Joseph Quinn ‘grateful’ to work with Sir Ridley Scott

OHMYGOSSIP — Joseph Quinn felt “incredibly grateful” to work with Sir Ridley Scott on ‘Gladiator 2’.
The 30-year-old actor is part of the cast for the sequel to the Oscar-winning 2000 original and he revealed the 86-year-old director is still full of “vigour” and “thirst for life” despite the long and “brutal” days on set.
He told Men’s Health magazine: “Watching him negotiate these brutal shoot days … he’s not 32 anymore. But he conducts himself with such a vigour, and thirst, for life and also filmmaking, still – he just loves it, and that is very infectious. Working with him … I was never expecting to do that, obviously, and so I was incredibly grateful. ”
Quinn added: “I just tried, like we all did, to be as present as we could, and to understand that this was a very rare thing. Outside of making the film itself, it was a very rare experience as a human being to bare witness to ancient Rome. He built ancient Rome! Not a lot of people can do that – Ridley Scott can.”
He also confessed he’s been a fan of Scott’s work since he was a child: “He is a world builder.
“He creates these films that utterly transport you, and that is a very rare thing to be able to do. I, like you, was a massive fan of his films: I remember watching ‘Blade Runner’ as a kind of rite-of-passage with my Dad when I was younger; ‘Gladiator’ was a really seminal film for me … There’s such a variety in that body of work that indicates the caliber of director that he is, and the kind of creativity that he’s able to harness and weaponise.”
Quinn stars in the new film alongside Paul Mescal, Denzel Washington, Pedro Pascal and Connie Nielsen. Russell Crowe starred in the first film, but he’s not returning for the sequel.
He added of the second film: “We certainly we were aware of the legacy of the first film, so we wanted to pay homage to that, and understand that it’s one of those films that a lot of people get misty-eyed about, myself included.
“Going back near that world felt a little daunting, but also utterly thrilling. Yes, I play one of the emperors in it, and it was a truly incredible experience. And that’s all I can say.”

Gemma Collins wants a ‘woodland’ wedding

OHMYGOSSIP — Gemma Collins wants a “woodland” wedding when she ties the knot with her fiance Rami Hawash.
The former ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ star got engaged to Rami in February after he proposed on a beach during a holiday in the Maldives, and Gemma is now thinking ahead to her big day and she wants to be surrounded by nature when she walks down the aisle.
She told OK! magazine: “If I get married, I’ll get married in the woods, I want it to be earthy … There’s going to be lots of laughter and tears.”
Gemma previously told the publication she hopes to have three ceremonies with the first taking place in the UK with the second in a location abroad and followed by a third for just close friends and family.
She explained: “I think we’re actually going to have three weddings. The main one will be somewhere fabulous in the UK, the second maybe abroad, and the third will be the formal one for our closest friends and family.”
Gemma also revealed they are hoping to tie the knot in 2026 as it’s the year Rami will turn 50 and she wants it to be a “winter wedding”.
She added: “We’re not going to do it until 2026 and it’ll likely be a winter wedding. Rami turns 50 that year too, so it’ll be a huge celebration. I spoke to an astrologer and they said that is the luckiest year to get married … ”
She said of her wedding dress plans: “I would love something similar to the lace one Lady Gaga wore in ‘House Of Gucci’ … I might even go back to my roots and wear something really Essex-like and over the top.
“At the moment I’m thinking something Italian-themed, then a ‘wow’ one with a huge train. I might even recreate Victoria Beckham’s wedding moment with the tiara, I loved that.”

Inside Out 2 first movie to hit $1 billion since Barbie

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Inside Out 2’ has become the first movie since ‘Barbie’ to reach $1 billion at the global box office.
The animated Pixar film has exceeded the 2015 original film – which made $858.8 million – by crossing the $1 billion mark.
It took $469.3 million in North America and $545.5 million internationally, meaning it has earned a whopping $1.015 billion.
It has also become the fastest animated movie to hit $1 billion since Disney’s 2019 blockbuster ‘Frozen 2’.
Michael O’Leary, president and CEO of the National Association of Theatre Owners, told Variety: “The film’s stunning global success once again illustrates that audiences the world over will respond to compelling, entertaining movies, and that they want to enjoy them on the big screen.”
The flick made $150 million in its opening weekend and ‘Frozen 2’ earned $135 million.
The film is set two years after Riley’s (Kensington Tallman) move to San Francisco and follows the teen as she embarks on her high school journey.
The plot begins: “The personified emotions — Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger and Disgust — have since overseen a newly-formed element of Riley’s mind called her “Sense of Self”, which houses memories and feelings that form Riley’s beliefs. Joy (Amy Poehler), intending to fill the Sense of Self with only positive memories, has invented a mechanism that launches any negative memories to the back of Riley’s mind. Riley and her best friends Bree (Sumayyah Nuriddin-Green) and Grace (Grace Lu) are invited to a weekend ice hockey camp where Riley hopes to qualify for her school’s team, the Firehawks. On the night before the camp, a “Puberty Alarm” sounds off, and a group of mind workers haphazardly upgrade the emotion console, leaving Headquarters a mess.”
All hell breaks loose and there are new emotions played by Maya Hawke (Anxiety), Ayo Edebiri (Envy), Adèle Exarchopoulos (Ennui), and Paul Walter Hauser (Embarrassment).
It comes almost a year after the Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling-headed blockbuster, based on the iconic Mattel dolls Barbie and Ken, dominated the box office, triumphing over ‘Oppenheimer’ in the ‘Barbenheimer’ battle.

Greg Berlanti hails ‘instant’ chemistry between Fly Me to the Moon leads Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum

OHMYGOSSIP — Greg Berlanti was delighted with the “instant” chemistry between ‘Fly Me to the Moon’ stars Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum.
The 52-year-old filmmaker has overseen the romantic comedy drama that takes place during the 1960s Space Race and was thrilled to notice an immediate connection between the leading pair because they didn’t have a chemistry read beforehand.
Greg said at a West Hollywood screening of the film: “They both can have chemistry with a wall, but you don’t know until you have them together.
“However, I knew from the second the read-through was happening it was instant and I knew I just needed and wanted to keep watching them. They have that thing.”
The film – which centres on the relationship between a marketing specialist and a NASA director – is set to be released in cinemas next month but Greg explained that that wasn’t planned until test screenings proved successful.
He said: “It was originally direct to streaming.
“But then we handed in the cut and started testing it. We tested it in Denver and it went very well. We tested it in California and we tested it in Texas. Every time, it was very much a resounding response from the focus group and testing that this was a theatrical movie.”
Berlanti explained how the audiences at test showings were particularly “grateful” to see an original story play out on the big screen.
The director said: “The other thing that the testing audience also kept bringing up was wanting to see an original movie. They were so grateful for an original.
“Even though it’s obviously historical fiction, it’s an original story wrapped around that. They didn’t know what was going to happen in a way in the movie and that was so fresh for them.”

Chad Stalhelski’s Highlander reboot to start shooting in Scotland next year

OHMYGOSSIP — Chad Stahelski’s ‘Highlander’ reboot will begin filming next year.
The ‘John Wick’ filmmaker is helming a new take on the 1986 fantasy epic that will feature Henry Cavill in the lead role and has confirmed that shooting will start in Scotland in January 2025.
Speaking to Collider at the Mediterranean Film Festival in Malta recently, Chad said: “We start shooting in January in Scotland, that’s why I go right after I leave. I go to Scotland to do the final location scout.”
Chad is enthusiastic about the reboot and is looking forward to the movie’s blend of period history and sci-fi.
He said: “It’s another opportunity to do a property that I love. I love what it’s about, I love working with immortality and love stories through time. I think it’s a good way to take a great period piece, and sci-fi, and mix them together.”
Stahelski admits that it will be a challenge to tackle sword combat in the picture as he gave an insight into some of the work that goes into preparing the cast for such scenes.
The 55-year-old stuntman and filmmaker said: “There’s some very interesting sword styles out there, but most of the time, we don’t have a lot of time, or we don’t have access to some people, or the cast members… sometimes you only have three or four days, or three or four weeks to train the cast member.
“Actors are no different than you. If you have become an NBA basketball player, could you do it in three weeks? Could you do it in three months? Could you do it in three years? Yet the burden is on us to make it look like they’re the best in the world that has ever lived.
“I don’t think you understand what kind of time that takes. We can use a few movie tricks, stunt doubles, editorial. But at the end of the day, you still have to believe it.”

Soap star Jill Halfpenny believes late partner Matt Janes is watching over her

OHMYGOSSIP — Jill Halfpenny thinks her late boyfriend Matt Janes is watching over her from beyond the grave.
The 48-year-old actress – who played Kate Mitchell on ‘EastEnders’ from 2002 to 2005 – lost her partner after he suffered a heart attack at the gym in 2017, but she still feels Matt’s presence wherever she goes and often sees signs that he is looking over her.
Speaking to HELLO! magazine, she said: “Yesterday, I walked straight into a white feather. It came across my eyes and I caught it.
“I live by the sea, so it’s very easy to dismiss these things. But there it was – the white feather.”
Jill also feels “connected” to Matt whenever his favourite song ‘Budapest’ – which was a hit for George Ezra – is played on the radio.
She explained: “That song seems to follow me around.
“Today, I was sitting in the dentist’s chair. I was so tense, and I just kept repeating the mantra, ‘I am safe, I am safe’, and then ‘Budapest’ came on.
“When things like this happen, it makes me feel connected, as if we’re all in constant conversation with our loved ones who have gone.
“For me, that energy and the feeling that the soul lives on and is already there to tap into, becomes a part of you. That’s comforting for me.”
The ‘Waterloo Road’ star “tried to be honest” about her grief with her 16-year-old son Harvey, who she has with ex-husband Craig Conway.
She said: “I tried to be honest with Harvey about my pain without scaring him.
“He’s amazing and I’m proud of myself for bringing him up in which a way that he doesn’t recoil if he sees an adult cry.”
Jill added people need to embrace their grief and accept it as “your friend” in order to overcome loss.
She said: “You need to talk to grief as if it’s your friend, not your enemy.
“Instead of pushing it away and being scared, you say, ‘Look, you’re here today, making your presence known. I’ve got things to do today, but come and sit down beside me.’”

Rylan Clark spurns Strictly Come Dancing offers: ‘The answer is no’

OHMYGOSSIP — Rylan Clark won’t ever compete on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The 35-year-old TV star hosted the spin-off ‘Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two’ from 2019 to 2023, and although he has had offers to be a contestant on the BBC ballroom series he would never accept one because it “wouldn’t be fair for [him] to go back and compete”.
According to the Daily Star newspaper’s Hot TV column, he said: “I get asked to do ‘Strictly’ all the time, but the answer is no. I wouldn’t do it.
“It wouldn’t be fair for me to go back and compete. It would be the same as if I went back into ‘Celebrity Big Brother’. It wouldn’t be fair.
“I was a host, so it would be weird if I became a contestant. I’d rather just have a little dance at home than do it on the show.”
After departing ‘It Takes Two’ – which Rylan presented with Zoe Ball and then Janette Manrara – the former ‘X Factor’ star revealed he left the programme because he wanted to “have a minute to himself” to figure out what he wanted to do next.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, he previously said: “I’ve been doing the same type of job for 10 years. For me, I just got to the point, ‘What do I want? What would I like to be? Who do I want to be? What show do I want to do in the future?
“And it’s really hard to try to work that out while you’re doing different things. So I had to take that step back, have a minute to myself, let it breathe, and not turn on the TV and see yourself while you’re watching what everyone else is doing.”

Joey Essex signs on to Netflix’s Selling Sunset

OHMYGOSSIP — Joey Essex will reportedly appear on the next season of ‘Selling Sunset’.
The 33-year-old star is currently looking for romance on ‘Love Island’ but he will make the jump to another reality show appearing in Netflix’s real estate series.
A source told The Sun newspaper’s TV Biz column: “Joey has become a very rich man through property and savvy investments.
“His cousin Chloe Sims is now based in Los Angeles, and Joey was thinking about investing in a pad for himself, which is how the ‘Selling Sunset’ gig came about.
“On the next series viewers will see Joey tour a megabucks property as part of his hunt for a base across the pond.
“It also means he’s added another huge reality show to his list — his first for Netflix — which opens up a whole new world of opportunity.”
While Joey continues his quest for love on the ITV2 show, with the TV personality recently dumping his former flame Grace Jackson, 25, for Jessy Potts, departed contestant Patsy Field revealed he banned others from mentioning ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ in the villa
Speaking to Closer magazine, the 29-year-old office administrator said: “Everyone was quoting ‘TOWIE’. All of the girls were quoting ‘TOWIE’.
“Joey put us on a ‘TOWIE’ quote ban at one point and said, ‘We’re going to need to drop it now.’”
Patsy insisted the contestants weren’t teasing him about his time on ‘TOWIE’, and were instead paying homage to Gemma Collins, 43.
She added: “But we couldn’t help it, and we said, ‘We’re not actually quoting ‘TOWIE’, we’re just quoting The GC.’
“She is a living legend, so can you blame us really?”

Simon Cowell fears no one will audition for his new talent show

OHMYGOSSIP — Simon Cowell is worried no one will audition for his new talent show.
The 54-year-old entertainment mogul is currently looking for the next One Direction, 14 years after he formed the boy band on ‘The X Factor’, for his as-of-yet untitled series.
Simon’s experience of creating pop bands is pre social media and he has concerns that aspiring young singers won’t leave their bedrooms to show off their talents.
During an interview with HELLO! magazine, he said: “[It’s] one of the scariest things I’ve ever done because I have no safety net.
“I used to do this 25 years ago, before social media, so now everyone is just in their bedrooms.
“Are they going to turn up to audition? I hope so!”
The ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge is confident that there is still an audience for a great boy band in today’s charts, despite the industry currently being dominated by solo female artists such as Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish and Olivia Rodrigo.
When asked if he believed there was still a hunger for a group like 1D, he said: “Yes, a hundred per cent.
“I’ve always believed everything is cynical. If One Direction formed tomorrow and put their first single out now, I honestly think it would be more successful.”
Simon is still in contact with some of the group, including Harry Styles, who called him after hearing his appearance on Steven Bartlett’s podcast ‘The Diary of a CEO’.
Simon spilled: “It was great to hear from him.
“He said listening to the podcast reminded him of what a great time we had together. I thought it said so much about him that he would even bother to make that phone call.”

Derry Girls writer to pen new Irish comedy/thriller for Netflix

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Derry Girls’ creator Lisa McGee is writing a new Irish comedy/thriller.
The 43-year-old screenwriter has started working on the upcoming Netflix series ‘How to Get to Heaven From Belfast’, which has been described as “dark, dangerous and hilarious odyssey” through Northern Ireland.
The programme is set to star ‘The Dry’ actress Roísín Gallagher, Unforgotten’s Sinéad Keenan and Caoilfhionn Dunne (‘A Thousand Blows’) as Saoirse, Robyn and Dara – three childhood pals, now in their late thirties, who reunite after learning of a fourth friend’s death.
In a statement, Lisa said: “I couldn’t be more excited to start production on ‘How To Get To Heaven From Belfast’.
“I’ve loved writing Saoirse, Robyn and Dara — three flawed, funny women who are about to embark on the most thrilling and terrifying adventure of their lives. A mystery full of twists and turns that will keep you guessing and make you laugh out loud. Let’s go girls!”
‘Derry Girls’ – which starred Nicola Coughlan, Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Louisa Harland and Jamie-Lee O’Donnell – followed a group of teenagers as they tried to navigate growing up in Northern Ireland during The Troubles, and went on to win two BAFTAs and an Emmy.
Despite its success, the show’s break-out star Nicola – who went on to front Netflix’s ‘Bridgerton’ – ruled out the possibility of returning to play Clare Devlin for a fourth season because she didn’t want to “taint” what had come before.
She told the BBC: “[‘Derry Girls’ was] amazing and I think it was a real three and done and it was wrapped up in a perfect package.”
“I wouldn’t want to go back because I wouldn’t want to taint it.”
While she doesn’t want to return to the beloved Channel 4 show, Nicola insisted she was keen to reunite with her ‘Derry Girls’ co-stars in another project.
She said: “I would like to work with them again in another iteration.”

Coronation Street star Daniel Brocklebank reveals Billy Mayhew name change

OHMYGOSSIP — Daniel Brocklebank has revealed his ‘Coronation Street’ character Billy Mayhew was originally called Hugh.
The 44-year-old actor has played the vicar since 2014 and has now spilled that his alter ego’s name was changed to Billy because Hugh was considered “too posh” by soap bosses.
In an interview with Inside Soap magazine, he said: “My character was originally going to be called Hugh. But the bosses decided that made him sound too posh, so they changed it to Billy!”
Daniel felt the vicar was “a lot cooler” in his earlier appearances compared to his current “nerdy geek” phase.
He added: “I was told right from the start that the fact he was gay was very incidental; it wasn’t a defining characteristic. When I look back on those first episodes, Billy was a lot cooler.
“He’s more of a nerdy geek now, but everything he’s been through would have a detrimental effect on his coolness, I suppose.
“Or it could be the fact that I’m a massive geek, and I wasn’t able to uphold that coolness for 10 years.”
Recently, Billy has had to come to terms with his husband Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) being diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND), a degenerative condition that can lead to loss of speech and paralysis.
Daniel has found the storyline particularly challenging and emotional to convey because his grandfather was diagnosed with MND in real life.
He said: “The past six months have been really gruelling to film, in terms of the emotional content that Pete and I have had to do. In a lot of ways, this MND story has been the most difficult one for me to play, purely because it’s so close to my own lived experience. The writing and research teams have been so brilliantly accurate with the way they have portrayed Paul’s illness and Billy caring for him, it’s certainly made me revisit things me and my family went through while caring for my grandfather.”

Graziano Di Prima and wife Giada not fazed by so-called Strictly curse

OHMYGOSSIP — Graziano Di Prima and his wife Giada aren’t fazed by the so-called ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ curse.
The 30-year-old Sicilian dancer has been on the BBC One Latin and ballroom show since 2018 and his other half, who is also a dancer, insists anyone could embark on an affair in any workplace, so it’s not just specific to the programme.
His spouse told OK! Magazine: “The ‘curse’ is in every job.
“It could happen in an office or a bar. I think the most important thing is trusting the person.”
The Italian Stallion said: “We do the same job – we are professional dancers.
“We respect each other and have principles, and we try to share everything we are going through in the season with each other. Giada is my best friend, she knows everything. When you don’t want to do things in the wrong way, you never even think of it.”
The show became the centre of a kissing scandal after comedian Seann Walsh, 38, was spotted smooching professional dancer Katya Jones, 35, in 2018, when they were both in long-term relationships.
Meanwhile, Graziano and his wife Giada revealed they would like to start a family one day, but only when they feel the time is right.
Graziano said: “We are both dancers, and I always say to my wife, when she feels ready I am always here to support her.
“We have to find the right time in our lives to do it. Of course, we want a family in the future, absolutely.”
Giada added: “We both want a family. I think it’s a little bit different with our work, especially for us ladies. We have to stop our careers and our bodies change. You have to be ready 100 per cent to dedicate all of yourself to this, and then hope you can come back.”

Ridley Scott ‘was never told or asked’ about Alien and Blade Runner sequels

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Ridley Scott claims he was “never told or asked” about making sequels to ‘Alien’ and ‘Blade Runner’.
The iconic 86-year-old filmmaker insisted he didn’t have the “choice” or control to make studios wait for follow-ups to his 1979 and 1982 sci-fi classics, and he “wasn’t happy” when the companies decided to make follow-ups without getting him on board.
He told Vanity Fair magazine: “I’m the author of two franchises. Most directors in Hollywood — certainly, let’s say, at my level — don’t let that stuff go.
“But I did ‘Alien’ as my second movie, so I didn’t have much choice. And ‘Blade Runner’ was my third movie. So, I had no choice because I had very tough partners.
“It was kind of ‘Welcome to Hollywood.’ I was never told or asked [about sequels]. You can imagine I wasn’t happy.”
‘Blade Runner 2049’ was released in 2017, while the ‘Alien’ franchise expanded with ‘Aliens’ in 1986, ‘Alien3’ in 1992 and 1997’s ‘Alien Resurrection’, before Scott returned to the franchise to helm 2012’s ‘Prometheus’ and then ‘Alien: Covenant’ four year slater.
He pondered: “I was slow out the starting gate. I mean, I should have done the sequels to ‘Alien’ and to ‘Blade Runner’. You change over the years.
“At that time, I didn’t want to go through it again. So Jim Cameron came in — and then David Fincher — on ‘Alien.’ ”
Scott did actually hope to direct the ‘Blade Runner’ sequel, but the chance to revisit ‘Alien’ came up and Denis Villeneuve instead ended up at the helm.
He added: “I was regretful, although he did a good job.”
The filmmaker will return to the dystopian franchise with upcoming Amazon Studios series ‘Blade Runner 2099’.
He previously told Empire magazine: “I’m one of the producers. It’s all set years on. To me, it circles the idea of Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World.”
Scott has been looking to return to the franchise for a long time now, and back in 2018 he teased the possibility of “another story” to delve into.
He told Digital Spy at the time: “I think there is another story. I’ve got another one ready to evolve and be developed, so there is certainly one to be done for sure.”

Lindsay Lohan felt ‘like a kid again’ on set of Freaky Friday 2

OHMYGOSSIP — Lindsay Lohan felt “like a kid again” returning to the Disney set for ‘Freaky Friday 2’.
The 38-year-old former child star is reuniting with her screen mom Jamie Lee Curtis, 65, for a long-awaited sequel to the 2003 body-swap classic as Anna and Tess Coleman, respectively, and she has been feeling very nostalgic about her Disney years and “emotional” reuniting with her co-stars.
She said of recently returning to the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California, on ‘Nightline’: “Jamie [Lee Curtis] and I have stayed in touch over the years.
“You know how they say when you have a best friend or someone you’re really close with? If you cannot see them for years and years, but when you see them again, it’s like you never separated.”
Lindsay continued: “I think really for me was when I went onto the Disney lot. And being back on the Disney lot because that’s not just Freaky Friday for me. That’s The Parent Trap, that’s Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, that’s Herbie. It’s so many moments for me. So when I got there, I kind of felt like this essence of a little kid again.”
She gushed: “I’m so grateful for every moment of it. Every second… I’m going to, like, get emotional. It’s a great experience.”
Production was underway a week ago, with the pair posing for a picture outside their trailers.
The script comes from Jordan Weiss and is directed by Nisha Ganatra.
In the second movie, Lindsay’s alter ego Anna will be all grown up with a child of her own and a new stepdaughter to contend with.
The cast also includes new additions Julia Butters, Sophia Hammons, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan and Manny Jacinto.
Mark Harmon, Chad Michael Murray, Christina Vidal Mitchell, Haley Hudson, Lucille Soong, Stephen Tobolowsky and Rosalind Chao will return.

BBC ‘forced to hit pause’ on The Chris and Rosie Ramsey Show

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘The Chris and Rosie Ramsey Show’ has reportedly “been paused” by the BBC.
The comedy chat show hosted by the husband and wife duo – which sees the married couple joined by another celebrity pair to talk about their relationships – first launched on BBC Two in 2022 before being promoted to BBC One, but fans will have to wait for a third series due to a scheduling conflict.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “The BBC absolutely love Chris and Rosie, they’re a hilariously entertaining duo but most importantly, real.
“They want to continue producing ‘The Chris and Rosie Ramsey Show’ for audiences but due to schedule clashes they can’t make it work right now.
“While the show has been paused for now, behind-the-scenes the BBC are continuing to look at ways the show can continue with Avalon [the show’s production company].”
It’s said one potential move being presented is the idea of changing the filming and broadcast schedules.
The ‘S******, Married, Annoyed’ podcasters claimed “there’s no secret” to their successful working and personal relationships aside from having “a laugh”.
Chris previously told Anita Rani on BBC Woman’s Hour on BBC Radio 4: “There’s no secret to our marriage.”
Rosie added: “We have a laugh and it makes life a little bit more enjoyable, doesn’t it?”
Chris continued: “In day-to-day life, from parenting to the podcast to the TV show, as long as we’ve made each other laugh, I feel like it’s been a success.”
While Rosie pointed out: “And you don’t always have to laugh at each other. Watch something funny. Laugh together. Or laugh at the other one’s misfortune.”
The ex ‘Parenting for Idiots’ star also advised to embrace “the mundane” in your romance.
She said: “It’s very exciting when you first get together, isn’t it? But then, as life carries on, it becomes a little bit mundane. I actually quite like the mundane.
“There’s comfort in it. I quite like that we have this life. We come home, we have tea together, and we watch the telly.”
