Nicki Minaj is closer to marriage ‘than people think’

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicki Minaj says she’s “closer than people think” to marriage and children.
The chart-topping rap star – who has recently been romantically linked to British sports star Lewis Hamilton – has revealed she plans to get married before having kids, but she’s already looking forward to the challenge of motherhood.
She shared: “I’ve got to get married first then I’ll have a child. I might be closer than people think actually. I love children. I’m not going to put that off for much longer.”
Nicki, 35, has recently attracted attention for her high-profile feud with fellow rapper Cardi B.
But Nicki has insisted she doesn’t have any regrets about her comments directed towards Cardi or any of the people she’s managed to upset during her career.
She told Wonderland magazine: “My God – I love trolling. I love trolling … The thing about trolling is that you can’t really say that you’re trolling.
“Here’s what I will say: people do not understand my sense of humour, because they’ve never seen a young black woman acting like Howard Stern. You don’t call Joan Rivers and Howard Stern angry or say they are having breakdowns or meltdowns. When it’s a black woman, all of a sudden she’s ranting, she’s angry.”
Despite Nicki and Cardi coming to blows during New York Fashion Week, the ‘Barbie Dreams’ hitmaker has claimed she doesn’t have any ill-will towards any other female rappers.
But Nicki also issued a warning to her rivals within the music industry.
She said: “My truth is I don’t have an issue with any woman in rap. If they have an issue with me, they can suck my d**k.”

Duke and Duchess of Sussex are a ‘dream team’

OHMYGOSSIP — The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are a “dream team”.
The British royals tied the knot at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle in May and Nick Kent – the executive producer for the new behind-the-scenes documentary ‘Queen of the World’ – has hailed them as the perfect couple.
He shared: “She’s a professional in front of the camera. He and Meghan are a dream team.”
In the documentary, the former ‘Suits’ actress is reunited with her wedding dress, which features a piece of the dress she wore on her first date with the Duke.
Nick said: “When she saw the dress, she was really excited to see it and spend time looking at it. The first thing she does is she looks for that little piece of blue that she secretly had sewn into the dress.”
The producer explained that the Duchess behaved in a very natural way despite the presence of the cameras.
He told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “The fact that was the first thing she said and nobody knew shows how relaxed she was in front of the camera and how for her, it was a genuinely enjoyable moment. She really cherished it.”
And Nick feels the Duchess is already leaving a mark on the British royals.
He explained: “A powerful example of that is the piece of blue fabric in the dress. That was a very private gesture that she made, to have that piece of fabric sewn in, nobody knew about that. The fact that she was happy to share that, you know, it’s quite an intimate insight.
“The other thing, is that it’s a mistake to think that the monarchy stays the same. In a sense, reinventing how you fulfil your duties as a member of the royal family is something that’s not a new thing. So in a funny way, she’s kind of following in the tradition of Queen herself and Princess Diana.”

Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley and Roger Mathews ‘always seemed to be in love’

OHMYGOSSIP — Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley and Roger Mathews always appeared to be “very much in love”.
The 32-year-old star recently filed for divorce from Roger – who she wed in October 2015 – citing “irreconcilable differences”, but a source close to the celebrity couple has admitted to being shocked by their split.
The insider told People: “They always seemed very stable and very much in love.
“Roger was always supporting her at events, nights out or any place she needed to be. I always thought he was a good partner for her – much better than the guy she dated before him.”
The couple – who have kids Meilani, four, and Greyson, two, together – started dating in 2010.
And the insider doubts whether JWoww will be able to find another man who is “more devoted to her than Roger is”.
The source explained: “I don’t think she will find anyone who’s more devoted to her than Roger is.
“You can see how much he loves his kids and what a good father he is. Hopefully they work out their differences.”
Meanwhile, Roger has insisted he’s “not done” with their relationship and doesn’t want to be a single parent to their children.
In a video posted to Instagram, he said: “Alright, so here you go blood thirsty b*****ds who have to know what’s going on.
“You’re the same people who go to a hockey game to see a fight breakout and go to Nascar to see somebody wreak in a car and get mangled. Nah, I’m kidding some of you are probably actually genuinely concerned. I appreciate that…
“I’m not done fighting. I am going to win my wife back.
“I’m going to win her affection back, I am going to win her love back. I have no intentions on being a single dad. We’re in counselling so there is hope. It ain’t over ’til the fat lady sings.”

John Partridge wins Celebrity MasterChef

OHMYGOSSIP — John Partridge has been crowned this year’s ‘Celebrity MasterChef’ champion.
The 47-year-old actor – who is best-known for playing Christian Clarke in ‘EastEnders’ – saw off competition from reality star Spencer Matthews and former rugby player Martin Bayfield to seal victory in the final.
Following his success, John said: “I thought it was going to be all about cooking and about food and it ended up being so much more than that.
“I cooked to remember. To remind myself of who I am, where I’m from and what I can still be. And now to have actually won … it just feels really really good.”
John’s performance on the show drew praise from presenter John Torode.
He explained: “John along the way has thrilled me. The guy draws on every bit of emotion to deliver the food he knows and loves to eat.
“It’s about him, there’s a story attached to it and you can taste it. Anybody who walks into a final, cooks food from his heart and makes us smile, is a worthy winner.”
Gregg Wallace was similarly enthusiastic about John’s cooking skills, saying he was a worthy winner of the show.
Gregg shared: “John only cooks what he truly believes in, truly loves, and has got a bit of his history in it – do you know who else does that? The great chefs of the world – and that is why he is our ‘MasterChef’ Champion.”
The finalists were all tasked with making a three-course meal in just two-and-a-half hours for the judges.
John called his ‘MasterChef’-winning menu There’s No Taste Like Home, which was inspired by his upbringing in Lancashire.
Of his title triumph, John added: “It’s been an absolute joy from beginning to end, getting to know myself, remembering my childhood and the things that I loved.”

Gisele Bundchen felt ‘guilty’ about returning to work

OHMYGOSSIP — Gisele Bundchen felt a sense of “self-imposed guilt” about returning to work after having kids.
The 38-year-old model – who has kids Vivian, five, and Benjamin, eight, with her sports star husband Tom Brady – has admitted she felt like a “terrible mother” when she made the decision to return to work.
Gisele explained: “I had all this horrible, self-imposed guilt. I thought what a terrible mother I was for leaving my child even for like a day.”
Gisele – who retired from the catwalk in 2016 – felt a similar sense of guilt when she took her children with her to work.
In her new memoir, ‘Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life’ – excerpts of which have been shared by People – she says: “I was feeling guilty for that too. Like, ‘Here we are on a plane and the baby is crying.'”
In fact, the Brazilian beauty admitted to losing a bit of herself in the aftermath of becoming a parent for the first time.
She said: “When I became a mom, I kind of lost myself. It was like a part of me died.
“I’d been this very independent person. It was all about me. But now I had this little being, and I suddenly felt l couldn’t do other things and that was very hard for me. All I ever wanted was to be a mom, but when you’re actually experiencing that, it’s a shock.”
Gisele admitted, too, that being a working mother had an impact on her marriage to Tom.
She confessed: “You’re overwhelmed and tired and then you’re not the nicest partner.”
However, the duo were ultimately able to move past the problem with the help of each other.
She said: “When someone you love is happy, it makes you happy, or if they’re sad it makes you sad. You suffer with them and you have joy with them.”

A star-studded list of guests is set to attend the ceremony, including the likes of Cameron Diaz and Robert Downey Jr.
Gwyneth’s two children – Apple, 14, and Moses, 12, who she has with ex-husband Chris Martin – will also be involved in her big day.

Rosie O’Donnell says she’s rebuilding her relationship with her daughter

OHMYGOSSIP — Rosie O’Donnell’s relationship with her daughter Chelsea is on the mend.
The 56-year-old star and Chelsea, 21, were embroiled in a very public feud for a number of years, but Rosie has now claimed that those tough times have brought them closer together.
Speaking about her relationship with Chelsea – who was reported missing in 2015 – Rosie told ‘The Talk’: “I think with my relationship with my daughter, Chelsea, it really has [been tested] because we went through some really public troubled times and, you know, she’s doing better now and we’re both communicating with each other.
“But when somebody does something unforgivable to you and you can forgive them and they can forgive you, there’s a kind of grace that descends upon the both of you, within that.”
Rosie and Chelsea’s feud came to the public’s attention in 2015 after she was reported as missing, but was later found at a man’s house.
The duo subsequently exchanged insults in the media, with Chelsea saying in 2017 that she was expecting her first child with husband Nick Alliegro and that she didn’t want Rosie to be a part of her life.
She said at the time: “Rosie will not have a part in this child’s life … Rosie and I don’t have a relationship any more. I don’t think it can ever be mended. I really don’t think there is any hope for our relationship.”
However, in June last year, a rep for Rosie confirmed that they had since reconnected.
It was revealed days later that Chelsea had split from her husband and that she was also seeking a divorce.

Eddie – who was previously married to model Nicole Mitchell – and Paige are both thrilled that they are expecting a sibling for Izzy.

Rooney Mara’s subconscious choices

OHMYGOSSIP — Rooney Mara’s “subconscious” guides her to her movie roles.
The ‘Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’ actress doesn’t have particular way of choosing what projects she takes on next, but she relies on her instinct.
She told Britain’s HELLO! magazine: “I can’t say how I choose roles, it’s just a feeling or instinct about certain things.
“I am sure a lot of it is subconscious – choosing things you want to explore or get out of your system.
“I wouldn’t say I could play any role – not well anyway.”
The 35-year-old star doesn’t have a “favourite” of her own movies but isn’t really comfortable watching herself on screen anyway.
She said: “I don’t have a favourite. I like different things about different films.
“‘A Ghost Story’ was the most enjoyable to watch – probably because I’m not in a lot of it and it was so meditative and strange and beautiful.”
Rooney recently admitted she is happy to “suffer for her art” because there is a lot to learn from having an “awful” movie-making experience.
She said: “There’s something to be said about having an awful experience. You learn so much about yourself when you have a challenging experience.
“But I guess it depends in what kind of way it would be a bad experience. There are certain things I don’t want to compromise on. But I’m not against suffering for your art!”
She has also previously spoken about working on ‘A Ghost Story’ alongside Casey Affleck and she had a great time filming the production because it was a “secret” shoot.
She explained: “With ‘A Ghost Story’, I thought the script was beautiful. David [Lowery] is such a good writer.
“And it just sounded like a lot of fun, making something with your friends that no-one else really knows about.
“He emailed me, ‘I’m doing this thing. No-one knows about it, not even my agent. I just wanna make something again.’
“It was really fun, five to six days of shooting for me. Such a small crew. So unofficial.”

Kerry Katona wants Atomic Kitten reunion

OHMYGOSSIP — Kerry Katona wants to reunite with Atomic Kitten.
The 38-year-old singer shot to fame in 1999 as an original member of the group but left when she and then-husband Brian McFadden had their first child, Molly, now 17, only to rejoin in 2013.
However, she was dropped by bandmates Natasha Hamilton and Liz McLarnon last November following a public row but Kerry is keen to put their differences behind them for a 20th anniversary tour next year.
She told Closer magazine: “I’m immensely proud of Atomic Kitten’s achievements.
“I was the founding member and the band was based on my personality, which is an honour. I’m really proud of that.
“And I’d love nothing more than to reunite for the anniversary next year. There’s been a fallout and I don’t actually know what’s gone wrong.
“I know Tash and Liz are still gigging together and I’m gigging on my own. It’s not the same performing on your own – I’d rather be with the girls.
“I hope to God they realise we’re not in the playground any more and we can rise above it all. We’ve all been through enough s**t as it is.”
The split came following a personal appearance by Kerry in Manchester last year, when one person referred to Natasha and suggested she “lose the ginger”, Kerry answered: “I’m not being funny, Atomic Kitten – I always saw her as toxic ****!”
Just hours later, she wrote on Instagram: “Gutted that I am no longer apart of Atomic Kitten!! Wish the girls all the love and happiness in the world!! Was very proud to be the founder member of AK! Had some amazing times with the kittens! And gutted not to be apart of that no more! I guess I’ll keep to knock knock jokes from now on (sic).”
However, Natasha has since denied the claims she wanted Kerry out, tweeting: “I haven’t spoken to @KerryKatona7 over calling me C**t. I wasn’t there so I let it go. So don’t know where all these stories r coming … So don’t know where all these stories about us falling about it have come from.
“Liz and I have had Kerry’s back since the day she came back to the band and have been there for her through thick and thin. We always will
“As for kicking her out the band?Complete rubbish. Both Liz and I can’t do any more gigs until mid next year because we are in theatre shows (sic).”

Stephanie Pratt will stand up to Spencer

OHMYGOSSIP — Stephanie Pratt has suggested the ‘Hills’ reboot will see some explosive rows between herself and her brother Spencer Pratt.
The siblings have always had an “up and down” relationship but the 32-year-old beauty isn’t afraid to stand up to her older sibling now and won’t put up with him trying to “parent” her.
She said: “[Things are] up and down. I’ve always been passive with him, growing up.
“I’d be like, ‘OK, I’m sorry’, even if I didn’t need to apologise – just to get the fight over with.
“I’ve gotten so much stronger over the past year and I’m just not going to put up with any of his c**p.
“If he tells me I can’t go somewhere, I’m going to be like, ‘No, actually I can’.
“I want to show viewers I can stand up for myself and I don’t need to apologise when I’m not wrong.
“I think he parents me. I’m 32. I don’t need him to parent me. He has a kid he can parent.”
And Stephanie admitted she doesn’t have much contact with Spencer and his wife Heidi’s 11-month-old son, Gunner.
Asked if she sees him much, she told new! magazine “Not that much.
“I’m already an aunt, I have a half-sister with three kids, so I love being an aunt. And I just became a godmother two weeks ago for my best friend.”
The former ‘Made In Chelsea’ star is the only ‘Hills’ cast member not to have children and she thinks it would be “boring” if the reboot only focused on the kids.
She said: “I’m quite happy. It would be really boring if it was just all babies.
“It’s definitely different because I’m the only cast member without a child.
“My journey on the show is going to be a lot more adventurous and about bringing Goddiva [clothing line] and my jewellery line to America.
“I live by the motto ‘Just wing it’.
“If I were told I was moving to Hong Kong tomorrow, I’d just be like, ‘OK’.
“My adventure is my priority. I’m going to have a great time on the show but also be very well rounded.”

Victoria Beckham has no style regrets

OHMYGOSSIP — Victoria Beckham never “cringes” about her past.
The Spice Girls singer-turned-fashion designer insists she doesn’t regret any style decisions she’s made over the years because even her mistakes have made her the person she is now.
She said: “I never look back and cringe at anything.
“It’s been a journey and everything has brought me to where I am now.
“You know, I think it’s about keeping it quite simple, being true to who I am and being comfortable.”
Victoria’s own daughter, Harper, may only be seven years old but she’s unlikely to make too many fashion mistakes as she’s already learning from her mother’s shows.
Speaking backstage after her London Fashion Week presentation – where the models sported swept-back locks – Victoria told Grazia magazine: “Harper has already said ‘Mummy I want to slick my hair back before lunch.
“She’s known [hairstylist] Guido since she was three months old.”
Despite her fashion line keeping her busy, the 44-year-old designer – who also has sons Brooklyn 19, Romeo, 16, and 13-year-old Cruz with husband David – insists her family always come first and she feels “lucky” she can fit her work around their needs.
She said: “It’s going to be hectic on the school run, for sure.
“But the kids are always going to be my priority – the kids come first.
“Nine times out of 10 I do the school run.
“I’m lucky that I’m the boss, so I can do that.
“But the kids are here and it’s great for them t see what I do.
“My sister’s kids were here too and they’ve never seen what I do. I’ve got family members that have never seen what I do!”

Kevin Spacey sued for sexual battery

OHMYGOSSIP — Kevin Spacey has been sued for sexual battery.
The 59-year-old actor – – who was previously accused of making unwanted sexual advances towards actor Anthony Rapp when he was just 14, prompting a string of other allegations against him – has been accused by a male massage therapist of sexual battery, gender violence, battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.
The Blast reports that in recently filed court documents, the unidentified man claims he was hired to give Spacey a massage at his Malibu home in 2016.
He was led to a room upstairs, which Kevin allegedly locked, and after asking the actor if he had any problem areas, Kevin told him he was having some discomfort in his groin area.
Although the man asked Kevin to lie on his stomach, the actor reportedly lay on his back and grabbed his hand, forcing it to massage his penis, scrotum and testicles.
The man claims that when he asked Kevin what he was doing, the actor tried to kiss him and grabbed his genitals.
Spacey also allegedly offered to perform oral sex on him.
According to PEOPLE, the man claims he repeatedly asked to leave but claims Spacey stopped him from reaching the massage table and the door.
He is asking for unspecified damages.
Kevin was fired from Netflix drama ‘House of Cards’ over the previous sexual assault allegations made against him and replaced in the drama ‘All The Money In The World’.
In November 2017, he entered a treatment facility and has remained out of the public eye since.

Gary Barlow details tragedy of stillborn daughter

OHMYGOSSIP — Gary Barlow has opened up about the heartbreaking day his daughter was stillborn at full term.
The Take That star and his wife Dawn have children Daniel, 18, Emily, 16, and Daisy, nine, together but they lost their daughter Poppy in 2012 and Gary has detailed the tragic time in his new autobiography ‘A Better Me’, due to be released on October 4.
In an excerpt obtained by The Sun, Gary writes: “Poppy Barlow was born in the evening on Saturday, 4 August, just before nine o’clock. When she was born it was like a light came into the room. It was lovely, it was gorgeous, we both took turns cuddling her, and we took pictures. It was one of the best hours of my life I’ve ever experienced in the midst of the hardest time of my life. It was very powerful, that hour was. Poppy looked perfect and for an hour she was alive to us. She’s in your arms, this beautiful little daughter of ours, a sister to our three other children.
“Then the reality comes rushing into the room and all the air leaves your lungs. It felt like someone had a hand held tight at my throat. The nurses start hovering and they want to take her away. What we experienced and saw over those 24 hours no one should have to see or have to go through.
“There’s no sadder sight than seeing a mum with her dead baby in her arms, willing it back to life with all her being.”
And Gary, 47, hopes that sharing his story will help other people.
He said: “After Poppy died, people wrote to me about suffering the same awful experience. Many had kept so much of it locked away in secret.
“I’ve wondered about the value and purpose in sharing something so private, but I’d have been denying Poppy her legacy not to. Maybe sharing our story will help others talk about theirs.”

Kathleen Kennedy’s Lucasfilm deal extended

OHMYGOSSIP — Kathleen Kennedy’s Lucasfilm deal has been extended for three more years.
Despite the recent box office disappointment of ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’, Kathleen, 65, has received a huge vote of confidence from Disney, who have agreed a deal for her to remain president of Lucasfilm until 2021, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Meanwhile, Disney CEO Bob Iger recently said there will be a “slow down” in ‘Star Wars’ releases in the coming years.
After the flop of ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ – which was released in May – Iger admitted the studio may have over-saturated the market following its purchase of the money-spinning franchise.
He said: “I think the mistake that I made – I take the blame – was a little too much, too fast. You can expect some slowdown.
“But that doesn’t mean we’re not going to make films. J.J. [Abrams] is busy making [Episode] ‘IX’. We have creative entities, including [‘Game of Thrones’ creators David] Benioff and [D.B.] Weiss, who are developing sagas of their own, which we haven’t been specific about.
“And we are just at the point where we’re going to start making decisions about what comes next after J.J.’s. But I think we’re going to be a little bit more careful about volume and timing. And the buck stops here on that.”
Despite the underwhelming response to ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’, director Ron Howard previously insisted he’s proud of the movie.
He said on Twitter: “I’m proud of #SoloAStarWarsStory and the cast & crew worked hard to give fans a fun new addition. As a director I feel badly when people who I believe (& exit polls show) will very likely enjoy a movie… don’t see it on a big screen w/great sound. (sic)”
