said: “You dance like a horse.”
But the 57-year-old host doesn’t mind if her dance moves aren’t up to scratch this weekend as none of the competitors are getting the boot in the first show.
She explained: “No one gets voted off tomorrow night, it’s the next week we have to worry about. If I do dance like I’ve got horse’s hooves then I can get away with it … ”
But she has admitted, although she’s got the security of one more week, she’s terrified.
She added: “I’m feeling really scared.”
Ruth has spent the past two weeks training with her professional partner Anton du Beke and she has said her training for the dance competition has been “a lot of fun.”
She said: “I’m loving the training, and Anton is a fabulous partner and we have a lot of fun. He keeps pretending to lift me, I’m dreading lifts.”
However, it’s not been plain sailing for the blonde star as she has been “dreadful” at dancing the waltz and keeps forgetting each “little section” of the ballroom number.
She explained: “The thing is, I’m learning … I’m doing a waltz, and I’m learning it in little sections but every time I try to put two or three bits together I mess it up. And on Friday, when we finished on Friday evening, he said ‘Let’s just do the whole thing once’, and I was dreadful. Seriously, I was dreadful. And now I’ve had two days [off] over the weekend, so I’ll probably go in today and won’t remember any of it.”

Gary ‘Gaz’ Beadle gets unborn’s heartbeat tattooed on wrist

OHMYGOSSIP — Gary ‘Gaz’ Beadle has got his unborn baby’s heartbeat tattooed on his wrist.
The ‘Geordie Shore’ hunk is due to meet his bundle of joy, whom he is expecting with his girlfriend Emma McVey, early next year, but he decided to get a sweet inking in the meantime as a little tribute to the little one and proudly showed it off on Instagram.
The 29-year-old star uploaded a photograph of the etching, which features an EKG line of his son’s heartbeat and half a blue heart, he and accompanied it with the caption: “‘Ink. The 1st heart beat I heard from the baby and a blue heart for a boy (sic).”
Gaz announced he and Emma were expecting a little boy last week and admitted he was “buzzing” when he found out the sex because he’s always wanted a son.
He said recently: “We’re having a boy. For me, obviously, I wanted a boy, so I’m buzzing … I think he’ll be hyper! He’ll have lots of energy.
“I’ve got lots of mates who have little girls, but once they start wanting to wear make up and putting little dresses on, I wouldn’t have a clue what I was doing. With a boy at least he’ll get to that age where he’ll want to do sports and I can dress him properly.”
And Gaz thinks he’ll be a really “laid-back” dad but will discipline when he needs to and will make sure his child lives a very healthy and active lifestyle.
He explained: “I’ll be easy-going, but strict when I’ve got to be. There was give and take with my mam. I could do anything I wanted to, but I knew that if I got told off that I’d done something wrong. I’m going to be an active dad. When he’s two or three, he’ll be up in the morning playing football in the park. I can’t wait to have a little mate.”

Wayne Bridge wants to do Strictly Come Dancing

OHMYGOSSIP — Wayne Bridge wants to take part in ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The 37-year-old retired footballer would jump at the chance to compete in the ballroom and latin series next year because he wants to “get one up” on his wife Frankie Bridge – who came second on the show in 2014 – by winning and lifting the glitterball trophy.
Speaking on ‘Lorraine’ on Friday (22.09.17), he said: “I would, I’d like to [do ‘Strictly…’]
“And win it, to be honest, because then I’d have one up on Frankie. But I’d need a lot of practice, I know that much, I’m a bit stiff.”
And it looks like the couple – who have two sons Parker, three, and Carter, two, together – are very competitive when it comes to television shows as The Saturdays singer is keen to do ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ after watching Wayne do it last year – although she doesn’t think she’d be as successful doing the challenges.
She said recently: “I think now Wayne’s done it and he loved it and he said he would do it again, it kind of makes me feel positive that I would enjoy it. I would be so scared, I’m such a wimp, if I did it, it would be purely to test myself. The worst possible thing for me would be to eat something weird because like I can’t even eat ketchup so for me to eat some sort of kangaroo willy or the juice drink thing, I don’t know if I could do it.”
And there’s still time for the 28-year-old beauty to fulfill her dreams as bosses are reportedly still putting together the line up for this year’s jungle series in Australia.
Although nothing has been announced, it’s believed Gemma Collins – who did the show in 2014 but left after 72 hours due to a medical issue – has been asked to return.
Danny Dyer has also reportedly been approached but, considering his contract with ‘EastEnders’ has just been extended, it’s not known whether he’ll be able to take time off in order to spend three weeks in the outback for the creepy-crawly series.

Charlotte Hawkins hasn’t learnt Strictly Come Dancing routine

OHMYGOSSIP — Charlotte Hawkins is still struggling to learn her routine for her ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ dance floor debut.
The ‘Good Morning Britain’ presenter is expected to perform in front of the nation for the first time with her professional partner Brendan Cole tomorrow (23.09.17) night, but she has admitted she still can’t master the moves and is having a hard time keeping her balance during the twists and turns.
Uploading a video of her and Brendan practicing on her Instagram, the blonde beauty said: “I don’t know how people dance like that without falling over. I think the thing that’s going to be tricky is some of the steps, even the turning around looks really straight forward and Brendan does it and you’re like ‘yeah that looks easy!’ [Then] you go to do it you can’t even balance, you’re falling over, you haven’t got the right foot…”
And to make matters worse, the 42-year-old star is suffering with a sore neck after two weeks of training.
Speaking on ‘GMB’ on Friday (22.09.17), Charlotte’s co-star Kate Garraway said while speaking to last year’s winner Ore Oduba: “She did come in and say she has a sore neck!”
While co-star Ben Shephard chimed in: “Yeah, really stiff!”
Kate added: “That’s what the first injury would be wouldn’t it!”
But Charlotte isn’t the only one having difficulty with her routine as her fellow competitor Gemma Atkinson admitted earlier this week that she almost burst into tears on her drive back from training because she was struggling to remember the steps and could sense her partner Aljaž Škorjanec was getting tired.
She explained: “I nearly cried on the way home.
“I thought I’d got the dance nailed and I tried to do the steps and I kept doing them wrong. I hate letting people down, and I could see know knackered Aljaž was. I knew what to do in my head but I couldn’t do it with my feet, to the stage I just sat on the floor and went I can’t do this!”

Corrie’s Georgia Taylor refuses to work weekends

OHMYGOSSIP — Coronation Street’s Georgia Taylor hopes bosses don’t start making the cast work weekends now that they’ve decided to air six episodes every week from now on.
Fans of the long-running soap are thrilled they’re able to get an extra 30-minute fix of the programme every week – something that came into play this week – after producers decided to make changes to the schedule in order to create more gripping storylines.
But, although the stars are looking forward to working on the new plots, the 37-year-old actress – who plays Toyah Battersby – hopes they’re not required to work more hours.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, Georgia – who rejoined the soap last year following a 13-year absence – said: “I hope it doesn’t change and Saturdays and Sundays creep into work. They haven’t so far so that keeps everyone’s morale up.”
And it’s not just the schedule to get a shake up as the show’s boss Kate Oates has confirmed that it will get a new park, restaurant and shops as part of a set expansion.
She said recently: “There will be a couple of new businesses and we’re going to have a little park area. So not everything will happen at the Red Rec.
“Sometimes we say in the story office that if Maxine hadn’t died where would people go to think – because it is Maxine’s bench where people have their pensive moments. There may also be another eatery with a different kind of vibe. We have already got the cafe and bistro. It’s nice to see a community feel.
“It does well for social dynamics if you’ve got people who were friends who are now colleagues or someone is someone’s boss. It always adds a nice energy.”

Gemma Collins: I paid for my own engagement ring

OHMYGOSSIP — Gemma Collins once paid for her own engagement ring.
The ‘Only Way Is Essex’ star has revealed she was on the cusp of marriage when she learned that her former lover had accessed her bank account to pay for the ring.
Gemma told The Sun newspaper: “He drew out quite a bit of money on my cards and said it was to put a deposit down an engagement ring for me.
“I mean hello – I was now paying for my own engagement ring.”
Prior to that incident, Gemma thought she would eventually marry and have children with her then-boyfriend.
But she realised that her relationship didn’t match her expectations and the duo went their separate ways in 2014.
The 36-year-old TV star shared: “I was with the love of my life and I planned to marry him and have his baby but I soon realised I was wrong and all of a sudden my life came crashing down.”
Previously, Gemma accused her ex-boyfriend of being physically abusive towards her prior to her stint on ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ three years ago.
The reality TV star – who withdrew after just three days on the popular ITV show – said: “Once that happens to you it never leaves you. What happened that night was very, very traumatic for me.
“The jungle is starting again soon and I just dread it because everywhere I go people think I left the jungle because I was hungry when that wasn’t true.”

James Jordan: ‘Strictly’ men can’t hide ‘excitement’

OHMYGOSSIP — James Jordan has admitted it can be “hard” for the male ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ stars to hide their “excitement” when they’re rubbing their groin against their female partner.
The former professional dancer – who quit the ballroom and latin show in 2013 – can understand why some pairs end up developing feelings for one another while working together on the programme because “four months is a long time” to be “groin-to-groin”.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, James said: “You do get very close.
“You are with each other for up to four months, potentially. That’s a long time to be with someone every single day rubbing and up and down them. It could happen to anyone.”
James’ wife Ola Jordan – who was also a professional on the show until her departure in 2015 – added: “Do you know what? Sometimes it’s the quiet ones.”
The acid-tongued hunk explained: “When you dance ballroom, you’re groin-to-groin pretty much, so it is a weird, weird, feeling if you’ve never danced like that before. Men try to hide it. But it’s a lot easier for women to hide it.”
And, although he and Ola have been married since 2003, the 39-year-old sportsman is looking forward to watching newbie Nadiya Bychkova – a former Playboy pin-up – on the dance floor.
He said: “You want to have someone there you can look at and go: ‘Cor, yeah! I wouldn’t mind a bit of that.’ Every bloke that watches ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ wants to see that!”
But Ola, 34, has her eye on someone else – Aussie Diane Buswell.
She explained: “Everyone is talking about the blonde but let’s not forget about the redhead from Australia. I think she’s very cute. My eyes are on the red one!”

Vicky Pattison sets location for wedding

OHMYGOSSIP — Vicky Pattison is set to tie the knot in a posh chateau near Newcastle.
The 29-year-old former ‘Geordie Shore’ star is currently engaged to her businessman beau John Noble, and it has now been reported the pair will hold their wedding in the luxurious Le Petit Chateau, not far from their home city of Newcastle.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Le Petit Chateau is one of the nicest venues in the North East and Vicky has set her heart on getting married around there to be close to her and John’s family.
“They looked around the place last week and were very cute and tactile, pointing out where they’d put things and seeing how much it would cost to hire out the whole place.
“They were blown away and put down a deposit immediately – John’s not short of a few bob either, they want the best.”
According to the publication, the lavish setting will cost them around £175,000.
The location might not be the only thing the couple have to fork out on either, as the former ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ winner is keen to book ‘Shape of You’ hitmaker Ed Sheeran to perform at the ceremony.
She said recently: “‘Shape Of You’ is mine and John’s song, as it is to millions of other people, so I think an acoustic, slowed-down version would make the perfect first dance.
“I’m going to put it out there in the world. I follow him on Twitter so Ed if you’re reading this, and you’re up for a lovely slice of wedding cake, let me know.”
Vicky has already lined up ‘Great British Bake Off’ winner Candice Brown to create her wedding cake and wants to land a magazine deal to make some money from her big day.
She added: “We will probably do some kind of magazine deal.
“I mean when you have Ed Sheeran as your singer and Bake Off’s Candice doing the catering it would be mad not to.”

Eamonn Holmes thinks Strictly will put ‘strain’ on family

OHMYGOSSIP — Eamonn Holmes thinks Ruth Langsford’s appearance on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ will put a “strain” on their family.
The 57-year-old presenter – who has 15-year-old son Jack with his wife – is impressed with the ‘Loose Women’ star’s dedication to the show but is worried about the impact it will have on their home life.
He said: “She is working so hard. And she’s striking a blow for all the women written off in their 50s.
“She’s loving it, though I think ‘Strictly’ will put a strain on us because she’s not about and Jack and I miss her.”
And Eamonn suggested he hopes Ruth – who has been partnered with Anton du Beke – doesn’t progress too far in the competition because she is “not nice” under pressure.
He added: “She might well be one of the first to go – but if that happens it will be good for my life; Ruth is not a nice person under pressure.”
However, the ‘This Morning’ star insisted his co-presenter is his “soulmate” and he’ll always love her, even though they row a lot.
He told Closer magazine: “I think everyone’s marriage needs attention, I don’t think you can be lax about these things.
“But I am very blessed in that I wake up with a woman every day who I fancy above everybody else and who I respect so much.
“However, we do fight like cat and dog – I’d be lying if I said otherwise.
“But ‘The lovely Ruth’ as I call her, is the most wonderful wife and mother. I’ve found my soulmate. I’ll still love her when she’s 92, it won’t matter how many wrinkles she has.”

Domhnall Gleeson wants big screen reunion with Margot Robbie

OHMYGOSSIP — Domhnall Gleeson wants to work with Margot Robbie again.
The two actors have worked together on two movies – ‘About Time’ and ‘Goodbye Christopher Robin’ – and are set to star alongside each other in the upcoming ‘Peter Rabbit’ film, and Gleeson hopes their working relationship “continues over the years” because she is such a wonderful actress.
Speaking at the world premiere of ‘Goodbye Christopher Robin’ at London’s Leicester Square on Wednesday night (20.09.17), Domhnall, 34, said: “It’s a wonderful cast. I would work with all of them again. Margot Robbie is wonderful. She is brilliant to be around and a really good person and actor. You want to hold on to those people. I have worked with her twice now and I hope that relationship continues over the years.”
Gleeson’s co-star also repaid the compliment and said she wants to work with him forever.
Margot, 27, said: “He is unbelievable. He was amazing and he is such an incredible actor. I love the choices he makes with the roles he does. He is very funny and a wonderful person. He is the greatest guy in the world. I want to keep working with him forever.”
Gleeson stars as A.A. Milne in the film about how the English author created the ‘Winnie the Pooh’ books with Robbie starring as his wife Daphne.
The Irish actor enjoyed the challenge but admits it can be a “heavy load” playing a real person.
He said: “It was a heavy load sometimes. He was a complicated man and a deeply troubled man who carried a certain amount of issues after the war. It was a very interesting journey but there is a responsibility that goes along with it. You have to read an awful lot and apply it properly. For sure I felt a responsibility.”
Gleeson also revealed he drew on his own personal experience with his “amazing father”, actor Brendan Gleeson, when shooting his scenes with his young co-star Alex Lawther who plays his on-screen son Christopher Robin Milne, the inspiration for Winnie the Pooh.
He shared: “My dad was amazing to play with and an amazing father. I definitely drew on my own personal experience. ‘Winnie the Pooh’ was not part of my childhood and the first time I read it was when shooting this film.”

Julianne Moore told by Colin Firth about villain role in Kingsman 2

OHMYGOSSIP — Julianne Moore was told by Colin Firth that she was wanted for the villain role in ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’ by text message.
The 56-year-old actress stars as Poppy in Matthew Vaughn’s sequel to his hit ‘Kingsman: The Secret Service’ and she has revealed that her co-star Firth, 57, sounded her out about the part before the director got in touch.
Speaking to Collider, Moore, 56, said: “It was actually Colin Firth who texted me. I saw the first movie on my own and Colin asked if I liked it and I said I loved it and my kids loved it. Then he said OK good, because Matthew Vaughn wants to offer you the villain in ‘Kingsman 2’. I spoke to Matthew on the phone and when I got the script I thought it was so funny and different and really cool. I was delighted to get the chance to do it.”
The sequel sees the return of Garry ‘Eggsy’ Unwin (Taron Egerton) who has to join forces with the American counterpart The Statesmen after the Kingsman headquarters are destroyed.
Not only does Egerton reprise his role but Mark Strong returns as Merlin along with Firth who stars as Harry Hart – despite being killed in the first movie.
The impressive cast continues with the some major Hollywood names including Channing Tatum, Jeff Bridges, Pedro Pascal, Halle Berry and Poppy Delevingne.
Bridges, who stars as leader of the Statesmen Champagne aka Champ, recently hinted at a possible third movie in the spy franchise and said his character could get some more of a “back story”.
He said: “I hear there’s possibly a ‘Kingsman 3’ coming up, it might be if that does happen that some of his back story will be revealed. Not too much back story was put into this one, I didn’t spend too much time on that.”

Jaeden Lieberher wants Ewan McGregor as Bill in IT sequel

OHMYGOSSIP — Jaeden Lieberher wants Ewan McGregor to play an older Bill in the ‘IT’ sequel.
The 14-year-old actor stars as the leader of The Loser’s Club in Andres Muschietti re-imagining of the Stephen King 1986 novel, which follows a group of youngsters who are faced with their biggest fears when they square off against the evil clown Pennywise.
A sequel has already been announced looking at the adult’s perspective as the surviving kids mature into adulthood and are forced to revisit their horrors as one by one they encounter Pennywise again and Lieberher knows who he wants to play Bill.
Speaking to Variety, Lieberher said: “I think Ewan McGregor would be interesting. I don’t want to offend him or anything, but he might be too old. I love Ewan McGregor, and I think he’s a great actor. I think he could play Bill very well.”
Recently, Muschietti revealed he wants Jessica Chastain to play an older Beverly in the ‘IT’ sequel.
The 44-year-old filmmaker said: “Jessi is an amazing actress and a very good friend and I would love her to play Beverly.
“She loves the movie and it feels like the planets are aligned in that sense, but we still have to make that happen.
“There are a lot of ideas for the rest of the cast that I’m playing with, but it’s a bit too premature to say those names right now.”
Muschietti also confirmed that the sequel will be “going back to the summer of 1989” where the first film is set in order for the characters to find out how to kill Pennywise.
‘IT’ – which stars Bill Skarsgard as Pennywise – is the highest grossing R-rated film of all-time beating the likes of ‘Deadpool’ and ‘Logan’.

Gal Gadot in talks to star in Deeper

OHMYGOSSIP — Gal Gadot is reportedly in talks to star alongside Bradley Cooper in ‘Deeper’.
The 32-year-old actress is wanted to appear alongside the Hollywood star in the new thriller movie, which has been penned by Max Landis.
The film is being produced by Landis and David Goyer, and if a deal can be closed between Gal and the studio, filming will begin in early 2018, according to Deadline.
The movie’s storyline centres on a former astronaut, played by Bradley, who has been hired to take a submersible to the deepest part of the ocean.
However, en route to his destination, the astronaut encounters a series of supernatural events that throw him off course.
Gal has emerged as one of the most sought-after actresses in Hollywood following her starring role in the widely acclaimed ‘Wonder Woman’ movie earlier this year.
The brunette beauty starred as the iconic character in the Patty Jenkins-directed film, and the moviemaker has admitted to being shocked by how warmly ‘Wonder Woman’ was received by critics.
She explained: “I went into the release of the movie assuming it would be, in best case, a mixed bag.
“And I sort of braced myself for it, where I thought, well, ‘Listen, you’re doing a beloved superhero; it’s always going to end up being at least 40 percent, oh you could have done, blah blah blah.'”
Patty admitted, too, she’s been thrilled to see how ‘Wonder Woman’ has prompted debates about gender equality issues.
She shared: “The support and positivity that the movie has received, and also just the people wanting to talk about what we wanted to talk about in the movie and not other things, has been stunning.”

Ron Howard teases famous Kessel Run in Han Solo movie

OHMYGOSSIP — Ron Howard has teased that his Han Solo spin-off film will feature the Millennium Falcon taking on the Kessel Run referenced in ‘Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope’.
The 63-year-old filmmaker took over control of the anthology movie after Christopher Miller and Phil Lord left due to creative differences with Disney and Lucasfilm, and since he began work he has drip fed fans with teaser photos from the set posted on his Instagram account.
Now, Howard has posted a picture which seems to show the Kessel Run – a hyperspace route used by smugglers to transport spice from the mines of Kessel – with the caption: “Spicey? (sic)”
Die-hard fans of the franchise will remember the scene set in Mos Eisley Cantina in the original 1977 movie when Obi-Wan Kenobi (Alec Guinness) and Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) question the credentials of Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and his Millennium Falcon Corellian freighter to get them and their droids R2-D2 and C-3PO to Alderaan to deliver the plans for the Death Star to the father of Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) without attracting the attention of The Empire.
A confident Han tells the pair: “You’ve never heard of the Millennium Falcon? It’s the ship that made the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs. I’ve outrun Imperial starships. Not the local bulk cruisers mind you, I’m talking about the big Corellian ships now. She’s fast enough for you old man.”
In ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ the Kessel Run is referenced again when Han and his Wookiee sidekick Chewbacca reclaim their ship to find Rey (Daisy Ridley) and Finn (John Boyega) on-board with BB-8.
Upon discovering that the spacecraft she has stolen to escape the First Order’s attack on Jakku is the infamous Millennium Falcon, Rey says: “This is the ship that made the Kessel Run in 14 parsecs?” only for to correct her by exclaiming, “Twelve!”
The Han Solo spin-off movie will focus on a younger version of the titular character, with Alden Ehrenreich taking over the iconic role from Ford.
Han and Chewbacca will be seen first meeting Lando Calrissian (Donald Glover) and they will also encounter Woody Harrelson’s alter ego Beckett, who is believed to be a mentor to young Han who guides him on his journey to becoming a space smuggler.
‘Star Wars’ regular Warwick Davis has also been cast in the upcoming ‘Han Solo’ movie in an unknown role.
The ‘Star Wars Anthology’ film is slated to be released in May 2018.

Taron Egerton promises ‘dark’ Robin Hood movie

OHMYGOSSIP — Taron Egerton says ‘Robin Hood: Origins’ will be “grittier and darker” than previous film adaptations of the classic story.
The 27-year-old actor is set to take on the role of the titular heroic outlaw, and has promised that the action adventure feature will be “less Robin Hood-y” than the 2010 movie ‘Robin Hood’, starring Russell Crowe, and Kevin Costner’s 1991 flick ‘Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves’.
Speaking to ScreenRant.com, Taron said: “I think it will be less self-reverential than the Robin Hoods that have come before. I think the problem with Robin Hood sometimes is that … I love the Kevin Costner one and I think there were some great moments in the Russell Crowe one as well, but they’re very, very, very ‘Robin Hood-y’. Ours is less Robin Hood-y. It’s grittier, it’s darker, it’s a Robin Hood for the 21st Century. If you’ve seen ‘Peaky Blinders’, you’ll know something of the tone of it as it’s the same director.”
It’s not the first time Taron has spoken about the dark edge of the upcoming feature either, as he previously explained that his movie has an “anti-establishment” feel, and revealed that contrary to earlier editions, his Robin will be an imperfect character.
He said: “This is really kind of dark and gritty and very funny too, but it’s a real revisionist version of the story. There’s no singing and riding through the glen in this; it’s a real war movie.
“Quite an anti-establishment war movie, I would say … It’s dark. And Robin’s not perfect in it, either, which is what I like about it. He’s not a classic hero, he makes mistakes.”
‘Robin Hood: Origins’ – which also stars Jamie Foxx as Little John, Eve Hewson as Maid Marian, Ben Mendelsohn as the Sheriff of Nottingham, Jamie Dornan as Will Scarlet, and Tim Minchin as Friar Tuck – is scheduled to be released on September 21, 2018.

Holby City’s James Anderson gets married twice in one day

OHMYGOSSIP — James Anderson has got married.
The ‘Holby City’ hunk tied the knot with his childhood sweetheart Rebecca Hibbs in Greece yesterday (20.09.17) – just one day after her character Dr Oliver Valentine exchanged vows with his with his on-screen lover Zosia March in the medical drama.
Sharing his exciting news, he tweeted: “Got married last night on BBC One. Now off to get married in real life. #goingforthedouble (sic)”
And the actor has found the similarities between his personal and professional life “weird” and Camilla Arfwedson (Zosia) – who is dating ‘Call The Midwife’ actor Jack Hawkins – has had the same experience.
He told Inside Soap previously: “Weirdly, we shot the proposal a couple of days after I got engaged in real life.”

“It’s been lovely for us both.”
