Shameless star Jeremy Allen White becomes a father

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Shameless’ star Jeremy Allen White has become a father.
The 27-year-old actor – who has played Phillip ‘Lip’ Gallagher in the critically-acclaimed US sitcom since 2011 – and his girlfriend Addison Timlin welcomed baby daughter Ezer Billie White into the world on Saturday (20.10.18).
Sharing two adorable pictures of their new addition to the family laying on his and his partner in a hospital bed on Instagram, he captioned the post: “Ezer Billie White 10.20.2018 Welcome to the world baby girl, it just got so much brighter. (sic)”
The couple announced they were expecting their first child in a sweet post on the photo-sharing app in June.
At the time, Addison, also 27, wrote: “We made a baby and my heart is bursting at the seams.
“Today is my birthday but my wish already came true. This is 27 and the best is yet to come.”
The pair have documented their journey to parenthood on Instagram and, earlier this month, Addison revealed that Dakota Johnson will be their little girl’s godmother.
Sharing a picture of her with the actress at a bowling alley to celebrate the ‘Fifty Shades Freed’ star’s birthday, in which the latter placed a bowling ball in front of her stomach to match her pal’s baby bump, Addison wrote: “Happy birthday to my baby’s godmother (sic).”
Jeremy and Addison first met when they starred in the 2008 movie ‘Afterschool’ and started seeing each other years later.
Meanwhile, Dakota recently had to quash rumours she is expecting a child with boyfriend Chris Martin.
She quipped: “Well, the only thing I’m pregnant with is a lot of really good ideas, but not any babies.”
The ‘Suspiria’ star sparked speculation she was pregnant after a number of stars turned up to what was reported to be a gender reveal party that had seen blue balloons fly into the air, supposedly to indicate she’s having a boy, but Dakota explained it was her birthday celebration and the decorations were accidentally released to the sky.
She said: “It was my birthday and there were balloons that happened to be pink and blue, and so then I was pregnant?
“I didn’t know that the balloons were going to be released, they were just in an arch. But I guess that accidentally happened, one of the ends got let go. But a lot of people congratulated me.”

Gigi Hadid hails Zayn Malik her ‘happy place’

OHMYGOSSIP — Gigi Hadid has hailed being with her on/off boyfriend Zayn Malik her “happy place”.
The 23-year-old model – who was recently announced to be returning to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this year – took to her Instagram account on Sunday (21.10.18) gush to her 43.8 million followers about how much she was missing the ‘Fingers’ singer.
Sharing a cute selfie of the pair cuddling up, Gigi captioned the post: “flyin home to my happy place (sic)”, along with a heart emoji.
It was recently revealed that the former One Direction star is selling his home in Hertfordshire, England, to move closer to Gigi Hadid in New York.
The 25-year-old star listed his luxury pad – which boasts four living rooms and a roof terrace – for £3.5 million, as he is keen to snap up a property in the Big Apple where he spends most of his time.
A source said: “Living in New York has made Zayn happier than he has been in a long time.
“Now feels the right time to sell his house in the UK because he just doesn’t really spend any time there.”
The insider added that the ‘Still Got Time’ hitmaker – who is regularly spotted on the streets of New York with Gigi – will return to his family’s home in Bradford, north England, whenever he’s back on British soil.
The source added: “He went to Bradford last month to celebrate the Islamic festival of Eid with Gigi and his family and feels he just wants to stay there when he’s back in the UK, instead of being down south.
“Zayn has been working on loads of exciting new music in the US and feels really inspired. He’s just putting the finishing touches to his next record.”
Zayn previously admitted he doesn’t want to put a “label” on his relationship with Gigi.
He said: “I’m really thankful that I met her … We’re adults. We don’t need to put a label on it, make it something for people’s expectations.
“I had a very negative outlook on things [while recording my first solo album]. That might have been adolescence or testosterone or whatever the f**k was running through my body at the time. She’s helped me to look at things from a positive angle.”

Kym Marsh: Corrie cast ‘don’t care’ about earnings

OHMYGOSSIP — Kym Marsh says none of the ‘Coronation Street’ cast “care” how much each of them earn.
The 42-year-old actress has played Michelle Connor on the ITV soap since 2006, and she claims wages are not a big talking point in the ‘Corrie’ green room between her and her fellow Weatherfield residents.
She said: “There were reports last week that stated that Jack P Shepherd was the highest paid actor on ‘Corrie’, but we don’t talk about how much we earn at work.
“In the past I’ve read I earn a different amount to what I actually do. No one knows and, actually, no one cares!”
But one thing Kym does care about is that she is going to be a “‘Corrie’ grandma” following the news her on-screen son James Burrows’ girlfriend Sophie Coates is expecting the couple’s first child.
She added: “Congratulations to James Burrows, who plays my on-screen son Ali Neeson. He’s expecting his first child with his girlfriend Sophie, which means I’m going to be an honorary ‘Corrie’ grandma.
“He’s absolutely over the moon and I’m so happy for them both. I he’ll make a brilliant daddy and I can’t wait to meet his little one.”
Kym is also a big fan of hanging out with her own kids, David, 23, and Emilie, 20 – who she has with former partner Dave Cunliffe – and partied with them until the early hours last weekend following The Emerald Ball at Manchester’s Hilton.
The ‘Corrie’ actress – who also has seven-year-old daughter Polly, who she shares with her ex-husband, ‘Hollyoaks’ star Jamie Lomas – wrote in her OK! magazine column: “I love socialising with my kids – they’re like my mates and I have great fun with them.
“It was quite a late night as we all went back to our hotel to carry on the party.
“Antony Cotton and his partner Peter also came along. We ordered pizza and had a few drinks – we didn’t call it a night until about 3am.”

Channel 5’s Celebrity Game Night

OHMYGOSSIP — Channel 5 has commissioned new game show ‘Celebrity Game Night’.
The six-part programme will be based on the popular Jane Lynch-hosted US programme, ‘Hollywood Game Night’, and will be fronted by Liza Tarbuck, alongside team captain duo Danny Baker and Susan Calman.
Six celebrities will join Liza, Danny and Susan to battle it out in a series of party games with the help of a live band.
Channel 5’s editor Sebastian Cardwell said: “‘Hollywood Game Night’ is a huge hit Stateside and we can’t wait to bring the celebrity chaos and comedy to UK audiences.”
Will Macdonald, executive producer at Monkey, added: “Why should the Americans have all the good times? Now the fun-deprived celebrities of the UK are going to get the chance to gather and do some ludicrous things by Liza’s fireside. Let the games begin!”
‘Hollywood Game Night’ – which launched in the US in 2013 – was created by ‘Will & Grace’ actor Sean Hayes and producer Todd Milliner.
The game show has been remade across 19 territories, with the UK being the 20th to have the show commissioned.
Earlier this year, TV and radio host Danny hit out at BBC Radio 2 for hiring “TV celebs” rather than people like him with “extensive experience in music”.
He tweeted: “Good evening @BBCRadio2 Isn’t it strange I’m am a 10 times Sony Gold Radio winner with extensive experience in music, one of the most revered broadcasters of his time, with a massive record collection…yet you won’t touch me with a f***ing barge pole and hire TV celebs instead? (sic)”

Britney Spears created ‘school classroom’ music video

OHMYGOSSIP — Britney Spears was the brains behind her iconic music video for her debut single ‘…Baby One More Time’.
The 36-year-old singer – who recently announced her new ‘Domination’ residency at the Park Theater at the Park MGM in Las Vegas starting in February – had a smash hit with the track when it was released in October 1998 and the high school set promo catapulted her to global stardom.
This month marks the 20th anniversary of the song and her choreographer Randy Connor has revealed that a then 16-year-old Britney was not a “puppet” on set and came up with the classroom theme at the “last minute” as she felt it would connect with her intended audience and he and director Nigel Dick knew she’d come up with a brilliant idea.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Randy said: “Britney was no record label’s puppet. She had a key voice in the production and her creative touches made the video iconic. The school class was her idea, which she convinced the management would be better than their idea. Britney wanted the video to relate to her fans and their experiences, so felt a school was more natural and realistic to them and her personality. The idea was they are daydreaming about getting out and having fun, remembering a guy she broke up with. It was kinda last minute but [director] Nigel and I thought it was a fantastic idea.”
The ‘Slumber Party’ singer was also responsible for tying up her shirt which was part of her school uniform outfit, unintentionally creating a look that has endured with fans for two decades.
Randy added: “All the uniforms were picked up from K-Mart with costumiers working fast to get them fitted. After a couple of takes Britney felt that the tails of the shirt were getting in the way of her hand movements. So before another take she tied a knot in the shirt. It happened naturally. She was in fantastic shape so her midriff was toned. I heard she kept that outfit. It has become an iconic look. It is now one of people’s go-to costumes for Halloween.”
In the video, Britney was seen performing backflips and high energy dance moves, however, a recreation of the famous lift from rom-com ‘Dirty Dancing’ ended up on the cutting room floor.
Randy revealed: “She learned acrobatics and practiced for hours. She is a natural athlete and fast learner, who just relished every rehearsal. I lost count of how many backflips she did. It was groundbreaking too with the casting, because we had a diverse cast of dancers – which represented what the truth about American schools. There was an incredible moment where Britney ran and jumped into the arms of our lead dancer. It was beautiful.”
Randy can recall that Britney couldn’t stop jumping up and down on her hotel bed when she was shown the final edit because she knew that she and her team had nailed it.
He said: “She knew it was special and proud her idea came good. Her look and sound were different. Straight after, everyone knew the words, kids were doing the choreography and it was all over radio. After its release it took a life of its own.”

Vick Hope: Shirley Ballas ‘relished in’ dance criticism

OHMYGOSSIP — Vick Hope claims Shirley Ballas “relished” in criticising her dances on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The ‘Capital Breakfast’ show host was eliminated from the BBC One show last weekend, and while she claims the show judge’s condemnation has been “consistent”, she insists it was “really weird” on Saturday night (20.10.18).
When asked by her co-host Roman Kemp why his mum called him after ‘Strictly’ and said, “Why does Shirley Ballas hate Vick Hope?”, the 29-year-old radio DJ replied: “I wish I knew.
“I think I’ve gotta be careful what I say here, because you never know what someone’s thinking. And it was from week one that people were suggesting there was something there, I don’t know. It’s been consistent and Saturday night I really felt it was just weird, wasn’t it?
“I’d never really been spoken to like that. She really relished in it.”
Vick also revealed the producers had to be called in after she and dance partner Graziano Di Prima’s dance-off against Seann Walsh and Katya Jones.
She said: “We had to have a dance-off as well – it was very strange – so after the dance-off, then the judges have to give their decisions but there was a bit of a conflab with some producers and then they gave their decisions, and it was just stunned silence in the studio, it was a really weird atmosphere.”
While ‘Strictly’ judge Craig Revel Horwood voted for her, Vick admits he is a “puppy dog” in real life and puts on an “act” for TV.
She said: “Craig Revel Horwood was the one that actually voted for me.
“You know what, after the show he was the only judge who came up to me, he hugged me, we chatted for ages, we had a drink together, he said he was really sad to see me go.
“He’s really nice. He’s like a puppy dog, he just puts on the whole act.”
Vick presents ‘Capital Breakfast’ with Roman Kemp and Sonny Jay. Tune into Capital Breakfast, weekdays from 6am-10am and Saturdays from 6am-9am.

OHMYGOSSIP — Steve Coogan claims that Laurel and Hardy were like a married couple.
The ‘Stan and Ollie’ actor – who is playing Stan Laurel in the biographical film about the iconic comedy duo – revealed that the two entertainers had an amazing relationship which was more like a marriage than a friendship.
The ‘Night At The Museum’ star told Premiere Scene: “It was like a marriage, really. It was more successful than the literal marriages that they had in their lives.
“Actually, the one constant person in both of their lives was each other, more than their wives or partners. So it’s an examination of a long friendship, really.”
The 52-year-old star appeared with alongside John C. Reily – who portrays Oliver Hardy – at the world premiere of the movie in matching kilts, as a tribute to the film’s director Jon S Baird, who is originally from Aberdeen.

Suzi Quatro has lived apart from husband for 25 years

OHMYGOSSIP — Suzi Quatro and her husband have lived in separate houses ever since they married 25 years ago.
The 68-year-old singer and Rainer Hass have always lived apart after he stayed at home to look after his unwell mother when he wed the rocker in 1993, and the ‘If You Can’t Give Me Love’ hitmaker thinks residing away from one another has “kept the romance going”.
She said: “I am so romantic and kissy and affectionate. My husband and I don’t live in the same, so that helps.
“We’re together most of the time, but it keeps the romance going.
“I like this way better. I like my space when I want it.
“It’s the natural thing to move in. But when we got married his mother wasn’t well and he’s an only child, and I had two small kids.
“So it didn’t suit him to leave and not me either. It worked, so we stayed that way.”
Suzi insists Rainer simply wouldn’t get on the wrong side of her, and he doesn’t need to play away because she is “different every day.”
She said: “Don’t f**k with me. Plus, my husband doesn’t need mistresses, because I’m different every day. I drive myself mad.”
Suzi recalls being “touched” by guys where she shouldn’t have been in the past, and while most people “wouldn’t dare” to do so, Malcolm Young – AC/DC’s late co-founder, who died in November 2017 aged 64 – once pinched her butt, but was “genuinely sorry” when she shouted at him.
She added to Notebook magazine: “On tour with loads of men in bands sometimes after a show I’d walk in and they’d be watching porn. So I made them switch it off.
“There is a line and they crossed it. Some guys have touched where they shouldn’t.
“It hasn’t happened much, as most men wouldn’t dare. The only one who got away with pinching my ass was Malcolm Young from AC/DC.
“The look on his face when I shouted at him was so innocent. He was genuinely sorry. So he got away with it. Just.”

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson ‘hadn’t made wedding plans’

OHMYGOSSIP — Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson reportedly hadn’t started planning their wedding at the time of their split.
The former couple ended their engagement this month after the ‘Saturday Night Live’ star revealed in June that he had popped the question, and it’s said the pair were yet to even settle on a date.
According to TMZ, the two stars went four months “without locking down a venue, buying a wedding dress, or even picking a date”, although Ariana, 25, did talk about her big day with her mother.
A source recently claimed that Pete and Ariana’s relationship became “complicated” following Mac Miller’s death.
The pop star was left devastated by the death of her ex-boyfriend from a suspected overdose in September.
The insider said: “He’s really sad about this split, and he only wishes the best for Ariana, but their relationship was really complicated with the passing of Mac Miller. It put a tremendous amount of strain on their relationship.”
The latest report comes after Pete likened his split from the ‘No Tears Left To Cry’ singer to being “kicked in the d**k”.
Speaking about their high-profile split while co-hosting a comedy show in Hollywood with Judd Apatow on Saturday night (20.10.18), Pete explained: “[I feel like] a good guy that just keeps getting kicked in the d**k.”
The 24-year-old comedian continued: “You’re like, ‘Ah, that f***ing poor kid. Hope he doesn’t kill himself.'”
Pete and Ariana got matching tattoos during their five-month romance, and the TV star was still happy to joke about the situation he now finds himself in.
He quipped: “I’m afraid to get my mom tattooed on me, that’s how bad it is.”

The actress joked about creating a Christmas album with her daughter who she thinks is a “fantastic singer” however shared that she still encourages her daughter to pay attention to her school work.

Georgia Taylor’s poor pork rasher resistance

OHMYGOSSIP — Georgia Taylor is trying to eat less meat – but she cannot resist a bit of bacon.
The ‘Coronation Street’ star plays vegetarian Toyah Battersby on the ITV soap, and while she is trying to follow in her character’s footsteps by cutting down on meat, she is finding rasher resistance tough to take, because she loves the extra crispy taste of the pork product too much.
She wrote on Twitter; “ME: So yeh I’m trying to eat less meat rn
ALSO ME: Can I have the bacon extra-crispy please? (sic)”
One of Georgia’s Twitter followers seemed surprise to find out she is not a vegan, but the 38-year-old actress replied: “Nope”
This comes just six months after Toyah caused confusion on ‘Corrie’ when fans were shocked to hear her ordering an omelette during a trip to Roy’s Rolls, because supporters thought she was vegan.
Several ‘Corrie’ fans took to Twitter to explain their shock at the order, thinking script writers had made a blunder, but it was later clarified that the character is in fact vegetarian.
A message on the official ‘Coronation Street’ Facebook page read: “She’s a vegetarian with vegan friends”
Supporter confusion appeared to stem from a previous episode where Toyah invited pals from the Vegan Society over.
Georgia’s pork predicament comes just days after she reacted with surprise that her co-star Lucy Fallon (Bethany Platt) has never had a cup of tea in her life.
She tweeted: “never had a cup of tea in my life and I intend to keep it that way x (sic)”
Georgia wrote: “Not gonna lie, I feel a bit sad (sic)”
Lucy insisted she hates the way tea smells.
She tweeted: “It’s just the way it smells I can’t get onboard with it (sic)”
Georgia attempted to convince her to start making some beautiful brews.
She tweeted: “I’m genuinely sat here now with a massive brew, sniffing it Doesn’t smell of much to me (sic)”
But Lucy didn’t change her mind.

Paul Hollywood’s innuendo-filled Bake Off breaks

OHMYGOSSIP — Paul Hollywood has to leave ‘The Great British Bake Off’ tent “crying with laughter” when his co-stars make saucy innuendos.
The 52-year-old show judge, who worked alongside Mary Berry when the baking show was on the BBC from 2010 to 2016 and now stars with Prue Leith since the programme’s move to Channel 4, admits both panelists have had him in tears at their “fruity” language.
He said: “When Mary said something that was a bit fruity I had to walk out of the tent on more than one occasion because I was crying with laughter.
“They said, ‘Go back in,’ and I said, ‘I can’t. Just give me 10 minutes. I can’t, I’ll just crack up.’
“And Prue’s done it a couple of times, too.”
Since ‘Bake Off’ began in 2010, some supporters have been in stitches at the innuendos – which included Mary often referring to a pie or tart’s “soggy bottom”, and Prue has continued the tradition with her “sweaty bottom” description – but Paul insists such quips were not a deliberate inclusion when the show began.
He added to the Daily Express newspaper: “We are a bit of a ‘Carry On’ team. It’s not deliberate and none of it was when we first started.
“But it’s fun, really good fun.”
Paul’s claims come after Mary admitted in 2015 that she used to act as a “school mistress” when he and former co-hosts Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins used to joke about on set.
She previously said: “I’m the ‘Great British Bake Off’s resident schoolmistress. The other presenters enjoy making innuendos and can sometimes be rather naughty. It’s always me who says, ‘Come on, behave yourself,’ although sometimes I secretly find it quite funny, too.
“I think people love the programme because we’re all just being ourselves; Mel and Sue are very good at giving the bakers’ confidence, and Paul is brilliant with bread.”

Ed Balls says he was too old for Strictly Come Dancing curse

OHMYGOSSIP — Ed Balls says he avoided the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ curse because he was too old.
The 51-year-old star was paired with Katya Jones – whose drunken kiss with her ‘Strictly’ partner Seann Walsh sparked the end of his relationship with Rebecca Humphries earlier this month – on the ballroom show in 2016, and while he says the curse exists, he and his wife, MP Yvette Cooper, saw the funny side.
Speaking on ‘Lorraine’, he said: “There is definitely a ‘Strictly’ curse, year after year.
“Luckily there’s an age cut-off and I was well above the age. Yvette’s view was always, when she was asked about it, she would say, ‘In his dreams.’ ”
The former Labour politician admitted his friend Katya had “made a big mistake”, but backed the pro dancer and her husband Neil – who is also a ‘Strictly’ pro – to stay strong in their relationship.
He added: “Katya and Seann had a very tough time the last few of weeks. Katya made a big mistake. Neil and Katya are good friends of ours, all they can do is come back and keep dancing.”
Ed’s comments come after reports Seann, 32, is being “ignored” by his fellow contestants following the kiss.
It has now been claimed that his actions have caused him to be ostracised from the WhatsApp group which has been joined by all the current show’s competitors and their partners.
An insider said: “It was always felt that Seann wasn’t as liked from the start but after he was pictured kissing Katya those feelings against him have only intensified.
Seann was overheard voicing his concerns that he gets ignored on the group. He’ll put out a message and only receive a muted reaction.”

Josie Gibson’s anxiety has ‘gone through the roof’ since giving birth

OHMYGOSSIP — Josie Gibson says her anxiety has “gone through the roof” since giving birth.
The 33-year-old reality star welcomed her son, Reggie-James, who is six weeks old, into the world last month, and she admits it is the “hardest job” she has ever done, which includes being a shoe shiner.
She said: “I tell you what it’s the best feeling in the world. I’ve never been a baby person. It’s like a knockout love, nothing compares to it but it sort of changes when you don’t sleep for six weeks.
“It sort of changes when you don’t sleep for six weeks and he was premature but any mums and dads out there well done because it is the hardest job ever …. and I’ve been a shoe shiner.
“Your anxiety goes through the roof and it was terrible the other day, someone came round who’s friends with my partner and I caught myself … I had a good sniff of him.”
Josie says a “vigorous dance-off” between her and The Only Way is Essex’s Debbie Bright caused her waters to break.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’, she explained: “It always happens to me. My friends had me this amazing baby shower, they had entertainers.
“Debbie [Lydia Bright’s mum] have got this ritual, every time we see each other we have a dance-off.
“Last time she won so I wanted to see if I still had it so I went crazy and I dropped down to the floor, I slutdropped and as I slutdropped, he [the baby] was up here and he just went right down and his head was in my womb.”
The ‘Loose Women’ panel quickly replied: “So your waters broke?”
Josie added: “Well sort of, I went to the toilet and I said, ‘I’m either really sweaty or my waters broke.’ And Debbie said, ‘Don’t worry, it’s hot in here, keep going love,’ so I stayed up and kept dancing.”

Stephanie Davis finding a ‘balance’ with son after Hollyoaks return

OHMYGOSSIP — Stephanie Davis is finding a “balance” with her son now she’s returned to work.
The 25-year-old actress has 21-month-old Caben with ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell but the model isn’t involved in the youngster’s life, so the brunette beauty is grateful her mum has been able to help out now she’s back filming ‘Hollyoaks’ again.
Stephanie – who has reprised her role as Sinead O’Connor – said: “It’s not easy, but I’m starting to get a routine and a balance now. The long hours, I’ve put him in nursery because I’m on my own with him, but my mum’s been a great help, I don’t know what I’d do without her she has him when he’s not in nursery.”
Stephanie is keen to bring Caben onto the set and loves the fact many of her co-stars, such as Jennifer Metcalfe (Mercedes McQueen), Alex Fletcher (Diane Hutchinson) and Chelsee Healey (Goldie McQueen), all have young children because it gives them a lot to talk about.
She added: “But I want to bring him up to set. It’s great because me, Jen, Alex, Chelsee, we’re all parents so it’s nice we’ve got that in common and all we do is talk about babies all day.”
Prior to her ‘Oaks’ screen comeback, Stephanie joked her son’s bedtime stories would become her ‘Hollyoaks’ scripts, and she asked fans for advice about how she can get herself and Caben ready for her early starts on the Channel 4 soap.
She said: “I look really bad right now. Caben has just gone to sleep because he is teething. At the start of next week I’ve got God knows how many lines to learn and I’ve also got to try and get some sleep. Then get up, get me dressed, get him dressed, and then get all the way to work and be in make-up for half seven. It’s going to be a challenge.
“So, any mums who have to be in work early and get their children ready, can I have a few tips please? I really don’t know how I am going to do it. This is hard. It’s being a mum, hey.”
