Whitney Port’s son to appear on The Hills reboot

OHMYGOSSIP — Whitney Port’s young son Sonny will appear on the reboot of ‘The Hills’.
The 33-year-old star’s 14-month-old boy is going to be seen on the new series of the MTV reality show – which starred Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Audrina Patridge, Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari, and ran for six seasons from 2006 to 2010 – but not all the time as she doesn’t want him “plastered all over TV”.
In an interview with E! News, she said the tot – whom she has with husband Tim Rosenman – “will pop up here and there because he exists in my life”.
But she added: “I don’t want him to be plastered all over the TV.”
On her reasons for letting her little boy appear on screen, she said: “Being a mom is obviously a really big part of my identity and I want the show to be real and authentic.”
Whitney admits that she hopes there isn’t too much drama this season.
She said: “I don’t think you can ever really be fully prepared for that.
“I’m hoping that there isn’t really much [drama] when it comes to me, and if there is, I’ll be able to handle it.”
Whilst she confessed her producer husband isn’t so keen about being on the show.
She spilled: “He doesn’t necessarily want to be on it, but he’s really supportive and wants me to do it.”
Brody Jenner is reportedly set to make a comeback on the new series, ‘The Hills: New Beginnings’ in 2019.
The 35-year-old hunk and his wife Kaitlynn Carter are believed to have held talks to join the revival.
A source said recently: “Everybody wants Brody to come back. He was such a big part of the show. It truly wouldn’t be the same without him.”
Whilst Stephanie, 32, took to Instagram to announce that she will be involved, saying: “I am so excited to start filming #TheHills #NewBeginnings #MTV with my friends & family! it’s going to be EPIC @mtvthehills.”

Gladys Knight opens up on Aretha Franklin’s emotional funeral

OHMYGOSSIP — Gladys Knight didn’t think she’d make it through her songs at Aretha Franklin’s funeral.
The 74-year-old singer performed both ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ and ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water’ in honour of her late friend – who passed away last month aged 76 – and she admitted it was an incredibly emotional moment.
Appearing on UK TV show ‘This Morning’ on Thursday (06.09.18), she said: “I didn’t know if I’d get through that. But yeah, [I did it] for her.
“She was 14 and I was nine when we first met, and we’ve known each other for that long a time. We both lived in Detroit … We just had a wonderful, wonderful thing. Back in those days entertainers weren’t so competitive as they are now.”
The ‘Midnight Train to Georgia’ hitmaker and her friend – who were respectively known as the Goddess and Queen of Soul – lived just 10 minutes away from each other, and formed a close bond.
Opening up about Aretha’s shyness, Gladys explained there was just something so powerful and emotive about the way she sang.
She added: “She was very shy, but to me her speciality was when you heard Aretha sing, you felt it and every note that came out of her mouth. She touched your inner spirit, it was more than just doing a song.”
Meanwhile, Gladys had to speak out last week to clarify her comments after she told reporters that she and Aretha – who died after a long battle with pancreatic cancer – discussed having the “same disease”.
She said in a statement: “I’d like to clarify that Aretha and I discussed both of us having cancer, mine was stage 1 breast cancer and hers was pancreatic. Due to early detection, I am cancer free and grateful for that. It is unfortunate that on a day we should be celebrating Aretha’s life and massive contribution to our world, a reporter who did not relay accurate information has missed the message. I send my love to the entire Franklin family and my gratitude to them for sharing such an extraordinary person with us.”

Dolores O’Riordan drowned to death

OHMYGOSSIP — Dolores O’Riordan drowned to death after accidental alcohol intoxication.
The Cranberries frontwoman was surrounded by five miniature bottles of spirits, a 35 centilitre bottle of champagne and medication packaging when she was discovered lifeless submerged in a bathtub at her hotel room in London’s Park Lane in January, aged just 46, by a maid, Westminster’s Coroner’s Court heard on Thursday morning (06.09.18).
It was ruled at the hearing that the high levels of alcohol in the singer’s body was a “high factor`’ in the star’s death.
The court room also heard from Dolores’ psychiatrist from back home in Ireland, Dr Ceallaigh, who stated that he believes she was suffering from an “an episode of mania or elevated mood” at the time of her death, Sky News reports.
The death was not treated as suspicious.
The ‘Linger’ hitmaker was laid to rest in January with a special service attended by close friends, family and the late star’s bandmates at St Ailbe’s Church in Ballybricken, Ireland, where Dolores first learnt to sing in the choir.
The singer’s three children, Taylor, Molly and Dakota, were among the first to arrive and their father Don Burton – the singer’s ex-husband and former Duran Duran tour manager – carried her coffin whilst the band’s 1996 song ‘Miss You When You’re Gone’ played.
In Dolores’ honour, a guitar, a platinum disc award and a photograph of Catholic figure Our Lady of Dolours, who Dolores was named after, were placed at the altar as a mark of respect.
Family members among the mourners included her boyfriend Ole Koretsk, her mother Eileen and her siblings.
The Cranberries band members Mike and Noel Hogan and Fergal Lawler – who together with Dolores released seven albums – also attended the mass.

Eli Roth let a ‘black satanic goat’ loose in Jack Black’s trailer

OHMYGOSSIP — Eli Roth let loose a “black satanic goat” to trash Jack Black’s trailer and spook him while they were shooting new movie ‘The House with a Clock in Its Walls’.
The 46-year-old director was determined to finish the fantasy thriller on a high so, along with child actor Owen Vaccaro, arranged for a deranged farm animal to be delivered to the comedian’s personal space and wreck his belongings for a prank.
Speaking to talkRADIO at the world premiere of the film in London on Wednesday night (05.09.18), Roth said: “Owen was obsessed with doing a prank. He was like, ‘We have to prank Jack, we have to prank Jack.’ And I was like, ‘Let’s put a goat in his trailer, a really black satanic goat.’ And he was like, ‘How are we going to do that?’ And we did it. On the last day – we actually have footage of it that we’re going to release – we put it in his trailer and the goat went nuts and started stomping over everything and Jack was like, ‘OH MY GOD, IT’S A GOAT!’ ”
Owen, 13, has revealed they were deliberating over getting a giraffe or a goat for the prank because the cast – also comprised of Cate Blanchett – were convinced the shooting location was haunted by a long-necked mammal, but, in the end, they opted for the latter because it was easier to get hold of quickly.
Owen explained: “We put a goat in his trailer and we scared him. The house that we were filming at was haunted by a giraffe – and we also thought it was haunted by a goat – because the person that used to live at the house had a giraffe.”
Jack added: “We finished my last shot of the whole movie, there was hugs, kisses and tears, I walk back to my trailer, I open the door and staring at me in the face was this evil looking goat. Now goats aren’t dangerous animals but of all the non-dangerous animals, goats are the most terrifying because they look like Satan. I let out a little shriek and they captured it on camera and they will rule the day.”
However, the 49-year-old comedian has promised that he will get all those involved back when and if they ever shoot a sequel in the future.
He said: “Often times at the end of a film there will be a prank pulled on the cast members. And Owen Vaccaro and Eli Roth – those sons of guns – they got me good. And if we ever do a sequel you better believe I’ll be getting them back.”

Jim Carrey thinks tragedy is unavoidable in life

OHMYGOSSIP — Jim Carrey thinks tragedy is unavoidable in life but it’s important to use it to grow.
The 56-year-old actor has opened up about his philosophy on dealing with loss, and urged people to take their painful moments and turn them into something constructive.
Speaking to ‘Entertainment Tonight’, he said: “Nobody gets through this life without getting hit by lightning and it’s just [a question of], ‘Is the lightning going to be something that causes a fire? ‘Are you going to stop there and just think this is a disaster, or are you going to continue on to see the new growth?’ ”
Although Jim has stepped back from his acting career in recent years, he has recently re-entered TV comedy with a starring role in the show ‘Kidding’.
He plays the part of a children’s TV show host who is trying to keep his career intact as his personal life collapses.
Speaking about his role, he added: “This is what happens – projects more and more choose me. When something happens or when I’ve reached a certain level of understanding about this world… the ideas seem to find me. So this is the perfect thing.”
Earlier this year, it was revealed that Jim wouldn’t have to go to trial over his late girlfriend’s suicide in September 2015.
The star had been due to go to court in a wrongful death case in April after been accused by Cathriona White’s mother Brigid Sweetman and estranged husband Mark Burton of giving his girlfriend three sexually-transmitted diseases and providing the drugs used by the make-up artist when she took her own life, but it was revealed earlier in the year that the allegations have been dismissed.
A spokesperson for the ‘Mask’ star confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter the matters were dismissed on January 25 but had no comment to make beyond saying Jim is looking forward to moving on with his life now.
And Michael Avenatti, the attorney acting for Brigid and Mark issued a brief statement on their behalf.
It read: “We have no further comment at this time.”
The development came a few months after Jim filed a countersuit against his accusers, insisting they were trying to extort him.

Jonathan Ross flashed Ray Winstone to prove he’s not grey

OHMYGOSSIP — Jonathan Ross flashed Ray Winstone to prove he isn’t going grey.
The talk show host’s interview with the ‘Point Break’ actor will air this weekend on ITV, and he revealed they shared an unusual exchange backstage to settle a debate over whether Jonathan dyes his hair.
Appearing on Thursday’s ‘Loose Women’ (06.09.18), the TV star said: “He made me prove it to him by showing him hair on another part of my body. I showed him, he had to have a sit down afterwards.
“Anyone who wants to know if I dye my hair, ask Ray Winstone, he’ll tell you the truth.”
Although he was keen to prove his point Jonathan, 57, explained that he wouldn’t mind if he did go grey.
He added: “I’m 58 in November and I don’t dye my hair. If I was gpomg grey and I was dying my hair, I’d tell everyone.
“I don’t really care what I look like. I look ok, I don’t look terrible.”
The star also opened up to the panel about making his own show stand out, and admitted things had changed since the likes of Sir Michael Parkinson because celebrities are much more accessible nowadays.
He said: “You have to find an angle now. And also the sorta show I’m doing now, it’s not really a talk show which is about getting to the depth of a personality and finding out their problems in life.
“We do cover some of those topics, but really it’s about trying to create a Saturday night entertainment show. We want a fun atmosphere and everyone to join in.”

Al Murray reveals daughter has hemiplegia

OHMYGOSSIP — Al Murray has revealed his daughter’s bravery growing up with hemiplegia.
The Pub Landlord comedian has opened up about 19-year-old Scarlett’s condition, which is a form of cerebral palsy affecting responses on one side of the body and shows itself over time.
Despite this, his daughter attended a mainstream school and remained strong despite bullies, as Al explained to the Daily Telegraph: “I was bullied myself [at Bedford School] and learnt to combat that with humour, but when it’s your own child, it’s terrible.
“We’re very proud of her. She has battled on – she’s always been very phlegmatic about it.”
Al revealed that Scarlett – whom he shares with his ex-wife Amber Hargreaves along with daughter Willow – didn’t show any signs when she was born and later started talking, but the symptoms slowly revealed themselves.
He added: “She was a happy,healthy-looking baby who began to talk at the right time; she’s never had a slur to her speech. It wasn’t until she started to toddle at two that we noticed she had issues with her gait and her left hand, which she was clenching a lot.”a
Although it hasn’t been easy for the family – who have faced a battle to get the care she needed as the condition differs with each individual – the 50-year-old star refused to complain about the impact on his own life.
He said: “The person under pressure when you’ve got this in your life is the child. Whatever else is going on, they’re the one having to deal with it. I try to be upbeat. I wouldn’t want to say ‘poor us’ because other people have it much, much tougher.
“At the moment Scarlett is independent – she’s now reading English at university. She’s very bright and has always taken the attitude that she’ll play to her strengths.”

Janet Street Porter defends Coleen Nolan over Kim Woodburn row

OHMYGOSSIP — Janet Street Porter has defended Coleen Nolan over her row with Kim Woodburn.
The ‘Loose Women’ star has leaped to her fellow panellist’s defence after she stepped away from the show because of heavy criticism and vile threats over her row on-air with her former ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ housemate last week.
Writing for the Daily Mail, Janet said: “I can’t sit by and not react to the loathsome accusations that Coleen is a heartless b***h and a mean-minded bully – all the result of a few chaotic minutes of live television – an interview with reality star Kim Woodburn that rapidly spun out of control. (sic)”
Coleen cancelled her appearance on the show on Thursday (06.09.18) as a result of the backlash.
She and Kim had been at loggerheads ever since they starred on the Channel 5 reality show last year, and fans had tuned into the show last week hoping to see the pair reconcile, but were left shocked when 76-year-old Kim brand Coleen “lying trash” and a “piece of filth” before storming off the set after a heated row.
The former member of the Nolan Sisters received harsh backlash after the incident from critics who had sided with Kim, and some of them even told her they hope she “dies like [her] sister” Bernie Nolan, who passed away from breast cancer aged 52 in 2013.
Defending her friend, Janet hit back at those who have hit out, describing them as “small-minded idiots” in a passionately-written column.
She added: “To put the record straight, Coleen Nolan is not a bully – and neither am I. I’m proud she’s my friend, and shame on those people who want to hurt her.”
Her comments come after Coleen said she almost quit the talk show all together, but has settled for a break instead.
Bursting into tears on ‘This Morning’ while referring to her spat with Kim, she said: “I don’t know what I did wrong? I didn’t say anything. I said about two things. She needs help. I feel terribly sorry for her.
“I’ve never called her names. She’s called me every name under the sun. But to be called a bully … and then to have messages going, ‘Why can’t you die like your sister?’ ‘Can’t you get cancer like your sister?’
“In 50 years of doing a job I really love … there’s a campaign to get me fired. They sent me revolting things to the point where I phoned my management and said to my kids, ‘I can’t.’
“I cancelled everything last week after it. I just said, ‘I can’t do it, I don’t want to do it anymore.’ ”

Tom Daley thinks real men change nappies

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Daley and his husband Dustin Lance Black are sharing diaper duties.
The couple welcomed their first son Robert into the world via a surrogate in June, and now the 24-year-old British Olympic diver has revealed that when it comes to a full nappy he and screenwriter Dustin, 44, are taking turns to deal with the poo.
Speaking on the red carpet of the GQ Men of the Year Awards at the Tate Modern in London on Wednesday evening (05.09.18), Tom said: “[With the baby] the thing is we’re both doing it, some nappies are more full than others!”
And Dustin added with a smile: “In the situation we’re in now, a real man changes diapers! A real man steps up.”
The pair looked dapper at the glitzy award ceremony, with Tom sporting a smart black two piece suit with an open white shirt, whilst Dustin donned a dark blue tuxedo with a white shirt and a bow-tie.
Before entering the exclusive event, Tom was quizzed on what he thought a real man in 2018 is and he insists a modern guy must have supreme confidence in himself.
He said: “I think a real man doesn’t care what anybody else thinks about him, about the way he dresses or the way he may think, a real man can bear all.”
At the ceremony, Rose McGowan made history when she became the first woman to be handed the Inspiration award for her bravery in going public with her allegations of sexual abuse against Harvey Weinstein and her work with the #MeToo movement.
Prince Charles was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement award for his services to philanthropy, in recognition of his position as president or patron of over 400 charities, and musician Johnny Marr walked away with the Lifetime Achievement gong.

Rose McGowan was nicknamed ‘the brave one’ from a child

OHMYGOSSIP — Rose McGowan’s father nicknamed her “the brave one” as a child and she is now trying to live up to the moniker.
The 45-year-old actress has been heavily praised over the last year for being one of the first women to speak out about the alleged sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of Harvey Weinstein – paving the ways for other people to come forward – and she has admitted her dad Daniel McGowan could tell from when she was a youngster that she would become an inspiration in years to come.
Speaking at the GQ Men of the Year Awards – during which she became the first ever female recipient of the Inspiration award – at the Tate Modern in London on Wednesday (05.09.18), she said: “My father’s nickname for me was ‘the brave one’ and that’s the name of my book ‘Brave’ and it’s been my nickname my whole life, it’s been a lot to live up to and I figure I can and I can show people that they can be too, and I get inspired by others’ bravery. Even GQ is brave doing this.”
The former ‘Charmed’ star found it difficult to open up about the sexual assault she suffered in the industry and, although it came at a “heavy cost”, she’s pleased that she’s shown people that they can live a “better and free” life.
She explained: “It feels amazing to own my truth, it’s come at a heavy cost, but I’m really happy to be honoured for my work. I’ve been working really hard at this for the past 20 years and especially in the last four years pushing truth and I just want people to see that they can be more and better and free.
“I think it’s good to be a bad ass in general, one should aspire to be free and do things their own way and see that you be rewarded for living differently.”
Rose’s claims against Weinstein led to the launch of the #MeToo movement – a campaign spearheaded by women against sexual violence – but she’s adamant her aim wasn’t for all men to be tarnished with the same brush.
She said: “It is an honour to be honoured by men, because I honour them as well and their bravery and their courage to fight against a system that they’re born into. I want to reinforce the idea that none of us have to conform to what we’re born into society. It’s all about ally ship. We can all get hurt and we can all heal.”

Russell Tovey planning baby with surrogate

OHMYGOSSIP — Russell Tovey is planning to have a baby on his own via a surrogate.
The openly gay 36-year-old actor is desperate to become a parent and although he is still searching for his Mr. Right if he is still single in three years’ time then he will find a woman to carry his baby and become a single dad.
In an interview in the new issue of Gay Times magazine, he said: “I want someone to call me daddy. Having kids is always something that’s been fundamentally important to me. I remember being at school, junior school, and already wanting to be a dad. I wanted to be an actor, a history teacher and a dad. Now I’m 36, I’m giving myself three years. If I haven’t met someone that wants kids I’m going to do it by myself.”
When asked if he will use a surrogate, he added: “All the options haven’t been completely explored but whatever way I’m going to do it, I’m going to do it.”
Although he does party on London’s gay scene, Russell isn’t interested in having lots of casual relationships and prefers being in a committed relationship.
The ‘Quantico’ star believes that the conversation around gay relationships had now shifted to questions that heterosexual people are asked because of the changes to the marriage laws in the UK.
He said: “I’m a one man guy. I just want to be with that person, whoever that person is. When you go out with someone as a gay man now, you’re getting asked, ‘When are you getting married? When are you having kids?’ And that’s something that’s happened since the laws have changed and suddenly you’re like, ‘I can do this. That’s now a consideration.'”

The Kooks rock the Moth Club

OHMYGOSSIP — The Kooks wowed fans on Wednesday night (05.09.18) with an intimate gig at The Moth Club in London which included a classic cover by the band.
The indie group – consisting of Luke Pritchard, Hugh Harris, Alexis Nunez and Peter Denton – performed a set comprised of tracks from their latest album ‘Let’s Go Sunshine’ and the best of their past hits.
The boys bounded on stage bouncing with energy and opened with their iconic version of MGMT track ‘Kids’ – which they first covered in 2009.
They then performed ‘Eddie’s Gun’ and ‘Bad Habit’ followed by the classic ‘She Moves In Her Own Way’ which prompted a mass sing-along
Next was the new LP’s lead single ‘All the Time’ and the group continued with a variety of tracks including ‘Four Leaf Clover’ which frontman Luke thought had serious emo vibes.
He announced on stage: “I wrote that song and I was like, ‘Oh my god, I just wrote an Emo song.’ Don’t stop believing!”
This was followed by their live debut of the lilting melodic number ‘Chicken Bone’ followed by ‘Fractured and Dazed’ and their ‘Inside In / Inside Out’ staple ‘Ooh La’ – which made the singer promise fans they would soon hear their favourite old school Kooks song.
He proclaimed: “We promise we’ll play ‘Naive’, it’s in our contract!”
The 2014 hit ‘Westside’ came before another nostalgia blast with ‘Seaside’ and then the group’s last song before their encore, ‘Junk of the Heart (Happy).

Milo Gibson hit Robert Downey Jr. in the face as a child

OHMYGOSSIP — Milo Gibson “hit” Robert Downey Jr. in the face when he first met him.
The 28-year-old star has admitted his parents Mel Gibson and Robyn Moore Gibson were determined to keep him out of the spotlight when he was growing up, but he was in his element when he finally started meeting his dad’s friends and was over the moon when the 53-year-old actor let him smack him in the chops.
Speaking to The Times newspaper, he recalled: “Our parents kept us out of that type of world. Because it changes people, I think.
“He [Robert Downey Jr.] let me hit him in the face a couple of times”.
Milo was completely oblivious to the fact his father was famous until he started primary school and, even then, he was cautious about what he told his friends.
He explained: “Yeah. I don’t really like to tell people, but a lot of my friends already know and they don’t care. They’re friends with me because they’re friends with me.”
However, it’s almost impossible for him to hide the fact he’s Mel’s son nowadays as many people think they are the spitting image of one another.
He said: “Sometimes people go, ‘You look like Mel Gibson!’ And I go, ‘F**k, I wish!'”
Despite Mel’s high level of fame, he still tried to do “normal” things with Milo and even tried to persuade him not to go into acting.
He said: “Oh yeah. He’d take me to soccer games — and the bedtime stories I got! Just fabricated out of his head, all sorts of crazy stuff …
“When I was growing up everything was a little different — paparazzi were more prevalent. They were chasing you around and he was, like, ‘Don’t do it! Stay away.’ He never said I couldn’t do it, but it wasn’t something that I ever planned on doing.”

Dave Bautista won’t do another ‘Guardians’ film unless the studio uses James Gunn’s script

OHMYGOSSIP — Dave Bautista has threatened to quit ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ unless Marvel promise to use James Gunn’s script.
The 49-year-old actor is adamant he won’t do another film for the studio unless they agree to use the director’s work because he believes they owe it to him.
Speaking to Shortlist magazine, Bautista said: “James is one of the kindest, most decent people I’ve met. He’s already turned the script for ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3′ and where I’m at right now is that if [Marvel] don’t use that script then I’m going to ask them to release me from my contract – cut me out or recast me because I’d be doing James a disservice if I didn’t.”
Gunn was fired by Disney earlier this year when some controversial tweets, which he posted over 10 years ago, resurfaced online and, although many have campaigned to have him reinstated, the company are adamant he won’t return.
Bautista – who plays Drax the Destroyer in the film franchise – believes that punishment Gunn has received for the contentious posts was too severe and, although him and his cast mates have penned a letter to bosses venting their fury at his dismissal, he doesn’t think the 52-year-old director will ever get rehired.
He explained: “I don’t think the letter will get him rehired, but I hope it opens people’s eyes to James’ character, nobody is defending his tweets, but this was a smear campaign against a good man.
“I spoke to Chris Pratt the day after it happened and he’s a bit religious so he wanted time to pray and figure it out, but I was more like ‘f*** this, this is bullsh**.’ ”

Ronan Keating slams ‘British actress’ who shoved past him at GQ Awards

OHMYGOSSIP — Ronan Keating has claimed a well-known British actress shoved past him and his wife Storm at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London on Wednesday (05.09.18).
The Boyzone singer has lashed out at the mystery star – whose identity he refused to divulge – after she strutted down the red carpet on her own, pushed her way to the front of the photography queue and waltzed into the event without saying a word.
Speaking on Magic’s ‘Breakfast’ show on Thursday (06.09.18), he said: “You know the red carpet gets backed up a little bit. Always at all these events, whatever you do there’s a little bit of a queue at the red carpet.
“Storm and I are standing there and having a chat with Erin O’Connor, the model and the lady from ‘Game of Thrones’ – Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie).
“We’re having a chat, having a bit of craic and I can see this figure coming… and they’re moving at speed. There’s no one with them, they’re on their own.
“There’s this kind of flowing Bollywood style dress. In they walk, past us, through the queue, past the whole queue, straight to the top of the red carpet, in front of the photographers and boom – hand on the hip.
“You can just see everybody in the queue – everyone’s just looking, going ‘who the f does she think she is?!’ You wouldn’t mind if there was one of these American publicist people going: ‘out of the way, excuse me.’ But no on her own, on her tod, walked straight in. Top of the queue, passed everyone out.”
His co-host Harriet Scott – who seemingly knew the actress’ identity – teased: “She’s a British actress, in a big blockbuster about a big event in World War II, something like a pivotal moment in World War II. She seemed like a really laid back person.”
But the rude encounter has put Ronan off the actress and her films from now on.
He said: “We were disappointed, we wanted to really like her but we don’t anymore!”

Cardi B only eats twice a day

OHMYGOSSIP — Cardi B only eats twice a day.
The ‘Bodak Yellow’ hitmaker is desperately trying to get her pre-baby body back after giving birth to her daughter Kulture, whom she has with her husband Offset, eight weeks ago and she has admitted, although she’s still got a few more pounds to lose until she’s at her goal weight, she thinks cutting her meals down to just a “big” breakfast and dinner has helped shrink her waist back down.
Speaking on Instagram, the 25-year-old rapper said: “After I gave birth, two weeks later, I was still really insecure about myself because I felt like I was not losing weight fast enough. I said I was going to be Teami [a weight loss tea blend] but then I got lazy … and then I was really like: ‘Listen I got to do do this sh*t because I got to go back to work and my body has got to be snatched. And so far I’ve been looking like this. I think my uterus is really getting smaller.
“I also only eat twice a day. I eat a big breakfast and then I eat a big dinner and then at night, twice a week, I do Teami because I can’t do it every day but I’m really thankful for Teami because I really feel it helped my uterus get smaller. I’ve got a couple more weeks to go for my goal body but I’m looking alright out here!”
Although she’s relatively happy with her post-baby body, Cardi is still considering having liposuction to get rid of her “love handles” and extra stretched skin.
She said recently: “I still got, like, a lot of love handles right here. They’re not much, but it’s, like, you know, I’m used to having, like, a real tight stomach. So this extra skin is like, ‘Where the f **k did you came from?!’
“But it’s like I might just get a little lipo. Because I mean, I feel like I can work out and my stomach will be back how it used to be. But I really don’t have time to work out. I never been the type to work out. I never stepped a foot in the gym.”
