David McKenzie cuts Outlaw King run time

OHMYGOSSIP — David McKenzie has made ‘Outlaw King’ 20 minutes shorter following negative feedback.
The director debuted his movie at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) earlier this month and after critics hit out at the 137-minute run time of the film – which features Chris Pine as Scottish King Robert the Bruce, who went from murderer to king to outlaw and back to the throne in the 1300s – he has taken their comments on board and re-edited the picture, which he’d completed just two days before its premiere.
He told Deadline: “I could feel what the audience was like in the theatre. I’m sensitive to the way they felt.
“It was entirely my decision.”
The day after the TIFF screening, David and producer Gillian Berrie notified Netflix they would make some changes to the film, which will stream on the platform but also has a theatrical release in November.
He said: “Three days later I was back editing.”
However, the director is keeping quit about what he has dropped from the movie in order not to spoil it for audiences.
He simply noted there were “some complete sequences that I felt weren’t helping the story move along” in the first act and early part of the third act.
Some minor characters have been cut entirely, but they didn’t serve a significant role in the whole movie, and David thinks the new 117-minute cut is much better.
He said: “The play-ability is better now and the access to the characters…
“It’s worth another look, and I encourage critics who saw it and didn’t connect with it to see it again. It has a different sense since it’s under two hours, but it’s still very much an epic.”
But one part that hasn’t been changed is Chris’ full frontal nude scene, even though the director can’t understand why it caused such a sensation after the premiere.
He said: “I can’t understand why people get worked about that. I made ten films and most of them had male frontal nudity; it’s a bathing scene and people do tend to get out of the bath without clothes.”

Paul Greengrass wanted to reach more through Netflix

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Greengrass opted to stream ’22 July’ on Netflix because he felt it would gain a bigger audience than through a cinematic release.
The 63-year-old filmmaker thinks his latest movie – which follows right-wing terrorist’s Anders Behring Breivik (Anders Danielsen Lie) massacre of 69 teenagers on Utoya Island in 2011 and his subsequent arrest and trial –
had more of a chance of reaching young people through the streaming service as it would have just been regarded as an “orthodox art-house” project if he’d aimed for a widespread theatrical opening.
He explained: “I chose Netflix because I wanted it to reach a wide audience of young people.
“If I had done an orthodox art-house release, which is all you would get for a film like this, they’re never going to watch it. If you put it on the Netflix platform, I think millions will watch it. That’s what I wanted.
“Because it’s young people who are going to deal with the consequences of this huge lurch towards nativism and nationalism.
“Young people are the ones who are going to face this. The ones who are going to have to win it. But I’m naturally an optimist. I don’t feel this is a dark, hopeless, nihilistic film. Its story is inspiring.”
The ‘Jason Bourne’ filmmaker is happy to embrace a wide variety of subjects with his work but he thinks it is important to use the “art form” to reflect what is going on within society.
He told the Sunday Times Culture magazine: “I enjoy cinema of every kind.
“I enjoy big-screen thrillers, and I’ve made some of them. I enjoy fantasy movies. I enjoy family movies.
“But I believe cinema is also an art form, and it’s also a mirror.
“It has to dare, from time to time, to show clearly what’s going on, and to try to do that without arranging the pieces towards a particular point of view — because that’s propaganda.
“What I try to do with a film like this, or ‘United 93’, is to look at the event dispassionately and compassionately at the same time.”

“He was there for me when my wife died. He’s always been fantastic. He’s always been there.”
Dave, 73, said Chas continued to work from his hospital bed when he was receiving chemotherapy and even penned a song on the ward.

Whilst comedian Paddy McGuinness added: “RIP Chas Hodges. Chas and Dave were always on the telly when I was a nipper, they’re cockney through and through but we also loved them in the North. I always wanted to see them live. Sad loss to the entertainment industry. #chasanddave (sic)”

A statement announcing Chas’ passing read: “It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of our very own Chas Hodges. Despite receiving successful treatment for oesophageal cancer recently, Chas suffered organ failure and passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of this morning.”
Chas & Dave rose to fame in the 1970s for their eclectic mix of music from the pop and folk genre. Their hits include ‘Ain’t No Pleasing You’, ‘The Sideboard Song’ and ‘Rabbit’.

Kendrick Lamar and Anderson .Paak tease collaboration

OHMYGOSSIP — Kendrick Lamar and Anderson .Paak appear to be teasing a collaboration.
The latter rapper shared a release date of October 4 on his Instagram account on Sunday (23.09.18), alongside a photo of the pair sat in some car seats which had been taken out of a vehicle.
He simply captioned the image: “October 4th.”
Kendrick, 31, and Anderson haven’t appeared in a song together yet, however, the pals both appeared on Dr. Dre’s 2015 album ‘Compton’, as well as this year’s ‘Black Panther’ soundtrack.
The duet teaser comes after the 32-year-old star – whose real name is Brandon Paak Anderson – revealed his album ‘Oxnard’ is finished, which could mean the track is set to feature on Anderson’s sixth record.
The ‘Come Down’ hitmaker had hip-hop legend Dre mix the record and the latter confirmed that he had completed the job two weeks ago.
He captioned a picture of the pair at the mixing desk posted on Instagram: “Just finished mixing the album. It’s a celebration bitches!!”
Paak also posted the photo on his Twitter profile, and wrote: “ALBUM DONE. Time to bring it back home (sic)”
So far the single ‘Bubblin’, featuring Busta Rhymes, has been released from the album.
It’s the first new music from the star since 2016 LP Yes ‘Lawd!’.
A release date for ‘Oxnard’ is yet to be announced.
Meanwhile, Nile Rodgers recently revealed Bruno Mars landed a feature on Chic’s long-awaited LP ‘It’s About Time’ through Paak.
The ‘Finesse’ hitmaker was supported by the rapper on his ’24K Magic Tour’ in the UK last year, and as soon as Bruno found out he was working with the Chic star at the iconic Abbey Road Studios in London around the same time, he wanted in.
The ‘Le Freak’ hitmaker recalled: “Anderson .Paak and I – we had a few days, and he was opening for [Bruno Mars] while he was in the UK.
“And Bruno was like, ‘Damn, I gotta stop by and hang with y’all.’
“So we sat around telling great Prince stories and finally we got down, and Bruno came up with an idea and said, ‘Damn, I wonder why nobody’s done this.’ So we decided to get down and do it.”

Stuart Bowman’s Bodyguard ‘disappointment’

OHMYGOSSIP — Stuart Bowman was “so disappointed” when he found out he wasn’t the main ‘Bodyguard’ villain.
The ‘Versailles’ actor was convinced his character, MI5’s Stephen Hunter-Dunn, was responsible for the death of home secretary Julia Montague (Keeley Hawes) in the thrilling BBC One drama after he read the first three episode’s scripts, but he was crestfallen when creator Jed Mercurio told him his alter-ego wasn’t responsible for the tragedy.
He said: “We had the first three episodes, we got to the end of that, we filmed that, didn’t have the second three episodes, there’s a bit where [Richard] Longcross says, ‘Shall we put a plan in place?’ and then she [Julia Montague played by Keeley Hawes] blows up, so I’m thinking, ‘Well, I did it.’
“So we turned up to film the next three episodes and I’m going [to writer Jed Mercurio] ‘Jed, Jed, Jed was it me?’ He said, ‘No mate’. I was so disappointed.”
A second series of the show – which came to a dramatic end in Sunday night’s (23.09.18) finale – is yet to be commissioned, but Stuart has hinted Jed has been talks about the possibility.
He said: “I don’t know if even Jed’s had talks … I imagine he has.”
Stephanie Hyam, who played Chanel Dyson, added: “That would be cool.”
The ‘Jekyll and Hyde’ actress knew her alter-ego would play a bigger part later on in the series based on the casting director’s facial expressions.
Speaking in a joint interview on ‘This Morning’, she added: “I was told that there was twists. You can tell from the face of the casting director going like, she’s [Chanel] not what she seems.
“So I was like, I know what I’m in for…”
The series came to a conclusion on Sunday night when personal protection officer David Budd (Richard Madden) discovered who was responsible for Julia’s death.

Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber’s engagement was ‘long time coming’

OHMYGOSSIP — Ireland Baldwin thinks her cousin Hailey Baldwin and fiance Justin Bieber’s engagement was a “long time coming.”
The loved-up couple may have raised eyebrows when they announced they were heading the altar back in July following year of on/off dating, but the 21-year-old model’s cousin – the daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger – wasn’t surprised by their engagement as they’re so in love.
Speaking to ‘Entertainment Tonight’, the 22-year-old fashion model said: “It was meant to be a long time ago. It was just a long time coming, and we’re all like, ‘Alright, thank god, let’s move forward.’ They’re so in love and they really do a lot of good for each other, and that’s the most important thing for me, that he makes her so happy. They just bring out the good in each other, they really do. I think they do a really good job of checking each other when one desperately needs to be checked and told, ‘You’re out of line.’ I think they really, really do care about each other so much and care about what others and what their families think of them.”
The couple were rumoured to have already got hitched, but Ireland think they want to take their engagement “slow.”
She explained: “I have no idea what their situation is. I think they’re just taking things slow. They’re just kissing all over the world. They’re just kissing and loving and having fun, and I think people take little details and get too caught up in them, and they’re looking too hard. Just let them kiss!”
However, the blonde beauty does think her cousin Hailey will opt for a small ceremony when she does eventually tie the knot because she prefers “intimate” occasions.
Justin, 24, proposed to Hailey two months ago during a romantic getaway to the Caribbean.

Cardi B to perform at Super Bowl 53?

OHMYGOSSIP — Cardi B is in talks to join Maroon 5 for the Super Bowl 53 half-time show.
The pop rock band are said to be taking to the stage to headline at next year’s sporting event – held on February 3 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia – and are keen to get the 25-year-old rapper on board their set as well so that they can perform their hit collaboration ‘Girls Like You’.
However, the ‘Bodak Yellow’ hitmaker is reportedly causing issues as she has told organisers that she’d willingly perform but she wants her own solo set too.
But, according to TMZ.com, it’s not just her own set she wants as Cardi is also trying to secure the best deal as she’s reportedly being bombarded with requests for performances next year – having taken a break to have her daughter Kulture.
Although Maroon 5 are heavily speculated to be the headliners, NFL have played down the rumours and insisted they haven’t made any official announcements.
They said in a statement recently: “It’s a Super Bowl tradition to speculate about the performers for the Pepsi Halftime Show.
“We are continuing to work with Pepsi on our plans but do not have any announcements to make on what will be another epic show.”
Meanwhile, if Cardi does perform during the half-time show, it’ll be her first major gig since she welcomed her daughter Kulture into the world two months ago.
The rap star was meant to be joining Bruno Mars on his ’24K Magic’ tour this month but she pulled out at the last minute because she didn’t feel fit enough to perform on stage every night nor ready to leave her daughter for too long.

Chico’s fitness saves him from stroke

OHMYGOSSIP — Former ‘X Factor’ contestant Chico is recovering “incredibly well” following the stroke he suffered last week.
The 47-year-old singer – who starred on Simon Cowell’s ITV talent show in 2005 – fell ill whilst driving home from a gig due to a blood clot on his brain but he is doing well as he recuperates at Barnett Hospital in London and his healthy lifestyle has aided his recovery.
A statement released by Chico’s representative read: “Chico is feeling extremely lucky and feeling grateful for leading such a healthy lifestyle and thankful to his fitness that has definitely helped save his life. His doctor said his body has recovered so incredibly well, despite having a full blown stroke caused by a cerebral blood clot.
“The doctor has said he can only put it down to his fitness levels and positive mental attitude. Chico is under the wonderful hands and care of the medical team at Barnett hospital and cannot thank the doctors and team enough for the amazing work and speed of treatment and tests.”
Chico – full name Chico Slimani – shot to fame on ‘The X Factor’ with his colourful performances, most memorably when he sang his own track ‘It’s Chico Time’.
He eventually finished fifth in the competition and went on to score a UK Number One hit with his own song – which he co-wrote with Mark Hudson.
Chico is married to 44-year-old Daniyela, and the couple have two kids, Lalla-Khira and Zacharia.
Since then, the singer has starred on the reality TV show ‘CelebAir’, achieving a third-placed finish in 2008, and in the boxing movie ’45’ in 2009.
Chico returned to ITV in 2012, when he participated in the seventh series of ‘Dancing on Ice’, in which he finished third.

Liam Gallagher announces Shelter acoustic gig

OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Gallagher has announced an acoustic gig in aid of homeless charity Shelter.
The former Oasis star will perform stripped back renditions of songs from his platinum-selling debut solo LP, ‘As You Were’, as well as the Britpop group’s classics at the intimate show at London’s Union Chapel on December 13.
Fans can sign up to enter a ticket draw to win tickets for the festive performance and if successful they can purchase tickets for £40 on October 1 at 10am.
The 46-year-old rocker tweeted: “I’m delighted to announce I’ll be doing an acoustic gig in support of @Shelter on 13th December. Enter here for a chance to get involved http://shltr.org.uk/ghr LG x (sic)”
Shelter campaigns to end homelessness and bad housing in England and Scotland.
Liam busked in Edinburgh last December for Social Bite’s Sleep in the Park event to help tackle homelessness in Scotland.
The ‘For What It’s Worth’ singer joined the likes of Deacon Blue, Amy McDonald, Frightened Rabbit and more in performing as several stars and members of the public took to the city’s West Princes Street Gardens to sleep rough for the charity.
Meanwhile, Liam and Noel Gallagher are being lined up for Glastonbury 2019.
Although the warring brothers played the legendary UK festival with their band Oasis in 1995 and 2004, they are set to return as solo artists next year.
After Liam, 46, revealed he has already signed on, Noel, 51, said: “I would ¬absolutely love to play Glastonbury next year.
I love that festival but I’ll probably be fourth on the bill.”
However, Liam has accused his older sibling of “begging” for the gig.
He tweeted: “So I hear the beige boy is begging to play Glastonbury he doesn’t want to be going on bfore or after me as I’ll embarrass him as you were LG x (sic)”
Glastonbury Festival’s organiser Emily Eavis recently hailed Liam’s set last year on the Other Stage at the music extravaganza at Worthy Farm in Somerset, South West England, as “incredible”
Emily – who chooses the acts with her father Michael Eavis – said: “We love Liam, did you see his crowd last year in the Other Stage field?
Incredible.”

Mel and Sue to star in Sky One sitcom Hitmen

OHMYGOSSIP — Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins are set to star in new sitcom ‘Hitmen’.
The presenting duo will take on their first roles in a comedy series together as Jamie and Fran in the Sky One show next year, their first gig together since the former ‘The Great British Bake Off’ co-hosts presented a reboot of ‘The Generation Game’ in April.
Executive producer Myfanwy Moore said: “We are so excited to be working with the truly fantastic female comedy partnership that is Mel and Sue, who can brandish bullets and banter brilliantly in equal measure.”
The six-part comedy sees pals Jamie and Fran stumble into roles as contract killers and get derailed by “incompetence, bickering, and inane antics”.
Mel’s alter-ego Jamie has been hailed as an “affable goof … content to spend her days hanging out with her best mate”, whilst Sue’s character is “super sensitive” and “starts to question whether it’s really the life she wants”.
The script has been written by Joe Parham and Joe Markham with additional credits by Mel and Sue.
‘Hitmen’ joins a host of new shows coming to the channel.
Sky’s head of comedy, Jon Mountague, hopes the forthcoming series will “capture the chemistry of Mel and Sue and their playfulness in a scripted comedy world”.
The channel has also ordered another instalment of Idris Elba’s popular sitcom ‘In the Long Run’, and David Walliams’ ‘The Queen and I’, which follows a royal family living on a council estate.
Samantha Bond stars as the Queen, and ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge David portrays the Prime Minister, who wants rid of the royals.
Jon has pitted ‘The Queen and I’ as an “interesting alternative” to Netflix’s ‘The Crown’, which returns to screens next year with Olivia Colman and Tobias Menzies taking over from Claire Foy and Matt Smith as the queen and the Duke of Edinburgh respectfully.
He quipped: “David Walliams’ Republican Prime Minister in ‘The Queen and I’ will have a faint shadow of Jeremy Corbyn, but maybe that’s my interpretation.”

The Vaccines announce Australia Falls Festival shows

OHMYGOSSIP — The Vaccines have announced two special Australia shows for Falls Festival.
The band will be playing at the Croxton Bandroom in Melbourne on January 3, followed by a gig at Sydney’s Metro Theatre the next night.
The exciting announcement comes after they performed an intimate secret show at Victoria Baths in Manchester for some very lucky fans.
Those lucky enough to get tickets to the ‘If You Wanna’ band’s Jack Daniel’s Presents… event on Thursday (20.09.18) weren’t told where the concert would be until the coaches transporting them arrived at the Grade 2 listed building.
After support act LUCIA warmed the small but energetic crowd up, the band took to the stage to the sound of ABBA’s ‘Dancing Queen’ before launching into a blistering hour-long set.
Kicking things off with ‘Nightclub’ and crowd pleaser ‘Wreckin’ Bar (Ra Ra Ra)’, the band kept it simple, bursting through the hits alongside material from their latest album ‘Combat Sports’.
Frontman Justin Hayward-Young controlled the crowd, occasionally breaking up the set to thank the fans and encourage sing-a-longs thanks to the “great acoustics” in the special venue.
After a set featuring the likes of ‘Your Love Is My Favourite Band’, ‘Norgaard’ and ‘Take It Easy’, the band – completed by Freddie Cowan, Árni Árnason, Timothy Lanham and Yoann Intonti – rounded off the show with ‘If You Wanna’, ‘I Can’t Quit’ and ‘All in White’.
The well-received live show was testament to their talents in such an environment, and guitarist Freddie Cowan admitted it’s vital to stay motivated.
He said recently: “I think I’ve been nonchalant a few times and it’s never served me well.
“What you’re doing on a daily basis might become a bit mundane, but your actual purpose for being there, to perform, you can never approach it with that casual attitude and get away with it.
“You’re filling the big boots of people alongside you, or that have performed before or after you. Nobody is that good, or that popular, that they can just not make an effort.”

Mel B: Spice Girls reunion is definitely happening

OHMYGOSSIP — Mel B insists the Spice Girls reunion is “definitely” happening.
The ‘Viva Forever’ hitmaker – who was better known as Scary Spice in the girl group – says the talks are true that “at least four” of them will hit the road next year.
Appearing on UK TV show ‘Loose Women’ on Monday (24.09.18), Mel said: “There is a reunion happening, now it’s going to be – I’m not supposed to say when – but it is happening.
Asked who will feature in the line-up, she replied: “Definitely, definitely. Yes, kind of [all of us]. It’s definitely four of us.”
Mel’s reunion promise came after it was reported that the 90s stars signed a deal for a UK tour next year – without Victoria Beckham.
The ‘Say You’ll Be There’ hitmakers are said to have agreed a contract that will see Mel, Mel C, Geri Horner and Emma Bunton land around £12 million each for 13 British shows, including three nights at London’s iconic Wembley Stadium, but their fashion designer bandmate won’t be joining them on stage.
A source said last month:”After much to’ing and fro’ing, a deal has been signed, and an official announcement will be made soon.
“The girls can’t wait to go back on tour, perform to the fans and sing some of their greatest hits.”
It was claimed in June that a deal for a tour had collapsed after Victoria – who was known as Posh Spice – pulled out.
A source said at the time: “The Spice Girls are in disarray. While Victoria has always insisted she’d never tour, the others believed manager Simon Fuller would get her on board.
“They had a £150million proposal in the offing – with a headline performance at Wembley – and even Mel C, who had previously been reluctant, was signed up.
“With things still up in the air, there were a few heated debates between the girls and Victoria.
“Simon [Fuller, former manager] was brought in to convince her to take the offer but now he’s failed they feel he’s used them to put his name back on the map.”
But just a month before, Mel B had revealed the group had signed a comeback contract.
She said: “We are in the process of figuring stuff out, all five of us have signed with Simon Fuller. I don’t know what is going to happen or when but it is all very exciting. There’s going to be a bit of everything.
“If it was up to me we would go on tour immediately. Maybe we will, soon … I’ve always said we’re definitely touring, I think I’ve just been nagging them too much and once I stopped nagging them they all said yes, I just need to shut my mouth.”

Bonnie Langford: 42nd Street joy is opposite of EastEnders

OHMYGOSSIP — Bonnie Langford says the “utter joy” of starring in ’42nd Street’ is the “polar opposite” of ‘EastEnders’.
The 54-year-old actress quit her role as Carmel Kazemi on the BBC One soap due to the show’s “gruelling” schedule, and while she is enjoying her new role as Dorothy Brock in the hit musical, Bonnie hinted she will be back on the serial at some point.
She said: “It’s the polar opposite, this is just utter joy. And yet, being in ‘EastEnders’ was wonderfully challenging.
“The door is open.”
Bonnie was “so proud” to be part of such a huge ‘EastEnders’ storyline which saw Carmel’s son Shakil Kazemi (Shaheen Jafargholi) stabbed to death by a knife crime gang, and she was pleased show bosses were keen to invest so much into the hard-hitting plot.
Speaking on ‘This Morning’, she added: “‘EastEnders’ were so sensitive with the material and they invested so much. It wasn’t a case of, ‘Some dreadful event happened, a couple of weeks later it’s all forgotten and we go onto the next thing.’
“They’ve looked at it from every possible angle and treated it with integrity, and I was so proud to be a part of that, but it is gruelling churning that out.
“For audiences to keep watching someone who is broken that person needs to be broken because you would be. So what I didn’t want to do was suddenly turn round and it will all be forgotten.”
Bonnie recently admitted she needed to “come up for air” after finding it was tough to arrange anything in her private life due to her filming commitments on ‘EastEnders’.
She added: “In ‘EastEnders’, you don’t know when you are going to be needed, you are on call all the time and don’t know your availability until the Friday before.
“Silly things, like booking a dentist appointment, become impossible. That sounds like a stupid thing to have as an issue, but after a while you don’t know where you are. I started to think I needed to come up for air a little bit.
“I needed to do other stuff, to get out there and feed that other part of my soul. You have to nurture the whole lot, otherwise you can’t do your job properly.”

Nikki Bella hasn’t spoken to John Cena recently

OHMYGOSSIP — Nikki Bella hasn’t spoken to John Cena for some time.
The ‘Total Bellas’ star split from the 41-year-old wrestler earlier this year, just weeks before they were due to get married, and though she’s subsequently insisted they are still good friends, she’s now admitted they haven’t been in contact recently.
Asked if she’s spoken to John recently, she said: “He’s doing him and I’m doing me.
“I slowly feel like I’m doing that. I think it’s happiness, and just fully being happy and that’s what I want.”
The 34-year-old wrestler – who briefly reunited with John after calling off the wedding – is finding it “scary” trying to find herself, but she’s enjoying pushing herself to do new things.
She added to E! News: “I just feel like I’m at that age where I’m discovering who I really am and what I want out of life and just, like, independence.
“Is it scary and you do have these moments of like, ‘What am I doing?’ – and fear. I just kind of am liking the challenge.”
Nikki is too busy focusing on herself to think about dating again at the moment.
She said: “I made a joke about dating, Netflix and black licorice and how it gets boring and it turned into this whole thing where I got quoted saying dating life is boring.
“I was like, ‘No I said Netflix and black licorice and [was boring]’… it’s not what people expect, but I’ve got to admit I am single but I’m not ready for mingling yet.”
Though she hasn’t been in touch with John recently, Nikki claimed last week they still share a special “connection” and are close friends.
She said: “We are [the best of friends] I think it’s when you have an amazing connection with someone and you just stay friends.”

The 26-year-old singer recently returned to Instagram after a brief recess from the app but the ‘Back to You’ hitmaker revealed on Sunday (23.09.18) that she is going to step back again so she can “live her life.”
The brunette beauty shared a selfie on the app of herself grinning in a candid moment as she confirmed her break, but suggested she was doing so as a result of negative comments.
She originally captioned the photo: “Mood lol (I was looking at myself in the mirror – like an idiot!) (sic)”
She later added: “Update: taking a social media break. Again.
“As much as I am grateful for the voice that social media gives each offs, I am equally grateful to be able to step back and live my life present to the moment I have been given.
“Kindness and encouragement only for a bit! Just remember -negative comments can hurt anybody’s feelings. Obvi.” (sic)
The ‘It Ain’t Me’ singer also posted an Instagram story of herself wearing no make-up singing along to Christian singer Lauren Daigle’s song, ‘This Girl’, to reassure her fans she is “always here” for them.
She wrote: “My song to all of you! This is how much I love you! I’m not going anywhere!! I’m always here for you guys.”
Selena – who with 142 million followers is the most popular person on Instagram – previously explained she takes regular social media breaks as she wants to live in the real world.
She shared: “I’m not on the internet; I haven’t been on the internet in months. I don’t have my password for Instagram. I have no apps on my phone, no photo editing apps.
“I have Peak, a brain game. The reason why is, it’s not real to me, I know my voice is very prominent, but I’m not careless with it. I’m selective. ”
