Phoebe Waller-Bridge: I wasn’t prepared for fame

OHMYGOSSIP — Phoebe Waller-Bridge wasn’t prepared for the pressures of fame.
The 33-year-old actress shot to international prominence on the back of her starring role in ‘Fleabag’, the comedy-drama series set in London, and Phoebe feels her success exposed her family to unwelcome stress.
She shared: “They were actually taking the brunt of the profile of the show getting bigger.
“They were being asked all the questions about the show … Basically, there was just a communication breakdown with my family.”
Phoebe was actually performing in New York when ‘Fleabag’ was broadcast in the UK.
And so she wasn’t fully aware of its popularity and how it would impact her day-to-day life.
She told the Observer newspaper: “I’d underestimated, as we all had, what impact it was going to have and that people were going to want to talk about it so much and like it so much.
“And I was essentially just so far away from everybody and in a different timezone doing the play … I hadn’t really connected with my close friends and family when it went out, so they then had this strange explosion of this show happening.”
Phoebe – who also created the show ‘Killing Eve’ – revealed she draws inspiration from her own deepest fears.
She said: “I’m drawing on really personal things and things that echo in real life, but I write about my biggest fears.
“I write about losing my best friend or losing my mum, or not communicating with my dad, or not getting on with his new partner, and all those things are my worst fears: whereas actually my mum’s alive and well, my best friend is alive and well and we have an unbelievable relationship, my relationship with both my siblings is incredible, I get on really well with my stepmother and my dad; but it’s the ‘what if?'”

Harry Judd ‘in talks to become a Strictly Come Dancing judge’

OHMYGOSSIP — Harry Judd is reportedly in talks to replace Darcey Bussell as a ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ judge.
The 33-year-old musician – who lifted the glitterball trophy in 2011 – is apparently being lined up by the BBC as the show’s bosses seek to attract a new, younger audiences.
A source told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: “‘Strictly’ bosses are desperate to appeal to younger viewers, as they know that is the age group they need to build on.
“Last year that was behind the decision to sign up YouTuber Joe Sugg as a contestant. And Harry has millions of young fans thanks to McFly.
“He is popular, very charismatic and has experience of dancing both on Strictly and in the West End, after appearing in Rip it Up.
“They know that he would also hit the right note with older audiences as he is very much a family man, he is a dad with two children.
“Talks are ongoing at the moment, but as it stands, Harry is a firm favourite.”
In 2018, Harry joined the UK dance tour Rip It Up, which celebrates the music that dominated the airwaves in the 1960s.
And an insider insisted Harry offers something entirely new and different to the other ‘Strictly’ judges.
The source explained: “Harry has gained a lot of dance experience since he won ‘Strictly’ – performing night after night with Rip It Up.
“But he would also bring something to the judging panel that none of the others can, because he has been in the celebrities’ shoes.
“And it wouldn’t be the first time the bosses chose a former contestant to be a judge, look at Alesha Dixon.”

Aidan Turner furnished home with Poldark props

OHMYGOSSIP — Aidan Turner used ‘Poldark’ props to furnish his home.
The 36-year-old actor – who stars as Captain Ross Poldark in the hit BBC One series – has confessed he took a few momentos from the set to use at his new London house.
He told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre TV column: “I took the kitchen table and the benches – they’re in my house in London. No, [they’re not out of place], they’re perfect.”
Meanwhile, Poldark’s writer Debbie Horsfield previously revealed the show could return for a sixth series – if the BBC want it.
The upcoming fifth series of the 18th century period drama has been billed as the last but Debbie has insisted there is enough material for another series, if the channel are keen.
Speaking at a preview screening of the series, she said: “Never say never. We’ve had an amazing run but there are five books left and who knows what could happen in a few years. The BBC would need to say that they wanted more and we’d take it from there.”
It was confirmed last year that the fifth series would be the last.
Horsfield said at the time: “In ‘The Stranger from the Sea’ Winston Graham made many references to developments that happened in the ‘gap’ years. Much can also be inferred.
“There are, of course, also historical events and people of the time, both in Cornwall and in London. Series five will draw on all of these to follow the lives of the Poldarks, George Warleggan, the Enyses, and the Carnes in this intervening period.”
Whilst Andrew Graham, the son of Winston Graham, the author who penned the novels on which the show is based, said: “No-one can know what my father would have felt about the forthcoming series, let alone what he might have written. However, Debbie Horsfield has demonstrated such an extraordinary affinity with his work and shown such remarkable skill in bringing his Poldark characters to the screen that we know we are in safe hands. Indeed, without her, the [Winston Graham] Estate would not have agreed to series five in this form.”

Yewande Biala says Arabella Chi friendship would be ‘very forced’

OHMYGOSSIP — Yewande Biala says it would be “very forced” if she and Arabella Chi developed a friendship following their ‘Love Island’ exits.
The 23-year-old scientist was dumped from the ITV2 dating show after Danny Williams chose the 28-year-old model over her, only for Arabella to be dumped days later, but Yewande insists it would not be “genuine” if they tried to become pals outside the villa.
She said: “No, I haven’t spoken to her.
“I mean, like, she’s a lovely girl and I didn’t really get to know her in the villa because it’s quite awkward getting to know someone who’s trying to steal your man, so I didn’t get to know her in the villa.
“Now we’re out we don’t really have that established friendship.
I just don’t think it would be genuine if we had that friendship now.
“I think it would be very forced.”
The pair came face-to-face in an awkward reunion on spin-off show ‘Love Island: Aftersun’ last night (30.06.19), but Arabella insists she has “no hard feelings” towards Yewande.
Speaking on the ITV2 show, she added: “I think it’s so hard, in the real world, you would never be friends going for the same guy…but we’re obviously going to have to be civil.
“I have no hard feelings towards [Yewande].”
Despite being dumped from the island, Yewande recently admitted she has no regrets over her three-week stint in the villa.
She said: “I think it was the right decision for me to go on ‘Love Island’.
“What better way to break down your walls than to go on a love show that forces you to open up a little bit more. And that’s what I did, [but] it did take me a while…”

Gaz Beadle’s son hospitalised

OHMYGOSSIP — Gary ‘Gaz’ Beadle’s son was taken to hospital at the weekend.
The former ‘Geordie Shore’ star and his girlfriend Emma McVey hosted a gender reveal party on Saturday (29.06.19) – where they discovered their second child will be a girl – but had to cut the celebrations short when 17-month-old Chester took a turn for the worse following a few days of feeling under the weather.
Emma posted on Instagram: “For all the absolute idiots trying to give me grief.
“I took Chester to the doctors Monday, but did they listen? No. I’m just an over-cautious mum. ‘He has a slight ear infection but doesn’t need antibiotics’.
“Yesterday I knew he was’t right, he has an ear infection and bladder infection so finally letting us have antibiotics.
“He was running around yesterday and everyone thought he was fine, I’m not stupid and I know my child.
“He was distracted, and that’s why he seemed ‘fine’. So no I didn’t make him stay at the party, I left my own party before everyone else to get him properly checked.”
Before they left to go to hospital, Chester joined his parents as they found out whether they were having a boy or a girl.
Gaz shared a video on Instagram in which he, Emma and their son stood in front of balloons and a cake decorated with the words “boy or girl”, and then 31-year-old star shot a confetti cannon, which showered them in pink paper to signify they are expecting a daughter.
He captioned the clip: “WOW it’s a…… total shock but absolutely buzzing little family complete. Also so happy for @emma_jane1392.
“So special to have Chester there with us… the life journey continues…. now just need names!” [sic]
And Emma wrote: “I don’t think we have EVER been so shocked…our little family is complete.”

David Attenborough takes to Glastonbury stage

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir David Attenborough made a surprise onstage appearance at Glastonbury to launch a new BBC natural history series.
The veteran broadcaster took to the stage at Worthy Farm to share a four-minute prequel to ‘Seven Worlds, One Planet’ – which he has narrated – and as festival goers watched it, it was also screened globally in almost 50 countries and on social and digital platforms.
During his appearance, David praised the festival for going plastic free after the dangers were highlighted in ‘Blue Planet II’.
He said: “There was one sequence that everyone seems to remember, that showed what plastic has done to the creatures in the ocean.
“It has an extraordinary effect.
“Now this great festival has gone plastic free. That is more than a million bottles of water that have not been drunk by you in plastic. Thank you. Thank you…
“There are seven great continents on which we human beings live. Each has its own marvellous creatures… its own glory… its own problems.”
As he introduced the prequel, David explained from the Pyramid stage that Sia and Hans Zimmer had teamed up to record ‘Out There’ to accompany the documentary.
And Sia and Hans – whose song was given its global debut on BBC Radio 1 at the same time the prequel was broadcast – felt honoured to collaborate on the track, which was inspired by ‘Planet Earth II’.
Sia said: “I was honoured to be asked to collaborate with Hans Zimmer for Seven Worlds, One Planet. The work this programme – and the Planet Earth series – does on behalf of our planet is essential and I’m proud to be a part of it.”
Hans added: “Sia is a real virtuoso and has a voice to match the power of her song writing. ‘Out There’ is sublime and it was a joy for myself and the Bleeding Fingers team to bring it to life and give the ‘Seven Worlds, One Planet’ prequel a soundtrack to complement the extraordinary imagery and voice of Sir David.”
The BBC are excited to show the full series in the future.
Charlotte Moore, BBC’s Director of Content, said: “We’re delighted to give the Glastonbury audience the first look at the prequel for ‘Seven Worlds, One Planet’. This is going to be an extraordinary series for BBC One fronted by Sir David Attenborough. The combination of cutting edge technology and unique insights into animal behaviours will give us a new perspective on the natural world.”
The 93-year-old broadcaster added: “‘Seven Worlds, One Planet’ will resonate with audiences worldwide. We all belong to a continent after all, we all share planet earth. I am delighted to introduce the latest work from BBC Studios’ Natural History Unit.”

Former EastEnders boss slams schedule changes

OHMYGOSSIP — Dominic Treadwell-Collins has called for the Women’s World Cup to be moved for ‘EastEnders’ rather than the soap making way for the “bloody football”.
The former show boss believes the programme is on fire at the moment following a “fallow period”, but he is disappointed to see the BBC One soap’s schedule recently disrupted due to the football tournament taking priority.
He tweeted: “Every time #EastEnders starts to rebuild its viewers’ loyalty after a fallow period, it’s moved around in the schedules for the bloody football. Move the football around #EastEnders. It’s en fuego at the moment. (sic)”
Dominic is happy the soap “is back”, and admitted he and his team always put the hours in to try to ensure the show was successful.
He wrote: “We worked very hard and made sure we had fun doing it! So happy Enders is back.”
Former ‘EastEnders’ writer Leo Richardson tweeted: “Dom is a bloody genius and had such a clear vision. We all knew exactly what he wanted so it was easy. When that’s right, it works! So happy to hear it’s doing well again!”
EastEnders’ latest schedule change came last Friday (28.06.19) when France v USA aired instead, after two episodes aired last Tuesday (25.06.19) and the Friday ep was shown on Thursday (27.06.19).
There are also two visits to Walford scheduled for Monday (01.07.19) rather than the usual one, because there is no ‘EastEnders’ tomorrow (02.07.19) when England take on USA.
But some ‘EastEnders’ fans will be pleased to hear the Women’s World Cup final is to take place on Sunday (07.07.19).

Charlie Hardwick: Emmerdale schedule was ‘tiring’

OHMYGOSSIP — Charlie Hardwick is enjoying the “slower pace” of ‘Ackley Bridge’, admitting it was “tiring” shooting 12 episodes a week on ‘Emmerdale’.
The 58-year-old star, who portrayed Val Pollard on the ITV soap from 2004 to 2015, is pleased she has more time to act “to the best of [her] ability” on the Channel 4 school drama, and says there is more time to rehearse than there was on the soap.
She said: “I am happy for the slower pace. It’s measured. There’s a single camera so there’s time to rehearse, time to discuss how you should do the shots.
“It’s proper film making. It gives you the time to do the work to the best of your ability.
“At ‘Emmerdale’ sometimes you’d be filming 12 episodes a week. It was tiring.”
Charlie’s character Val was killed off when a shard of glass fell on her as she lay injured in a Hall of Mirrors following a helicopter crash in the village.
And the ‘Billy Elliot’ star insists her alter-ego’s death was “as brutal as you can get”, and admits she was “really hurt” when she was told show bosses were going to kill Val off.
She added to the Sunday Mirror newspaper: “I loved ‘Emmerdale’. It was my choice to leave.
“I have to say I was absolutely shocked when I found out they were going to kill Val.
“I think when you spend most of your life addressed and behaving like somebody else then you find out that they’re going to savagely annihilate her – I was really hurt.
“I was upset on her behalf. It was as brutal as you can get.
“That’ll teach us for saying time for me to go.”
Charlie recently admitted she misses her former ‘Emmerdale’ co-stars, and was keen to “explore new creative avenues” when she departed the soap.
She said: “I miss my old comrades but we keep in touch. It was great working in West Yorkshire again because I got to hang out with some of them.
“I loved playing Val but I was spending more time as her than me! So after 12 years, I felt it was time to explore new creative avenues. And look what came my way.”

Dave Bautista slams suggestion he should join Fast and Furious franchise

OHMYGOSSIP — Dave Bautista slammed the ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise as he admitted he’d rather star in “good films” than join the cast of spin-off ‘Hobbs & Shaw’.
The ‘Avengers: Endgame’ star’s WWE alumni Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson stars in the upcoming spin-off, whilst fellow wrestler-and-actor John Cena makes his debut in the main franchise in ‘Fast & Furious 9’.
And after previously admitting that he has no time for the action movies, Bautista wasn’t best impressed when a Twitter follower suggested he should sign up for a part in ‘Hobbs & Shaw’.
He replied: “…..thank you for your consideration… #idratherdogoodfilms (sic)”
And when another user suggested that his movie ‘Escape Plan 2’ wasn’t a “good” film, he hit back: “Genius! Big Dave didn’t state that he’s never done a bad film. But I did them for particular reasons that helped build an ‘acting’ career. And I got to work with Sly so in your face with that! You’re dismissed!”
The 50-year-old actor rose to Hollywood stardom in 2014 Marvel movie ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ following a series of more minor roles after a hugely successful stint as wrestler for WWE.
And the ‘Dune’ star recently spoke out about how he only wants “good roles” and wants to develop as a character actor rather than just keep making blockbusters.
He said: “I want good roles. I don’t care about ‘Fast and Furious’ or ‘Bumblebee’. … That’s not the kind of stardom I want. … I want to be in ‘Dune’. I want to work with Denis Villeneuve.
“I want to work with Sam Mendes and Jodie Foster.
“I want to work with Academy Award winners. I’m proud to be a character actor. I want that respect and credibility and education.”

Daniel Craig resumes Bond 25 filming

OHMYGOSSIP — Daniel Craig has resumed shooting ‘Bond 25’ in London.
The 51-year-old actor – who stars as the suave spy – has resumed filming in the British capital, after undergoing “minor” surgery on an injured ankle in May.
The official Twitter account for ‘Bond 25’ posted photos of Daniel with the Household Cavalry, captioning it: “Daniel Craig meets the Household Cavalry (@HCav1660) @ArmyInLondon. #Bond25 (sic)”
And in a separate post, it documented Daniel with his Aston Martin, adding: “Daniel Craig and the @astonmartin V8 on location for #Bond25 … 007 star Daniel Craig, director Cary Fukunaga and the #Bond25 crew were out in the sunshine today shooting across a number of London locations, including Whitehall, where Daniel filmed a scene with a classic @astonmartin V8, first seen in a Bond film in THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS. (sic)”
Craig injured himself during filming in Jamaica but has now returned to work after having some time off to recuperate.
They said in a statement at the time: “Daniel Craig will be undergoing minor ankle surgery resulting from an injury sustained during filming in Jamaica. Production will continue whilst Craig is rehabilitating for two weeks post-surgery. The film remains on track for the same release date in April 2020.”
A source said of his injury: “Daniel was suited and booted for one of the last scenes in Jamaica. He was sprinting during filming when he slipped and fell quite awkwardly. He was in quite a lot of pain and was complaining about his ankle. As you’d expect he was also pretty angry that it had happened. He threw his suit jacket on the ground in sheer frustration.”

Rachel Riley and Pasha Kovalev eloped to Vegas

OHMYGOSSIP — Rachel Riley and Pasha Kovalev have secretly tied the knot in Las Vegas.
The ‘Countdown’ star – who is pregnant with the couple’s first child – took to Instagram on Monday (01.07.19) to declare herself “Mrs Kovalev” as she and the former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ pro stood in front of a flower carousel and the blonde beauty held a bouquet of red and white roses.
She captioned the post: “Introducing the new Mr and Mrs Kovalev We both said yes.”
According to The Sun Online, the couple – who met on ‘Strictly’ in 2013 – wanted to keep their nuptials low-key and reportedly kept the ceremony on Friday (28.06.19) from most of their close friends and family.
A source told the publication: “They wanted to ensure it was just the two of them and everything was kept as quiet as possible.
“They did it in complete secrecy — even most of their friends and family had no idea they were going there to get married.
“By keeping everything a closely guarded secret, they pulled it off and surprised their loved ones. Naturally, everyone is delighted.”
The 33-year-old TV star had previously opened up on her views on marriage and having children, after being married to Jamie Gilbert for just 16 months before meeting 39-year-old Pasha.
She said last year: “I am in love now. I don’t feel I have to get married. I don’t think I need that pressure any more.
“I don’t worry about getting married or whether he is taking a long time in the morning or whether he has done the dishes. That does not really bother me in the long term. I feel settled.
“I don’t feel the need to do it again. If I’m with someone and I’m happy, that’s enough.”
And touching on children briefly, she said: “I don’t see myself with or without children – whatever will be, will be.”
Rachel and Pasha are the second ‘Strictly’ couple to tie the knot, after former ‘Coronation Street’ actor Jimi Mistry, 46, and Flavia Cacaca, 39, got married three years after being coupled up on the BBC One ballroom and Latin contest in 2010.

Love Island’s Arabella Chi says Danny Williams ‘wasn’t a man’ but she’ll wait for him

OHMYGOSSIP — Arabella Chi says Danny Williams “wasn’t a man” when he failed to tell Yewande Biala how he felt about the model.
The 28-year-old star was dumped from ‘Love Island’ last week, days after 23-year-old scientist Yewande was axed from the ITV2 dating show when Danny picked Arabella over her.
Danny was torn between her and Yewande, who he was coupled up with at the time, but it was left to Arabella to tell Yewande how the 21-year-old model felt.
She said: “I feel like he wasn’t a man in that situation.
“He’s very mature for his age, but in that scenario … they don’t tell the truth because they don’t want to hurt.
“There was never an issue between Yewande and I. It was Danny who was the issue.
“I told her the truth from as soon as I felt Danny wasn’t telling her the truth.
“I wanted to put her in the picture straight away.
“I feel between us [me and Yewande] there wasn’t any awkwardness.”
Arabella is keen to wait for Danny to leave the villa to “see what happens” between the pair, and insists she didn’t have a problem with him sharing a bed with 24-year-old newcomer Jourdan Riane on last night’s (30.06.19) episode.
Speaking on ‘Lorraine’, she added: “We were only coupled up for three days so I do feel he’s very much single, as I am.
“Hopefully when he comes out we’ll have a chat and see what happens.
“But he’s entitled to do what he’s in there to do.”

Fiona Shaw joins cast of The Enola Holmes Mysteries

OHMYGOSSIP — Fiona Shaw has joined the new Sherlock Holmes film franchise.
The 60-year-old actress is set to star alongside Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill in a host of movies based on Nancy Springer’s young adult fiction book series ‘The Enola Holmes Mysteries’ with Harry Bradbeer at the helm.
‘The Enola Holmes Mysteries’ tells the story of the titular teenage sister (Brown) of Sherlock Holmes (Cavill) and Mycroft Holmes who is also a detective.
There are no details yet on who Shaw will play.
Jack Thorne has penned the script for the new film and Helena Bonham Carter has also joined the cast as Enola’s mother.
There are a total of six novels in the series, ‘The Case of the Missing Marquess’, ‘The Case of the Left-Handed Lady’, ‘The Case of the Bizarre Bouquets’, ‘The Case of the Peculiar Pink Fan’, ‘The Case of the Cryptic Crinoline’ and ‘The Case of the Gypsy Goodbye’.
Brown, 13, developed a relationship with Legendary Entertainment after recently making her big screen debut as Madison Russell in ‘Godzilla: King of the Monsters’.
Legendary are producing with Brown and her sister Paige Brown via the duo’s PCMA Productions shingle.
Shaw recently appeared in Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s BAFTA-winning spy thriller series ‘Killing Eve’ as the head of the Russia Section at MI6, Carolyn Martens, alongside Jodie Comer as psychopathic assassin Villanelle and Sandra Oh as agent Eve Polastri.
Shaw recently credited the hit show’s success to having three strong female leads who don’t rely on their “husbands or sons” while admitting it was refreshing not to play a moralistic character.
She said: “We’ve all been brought up on endless boys doing this work and enjoying them, so it’s fantastic to have three people who are female running the good and bad of this world.
“It’s a joy not to play plain virtue. Women often play virtue and it’s very nice to not necessarily be good, and not necessarily be bad. The three women are not tied to a home or to husbands or sons.”

Julianne Moore never feels secure as an actress

OHMYGOSSIP — Julianne Moore doesn’t feel like she has any control over her creative choices.
The 58-year-old actress confessed that throughout her career she’s gone “job to job” without following any specific “trajectory” and feels that whenever she finishes working on a film she goes “back to zero”.
When asked at the Karlovy Vary Film Festival at what point in her career she felt she began to have choice over her creative choices, she said: “How about never? I would like to think that there’s sort of a trajectory that we can all follow, where you’re like, ‘Now it’s OK.’
“I don’t know that any of us feels that way. I think particularly when you’re a freelancer, as all of us are, you really just go from job-to-job. Once a job finishes, you feel like you’re kind of back at zero. Now it’s time to find something else and work on that.”
The ‘Still Alice’ star’s love of acting was fostered in childhood through her love of reading and make believe and although at the time she didn’t think those pastimes would lead her anywhere she know realises they were vital to her making it in Hollywood.
She said: “I was one of those kids – I wasn’t athletic, I didn’t have a lot of hobbies. I liked to pretend, and I liked to read. And I didn’t think those two things would lead me anywhere professionally, but when I started doing plays after school … I felt like I was inside the book.
“And I still feel that way when I make a film: I feel like I crawl inside the story. I always tell our children, ‘Follow your interests, because you don’t know where they’ll lead you.’ I never imagined that my interest in language and story would lead me to cinema. And it has.”

Nitin Ganatra has ‘pretend’ birthday after social media messages

OHMYGOSSIP — Nitin Ganatra is “pretending” it is his birthday – after he was inundated with social media messages congratulating him.
The former ‘EastEnders’ star has been busy replying to numerous messages this morning wishing him many happy returns – but he has had to point out he isn’t actually celebrating his big day today (01.07.19).
In response to a tweet from a celebrity birthday Twitter account wishing him a “happy birthday”, he replied: “Thank you!!! It’s not my birthday but happy to pretend and receive many many good wishes and positive energy! (sic)”
The 52-year-old star – who played Masood Ahmed on the BBC One soap – joked he is “aiming” to be like the queen and have two birthdays, and admitted he enjoys being wished a happy birthday even though his big day isn’t actually today.
Following an apology from the celeb birthday Twitter user, he wrote: “It’s ok. Happens every year… twice. I enjoy it. (sic)”
Nitin’s former ‘EastEnders’ co-star Tamzin Outhwaite was one of the Twittersphere who wished him many happy returns.
She wrote: “Happy birthday. I miss you and your mangos . Yoga soon? (sic)”
And while he sent a similar message back, he looks set to meet the Mel Owen actress for a yoga session soon.
He wrote: “Ahhhh thanks beautiful. But it’s not my birthday! Mango season is over… miss it this year. Got to get to this yoga party started! Xxx (sic)”
While Nitin is enjoying celebrating his non-birthday today, last week he was less than impressed when strangers burst into a hotel room he was staying at.
The confusion led to him wondering whether he had accidentally booked into a swingers hotel.
He wrote on Twitter: “In a hotel in Knutsford for work. 12.45 in the nite, fast asleep. Door bursts open. Half asleep I yelled “what you doin!? Why I choose a deep voice and jordie accent I dunno! The guy ran off terrified. This is why you NEVER sleep naked! And ALWAYS keep your boots on! (sic)”
And when it happened again, he tweeted: “Ok. Just had a shower. And it happened again!! Wtf is going on??? Am I in some swingers joint by accident?? (sic)”

Yewande Biala wants Anna Vakili and Ovie Soko to work out

OHMYGOSSIP — Yewande Biala hopes Anna Vakili and Ovie Soko’s potential romance will work out – so she can hook up with one of his friends.
The former ‘Love Island’ star is glad the 28-year-old beauty seems happy with the new arrival, and admitted she would like to be set up with one of his pals when everyone has left the villa.
Speaking on ‘Capital Breakfast’, she said: “I love Anna and the new guy! I feel like when he walked into the villa, literally, that is Anna’s type.
“She said to me, ‘My type is tall, tattooed, muscular,’ and I feel like they just kind of delivered that.
“I’m so excited for them, I hope it works out and I hope when they get out they’re really strong because I know Ovie will have friends and then it’ll work out for me as well.”
Yewande, 23, doesn’t think Anna has betrayed Jordan Hames, 24, by getting close to the newcomer, and insisted it’s a very different situation to her drama with Danny Williams, 21, and late arrival Arabella Chi, 28.
She explained: “Erm, no not really because see with Jordan and Anna, they never had that discussion.
“They never kind of said that their heads wouldn’t turn. They kind of were together because it was comfortable, it was convenient and that was that.
“There was nothing more than the sexual attraction and she’d said that to Jordan and they kind of knew where they stood and, that’s why both of them are talking to different people. It’s a totally different situation.”
Despite her disappointment at how everything was handled with Danny and Arabella, she thinks they are “lovely”.
She said: “I think Danny as an individual is obviously a lovely person.
“I think it’s just the situation was handled incorrectly. Him as a person, he’s lovely and Arabella – she’s really lovely – obviously I didn’t get to know her on a personal level, I think it was just the situation that was just a little bit… mmm.”
Tune into ‘Capital Breakfast’, weekdays from 6am-10am.
