Michael Buble to do Carpool Karaoke charity special

OHMYGOSSIP — Michael Buble will take part in James Corden’s ‘Carpool Karaoke Stand Up To Cancer Special’.
The ‘Haven’t Met You Yet’ hitmaker will make his debut on the singing segment, which sees celebrities sing along to songs with him while he drives them around Los Angeles, for Channel 4’s charity telethon after his five-year-old son Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2016.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Michael has always been a huge supporter of Stand Up To Cancer, so he is happy to help. It’s all for a great cause and is sure to be an emotional journey.”
The segment will also see Michael open up about Noah’s battle with the disease and how it affected them as a family seeing him go through such intensive and painful treatment.
The 43-year-old singer cancelled all of his gigs and work commitments after the toddler’s cancer diagnosis three years ago and he recently admitted that he was ready to quit music for good.
He said earlier this year: “I truly thought I would never go back [to music]. I was done. It just seemed completely unimportant compared to what was going on with Noah. Things got very clear for me, very quickly. I live with no fear now. I’ve been to hell.”
However, he has been able to throw himself back into music since Noah went into remission.
He added: “Food never tasted so good, music never sounded so good, my relationship with my family, my faith … all of it. My wife and I, we got happy, we fell in love again.”
Michael – who also has son Elias, two, and newborn daughter Vida with his wife Luisana Lopilato – has admitted there was a time where he thought his son wouldn’t make it.
He said: “He’s perfect. Clinically speaking, it was a tumour within the liver. And the most important thing was to get it out, with clean margins. Because if you do, it goes from being this scary thing to just being tremendous odds. No one likes talking about percentages but, honestly, [we have] a percentage where we can live our life, and not live in fear every day. We know we’re OK now. But what we went through was f***ing brutal.”
‘Stand Up To Cancer’ will hit television screens later this year.

Jessica Fox teases Nancy Osborne’s Hollyoaks revenge

OHMYGOSSIP — Jessica Fox says Nancy Osborne will “rip” Darren Osborne’s “life apart” on ‘Hollyoaks’ upon discovering he’s had an affair.
The 35-year-old actress admitted her alter-ego will initially think of the “worst things” she can do to her husband (Ashley Taylor Dawson) when she finds out next week that he has been playing away with her best pal Mandy Morgan (Sarah Jayne Dunn), but her “conscience” looks set to take over before she does anything too drastic.
Jessica said: “There is most definitely payback. Her initial reaction is to figure out the worst things she can do to Darren and rip his life apart.
“Nancy actually turns to Sienna Blake of all people for advice and lessons on revenge!
“However, Nancy isn’t a bad person and is not violent at her core, so her conscience might get the better of her.”
While Jessica admits it will be “weird” that she won’t spend as much time with Ashley on set going forward following the affair revelation, she is looking forward to having some screen time with other actors on the Channel 4 soap who she doesn’t usually star alongside as much.
She said: “It’s always weird when they split you up the person you spend more time with than anyone else in your life!
“Ashley and I know exactly what the other is thinking, but I’m looking at it as an exciting new chapter – I’m going to interact with new characters I’ve not played with before, and work with actors I’ve not had the opportunity work with. It’s the emancipation of Nancy!”
Jessica has been inundated with social media messages willing her character to wreak revenge by sleeping with Mandy’s husband Luke Morgan (Gary Lucy), but she thinks that would be too “predictable”.
She is quoted by Radio Times.com as saying: “I’ve had lots of tweets about that, but sadly we’ve lost Gary Lucy who plays him to ‘The Full Monty’ tour now, so I don’t see that happening.
“But if they’d got together would it have been a bit predictable? And Nancy just be trading seats on the Titanic, going from a gambler to an alcoholic? I think she can do better.”

Coronation Street’s Billy to ‘anger’ viewers

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Coronation Street’ viewers will be “angered” by Billy Mayhew buying into Josh Tucker’s sob story.
Ryan Clayton believes the ITV soap’s fans will be mad when his evil alter-ego Josh – who previously raped David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd) – manipulates the vicar (Daniel Brocklebank) to get him on side, so much so Billy asks the mechanic to move in with him.
He said: “I think that they will be glad and enjoy his comeuppance but if they see Billy buying in to him I think it will anger them.
“He has got nowhere else to go, Billy is his only hope right now because he has got no family, certainly not any that he still talks to.
“He is still massively in denial. There is concern towards David; he doesn’t want to bother David but only because if he bothers David then Billy is going to kick him out which is all from a selfish point of view.”
Josh’s confidence has taken a battering in recent weeks after he was viciously attacked by his friend Ethan which left him blind, and Ryan admits it is “nice” to portray the character as “weak and vulnerable” rather than the macho mechanic he was when he first stepped foot on the cobbles.
He said: “It’s nice to play a villain weak and vulnerable because he is just a coward really, isn’t he?
“Josh started off as this macho guy, unbreakable, so it’s good to see the other side. His true colours are showing.”
While Billy is trying to help Josh, Ryan doesn’t hold out much hope for his alter-ego.
He explained: “He is a troubled soul from a troubled background so there is a genuine connection to something that he feels there from Billy but I don’t think that is going to change him any time soon.
“He is just using Billy as an opportunity to manipulate someone and he would do anything for self gain.”

Pale Waves suggest listening to debut LP in the dark

OHMYGOSSIP — Pale Waves have suggested fans should listen to their album ‘My Mind Makes Noises’ in the dark.
The 1975’s protégés recently released their synth-pop debut record and frontwoman Heather Baron-Gracie believes the songs come to life at night.
The 23-year-old Mancunian said: “Yeah, I’d say listen to the album whilst driving at night, or walking around at night.”
The ‘New Year’s Eve’ rockers were heavily-influenced by 80s music on the album, particularly ‘Friday I’m in Love’ hitmakers The Cure – fronted by Robert Smith – who they supported this summer.
Recalling the “mental” experience, Heather told website musicfeeds.com/au: “It was pretty surreal ’cause the cure are one of our favourite bands ever.
“They’re such an influence of Pale Waves, and being able to open for them is just madness! Like, saying that you’re opening for The Cure … is just a big moment for us, and to be standing in the exact same position on the stage that Robert Smith is gonna be standing in a few hours is mental.”
The band have been on the road continuously and Heather says that she gets by with lots of napping and eating plenty of sugary treats.
She said: “I actually just nap whenever I can, pretty much, and it’s really important to keep up the excitement, ’cause you’ve got to give it all into the performance.
“So like, I think saving yourself for the performance is important because you’ve gotta have that energy, even though sometimes you’re exhausted. “Just sort of, napping whenever you can, drinking a lot of sugar.”
Pale Waves – completed by Ciara Doran, Hugo Silvani and Charlie Wood – have a close bond with ‘Somebody Else’ hitmakers The 1975.
Last year, the band played a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden in New York supporting Matty Healy and co on their North American tour.
And their second single, ‘Television Romance’, was accompanied with a music video directed by Matty.

Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly’s diss tracks produced by same person

OHMYGOSSIP — Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly’s diss tracks were produced by the same person.
The rappers have been locked in a feud ever since the latter hit out at the ‘Bad Things’ hitmaker on the track ‘Not Alike’ on his surprise LP ‘Kamikaze’ last month.
Kelly released a response in the form of ‘Rap Devil’, which features the line, “Mad about somethin’ I said in 2012/
Took you six years and a surprise album just to come with a diss/Homie we get it, we know that you’re the greatest rapper alive”, and now it has emerged that both tracks featured the handy work of studio wizard Ronny J – whose credits include rappers Lil Pump and the late XXXTentacion.
Kelly took the feud to another level when he poked fun at Eminem’s age during his gig in Orlando over the weekend.
The 28-year-old star couldn’t resist mentioning his long-time enemy during his concert at the Amway Center in Florida on Sunday (16.09.18).
According to TMZ.com, MGK – whose real name is Richard Colson Baker – kicked off his set by shouting “F**k Marshall Mathers,” before he added: “The real Slim Shady can’t stand up.”
Eminem admitted he first dissed MGK because he accused him of hindering his career.
The ‘River’ rapper explained that he released ‘Not Alike’, which includes the line: “Now you wanna come and f**k with me, huh? / This little c**k-sucker, he must be feeling himself”, after his rival rapped about banning him from his radio station ‘Shade 45’.
However, he insisted that he’s not interested in wrecking MGK’s because there are “better” rappers out there and his name doesn’t even pop up in the list.
Eminem said recently: “The reason that I dissed him is because he got on – first he said, ‘I’m the greatest rapper alive since my favourite rapper banned me from ‘Shade 45,’ or whatever he said, right? Like I’m trying to hinder his career. I don’t give a f**k about your career. You think I actually f***in’ think about you? You know how many f***in’ rappers that are better than you? You’re not even in the f***in’ conversation.”
The ‘Without You’ hitmaker previously admitted his beef with Kelly isn’t about him calling his daughter Hailie “hot as f**k” in 2012.
He teased that his problem with the young star is “a lot more petty” than anything he’s ever said about the 22-year-old beauty on Twitter, after he hit back with ‘Not Alike’.

Regina King stunned by Emmy Awards win

OHMYGOSSIP — Regina King wanted to “curse” when she picked up her Emmy Award for Lead Actress in a Limited Series.
The 47-year-old actress was stunned to be the first person of colour to win at the ceremony on Monday (17.09.18) when she was honoured for her role in ‘Seven Seconds’ and admitted she hadn’t prepared a speech because she didn’t expect the accolade.
She said after she got on stage at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater: “Really? Say word.
“Wow, I didn’t have nothing to say because I wasn’t really expecting this, but I am so grateful television academy. Y’all are my friends, my peers, thank you, thank you, thank you. This is amazing. I wanna curse right now. This is good.”
And referring to host Michael Che’s opening monologue joke that only black actors thank Jesus in their speeches, she added: “Thank you Jesus: Michael Che.”
After the show cut to a commercial break, the presenter highlighted his comment had been accurate.
He quipped: “First of all, congratulations to Regina King for winning. I just wanna remind everybody that Jeff Daniels thanked his horse.”
Regina had been super-excited to just go to the ceremony, and posting a photo of herself dressed and ready to attend the awards bash to Instagram, she wrote: “Hey hey hey … happy #emmy day! (sic)”
Regina beat out ‘The Sinner’ star Jessica Biel, Laura Dern from ‘The Tale’, ‘Godless’ actress Michelle Dockery, Edie Falco from ‘Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders and ‘American Horror Story: Cult’s Sarah Paulson to take the prize.
Meanwhile, Lead Actor in a Limited Series was taken by Darren Criss for his role as killer Andrew Cunanan in ‘The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story’.
He fought back tears as he paid tribute to those who worked on the show and his supportive family, admitting the win was the “most extraordinary moment” of his life.
He said: “Oh my God, you guys are witnessing the most extraordinary moment of my life thus far…
“Unlike the character I play, I was lucky enough to be raised in a home that was loving.”
He then praised his fiancée, Mia Swier.
He added: “My darling Mia, you roll the windows down and pump the music up in my life.”
His fellow nominees for the honour included Antonio Banderas, for ‘Genius: Picasso’, ‘Patrick Melrose’ actor Benedict Cumberbatch, ‘The Looming Tower’ star Jeff Daniels, Jesse Plemons for ‘USS Callister (Black Mirror)’ and ‘Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert’ star John Legend.
‘The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story’ also picked up the Limited Series prize.

Duchess Camilla to throw opera and ballet party for Charles

OHMYGOSSIP — The Duchess of Cornwall has arranged “music, opera, ballet and Shakespearean drama” for her husband Prince Charles’ “special birthday party” later this year.
The 71-year-old royal has spent the past few months organising a big bash for her spouse to mark his 70th birthday on November 14 and she’s determined to pull out all the stops by having a mixture of activities available for everyone.
Royal correspondent Katie Nicholl has told Vanity Fair magazine that Camilla’s event will be filled with “music, opera, ballet and Shakespearean drama.”
However, there will be some noticeably absent faces from the party as Prince Harry, 34, and his wife Duchess Meghan, 37, won’t be in the country at the time.
An insider explained “It’s going to be a very special night and Charles is very much looking forward to it.
“Harry and Meghan can’t be there because they will be overseas. It’s why they were so keen to be at the garden party for Charles back in May.”
The couple – who got married in May – will be on their royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga when the party takes place on October 25, which means Camilla is now trying to find two more people to fill their spot on the guest list.
Although they won’t be around for the party, Harry and Meghan will be back in time to celebrate with him and their family on Charles’ actual birthday.
They also decided to delay their honeymoon back in May so that they could attend his garden party at Buckingham Palace just days after their wedding.
The pair have been busy with back-to-back royal duties since they tied the knot at St George’s Chapel in the summer but are said to be keen to start a family soon.
The insider said: “Harry is tactile and protective of his new wife. He is completely besotted and nothing would make him happier if they were starting a family.”

Caitlyn Jenner joins Loose Women as guest panellist

OHMYGOSSIP — Caitlyn Jenner is joining ‘Loose Women’ as a guest panellist.
The ‘I Am Cait’ star – who will appear with her partner Sophia Hutchins – will officially be part of the panel with the presenters for the ITV daytime show on Thursday (20.09.18) to join in the daily debates and give her own opinions on the topical news of the day.
Reacting to the announcement, she said: “I am so excited to be back on ‘Loose Women’ and to be back in the UK! Sophia and I can’t wait to update everyone about the amazing work we are doing at the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation.”
The LGBT icon appeared as a guest on the show in May last year, and the team is delighted to be having her return in a bigger role.
The programme’s editor sally Shelford added: “Caitlyn Jenner is an inspiration to so many around the world and we can’t wait to welcome her back on the show – and this time as a guest panellist. We’re so excited to hear what’s been going on in her life and get her take on the hottest topics of the day.”
Her upcoming appearance comes after panellist Linda Robson revealed Caitlyn was offered a job after she impressed so much with her first chat.
She said at the time: “We spoke to Caitlyn Jenner, we did an interview with her for ‘Loose Women’.
“We offered her a ‘Loose Women’ job, we’d be more than happy to have her back any time and we gave her a ‘Loose Women’ mug.
“We told her we’re a bit like ‘The View’ because I don’t think she had any idea what ‘Loose Women’ was all about, only that we talk more than they do on ‘The View’ and we’re allowed to talk about anything really.”

Angelina Jolie to star in The Kept adaptation

OHMYGOSSIP — Angelina Jolie is set to star in and produce ‘The Kept’.
The Academy Award-winning actress has joined the team that’s currently working on a film adaptation of the novel by James Scott, which tells the story of a trio of murderers that descend upon a farm in New York.
Angelina, 43, will star in the role of Elspeth Howell, a midwife, who returns home to the devastation.
The Hollywood actress will also produce the project, while Alice Birch – who penned the ‘Lady MacBeth’ movie – will be writing the adaptation.
Angelina recently finished filming the ‘Maleficent’ sequel, and she is currently in the midst of shooting ‘Come Away’ alongside David Oyelowo.
Meanwhile, Angelina previously revealed she’s determined to strike a balance between challenging herself as an actress while also dedicating herself to her humanitarian causes.
The American star – who promotes various causes, including education and women’s rights – explained: “You have your creative, and you have your work, and every day of your life is going to be about somehow growing as a person. Somehow feeling you can contribute to the extent that you can contribute.
“We’re all trying to find balance, as people. I think to be a balanced person, you have to find those things that you just purely enjoy.
“But, of course, if you aren’t participating in the bigger picture of life, and in being somehow useful, and you aren’t doing something and growing, then really, you’ll find you’re not very happy. Really, you’ll have quite an empty life.”

Jodie Whittaker voices support for a female Bond

OHMYGOSSIP — Jodie Whittaker has backed calls for a female James Bond.
The 36-year-old actress – who is best-known as the first-ever female Doctor Who – has come out in support of the idea of an actress playing the iconic British character.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Jodie explained: “For us it’s 2018. Women are not a genre, we are just the other half of the population, so to see us doing things shouldn’t be such a surprise.”
The suggestion has gained increasing momentum over recent years.
However, Rachel Weisz – who is married to the current 007, Daniel Craig – previously admitted she doesn’t think there should be a female Bond.
Rachel said: “[Author Ian Fleming] devoted an awful lot of time to writing this particular character, who is particularly male and relates in a particular way to women.”
Despite this, Rachel thinks women should still “get their own stories”.
She explained: “Why not create your own story rather than jumping on to the shoulders and being compared to all those other male predecessors? Women are really fascinating and interesting and should get their own stories.”
Meanwhile, Idris Elba – who is rumoured to be in the running to replace Daniel as Bond – has claimed there was “no such thing as a black Bond”.
He said: “There’s no such thing as a black Bond.
“Are we interested in having a Bond character other than being a male? It could be a woman – could be a black woman, could be a white woman – but I think, that character, everybody would like to see it have … do something different with it, why not?
“It’s interesting that the James Bond thing continues to go. I think it’s more about, ‘We just want to have a black guy play James Bond’ rather than ‘Idris Elba, the actor, play James Bond’. That’s the part that I’m like ,’Ugh, come on.'”

Bradley Cooper to produce the Joker movie

OHMYGOSSIP — Bradley Cooper is to serve as a producer for the ‘Joker’ movie.
The 43-year-old actor – who recently made his directorial debut with ‘A Star Is Born’ – is set to produce the eagerly awaited origin movie through his Joint Effort production company, which is best-known for its involvement with the ‘Hangover’ franchise.
The movie – which is set for release in October 2019 – will see Joaquin Phoenix star in the titular role, while Robert De Niro and Zazie Beetz will also feature in the Todd Phillips-directed film.
Warner Bros. has confirmed, too, that Bill Camp, Frances Conroy, Glenn Fleshler, Douglas Hodge, Marc Maron and Shea Whigham will also appear.
News of Bradley’s involvement with the project comes shortly after the Hollywood star admitted his directorial debut was a huge risk.
Bradley – who also appears ‘A Star is Born’ – admitted he placed a massive amount of trust in his co-star Lady Gaga.
He confessed: “The thing that I was very aware of from the beginning and I cherish even to this day is how much we both had at stake, because it was a first for both of us.
“We knew that going into it, we were really going to have to rely on each other, because it’s scary putting yourself out there to this degree.”
And Gaga – who previously starred as the Countess on ‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ – admitted it was “incredible” to watch Bradley on the set of the film.
She explained: “Just watching him direct, watching him write, watching him write, not just the screenplay, but watching him write music for himself, becoming a musician, seeing him create his character and him guiding me through the process. It was just incredible.”

Anna Kendrick: I’m funny in a ‘ridiculous way’

OHMYGOSSIP — Anna Kendrick thinks she’s a “funny person in a ridiculous way”.
The 33-year-old actress – who stars alongside Blake Lively in the new drama film ‘A Simple Favor’ – has starred in a number of comedy roles during her career, but she’s not sure whether she truly has any comedic roots.
Speaking at the ‘A Simple Favor’ premiere at the BFI Southbank in London on Monday night (17.09.18), Anna told talkRADIO: “Do I have comic roots? I don’t know if they’re meant to be funny.
“I just make them funny because I’m a funny person but in a ridiculous way.”
Anna’s latest movie is directed by Paul Feig, who previously helmed the 2011 hit ‘Bridesmaids’.
Paul revealed that ‘A Simple Favor’ mixes elements of a thriller film with some comedic moments.
He shared: “They’re not really jokes. It’s more that the stakes and the tension are so high in a thriller that it’s fun to kind of have extreme characters and quirky moments. And then you sort of laugh at people’s reactions to what they’re going through.”
The movie tells the story of a vlogger who seeks to uncover the truth behind her best friend’s disappearance.
And Paul has admitted to being “religious” about the thriller aspects of the movie.
He said: “I wanted it to be a thriller, first and foremost. I was very religious about that aspect of it. I just wanted that storytelling to be accurate and work, so that you’re on the edge of your seat and you’re surprised.
“But I also wanted it to be fun at the same time too, which means you can have a few laughs while you’re watching.”

Arctic Monkeys’ fans launch petition for band to play Knebworth

OHMYGOSSIP — Arctic Monkeys’ fans have launched a petition for the band to play Knebworth.
The ‘R U Mine?’ hitmakers are currently on their sold-out arena tour in support of their latest LP ‘Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino’, but fans are keen for Alex Turner and co to put on their own one-day festival at the famous park in Hertfordshire, near London, which has hosted some of the biggest gigs of all time, next year.
The Change.org campaign, which has been shared on Twitter by the band’s drummer Matt Helders’ father, reads: “Arctic Monkeys have established themselves as a truly iconic British band.
“Having released their ambitious sixth album earlier this year, followed by an astounding run of recent live performances, it’s time for Arctic Monkeys to join the list of legendary artists (Led Zeppelin, Oasis, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Queen and more) to perform at Knebworth Park.
“A concert (or series of concerts) at the legendary outdoor venue would be a worthy celebration of the greatest British band of this century.
“The event would also allow the band to select a range of excellent artists to perform alongside them, creating an unmissable music festival.
“Six consecutive number one UK albums proves the mass popularity of Arctic Monkeys. It’s important to celebrate brilliant bands at their peak and this would be a truly memorable gathering.
“Arctic Monkeys deserve their place in Knebworth history. (sic)”
At the time of writing, 159 people have signed the petition, which aims to get at least 200 signatures.
Music legends including Oasis, Robbie Williams and The Rolling Stones have all packed out the grounds of Knebworth House over the years.
It wouldn’t be a surprise if the Sheffield band’s following are successful in the plea.
Earlier this year, fans got the band their own ‘Arctic Monkeys Live At the BBC’ special aired on BBC One after thousands pledged their support.
The ‘Mardy Bum’ hitmakers performed songs from ‘Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino’ live from BBC Radio 1’s iconic Maida Vale studios, following in the footsteps of the likes of Adele, Sam Smith and Harry Styles.

Tiffany Haddish jokes about sleeping with Emmy gong

OHMYGOSSIP — Tiffany Haddish has joked that she will be sleeping with her Emmy gong.
The ‘Girls Trip’ actress was honoured at last week’s 2018 Creative Arts Emmys for hosting an episode of ‘Saturday Night Live’, and when she arrived on the red carpet at the main event at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater on Monday night (17.08.18) to collect the prize, she quipped about her plans to keep the statuette under the covers with her as she’s not getting much action at the moment.
She laughed to E! News: “I’m putting it in the bed next to me so I feel like somebody’s sleeping with me. I’m busy. I don’t sleep with nobody.”
Tiffany also revealed that she dreamed of being a horse farmer when she was younger, but when she discovered she had multiple talents she decided the best way to achieve them all was by acting them out on screen.
She said: “I realised I could do a lot of different things.
“I could just do one thing – acting – and then I could get paid for all of those different things.
“I love beef jerky, I love dancing, I love horses, like I wanted to be a horse farmer – I mean rancher – and I figured I could just get that part in a movie and play it that way.”
However, ultimately the star felt that stand-up was her best vocation.
She added: “I fell in love with stand-up comedy that’s what I loved first.”
Meanwhile, the 38-year-old actress also revealed on the night that her dress for the glitzy bash was inspired by her late father.
The comedienne wore an eye-catching multicoloured gown with a plunging neckline by Prabal Gurung and she explained she’d asked the designer to use crimson, azure, yellow and green on the hand-plisséd chiffon dress because they are the colours of the flag of Eritrea, the home country of her dad.
She told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “It’s the only one that exists. ‘Cause I asked him to make a dress that represents Eritrea, my father’s country, so these are the same colours as the flag from Eritrea.”

Lucy Mecklenburgh wanted to pull Ryan Thomas out of Celebrity Big Brother house

OHMYGOSSIP — Lucy Mecklenburgh wanted to drag Ryan Thomas out of the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house after Roxanne Pallett’s false accusation.
The former ‘Emmerdale’ actress claimed the ‘Coronation Street’ star punched her in the ribs during a play fight and called for him to be pulled from the show, before making a shock exit of her own while he went on to win the programme
Speaking on ‘This Morning’, Ryan’s girlfriend Lucy said: “It was horrible. I got in my car a few times to drive there because I wanted to drag him out. It was tough. The hardest point I think for me was knowing the support he had that he didn’t know.
“It was so frustrating and watching him cry, I don’t think I’m the only one, I think we were all crying watching you cry. It was horrible, it was really hard.”
Ryan admitted he “questioned” himself over the incident, but felt “massive” sense of relief when he heard the public chanting ‘Get Roxy out’ during an eviction.
He added: “Like you say, you’re not supposed to hear what happens on the outside, but that sort of clarification for me was massive and you see me sort of crying again because it was a relief of the public giving me something that I needed right then.”
The actor – who clarified he hasn’t received a rumoured written apology letter from Roxanne yet – went on to win the show, and he revealed he wanted to distance himself from the “negative” side of the experience.
He explained: “The most important thing for me coming out is family and friends, being around loved ones. You know, Big Brother was a lonely place for me at times and I don’t wanna look back at that whole experience as a negative. I know how much that show can have a massive impact on a person like Roxanne and I don’t really wanna be a part of it.”
