OHMYGOSSIP — Will Smith has promised Jordyn Woods he won’t let the world “break” her after she admitted to kissing Khloe Kardashian’s partner Tristan Thompson.
The ‘Suicide Squad’ star is very close to the 21-year-old model – having known her since she was a child as her late father John used to work on ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel Air’ with Will – and gave her some “fatherly advice” to take her “medicine” and “learn” from what happened and how it was handled.
Speaking during his wife Jada Pinkett Smith’s ‘Red Table Talk’ series, he told her: “Hey, listen, this table has mythological cleansing and healing powers. There’s a lot of things about our relationship, to our family. Jordy’s father worked on Fresh Prince before she was born, but I know how hard it was for you and your family when he passed. I was watching you grow and become a woman and I had a deep sense that we would be here one day, and what I want to say to you is, the world attacks. It just happens. You’ll never get around the world attacking, but I want you to know that you are supported. I got you. And we got you … I would say, take your medicine and tell your truth. This is a part of what growing up is. This is a part of what learning is. A part of what family is. This world is not going to break you. We won’t allow it.”
Jordyn came under fire after she kissed Tristan – who has daughter True, 10 months, with Khloe – at a party a couple of weeks ago. Since the fall out, she has been ousted by her best friend Kylie Jenner – who she lived with – and the rest of the Kardashian Jenner family. Jordyn has admitted to kissing Tristan but insists nothing else happened and she didn’t tell Khloe the full story because she was “scared”.

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Love Hewitt is “exactly where she hoped she would be” at 40-years-old.
The ‘Client List’ star – who marked her milestone birthday last month – is grateful that everything has gone to plan in her life.
She said: “A lot of my friends have already turned 40, and in watching them and my husband, there’s this settling in with who you are and being OK with it that’s lovely. I like this version of me because I have two amazing children and a great husband. I am exactly where I hoped I would be.”
Jennifer is currently working on her new show ‘9-1-1’ and admits it was tough being away from her kids – Autumn, five, and Atticus, three, who she has with her husband Brian Hallisay.
She added: “The first four episodes, there was a lot of trying to be present and then constantly checking for the world to be falling apart around me. A couple of days went long, so I wasn’t home to put them to bed. It was my first time not doing that, so [my] lip would quiver, and there were some tears.”
The ‘Ghost Whisperer’ star is working on a new children’s book to help kids cope with feeling bereaved over their lost family members.
Speaking to the April / May issue of Working Mother’s magazine, she shared: “There are not a lot of books out there that in a childlike way teach children about deceased grandparents. I think that’s an important book because people are having children later in life.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Dame Joan Collins leaves the room when she has a row with her husband.
The 85-year-old actress has been happily married to Percy Gibson since 2002 and though they occasionally argue, they never stay mad at one another for long.
Speaking to the latest issue of HELLO! magazine, she explained: “I go to another room [if we fight].
“We bicker like any couple.
“Sometimes I think he’s so irritating and I’m sure he thinks the same about me.
“But it doesn’t last very long and if I just go into another room, when I come out it’s all over and done with. We are quick to say sorry.”
Joan divorced her fourth husband, Peter Holm, in 1987 and vowed never to tie the knot again until she met Percy, and she hopes she and the 53-year-old theatre manager will be together forever.
She said: “I remember saying, ‘I’ll never get married again.’ I was very wary.
“I had my children, friends, boyfriends and walkers.
“I had total independence and worked when I wanted to and had my lovely house in the South of France.
“I never really thought about marriage.
“Then I met Percy.
“We decided to get married after the tragic events of 9/11.
“We became very aware of how short life is and decided that we wanted to be together forever.
“I hope we always will be.”
Though there wasn’t an “instant” connection between Joan and Percy, she thinks that’s what has made their relationship so solid.
She explained: “We first met 19 years ago when we were touring in a stage show with George Hamilton.
“I didn’t think there was something instantly between us but I knew I really liked Percy and, when you’re on tour, you get very close and become friends.
“A relationship is greater if you are friends first and the rest comes later.
“I wasn’t expecting to meet someone but our feelings grew over time until it suddenly happened and I knew he was The One.”

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Lord of the Rings’ star Ian McKellen is sick of Harry Potter fans mistaking him for Dumbledore.
The 79-year-old actor’s most famous role is playing the wizard Gandalf in Peter Jackson’s fantasy trilogy but he is constantly pestered for photos and autographs by confused Potter fans who think he played the head of Hogwarts Dumbledore.
And McKellen says Dumbledore actor Sir Michael Gambon – who played Harry Potter’s mentor in six films – has the same problem with ‘LOTR’ fans thinking he’s Gandalf all the time.
Speaking on ‘David Tennant Does A Podcast With…’, McKellen said: “I used to be very shy, to go to a party to me was misery because I didn’t feel I could talk to anybody … When I should have been meeting people I’d be sitting in the corner waiting for it to be over. “Now I can walk into a room of strangers almost anywhere in the world and they’ll be somebody who knows who I am and be happy to meet me, well that’s a wonderful way for a shy person to go into a room now.
“Although half of them think that I’m Dumbledore! “Which I’m not. I said to Michael Gambon, ‘Do you ever get mistaken for me? Because I’m often mistaken for you.’ He said, ‘Oh, yes. They give me their wretched photographs and I sign your name.'”
McKellen – whose other famous big screen role is playing Magneto in the ‘X-Men’ franchise – is very proud to be beloved by millions because of his portrayal of Gandalf from J.R.R Tolkien’s books because it has allowed him freedom to work on issues close to his heart.
He said: “I’m allowed to go to all sorts of places because of Gandalf.
“They let me into schools as Gandalf and by the time I’ve finished talking they might think, ‘Why have we let this old gay man talk to our kiddies?’
“It’s because he’s talking about something that concerns children who are growing up gay, or having friends who are gay or having parents who are gay. “The more it’s talked about the better, because the less remarkable it becomes.
“And I don’t feel I’ve cheated, because if someone says, ‘Anyone who played Gandalf would have been a success.’ I think that’s true. We were always making jokes, if I was feeling a bit off colour we’d say get John Hurt in. I think I’ve earned the right to call myself an actor because of the work I’ve done, but it wasn’t that difficult playing Gandalf.
“It is lovely to have a catchphrase, I have a catchphrase, ‘You shall now pass!’ I’ve always thought it would be lovely to be like Bob Hope or Morecombe and Wise and as you walk on stage they play your signature tune, I wish I had a signature tune.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Gina Rodriguez will star in the new untitled ‘Scooby-Doo’ animated movie.
The ‘Jane The Virgin’ actress will voice the Scooby gang’s Velma in the upcoming Warner Bros film, which will be the first time ‘Scooby-Doo’ appears on the big screen since 2004’s live-action ‘Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed’.
Will Forte will voice Shaggy, Scooby’s best friend while Tracy Morgan will Captain Caveman, a character who has not been part of the Scooby universe so far.
The story will follow the Mystery Inc. gang as they join forces with other heroes of the Hanna-Barbera universe to save the world from Dick Dastardly and his evil plans.
The movie will be directed by Tony Cervone, with producers Chris Columbus, Charles Roven and Allison Abbate and is slated for a May 2020 release.
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that Rodriguez has landed the lead role in ‘Bobbie Sue’.
Variety provided the following plot description: “The story follows Sue, who after being raised among five rowdy brothers in blue-collar South Boston, is a scrappy, headstrong young lawyer who lands a career-making case with an upper crust law firm, only to realise she’s been hired for optics and not her expertise. But after discovering her powerful client, a lifelong idol and fellow Southie native, is trying to cover up exploiting workers within her company, Bobbie decides to take both her and the law firm on, caution and etiquette be damned.”
Warner Bros. acquired the rights to the script in 2008, and Cameron Diaz was previously in line for the role of Sue.
The movie is set to start filming later this year, with auditions for the rest of the cast already said to be underway.
As well as starring in the lead role, Rodriguez will also executive produce along with Emily Gipson and Donald De Line – whose most recent job was 2018’s ‘Ready Player One’ – has been named as producer.
‘Uncle Drew’ filmmaker Charles Stone III will direct.
Rodriguez has a busy year ahead in cinema, as her next big screen role sees her play make-up artist Gloria Meyer in the thriller ‘Miss Bala’ and she is also set to play a part in Miranda July’s currently untitled crime drama film.
She also has a leading part in the Netflix romantic comedy ‘Someone Great’ alongside Brittany Snow and DeWanda Wise.
Rodriguez shot to fame as Jane Villanueva in The CW satirical romantic drama series ‘Jane the Virgin’ in 2014, which saw her win a Golden Globe Award in 2015.

OHMYGOSSIP — Casey Batchelor’s engagement still feels “surreal”.
The 34-year-old beauty’s partner Dane Goodson – with whom she has daughter Florence, nine months – recently popped the question when they were on holiday in Dubai and she admitted it wasn’t something she was expecting for a very long time.
In an interview with Closer magazine, she said: “It’s such a lovely feeling and it still feels surreal.
“We’d talked about it and spoken about what kind of ring I’d like but I didn’t think it would happen any time soon – I thought he’d keep me waiting at least another year or two.”
Though Casey thought Dane’s proposal was “lovely”, things didn’t quite go according to plan.
She said: “When we arrived at the restaurant, we were taken to a private table covered in rose petals.
“I thought they must be looking after us because we stayed last year.
“Then we sat down and Flo was really grumpy so I spent ages getting her to sleep.
“When she dropped off, Dane said, ‘Flo has just ruined something for me!’ and got out a little bib which said, ‘Will you marry my daddy?’
“I just burst into tears and he said some lovely things. I was so shocked.”
While the former glamour model is delighted to be tying the knot, the pair won’t be getting married for a while as they want to have more children first.
She said: “We aren’t getting any younger so it makes sense to have children first.
“We’ll have one or two more I think and I’d love another baby this year.
“But it won’t stop me from being obsessed with weddings. I’ll constantly be looking for inspiration.”
And Casey doesn’t want to rush into making decisions about her big day.
She said: “We want to get married abroad, we know that.
“But in terms of everything else, we’ll wait a while.
“It seems too soon to be thinking about those decisions. For now, it’s lovely to enjoy being engaged.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The relationship between The Jonas Brothers was so bad after their 2013 split that they never thought they would reconcile.
Nick Jonas, 26, admitted that the sibling relationship between him, Joe and Kevin was so troubled after the band imploded that they needed to focus all of their energy on restoring it and getting the band back together was considered “impossible”.
Speaking after their surprise reunion this week and release of new single ‘Sucker’, he told Z100’s Elvis Duran : “When it ended it was not good. It was a couple years of rebuilding our family, and in our mind it seemed impossible for us to do this ever again.”
Joe, 29, added: “We had to work through and understand what we were going through when we were that young. It was interesting because for so many years we just put it under the rug. We said, ‘We’re done, let’s just try to rebuild our friendship and our relationship as brothers’ – it just happened in its own time.”
And it was a documentary, which Kevin, 31, compared to “therapy”, that helped the brothers decide to revive the band.
He said: “It was great because we had to have real conversations and not hold back. So for us, it worked out in a good way.”
Nick added: “We spent a lot of time filming again, and then I think we saw that there was a magic there we missed. I sort of began the conversation about doing this again and after a few more conversations they came around… Thankfully, some good healing happened during filming this documentary. Now looking up almost a year later, we’re in the best place as family, which is the most important thing. From there, this music and new chapter have just been incredible.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Brie Larson and Samuel L Jackson were not impressed by Seann Walsh’s attempts to apologise for his ‘Strictly’ scandal during a joint interview.
The ‘Captain Marvel’ stars filmed an appearance on ‘The Jonathan Ross Show’ alongside ‘The Voice’ coaches will.i.am and Jennifer Hudson and comedian Seann but his fellow guests were reportedly unhappy that Seann took up much of the segment discussing his kiss with married ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ star Katya Jones.
According to The Sun, during the pre-recorded chat, Samuel asked: “What the f*** is going on?”, while Brie added: “It is painful, yeah. This is not my thing.”
While Jonathan explained to his guests that he had to ask about the scandal, Brie replied: “With us here? No, with us here?” and Samuel said: “You had to deal with it. We didn’t.”
Seann said: “I must say it is very weird talking about this whilst you are sat next to some judges off ‘The Voice’ and the bloke who got eaten by the shark in ‘Deep Blue Sea’.”
Seann, 33, used his appearance on the show, which will air on Saturday (02.03.19), to apologise to his ex-girlfriend Rebecca Humphries and admit that cheating on her was “a form of abuse” and he agrees with her statement accusing him of “reacting aggressively”.
He said: “I think that when I first saw that statement it was so huge and you go through a mixture of emotions and I didn’t really know how to react. But I think with the time that I’ve had, that actually she is right, I think everything she said in that statement is right.
“At first it’s denial, initially you look at that and you go, ‘No absolutely not’. But with time, someone that you cared about has written that about you and posted that and I think that actually, yes she was right what she said.
“And I think if you lie and cheat on the person that you’re meant to care for and be in a relationship with, then that is a form of abuse, of course it is. All I can be is as sorry as I am. I hope one day that she’ll forgive me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Gemma Collins has cancelled a make-or-break holiday with James ‘Arg’ Argent.
The on/off couple were due to fly to Portugal in a bid to patch up their rocky romance following their recent split after he embarrassed her by posting a video of her snoring in bed and then allegedly sent her hurtful messages about her weight.
However, Gemma has pulled the plug, with a source telling The Sun: “Gemma had planned to go to Portugal with Arg, but she has changed her mind. She said she does not need the toxic energy.
“She has been overwhelmed by all that has been going on, and just needs time by herself. She’s going through a period of rediscovery. It looks like she really is finished with Arg right now.”
It has been a very tough time for Gemma, 38, whose mum Joan was hospitalised with pneumonia just days after the star split from her 31-year-old boyfriend.
Arg was pictured turning up to her home on Wednesday night (27.02.19), and it’s said he “broke down in tears” as he made his apology.
An insider added: “James was very emotional and broke down in tears telling Gemma ‘You have stood by me in my worst times and you didn’t deserve any of this or what I said’.
“He said he is very sorry – and with her mum being so ill he feels even more terrible.”
The ‘TOWIE’ stars’ breakup is said to have come after Arg sent a string of nasty messages to the former ‘Dancing On Ice’ contestant.
The messages allegedly read: “You are a fat joke of a woman. An absolute car crash! You’re nearly 40 f***ing years old, you embarrassment … You fat horrible lump. Nasty mean woman. Who the f*** do you think you are? You’ve got more rolls than Greggs.”

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Stranger Things’ actor Finn Wolfhard is set to star in the ‘Ghostbusters’ revival.
The 16-year-old actor is in talks to appear in Jason Reitman’s new installment of the ‘Ghostbusters’ franchise alongside Carrie Coon. The plot is set to focus on a single mother (Coon) and her family, including Wolfhard as her son.
Director Reitman Jason has co-written a screenplay with Gil Kenan and plans to begin shooting the film – which will be a continuation of the 1884 movie and its 1989 sequel – this summer, with Sony planning to release the latest sequel in summer 2020.
Reitman has also brought his father Ivan Reitman, who directed the original, on board.
Ivan’s Montecito Pictures will be producing the project, as he did with the original two films, and insiders have reportedly said Ivan believes this film is a passing of the torch.
The new film is unconnected from the 2016 all-female remake starring Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones, and Kate McKinnon, which was directed by Paul Feig and Reitman angered fans with comments about the reboot.
Jason previously said his movie is “trying to go back to the original technique and hand the movie back to the fans” which some interpreted as a criticism of the remake – however, the ‘Juno’ director insisted that “that came out wrong” and he strongly feels the recent installment “expanded the universe and made an amazing movie”.
On Twitter, he wrote: “Wo, that came out wrong! I have nothing but admiration for Paul [Feig] and Leslie and Kate and Melissa and Kristen and the bravery with which they made Ghostbusters 2016. They expanded the universe and made an amazing movie! (Sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sigrid has a “proper pop heart”.
The 22-year-old Norwegian singer is a big fan of the likes of Adele, Coldplay and the late Amy Winehouse and she is particularly drawn to “epic” songs that feature “a big chorus”.
She said: “I have a proper pop heart. I love big singles, a big chorus, epic songs. I grew up in a dramatic place, the nature around me, it’s like a canvas.”
The ‘Don’t Kill My Vibe’ hitmaker enrolled in a politics course after finishing school but her parents encouraged her to drop out after just two months in order to focus on her musical dreams.
She told Q magazine: “They told me, ‘You’re going to regret it if you don’t try music now. You shouldn’t start studying, you’ll get caught up.’ They knew.”
When she is working, Sigrid needs to have “discipline” or she gets easily distracted.
She admitted: “I need discipline. If it’s only vibes, I get lost.
“It’s phone on flight mode, boom.
“I see it as work, you can be calculated up to maybe 70 percent. But from 70 to 100, that’s the magic. And – oooh – it’s so much fun.”
Though the ‘Sucker Punch’ singer occasionally uses a stylist, she opts for comfort over appearance during her live shows.
She explained: “Because I need to focus on my task, to sing.
“If there’s something itching, that would annoy me for the whole show. I need to feel free.”
When she’s on the road, Sigrid enjoys nothing more than playing cards with her band and gaming on her computer when she gets downtime.
She said: “IT’s like a school camp, it’s lovely.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Payne has lashed out at fans who have been asking about a One Direction reunion.
The 25-year-old singer often gets questioned on when he and bandmates Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson will reunite and when a fan asked him why his answer changes regularly, he finally snapped.
After a fan posted a link to two articles – one which featured Liam saying a reunion will happen in 2020 and another in which he stated 2020 is too soon for a comeback – and asked on Twitter “Can Liam Payne make up his damn mind?”, the star hit back.
He shared the original tweet and wrote: “Can people stop passing blame to me about this I get asked this ridiculous question 500x a day (exaggeration)… so I just say whatever guess I have at the time… but still this band has 3 other members you want the answer ask them.”
Since announcing their hiatus in 2015, all members have launched solo careers, and the heartthrob previously admitted they’ve only been able to show who they really are as individuals since doing their own thing.
He spilled: “When you’re in the band, there are certain jobs you have to do and hoops you have to jump through, so that was always a little bit of a strain on all of us.”
Liam previously said that if the band decide to reunite in the future, it would be likely they’d all perform one another’s solo songs.
He said: “For me the only way One Direction could better themselves from going to playing stadiums – like where else do you play? – is to manage to be, you know, like ‘The Avengers’, like we’re successful on our own.
“Like if Iron Man wants to go and deal with someone, he just deals with them. He doesn’t call up Hulk and be like ‘oh, whatever’ unless he really needs him. So my thing is, why aren’t we like that?
“Like, we should go and boss it on our own and then when we do the show it can be like ‘yeah, yeah, just sit down there boys, I’ll sing a bit of ‘Slow Hands”, you know what I mean? Imagine that?”

OHMYGOSSIP — Amber Heard “will not be silenced” by Johnny Depp.
The actress hit back after her former husband filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against her, in relation to an article she penned for the Washington Post in December 2018, where she wrote about being the victim of domestic abuse.
Amber’s attorney Eric M. George told PEOPLE in a statement: “This frivolous action is just the latest of Johnny Depp’s repeated efforts to silence Amber Heard. She will not be silenced.
“Mr. Depp’s actions prove he is unable to accept the truth of his ongoing abusive behaviour. But while he appears hell-bent on achieving self-destruction, we will prevail in defeating this groundless lawsuit and ending the continued vile harassment of my client by Mr. Depp and his legal team.”
Amber’s lawyer’s statement comes after Johnny filed his defamation suit.
Court documents obtained by The Blast state: “Ms. Heard purported to write from the perspective of ‘a public figure representing domestic abuse’ and claimed that she ‘felt the full force of our culture’s wrath for women who speak out’ when she ‘spoke up against sexual violence.’ The article depends on the central premise that Ms. Heard was a domestic abuse victim and that Mr. Depp perpetrated domestic violence against her … The op-ed’s clear implication that Mr. Depp is a domestic abuse is categorically and demonstrably false. Mr. Depp never abused Ms. Heard. Her allegations against him were false when they were made in 2016. They were an elaborate hoax to generate positive publicity for Ms. Heard and advance her career.”
Whilst Amber’s article doesn’t specifically mention Johnny, she said she has personally “felt the full force of our culture’s wrath for women who speak out” against domestic violence.
She said: “I write this as a woman who had to change my phone number weekly because I was getting death threats. For months, I rarely left my apartment… I felt as though I was on trial in the court of public opinion – and my life and livelihood depended on myriad judgements far beyond my control.”
Johnny, 55, and Amber, 32, met on the set of 2011 movie ‘The Rum Diary’ and tied the knot four years later in February 2015. They split in May 2016, when Amber filed for a domestic violence restraining order against Johnny, accusing him of abusing her.
They later settled their divorce out of court, with Johnny paying Amber $7 million which she donated to charity. Both signed Non Disclosure Agreements, preventing them from discussing their relationship.

OHMYGOSSIP — Jordyn Woods says the Tristan Thompson scandal made her realise that 90 per cent of her pals were not real friends.
The 21-year-old model has been publicly blasted by former friends including Larsa Pippen and Malika Haqq after it emerged that she had kissed Khloe Kardashian’s partner Tristan at a house party last month.
However, Jordyn insisted no one has reached out privately to her about the scandal.
Speaking to Jada Pinkett-Smith on ‘Red Table Talk’, she said: “I get to see everyone’s true colours now. You have my phone number, you could have called or texted me a mean text, but I guess if everything’s social now, that’s how people handle things.
“I am shocked about being bullied by people that just a week before were telling me how much they loved me. I can tell you one thing, 90 per cent of these people were not my friends.”
Jordyn also revealed the scandal has been tough on her family as she has received death threats and her 12-year-old sister cannot go to school because of safety concerns.
She said: “The crazy thing is, the arms that I thought would be around me are nowhere to be found. The first few days of this were definitely the hardest. I couldn’t eat, I didn’t eat for days. I couldn’t look at my phone, even. I just tried to sleep and hope that I’d wake up and this wouldn’t be true. Every time you refresh the page it’s another person bullying, or wishing death upon me, or telling me something like, ‘Your father deserved to die.’ I may have done something wrong, but whatever I did, I don’t think I deserved this. It’s just, it’s not fair.
“If I was a weak person, I would have hurt myself. It’s even hard for me to say this … everyone’s safety is now … we can’t leave the house. My brother can’t go to work. My sister can’t go to school. She’s 12 years old. My mother can’t even go to the grocery store.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ed Sheeran is adding a football pitch and a private beach to his property.
The 28-year-old singer has reportedly been granted planning permission from his local council to make some improvements to the garden at his Suffolk,East England, home, which will also include a greenhouse and fire pits.
Local residents had no objections but they have asked that any outside lights are turned off by midnight.
A source told The Sun: “Ed might be a global superstar but he’s a simple lad who loves his football. His idea of a good time is a kick-about with his pals – and his big pitch he’ll be able to do that in the comfort of his own home.”
Meanwhile, it has recently been revealed that Ed secretly tied the knot with Cherry Seaborn in December.
The pair wed in a low-key ceremony at his estate in Suffolk, just before Christmas without any of his famous friends in attendance.
A source said: “Ed got married a few days before Christmas. It was very quiet – just Ed’s oldest school pals, limited family and the priest.
“There were only 40 people – so no Taylor Swift, record company executives or any royals or popstar pals. He wanted no fuss and he wanted it to be something entirely for them – just a tiny winter wedding.
“It’s amazing that he’s the biggest popstar in the world but he was just able to quietly slide off and wed.
“Neither of them were that fussed about making a big deal about it. Cherry just wanted to get it out of the way without any problems or intrusions.”
The singer and his new wife, 26, are said to be planning a bigger celebration in the summer to celebrate their nuptials with pals who were not told about the wedding.
The source added: “Ed and Cherry are planning festival-style party for a wider list to happen at the end of the summer.
“That will be all singing and dancing, and they’ll be able to invite Taylor and their record company colleagues and royal friends.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Elton John “owes” it to his children to quit touring.
The 71-year-old singer is currently on his three-year farewell tour and revealed his decision to retire from touring is all down to his two young sons, Zachary, eight and Elijah, six.
He told the Daily Mirror: “The reason I did this farewell tour was because I’ve been travelling since I was 17 in a group and then as Elton.
“The situation has changed personally. My children need to be with me and I need to be with them.
“I’m fed up travelling – and I travel in the most comfortable, luxurious way – but I find it really boring.
“By the time I finish I’ll be at least 75. That will be a chance to reassess what I want to do. I just owe it to those children to be there for them.”
And although they live a life of unimaginable luxury and count Lady Gaga as their Godmother or “Gagamother”, Elton insisted his sons with husband David Furnish, 56, are “quite grounded”.
He said: “They’ve seen the tour in New York. They know Daddy is famous. But when we are out and people are taking our photograph or ask for a photograph, they say, ‘Why do they want your photograph?’ We always say it’s ‘because people like my music’. We don’t say because I’m famous, or anything like that. I try to leave Elton on the stage.
“And they love their daddy’s music but they also like a lot of other people’s music, so they’re quite grounded.”
