OHMYGOSSIP — Lionel Richie’s son was cautioned by police after threatening to detonate a bomb at London’s Heathrow airport.
Miles Brockman Richie reportedly became angry on Saturday (19.01.19) after being told he couldn’t get onto a flight so allegedly claimed he was carrying explosives, which he’d unleash if he wasn’t allowed on the plane.
According to TMZ, security attended the incident and the 24-year-old model allegedly punched one of the guards, prompting police to intervene.
A police spokesperson said: “On Saturday January 19, a 24-year-old man accepted a caution for communicating false information causing a bomb hoax and battery following an incident at Heathrow Terminal 5 earlier that morning.”
A caution means a person has accepted responsibility for their behaviour but they are not arrested or charged.
If Miles had been charged over the threats, he could have faced a stint behind bars as last year, a man was sentenced to 10 months in jail for causing a bomb hoax at nearby Gatwick Airport because he was late for his flight.
Representatives for Miles and Lionel have yet to comment.
Meanwhile, the ‘Hello’ hitmaker – who has Miles and Sofia, 19, with second wife Diane Alexander, and adopted oldest daughter Nicole with his first wife Brenda Harvey – previously credited his son’s birth for pulling him out of a particularly low period in his life.
He said: “My father was ill and I went through a very, I won’t say a depression, a massive depression … my dad was my hero. I went through that whole period of my life.
“It was something about the birth of my kid. Miles came along, Nicole was already there, I realised I had a group of people looking up to me to be the head of the house. They didn’t know what the hell I did for a living so I thought at that particular point, let’s go back and prove to the kids what I do. I realised, this is what I should be doing.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloe Kardashian has been gifted a camel toe concealer.
The 34-year-old reality star shared her joy at receiving a very unconventional gift from a fan, an adhesive silicone pad which is designed to prevent tight clothes from sitting in an unflattering way.
In a video on her Instagram Story, she showed her 85.3 million fans a card, which read: “Dear Khloe, I heard you might have some use for these. I hope they work.”
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star – who has nine-month-old daughter True with partner Tristan Thompson – then panned the camera to a pile of pink boxes and claimed she was delighted with the gift.
She said: “Camel toe concealer. I love this person.”
The Camel Toe Concealer by Silicone Valley is currently available on Amazon for $29.99 and the nude-coloured device available in two sizes – ‘original’, and ‘petite size’ and the description states it is “reusable for up to 40 hours of use”.
Although Khloe laughed off the gift, she has found herself breaking beauty rules since becoming a parent and previously admitted she isn’t particularly impressed that she’s found herself falling asleep with her make-up on and not even bothering to take it off in the morning.
She said: “There’s been a lot of nights where I would fall asleep with my make-up on, which I never used to do, and I will still wear the next morning! I never used to do that. It’s the one thing that I’m like, ‘Ugh, how did this happen?’
“Mom life is a juggling act, but just learning how to put some highlighter on — and highlighter’s a little distracting.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Prince Philip has been branded “insensitive and inconsiderate” by a woman who was injured in his car crash last week.
The 97-year-old royal was spoken to by police after the weekend after photographs emerged of him driving without a seatbelt, just days after his Land Rover crashed into a Ford Kia on Thursday (17.01.19).
And Emma Fairweather – who was a passenger in the other car and broke her wrist in the collision – has hit out at the prince for not taking time to “reflect” on his actions and behave responsibily before getting back behind the wheel.
Asked on UK TV show ‘This Morning’ how she’d felt when she saw the photos at the weekend, she said: “I was upset. Very upset.
“Accidents do happen but there needs to be a period of reflection on what could be done differently to prevent the same thing from happening again, it’s highly insensitive and inconsiderate towards me and the other people involved.”
The 46-year-old mother-of-two also admitted she’s feeling “very worried” because she hasn’t yet been asked to formally give a statement about the crash and it is unclear as to whether or not Philip requires insurance to drive.
She said: “There needs to be a decision as to whether Prince Philip and I are from the same walk of life, and we either receive the same treatment or we don’t.
“I’m still waiting to give a statement to police, which I’m shocked by, I haven’t had a full medical check, only my arms, I just feel his experience probably hasn’t been the same as mine…
“I need someone to understand my medical concerns, I’m very worried I haven’t been asked for a statement from police, I’m very worried – and don’t know the truth of this but some people have said the royal family don’t have to have insurance – that I’ve been injured by an uninsured driver and I don’t understand the process from here..
“I’ve contacted the family liaison officer for Norfolk Police to say I have questions, he hasn’t been prepared to listen to those.”
While Emma insists she isn’t looking for the duke to take responsibility for the crash, she just wants someone to listen to her.
Asked what she’s looking for, she said: “I think an acknowledgement, not so much an admission of responsibility, but someone I could talk to about how difficult this is for me.
“I haven’t had any support, just from my very immediate family. I want assurances this is being dealt with but you don’t know what the situation is.”
Mary Morrison, who is lady-in-waiting to Philip’s wife Queen Elizabeth, has reached out to Emma but they haven’t spoken directly.
She said: “She left me a voicemail just an hour or two before my interview with the papers became known and she said the queen wished me well and that she’d like to call me back but was going out for the evening.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Mac Miller’s family are “really hopeful” the late rapper will win his first Grammy Award next month.
The ‘Self Care’ rapper was posthumously nominated for Rap Album of the Year for his last album ‘Swimming’ – which marked his first ever nomination at the prestigious music awards – after he tragically passed away in September at the age of 26.
And his family, who will be attending the ceremony next month on his behalf, hope the Recording Academy recognise the “important and impactful” rap album.
One source said: “Malcolm’s family was so moved when his nomination was announced. They are really hopeful that the Recording Academy will honour what they believe to be the most important and impactful rap album of the year.”
Although Mac’s family want him to bag the award, they won’t be too disheartened if he doesn’t, as insiders say they’re rooting for Cardi B – whose album ‘Invasion of Privacy’ is also nominated – if Mac doesn’t win.
Speaking to Us Weekly magazine, the source added: “It will be a bittersweet moment for them if Malcolm wins. And if he doesn’t, they’re rooting for Cardi B.”
Mac would have celebrated his 27th birthday over the weekend, and sources claimed at the time that his family were spending his birthday together so they can “surround one another with love” during the difficult day.
An insider said: “Malcolm’s family wishes that he could be at home celebrating his birthday with them and being the centre of attention like he always was, but they know he is still there in spirit with his big ol’ smile. It’s going to be a hard day for the family.
“They miss Malcolm more than words can describe, but they are grieving together and surrounding one another with love. It’s all they can do.”
And Mac’s former girlfriend Ariana Grande – who dated the rapper for two years before they split in May last year – paid a simple tribute when she posted on Twitter: “Miss u (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jonah Hill underestimated the challenge of directing.
The 35-year-old star made his directorial debut with the coming-of-age comedy-drama ‘Mid90s’, and Jonah – who has previously worked with a host of big-name filmmakers – has confessed to miscalculating the demands of directing.
He explained: “I think all of your human experiences add up to the person you are now, and all your film experiences add up to the actor, writer, director, whatever else it is that you are.
“So, yeah: I’ve picked up so much from all these amazing people I’ve worked with, whether Gus, the Cohn brothers, Martin Scorsese, Bennett Miller, Quentin Tarantino, Spike Jones, Seth Nevin, or Judd Apatow.
“But you know, in the beginning, I thought, ‘Okay, this is going to be simple because I know how I’d like to be spoken to as an actor, so that’s what I did.’
“But then you realise, ‘Oh, Lucas Hedges is totally different than Katherine Waterston is totally different than Sonny Solcheck is totally different from…'”
Jonah quickly came to realise that he couldn’t adopt the same approach to everyone on set.
The Hollywood star learned to tailor his methods to each and every one of his performers.
He told W magazine: “You know, no two people are the same. No two actors are the same, no two directors are the same, no two writers are the same.
“So you can’t just do what’s best for you – you immediately have to adjust to whoever it is you’re dealing with.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jack Savoretti is “annoyed” Bob Dylan hasn’t sent him some of his Heaven’s Door Whiskey.
The 35-year-old singer/songwriter teamed up with the ‘Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door’ hitmaker on the new track ‘Touchy Situation’ for his LP ‘Singing to Strangers’, and he is hoping that if the song they co-wrote is a huge hit, the 77-year-old music legend will send him a crate of his three award-winning spirits, a matured bourbon, double-barrel whiskey, and a straight rye.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, Savoretti said: “I am really annoyed as I haven’t had any, and I drink a lot of whiskey, I love it!
“I’m hoping once this gets out a little bit more I’ll get to try some Heaven’s Door, let’s see how well the album does first!”
The ‘Catapult’ singer – who also releases a live version of his Kylie Minogue duet ‘Music’s Too Sad Without You’ on the record – has admitted he felt pressured finishing the song the ‘Desolation Row’ singer sent him, as he didn’t want to be known as the person who made the “first rubbish” Bob Dylan song.
Recalling a conversation with his wife Jemma Powell after the icon sent him the unfinished lyrics for him to complete, he said: “It was very surreal and quite intimidating and terrifying.
“I was with my wife in the kitchen and she said: ‘Don’t f*** this up.’
“I was like: ‘Jesus, really?’
“And she said: ‘Yeah, not everyone gets Bob Dylan lyrics in their email, you better make this good.’
“And then I felt really pressured as, whatever I was doing to it, it sounded like a Dylan track, and I thought: ‘This is silly’ so I decided not to listen to anyone and make it my song.”
Savoretti – who has daughter Connie and son Winter with Jemma – says writing a song with the ‘Like a Rolling Stone’ hitmaker impressed his two children.
He said: “It’s such a nice thing to leave behind.
“I was thinking about my kids and however dorky I can be, they can say their dad wrote a song with Bob Dylan – that’s great dinner party chat.”
‘Singing to Strangers’ is released on March 15 via BMG.

OHMYGOSSIP — ABBA’s new music has reportedly been pushed back until after the summer.
The ‘Dancing Queen’ hitmakers haven’t made a studio LP since 1981’s ‘The Visitors’ but Bjorn Ulvaeus and the other three members – Agnetha Faltskog, Benny Andersson and Frida Lyngstad – have recorded two brand new tracks, one of which is titled ‘I Still Have Faith In You’, for an upcoming BBC documentary, and the other ‘Don’t Shut Me Down’.
However, spokesperson for the Swedish pop stars, Gorel Hanser, has insisted they will only be releasing the two tracks this year, not a record, and it’s likely they may not come out till the latter end of 2019.
According to the Daily Star newspaper, their business partner said: “The songs will definitely not come before the summer, possibly afterwards.
“There will be two songs released. No album.”
Though Gorel has shut down the possibility of an album being released, Bjorn previously teased that a full album could come out following the “wonderful” experience the foursome shared in the studio.
Speaking in October, he said: “A new album? Possibly. Or four songs or something like that – that’s possible.”
However, he was adamant that the band will never tour again and instead fans will have to get their ABBA live fix from their ‘Abbatar’ holograms which will go on a digital tour either in 2019 or 2020.
Bjorn added: “But for us to perform on stage that’s just not going to happen. That’s a definite.”
Back in July, Bjorn delighted ABBA fanatics everywhere by revealing details of the two fresh tracks.
He said: “One of them is a pop tune, very danceable. The other is more timeless, more reflective, that is all I will say. It is Nordic sad, but happy at the same time.”
ABBA’s music is once again at the forefront of popular culture because of the ‘Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again’ film, which is soundtracked by the group’s hits, and was released last year.

OHMYGOSSIP — Proactiv think Kendall Jenner is the “perfect person” to represent their brand.
The 23-year-old model came under fire after her announcement that she’d be the skincare company’s new spokesperson was teased by her mother Kris Jenner announcing her daughter would be sharing her “most raw story”, only for it then to be revealed she was referring to her battle with acne.
But Proactiv weren’t upset by the backlash as they think it will only make the subject more of a talking point as they insisted acne is a “topic that shouldn’t be shamed”.
Their general manager, Marc Kravets, told WWD: “Acne has a terrible impact on your self-esteem; it has a direct link to increases in depression and is a topic that shouldn’t be shamed.
“It should be an open conversation about getting your skin healthy. Some of that backlash we saw is exactly what we need to address this, and Kendall’s the perfect person to drive that relationship.”
The backlash came after Kris, 63, shared a cryptic video which showed her daughter speaking on an unknown topic which made fans think she would be using her platform to speak on a contentious social issue, rather than be part of a marketing campaign for skin cream.
In the teaser video, Kendall said: When I was 14 I couldn’t reach as many people as I can now. Now that I’m 22 and I have this whole thing behind me I can speak to so many people and just be like ‘I can help you and it’s okay’ and I experience it.
“I understand you, I can connect with you and I’m gonna try and help.”
Sharing a teaser clip, Kris captioned the video: “I’m so proud of my darling @KendallJenner for being so brave and vulnerable.
“Seeing you share your most raw story in order to make a positive impact for so many people and help foster a positive dialogue is a testament to the incredible woman you’ve become.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Love Island’s Megan Barton Hanson was too unwell to support her boyfriend Wes Nelson at ‘Dancing on Ice’ on Sunday (20.01.19).
The 24-year-old star – who publicly criticised the 20-year-old reality television star’s skating partner Vanessa Bauer last week – wasn’t there in person to watch Wes receive the highest score of the evening at the live show yesterday, and he has since said she had been “so unwell” on Sunday.
He took to his Instagram Stories to share a picture of them together and explained the blonde’s absence, writing: “Shattered now. Can’t wait to get back to Megan. She’s been so unwell today, make sure you send her a kind message.”
On Saturday (19.01.19) the curvaceous beauty revealed she was suffering from a kidney infection and asked her 1.8million followers for some “pain relief tips”.
She wrote: “Any pain relief tips for a kidney/bladder infection…
“It’s finally date night and I’m going even if I’m curled into the shape of a pretzel. (sic)”
She added: “Does cranberry juice work?”
Megan’s absence comes after Wes insisted on Friday (18.01.19) that she had made things with right with his pro skating partner, 24-year-old Vanessa, after launching a social media attack against the choreographer.
Wes said: “It’s a lot of pressure for Megs. It’s concluded. They’ve spoken to each other. They’re happy. I don’t even know what they spoke about, I just let women get on with their women talk.”
In a rant on her Instagram stories last week, Megan accused Vanessa of announcing her split from her partner Louis Nathaniel just hours before last Sunday’s live show as a “tactical break up”, and claimed she hadn’t “reached out” to her yet.

OHMYGOSSIP — Stacey Solomon sneaks Marmite sandwiches into the National Television Awards (NTAs) for the ‘Loose Women’ panellists snack on.
The former ‘X Factor’ star secretly squirrels the food spread sarnies into the ceremony to ensure her co-stars don’t go hungry, because they get so “f***ing starving” at the TV spectacle.
Stacey’s fellow panellist Nadia Sawalha told the Daily Star newspaper: “Stacey is an old head on young shoulders.
“She’s been a great addition to the show because she teaches us a lot.
“The best thing she does is bring Marmite sandwiches to the NTAs.
“The one thing viewers don’t know is we’re always f***ing starving when we’re in the audience. But thanks to Stacey we get something to eat!”
While ‘Loose Women’ will not go hungry at the NTAs, they may end up empty handed on the night as they are up against ‘This Morning’ for the Best Daytime Show prize.
The brunch-time show – co-hosted by Phil Schofield and Holly Willoughby – look to be strong competition for the all-female panel programme after winning the accolade for the past seven years.
The pair will take on ‘Sunday Brunch’, ‘Good Morning Britain’ and ‘The Jeremy Kyle Show’ for the title.
Holly may also taste success on the night for ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ – which she co-hosted last year, stepping in for Ant McPartlin – as the show is up for the Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award.
The Australian jungle-based reality show look a shoe-in for the prize if the bookies are to be believed, with William Hill pricing the programme up as 1/3 favourites, ahead of ‘Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway’ at 4/1, and ‘Love Island’ at 8/1.
‘All Round To Mrs Brown’s’ (14/1) and ‘The Graham Norton Show’ (20/1) are the outsiders in the category.

OHMYGOSSIP — Richard Hammond says his kids are “not impressed” with his driving.
The 49-year-old TV presenter – who co-hosts ‘The Grand Tour’ with Jeremy Clarkson and James May – admits his wife Mindy and their daughters Izzy, 18, and Willow, 15, often poke fun at his driving skills, particularly after a minor bollard bump 10 years ago.
He told S magazine: “My kids are not at all impressed by what I do. And they don’t think I’m a good driver either.
“I was driving along about 10 years ago in an old Range Rover and Mindy criticised me.
“I pulled into a petrol station and said, ‘This is ridiculous, I drive cars all over the world, I’m better than a competent driver’.
“I put the car into gear and set off – and drove straight into a bollard.
“They absolutely wept for about 20 minutes.”
The former ‘Top Gear’ presenter had a more serious disaster in 2006 when he suffered brain injuries after a 288mph crash in a Dragster called Vampire while filming for the popular BBC show.
And in 2017, the former ‘Total Wipeout’ presenter was airlifted to hospital and treated with serious injuries – including a fractured knee, which required an operation – after he was driving a £2million supercar in Switzerland which flipped over and burst into flames after he lost control.
While Richard’s family don’t think much of his driving, his fellow presenter Jeremy has already hinted that ‘The Grand Tour’ – which kicked off its third season last week – could potentially keep motoring until at least a fifth series, after admitting they have signed up to carry on “for a few more years yet”.

OHMYGOSSIP — Gareth Gates performed a 17-minute song he had written when he proposed to ‘Coronation Street’ actress Faye Brookes.
The former ‘Pop Idol’ star popped the question at the start of the year by getting down on one knee during a trip to New York City at a friend’s high rise apartment.
As well as presenting Faye with a four-carat diamond ring, Gareth also sat down at a grand piano and played the special love song he penned for his partner which was inspired by their life as a couple over the last six years.
Speaking to the new issue of OK! magazine, the ‘Say It Isn’t So’ hitmaker said: “It was all about the six years we’ve spent together and I incorporated bits of songs that mean a lot to us as a couple. I got a bit carried away though – it went on for 17 minutes!”
Faye – who plays Kate Connor in ‘Corrie’ – admits it was a “perfect” proposal and she is looking forward to getting married and spending the rest of her life with Gareth, 34.
The 29-year-old actress said: “We were both crying the whole way through. Once it was finished, Gareth got down on one knee and said, ‘Will you spend the rest of your life with me?’ And of course I said yes straight away.
“It’s every girl’s dream to find the perfect man for her and then have the perfect engagement, so I feel very lucky.
“To have such a beautiful ring and to share the most brilliant life with my best friend is everything I’ve ever wanted. He could have but any ring on my finger and I would have said yes.”
Gareth and Faye’s engagement comes after a brief split last September, however, after a few weeks apart they reconciled.
The singer has admitted the brief break-up was caused by work pressures for both of them.
He said: “There was a lot of strain on our relationship because I was always away with work and Faye’s schedule was getting even busier so we decided we needed some breathing space.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ben Affleck has paid tribute to the CIA veteran who inspired ‘Argo’ after he passed away on Saturday (19.01.19).
The 46-year-old actor directed, co-produced, and starred in the 2012 political thriller, and he’s taken to Twitter to pay tribute to Tony Mendez, who died at the age of 78 after a battle with Parkinson’s disease.
He wrote: “Tony Mendez was a true American hero. He was a man of extraordinary grace, decency, humility and kindness. He never sought the spotlight for his actions, he merely sought to serve his country. I’m so proud to have worked for him and to have told one of his stories. #RIPTonyMendez (sic)”
Mendez famously posed as a film producer in order to smuggle six American diplomats out of Iran during the 1979-81 hostage crisis.
And Affleck previously admitted that the real-life story of Mendez is actually difficult to believe.
He said: “People ascribe a certain kind of silliness to the movie business. Everybody feels like, ‘In the movies, they do crazy stuff.’ So I don’t think audiences would buy it if it weren’t a true story. You’d just think, ‘Oh, this is absurd.’
“But to me, ‘Argo’ is about storytelling, and in particular, the way fantasy touches a certain place in our collective consciousness.
“I like the incongruity of how in Iran, these people we think of as being revolutionaries or fanatics or whatever, are just as aware of Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader as our people are back home.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Russell Brand finds it hard to “let go” of what other people think of him.
The 43-year-old comedian and actor – who has two-year-old Mabel and six-month-old Peggy with his wife Laura Gallacher – has had a turbulent past with addiction, and although those days are behind him, he says he still struggles to move past the preconceptions that some people still have of him.
He said: “I don’t know which of my addictions caused the most damage to other people. It’s difficult to quantify. But I tell you what is still hard. And perhaps it’s because it’s still very new. But letting go of what other people think of you, just to think you exist independently of other people’s thoughts, that’s difficult. Especially with fame and all that, and people caring about you and writing about you. When you’re famous, you’re living in someone else’s mind and perception.”
Russell admits he’s always struggled with fame and would often feel “nervous and sick” before hosting large events, and says he was “surprised” when that feeling didn’t go away the more famous he got.
He added: “I remember thinking, it’s weird, like I’m hosting these big events and stuff, and what am I going to tell people when they ask what it was like? The only thing I’m going to be able to honestly report is that I was nervous and felt sick, and I didn’t really like it.
“[I didn’t know it was wrong] because I’d never felt right. I didn’t have a good understanding of what peace of mind and serenity were. I was just surprised that it didn’t feel better to be that famous. But fame seemed so important, and everyone else was telling me it was important, and so I think, perhaps, that for me that was something I only recognised retrospectively. Because it’s very seductive.”
And Russell thinks it was only thanks to his 2011 movie ‘Arthur’ barely making a profit that he managed to snap himself out of the Hollywood lifestyle.
Speaking to the Sunday Times newspaper, he said: “So I suppose certain things not going the way I would have had them go has actually been quite opportune. Because the more my attention gravitates to the things that are quite ordinary and real and away from all that, the happier and more content and serene I am.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sinead O’Connor has claimed her son has gone missing.
The 52-year-old singer – who is now also known as Shuhada’ Sadaqat after she converted to Islam – has taken to social media to claim her 14-year-old son Shane, whom she has with Donal Lunny, has been “missing for the last two days”.
In a series of tweets posted on Sunday (20.01.19), the ‘Nothing Compares 2 U’ singer wrote: “My sweet 14 yr old son has been going missing a lot and is currently missing for the last two days. If you are a parent in whose house he has been staying or is staying, please call Dundrum Gardai. Not calling them is not helping him.
“This is my 14 yr old son. Missing since Friday. Last seen in Wicklow town at 7.42 pm tonight. Allegedly Headed for the home of someone called Orlando. If you see him or he is at your home please contact Dundrum or Wicklow Gardai.
“Msg for Orlando’s parents in Wicklow town. Is my baby with you? If so pls contact Dundrum Gardai. We are frantic now as he’s been awol since Friday. Apparently he told someone he was going your house. I don’t know you so i’m sorry had to tweet instead of call. (sic)”
However, it seems Sinead might have found her son, as after tweeting about him being the “sweetest boy in Wicklow town”, she followed up her tweets on Monday (21.01.19) morning with a jovial message calling him a “cheeky little monkey”.
Sinead – who also has 31-year-old son Jake, 22-year-old daughter Roisin, and 12-year-old son Yeshua – wrote: “Shane O’Connor, you cheeky little monkey. You’re too young to be on my page! It’s for over 18s. Up out of that bed or sofa now darling, its school time. I love you. When you’re 16, you get to be The General. Meanwhile its me. ; ) (sic)”
