Rak-Su’s Myles Stephenson flirts with X Factor researcher

OHMYGOSSIP — Rak-Su’s Myles Stephenson has been flirting up a storm with an ‘X Factor’ researcher.
The group have cemented themselves as firm fan favourites on the ITV show but Myles has reportedly got his eye on researcher Demi Kaye .
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Their flirting has become a big talking point in the contestants’ house and has been noticed by some of the crew. It’s against the rules and now bosses have given her a ticking off. Demi seems very taken with Myles’ charm and they’ve been hanging out together at the contestants’ house.
“They’ve struck up a real connection and have been spending all their free time together, but have already been warned not to take their flirting any further. Rak-Su are the favourites and Simon Cowell’s priority. He doesn’t want anything getting in the way of their focus.”
Myles – who recently split from his long term girlfriend Rebecca Bignell – has been a big hit with the ladies since the band first auditioned for the show. He even tried to flirt with Cheryl Tweedy – who helped their mentor Simon Cowell choose to put the group through when they were at Judges Houses – before being amicably warned off by her boyfriend Liam Payne.

OHMYGOSSIP — Amanda Holden feels “privileged” to back a new Macmillan Cancer Support fundraiser.
The ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge has launched npower’s Light Sky, the world’s first interactive hologram, on London’s Southbank and thinks the initiative, which will enable members of the public to donate to the organisation, as well as send a message to loved ones, is “beautiful”.
She said: “I feel so privileged to be a part of this campaign. Having seen first-hand the impact that cancer can have, I know that being able to heat your home while undergoing treatment is so important for people, and allows them to focus on their health and keep warm without the worry. npower’s Light Sky is a beautiful way to not only share beautiful messages of love, hope and support this festive period, but to also donate to a worthy cause.”
The hologram will be set against the night sky at Observation Point, Southbank from Wednesday November 29 to Friday December 1.
The Light Sky is open for bookings from today until December 1 at 3pm, or until all spaces have been used.

Phil Lord and Chris Miller support Solo movie

OHMYGOSSIP — Phil Lord and Chris Miller have given their blessing to ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’.
The two filmmakers were the original directors on the ‘Star Wars’ spin-off film but who left the prequel spin-off due to creative differences with Disney and Lucasfilm, and were replaced by Oscar winner Ron Howard.
Although they didn’t get to complete their vision for the film, the duo “wish everyone” involved with the project all “the best”.
Speaking at Vulture Festival Sunday (19.11.17) in New York, Lord said: “The experience of shooting the movie was wonderful.
“In terms of us leaving the project, everyone went in with really good intentions and our approach was really different from theirs … The gap was too big. Sometimes people break up and it’s sad. We learned a lot from our collaborators, we’re really proud of our work and wish everyone with the best.”
‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ focuses on the early life of Han Solo – the Millennium Falcon owning space smuggler who becomes one of the heroes of the Rebel Alliance in their mission to destroy the Empire.
The movie will focus on a younger version of the titular character, with Alden Ehrenreich taking over the iconic role from Harrison Ford.
Han and Chewbacca will be seen first meeting Lando Calrissian (Donald Glover) and they will also encounter Woody Harrelson’s alter-ego Beckett, who is believed to be a mentor to young Han who guides him on his journey to becoming an intergalactic criminal.
Despite the change in directors, Thandie Newton recently spilled that the sci-fi film still contains lot of Lord and Miller’s ideas because Howard remained faithful to much of their story, whilst adding his own perspective too.
Newton – who appears in a so far unknown role – said: “Apart from the initial shock and feeling bad for Lord and Miller not being able to finish their work, their work is everywhere in it. I think 90 per cent of my stuff is with them. And it certainly wasn’t about, ‘Oh we have to start again and do it all over.’ Obviously, it was a surprise. I love Phil and Chris – everybody loves Phil and Chris – they’re so brilliant.
“Ron and the guys were talking to each other. As far as I’m concerned what’s on screen, in the end, is going to be an amazing collaboration. It’s a massive piece. We see so often now there are two directors working on pictures. We already had two with Phil and Chris. Now there’s three. With a project like that where it’s a vision that’s been created over so many years, that’s so expansive, I think it’s less about things going wrong than getting more help to bring it into the best position it can be in. I really like Ron though, he’s very sweet. And the film is dope, it’s so cool. And it’s such a great cast with Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Alden Ehrenreich, Donald Glover, Woody Harrelson and, of course, you know the wonderful ‘Game of Thrones’ angel Emilia Clarke.”
‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ is slated for release in May 2018.

Simon Farnaby to pen Magic Faraway Tree movie

OHMYGOSSIP — Simon Farnaby is to write a movie adaptation of Enid Blyton’s ‘Magic Faraway Tree’.
The 44-year-old screenwriter-and-actor co-wrote new children’s movie ‘Paddington 2’, and now the scribe is to adapt the novels by the revered English author for the big screen with Neal Street’s Pippa Harris and Nicolas Brown producing alongside Studiocanal.
Speaking about the project – which will be the first ever feature film based on Blyton’s ‘Magic Faraway Tree’ series – Farnaby said: “‘The Magic Faraway Tree’ books are a firework display of the imagination. The pages are lit up with wonderful characters, humor, peril and adventure. Most homes have a well-worn jam fingerprinted volume somewhere on their shelves. I’m very much looking forward to bringing the likes of the Old Saucepan Man and Dame Washalot to the big screen for fans both old and new.”
Harris said: “[I was] entranced by the magical world created by Blyton, and it’s terrific to have the chance to introduce her beloved characters to a new generation of children.
“I know that by partnering with Studiocanal and Simon Farnaby, we will make sure that Moon-Face, Silky, Dame Washalot and Saucepan Man are in very safe hands.”
Blyton – who was born in 1897 – is one of the biggest selling children’s authors in history with global sales of more than 500 million books.
Her most popular franchise, ‘Magic Faraway Tree’, was written between 1939 and 1951 and includes four novels: ‘The Enchanted Wood’, ‘The Magic Faraway Tree’, ‘The Folk of the Faraway Tree’ and ‘Up The Faraway Tree’.
Each of the four stories take places in the enchanted wood in which the tree grows and is tall enough to reach the clouds and contains small houses.
Some of the most famous characters include Silky the fairy, Mr. Watzisname and Moon-Face.

Martin Freeman has enlightening journey in Black Panther

OHMYGOSSIP — Martin Freeman said his Marvel Cinematic Universe character goes on an “enlightening journey” in ‘Black Panther’.
The 46-year-old actor joined the MCU as CIA agent Everett K. Ross in ‘Captain America: Civil War’ and is set to reprise his role in the new movie about the superhero from the fictional African country of Wakanda, and Freeman said the film is “really good”.
In an interview with TORYMAX, Freeman said: “I’m the government guy. I’m the CIA guy called Everett Ross, who was a character in the comics as well, who sort of has an uneasy peace with T’Challa, who is the Black Panther. And my character goes on a strange journey, an enlightening journey to Wakanda, which is the fictional African country. It’s really good.”
The film follows T’Challla (Chadwick Boseman) who, after the death of his father, the King of Wakanda, returns home to take the isolated, technologically advanced African nation to succeed to the throne and take his rightful place as king.
Ross – who was created by Christopher Priest and Kenny Martinez – first appeared in the ‘Ka-Zar Vol. 3, #17’ back in 1998 and became a major character and ally in the ‘Black Panther’ comics.
The film sees Boseman returning as the titular role as well as Andy Serkis who will be back as Ulysses Klaue – who first appeared in ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’.
Michael B Jordan and Lupita Nyong’o are all set to star in the new movie as well.
Other actors in the movie include Forest Whitaker, who will take on the role of Zuri, an elder statesman in Wakanda, and ‘The Walking Dead’ star Danai Gurira, who is to portray Okoye, the head of the Dora Milaje, the Black Panther’s personal bodyguards.
The movie is slated for release in February 2018.

Adam Deacon claims he was shunned after BAFTA win

OHMYGOSSIP — Adam Deacon claims the British film industry “didn’t know what to do with” him after winning a BAFTA.
The 34-year-old actor was recognised for his acting, directing and script writing talents in 2012 when he won the Rising Star Award, beating the likes of Eddie Redmayne and Tom Hiddleston to the prestigious accolade.
Deacon has now admitted he was “naive” to think he had made it and had broken into the mainstream and has recalled disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein looking “so p**ed off” when he collected the award at that year’s ceremony.
Speaking to The Guardian newspaper, Deacon said: “I believed you got a pass into the big films now. It was naive. Check out the video when I win the BAFTA, because Harvey Weinstein is looking so p***ed off; like, ‘Who the f**k is this little s**t coming out of nowhere?’
“We’ve never seen this kid before, and he’s come here and won the people’s vote. The industry didn’t know what to make of it or what to do with me.”
However, Deacon didn’t get his big break and his American agent didn’t even remember who he was after he spent a month in Los Angeles in the wake of his win.
Recalling his Stateside trip to try and move into Hollywood movies, he said: “As soon I got back to London I didn’t hear anything. I called up my American agent about a month after coming back from LA and he didn’t know who I was. They were like, ‘Adam who?’ So it was a headf**k.” Meanwhile, casting agents in the small films also stopped calling, presuming he would be too big for them now.”
Having shot to fame in the ‘Kidulthood’ franchise, Deacon believes he “started to become scary to casting directors” because the trio of movies were so gritty and hard-hitting.
He said: “When I started making films like ‘Kidulthood’ and ‘Adulthood’ I started to become scary to casting directors – that’s the feedback I got. They’re scared of you because the characters were so in your face. I thought casting directors had the brains to know this is a part you’re playing.”
Deacon’s life and career spiralled out of control and in 2015 he was sectioned under the Mental Health Act and he was convicted of harassing his former friend and mentor Noel Clarke sending him hundreds of abusive messages including a death threat, and a restraining order was issued against Deacon to leave to former ‘Doctor Who’ star alone.
Deacon is now back acting and can currently be seen in stage play ‘The Retreat’ – which has been created by ‘Peep Show’ writer Sam Bain and is directed by Kathy Burke.

Ryan Coogler ‘incredibly attached’ to Black Panther

OHMYGOSSIP — Ryan Coogler is “incredibly attached” to the character of Black Panther.
The 31-year-old filmmaker has helmed the new Marvel Cinematic Universe starring Chadwick Boseman as the titular character with the movie based around the first ever black superhero in mainstream American comics.
Coogler – who is best known for helming Rocky spin-off ‘Creed’ – admits the challenges of the film were like nothing he’d encountered before but he enjoyed every aspect of the process and now feels a huge amount of loyalty and affection to the hero.
Speaking to Deadline, Coogler said: “He’s so different from what I am used to. But through the process of making the film and working with Chad and trying to explore and find ownership in it, I’m incredibly attached to this character now. In our film, you find him at a time where he lost his father, the most important person in his life. He’s inheriting this incredible responsibility.
“He’s inheriting it at a time when Wakanda is struggling what its identity might be and the people have different ideas of what they should do. He’s incredibly conflicted but is aware of his responsibility of what to do.”
T’Challa aka Black Panther was created by legendary Marvel Comics writer Stan Lee and the equally iconic artist-and-writer Jack Kirby and first appeared in ‘Fantastic Four #52’ back in 1966.
The motion picture is expected to expand on the storyline that was first introduced in ‘Captain America: Civil War’ of how T’Challa becomes the superhero.
T’Challa’s father T’Chaka is king of the African nation Wakanda and has the ceremonial title Black Panther as the chief of the Panther Tribe, but is killed when a bomb goes off at the UN making his son the Black Panther.
Other actors in the movie include Forest Whitaker, who will take on the role of Zuri, an elder statesman in Wakanda, and ‘The Walking Dead’ star Danai Gurira – who is to portray Okoye, the head of the Dora Milaje, the Black Panther’s personal bodyguards.
Martin Freeman and Andy Serkis are both set to reprise their roles as Everett K. Ross and Ulysses Klaue respectively in the new film.
The movie is slated for release in February 2018.

Mark Hamill’s emotional Millennium Falcon return

OHMYGOSSIP — Mark Hamill “welled up with emotion” when he first stepped aboard the Millennium Falcon in preparation for filming ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’.
The 66-year-old actor spent a large amount of time on the iconic vehicle as Luke Skywalker in the original ‘Star Wars’ movies, and in the eighth instalment of the franchise, Mark was able to step onto the ship for the first time since filming ‘The Empire Strikes Back’ in 1980.
Mark decided to pay a visit to the set – which was extensively reconstructed to be identical to the one from the original trilogy – with his wife Marilou and their children, Nathan, 38, Griffin, 34, and Chelsea, 29, before his scheduled shooting day, and admits he was overcome with emotion.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly magazine, he said: “I’m telling you, I didn’t expect to have the reaction I had. I was there with my family, with Nathan and Griffin and Chelsea and my wife Marilou, and [Lucasfilm] asked if the documentary crew could be there when I came back on the Millennium Falcon. I mean, this was not on the shooting day. I was just street clothes and going to visit that set. And I said, ‘Sure.’
“It was sort of like visiting an old house that you lived in when you were a kid. I mean, I just welled up with emotion and I said, ‘I need to be by myself.'”
The spaceship was most notably owned by Han Solo – played by Harrison Ford – in the sci-fi franchise, who was killed by his own son Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) in 2015’s ‘The Force Awakens’.
‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ hits cinemas next month, and also stars Daisy Ridley as Rey, John Boyega as Finn, Oscar Isaac as Poe, Gwendoline Christie as Captain Phasma, Andy Serkis as Snoke, Domhnall Gleeson as General Lux, and the late Carrie Fisher as General Leia in scenes filmed prior to her passing.

Douglas Booth in talks for Nikki Sixx role

OHMYGOSSIP — Douglas Booth is in talks to play Nikki Sixx in a Motley Crue biopic.
The 25-year-old actor is said to be in negotiations about taking on the role of the heavy rockers’ co-founder in the forthcoming film ‘The Dirt’, which will tell the story of the group’s rise to fame in the 1980s.
According to Deadline, Jeff Tremaine will director the motion picture, which will be based on the 2001 autobiography ‘The Dirt: Confessions of the World’s Most Notorious Rock Band’.
It’s not known who might portray drummer Tommy Lee, singer Vince Neil and guitarist Mick Mars, the other co-founding members of the group.
Motley Crue have sold more than 100 million albums worldwide, during which time they have produced huge hits such as 1987 track ‘Girls, Girls, Girls’.
Last month, bassist Nikki, 58, was said to be turning his attentions to other projects after deciding to end his ‘Sixx Sense’ radio show – which will broadcast for the final time on December 31 – after nearly eight years.
He is expected to return to working on a Broadway play based on his memoir ‘The Heroin Diaries: A Year in the Life of a Shattered Rock Star’.
Nikki had previously revealed he had started working on the production.
Speaking in 2015, he said: “The Broadway play is based on the ‘The Heroin Diaries: A Year in the Life of a Shattered Rock Star’ book. We are working on that. It’s hard with the mother ship that is Mötley Crüe it takes so much time but it’s our number one priority, it always has been.”
At the time he also spoke about ‘The Dirt’ biopic, admitting the group were “really excited” about the film.
He said: “It’s interesting because in a perfect world the movie would have come out during the touring cycle. But almost by accident the Mötley Crüe movie is going to come out when the band play the final show.
“And in a sense for us it’s extending even further. It’s going to be the end and then the movie comes and it will keeps the music alive. So, we are really excited about that.
“We’ve been talking about releasing it early next year. It’s a rough idea who knows, we don’t make movies.”

Paul Hollywood splits from wife of 20 years

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Hollywood and his wife Alexandra have separated.
The couple – who have been married for nearly 20 years – have decided to go their separate ways and they insist their “focus” will be on their teenage son Josh.
Paul and Alex said in a joint statement: “It is with sadness that we have decided to separate. Our focus continues to be the happiness of our son, and we would ask the press and public to allow us privacy as a family during this very difficult time.”
Paul and Alex had previously split back in 2013 when he admitted to having an affair with Marcela Valladolid, his co-star on the US version of ‘The Great British Bake Off’. Describing the affair at the time, he said it was the “biggest mistake of his life” but the pair did reconcile.
Speaking in 2015, Paul said: “We went through a very difficult time but we’re on top right now … There was no let-up but now I feel we’re in a very good place. I think this is the happiest we’ve ever been. Our love of food is the key to it all.
“We love going out and have done that a lot this year. We’re away for Valentine’s Day. That was my idea. I can be a romantic. The way to every woman’s heart is through her stomach. Food is at the core of everything.”
Whilst Alexandra added: “You’ve just got to get on with life, haven’t you? I’m an eternal optimist, he’s an optimist. We’re having a good time. The most romantic thing he did was bake chocolate croissants on a Sunday morning. That was a lovely thing to do.”

Sam Thompson to do Celebs Go Dating

OHMYGOSSIP — Sam Thompson has reportedly signed up to the new series of ‘Celebs Go Dating’.
The ‘Made in Chelsea’ star has been locked in a bitter war of words with his ex-girlfriend Tiffany Watson – whom he split from at the beginning of the summer – since he got with Amelia Lily in the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house in August, but it seems, although there are clearly still feelings between the two co-stars, he’s hoping a stint on the E4 dating show will help him get over her once and for all.
A source told The Sun Online: “Sam was really heartbroken this summer over his split with Tiff, but he’s now ready to put everything back into finding love. He was really young when he got together with Tiff so he hasn’t had a great deal of experience of dating, so is willing to do everything that Nadia and Eden tell him to get back in the game.”
Sam and Tiffany were planning to get back together in September following a summer of focusing on solo projects but the chance of a reunion was shattered when the 23-year-old beauty watched her man develop feelings for Amelia while in the house.
Sam said recently: “You can get a really silly thing and it’ll become a real big deal. I’ve always said this – I don’t like Tiff’s friends. Every time I would voice my opinion, I would just get shot down by a pack of wolves, and that would just make me argue back and stuff. That’s normally how it would turn out. My mates would get wind of it, or Tiff would be sort of like airing it to people. Unfortunately, I do find I spend a lot of time on the show being called a d**k by all these girls.”

Billie Faiers is already planning Nelly’s birthday party for next year

OHMYGOSSIP — Billie Faiers wants to throw her little girl a ‘Frozen’-themed birthday party.
The 27-year-old reality star’s three-year-old daughter Nelly is a “huge fan” of the popular Disney movie, which is why “everything” in her home is filled with products based on the production, but the tot is taking her obsession to the next level as she wants her bash in June next year to be inspired by the 2013 animated film.
Speaking at the exclusive screening of ‘Olaf’s Frozen Adventure’, which took place at London’s Walt Disney Animation Studios (WDAS) on Sunday (19.11.17), the former ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ beauty – who also has eight-month-old son Arthur with her partner Greg Shepherd – said: “We were so excited about this event, Nelly is such a huge fan of ‘Frozen’ so I really wanted to bring her. Everything in our house is ‘Frozen’. My mum bought Nelly the life-size Elsa doll, it’s amazing, she loves it. Nelly keeps saying she wants a ‘Frozen’ birthday party now!”
And the television personality has revealed even though she is looking forward to the spin-off movie based on the snowman, the Snow Queen is still her “favourite character”.
Billie explained: “Without a doubt Elsa is her favourite character, she’s a bit older now so she understands what it’s all about. Now we’re just excited for Olaf’s movie. We’ve seen it advertised on the TV quite a few times so we were desperate to see it. I think what’s nice is that it’s not too long for her to sit and watch. She’s only three so she can’t really sit through a long film, so this is perfect for her.”
And Billie has revealed after meeting with characters from the movie and watching the 21-minute spin-off featurette, her and her family feel “really excited” for Christmas.
She said: “I feel like this is the start of Christmas now, I’m really excited!”
‘Olaf’s Frozen Adventure’ will be screened alongside ‘Frozen’ at cinemas nationwide on November 25 and 26 25th, and tickets are available to buy now.

Pam St. Clement wants to launch Pat Butcher earrings

OHMYGOSSIP — Pam St. Clement wants to launch her own range of Pat Butcher earrings.
The 75-year-old actress portrayed the flamboyant matriarch – known for her extensive collection of elaborate drop jewels – in ‘EastEnders’ from 1986 until her alter ego was killed off in 2011 and, although she’s now moved on, she’d love to create something in memory of her well-loved character.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, she said: “I love the idea of having my own earrings on sale. It would be great to do that, especially as those sorts of earrings are coming back – the biggies! They’re much more in fashion now. And it’s very true to say Pat was known for her earrings. I’d want them to be bling – the bigger the better and the shinier the better. I’ve never been asked to front a range, but I should have been. I would have accepted that opportunity.”
Fans recently saw Pam smoke cannabis for her new travel show ‘Gone To Pot’, which she filmed with Linda Robson, Christopher Biggins and John Fashanu, in the US.
She said recently: “We were taken to this warehouse . . .  there were easels, tables and chairs. We jumped in with both feet and sat down and started to paint this cactus.
“The guy came round with this joint and I took a puff, and [dart player Bobby George] took a puff then we got on with this painting. I thought, ‘Oh well this a terrible painting and I don’t know what to do with it’. I made it into an alien in the end. It wasn’t a cactus at all.
“This person came along with a glass bowl thing with a pipe and a stem with an open top, like a mini bong, it was very delicate and she gave it to Linda then to me and she said, ‘Take a puff’. So I took a puff and she said, ‘Oh that’s enough, that’s enough’ and I thought, ‘Oh my God, this must be powerful’. I passed it on to Bobby and within five to ten minutes me and Bobby were virtually on the floor laughing it was so funny. I love it when you get the giggles when you shouldn’t. It’s wonderful — just crying we were – so refreshing to do that, it really is.”

This Morning crashes for 10 minutes

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘This Morning’ unexpectedly crashed for 10 minutes on Monday (20.11.17).
The ITV brunch time show – hosted by Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield – experienced some technical difficulties mid-way through today’s episode and some parts of the country missed out on Ben Fogle discussing animals and their feelings.
The presenters were interviewing the 44-year-old adventurer when the screen crackled and cut out before a voiceover said: “Sorry for disruption on ITV. We’re working hard to fix the issue and will be back in a few minutes.”
The Twitter account added: “We’re sorry if you can’t see us on your television right now. We’re working on the problem and we’ll be back with you as soon as possible!”
The technical issues went on for 10 minutes before the nation were rejoined with Holly and Phillip, who were unaware of any problems until the connection was restored, and Vicky Pattison for the ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ segment.
The 55-year-old silver fox said: “We’ve been doing it without you by the way.”
Holly, 36, added: “They didn’t tell us, we just carried on.”
Phillip then explained: “We’ve just been told the country is back with us.”
Although the issue was rectified, the crew still have “no clue” what caused the blip.
Holly said: “We have no clue what went on. We just looked down at the screen and saw we weren’t on. I blame the snake – I think it was the snake’s fault.”

Iain Lee joins I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

OHMYGOSSIP — talkRADIO host Iain Lee is set to join the ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ jungle.
The controversial comedian has agreed to enter the famous Croc Creek camp later this week after bosses approached him because they wanted to chuck a star in that would ruffle a few feathers and cause a divide among current group of 10.
A source told The Sun Online: “Iain isn’t afraid to speak his mind.
“He regularly rants and raves on his TalkRadio show and his listeners should expect the same from him in the jungle. He’s very much in the mould of Danny Baker, who was also a late arrival last year. He will not bite his tongue and is sure to break the harmonious camp’s current mood very quickly. Expect fireworks.”
The 44-year-old radio presenter will join boxer Amir Khan, Boris Johnson’s father Stanley Johnson, ‘Coronation Street’ actress Jennie McAlpine and Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas, Made In Chelsea’s Georgia ‘Toff ‘ Toffolo, Saturdays singer Vanessa White, comedienne Shappi Khorsandi , YouTuber Jack Maynar , ex-footballer Dennis Wise and Rebekah Vardy in the jungle, while another celeb is set to join at a later date.
The new series of the creepy-crawly show kicked off last night (19.11.17) as the 10 celebrities were thrown into the deep end after meeting one another at their hotel.
The group were then put into pairs as Amir, Vanessa, Jack, Jennie, Jamie and Georgia were chosen to walk the plank, which sees the stars walk along an unstable plank hovering 334 feet above the Gold Coast while trying to obtain a meal for camp.
Ant McPartlin explained: “As you can see we have two planks. You and your buddy will face them together at the same time. For each pair there is a meal ticket on offer. To successfully get that ticket you must successfully complete your challenge but if one of you fails… you both fail.”
Buddies Jennie and Jamie successfully received their meal ticket, as did Jack and Toff.
Amir and Vanessa were the third pair to receive their meal ticket, with Vanessa exclaiming: “That was the scariest thing I’ve ever done in my life, I didn’t think I’d make it back.”
Meanwhile, Dennis and Shappi were given the challenge of skydiving into the jungle, while Becky and Stanley found themselves on a “hellboat”.
In total, the camp managed to win four meal tickets after Stanley and Shappi failed their challenge.
It was explained that campmates in possession of a meal ticket would eat well with everyone else on basic rations. The campmates had to decide who should be allocated a meal ticket as they were not allowed to share meals.

Richard Hammond to quit Grand Tour if he has anymore crashes

OHMYGOSSIP — Richard Hammond will quit ‘The Grand Tour’ if he has another high-speed car cash.
The 47-year-old presenter has cheated death twice after being involved in two serious motoring accidents, which have left him hospitalised, and now his wife Mindy has told him he’s only got one more strike left until he’s banned from doing anymore TV stunts.
Speaking to the Daily Mail newspaper’s Event magazine, he said: “I’ve had my two strikes. I do have to be a bit more careful.”
Richard was left temporarily wheelchair bound earlier this year after he careered off a hilltop in Switzerland while travelling at 120mph in his £2 million electric super car, which later burst into flames, but he was convinced he was about to die.
He said: “I thought, the longer I sail through the air upside down, the heavier the landing is likely to be. And it was heavy. The car was burning. That’s why I got out quick. I struggled, it was very difficult to move. I remember thinking: ‘Someone will come and get me out, they’ll be on their way by now.’ But then I realised: ‘No, I really do need to get out actually, it’s important!’ And I managed to get the crash helmet off in the car, which meant I could wriggle around and open the door and drag myself out.
“I think I was still in it [the car] when it went up. That’s why I decided to get out. I could hear it. That’s when there was a sudden urgency, that my brain said, hmm, let’s leave.”
Richard was previously involved in a crash in 2006 but, last time, he was in a coma for two weeks after suffering some serious head injuries and, although he was conscious when he escaped the car in June, he tested his mental state.
He explained: “The paramedics must have thought I had gone nuts because I was lying there saying: ‘Right, I’m Richard Hammond, I’m driving a Rimac, I’m in Switzerland, I’m driving against Jeremy in a Lamborghini…’ I was listing what we were doing to prove to myself that I hadn’t hurt my head again, before calling for a tele-phone to call my wife Mindy. I needed to do that before they put me in a helicopter.’ ‘I said: ‘Look, this will get out on social media, I have had a bit of a shunt. Don’t worry, I haven’t hurt my head. I think I’ve broken a leg and some ribs and things but nothing that won’t fix. Don’t worry about me. I’ll call you from hospital.'”
