Brooke Shields reveals one thing she refuses to do to her eyebrows ever again

OHMYGOSSIP — Brooke Shields refuses to tint her eyebrows ever again.
The 58-year-old actress – who has become known for her famous brows over the years – has reflected on the way she has experimented with them over the years, although it’s not always paid off.
She told People magazine: “I tried dying them once, and it was a huge mistake, because they were so dark. I looked crazy.”
However, she’s still “open to all of it” when it comes to other ways to look after her features.
She explained: “They’re thinner, they’re greying, the whole thing.”
She admitted “it’s definitely been frustrating”, as she’s having to take new steps.
She added: “I never used stuff to fill in my lashes, and now I need to.”
Despite being wiling to embrace new techniques, she’s much happier with a simple beauty routine.
She added: “Who has the time?”
Her partnership with True Botanicals – having signed up as a brand ambassador back in 2021 – has shaped her daily regime.
She revealed: “I wasn’t much of a serum person until I started working with True Botanicals, and that was really because I never knew what it did, or how it worked, or if it worked.”
She’s much more focused on the idea that “if you feel good, you’re going to look better”, which is an ethos she’s trying to pass onto her daughters Rowan, 20, and Grier, 17.
She said: “They’re so stunning and I will stand for none of it on their sweet, beautiful, faces.
“The culture now is so different, the pressure to lip injections and all of these things. I’m like, ‘As long as you’re living under my roof, you’re not doing any of that.’ ”

Julianna Moore had to spend thousands on her own outfit for The Lost World: Jurassic Park premiere

OHMYGOSSIP — Julianne Moore spent $2,000 on her own outfit for the ‘Lost World: Jurassic Park’ premiere.
The 63-year-old star – who played Dr. Sarah Harding in the 1997 dinosaur blockbuster – admitted while she can’t recall her first ever red carpet ensemble, she still remembers having to sort out her own outfits for the glitzy events.
She told W magazine: “I really don’t know what my first red carpet outfit was.
“I do know that back in the day we didn’t have stylists, and people didn’t lend us clothes.
“So I remember that for the premiere of ‘The Lost World: Jurassic Park’ movie, I went to Barneys and spent $2,000.”
Meanwhile, Julianne previously opened up on buying her first piece of designer clothing, and she was “nervous” about the $500 purchase.
Back in 2019, she told British Vogue magazine: “My first major designer purchase was a Ralph Lauren dress that I bought. It was brown silk and it had white flowers on it.
“It was so expensive for me at the time. I remember how nervous I was buying it because it was $500, which was a fortune for me, and it was [from] a very fancy store.
“I bought it myself when I was 25. It was a very big deal for me to spend that much money on a dress. I had it for a very long time and I loved it … God knows where it ended up.”
These days, the star is no stranger to dressing up in designer robes, and at the time she said her staple go-to wardrobe piece was her Louis Vuitton black dress, which she can throw on and be ready in a matter of minutes.
She added: “If it’s a regular day and I have a meeting and I want to look nice, I would probably wear my really cute black Louis Vuitton dress – it’s great.
“It’s very casual … but it looks a little bit dressy. I would wear it with a little short black boot and then I’d make sure that my hair was … clean.
“A blow-out really, really helps – or dry shampoo. A blow-out, a black dress, short black boots and then I like to do a lip and cheek stain, and some mascara. That’s it, all in five minutes.”

The 35-year-old star – who welcomed daughter Louetta Isley into the world with boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas in April – has revealed her secrets to surviving the first few months of motherhood.
Opening up about her love for The Roz Healthy Hair Kit, she told PageSix: “Mara [Roszak] is one of my favorite hairstylists, and her shampoo and conditioner and hair oil have literally saved my hair.
“And they smell insanely delicious.
“I haven’t used anything else since the first time I tried it and my hair has never looked better, even while dyeing it blond.”
Other items she can’t do without include a Stanley tumbler, as well as a copy of ‘The Antiquarian Sticker Book: Imaginarium’.
She added: “This Stanley tumbler is a lifesaver especially, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. I have one by my bed and in the car; I love filling it with nugget ice and rose water and lemon.”
When it comes to accessories, the Ossa Freshwater Pearl Strap and Case Set for her phone has become her “new favourite”.
She said: “This phone case and strap from Ossa New York is my new favorite thing.

Tess Daly shares ‘dead basic’ daily skincare routine

OHMYGOSSIP — Tess Daly keeps her skincare routine “dead basic”.
The ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ host has opened up on how she looks after her complexion, and while she uses Ultherapy – which is a non-surgical skin tightening and lifting treatment – she tries to stick to a couple of simple rules.
She told Notebook magazine: “My routine is dead basic. Taking makeup off and putting moisturiser on. I wouldn’t go to bed without moisturiser.
“I have pretty dry skin and everything dries out even more in the winter. The heating sucks it all out of our skin, so I like to keep the room quite cool while I sleep.
“I also love trying different products and they don’t have to be the most expensive ones to work.
“What it boils down to is keeping it clean and moisturised. Then you’ve got a good canvas to work with.”
The 54-year-old star is “big into gut health”, noting she always has a bag of sunflower seeds in the cupboard at home.
She added: “I sprinkle them over yoghurt, cereal, porridge – that little bit of fibre helps keep your digestive system in peak condition and you’ll feel less sluggish after a meal.”
However, Tess strives for a balance, noting she still enjoys a “glass of wine with a Sunday roast at the weekend”, while she works out for “less than an hour a day” twice a week.
She said: “It sounds silly, because I just do a few minutes here and there, but it culminates and makes me feel like I’ve done something good for myself.
“Small healthy habits are easier to maintain.”

Lashana Lynch saw fashion as something to be viewed in ‘very prestigious magazines’

OHMYGOSSIP — Lashana Lynch used to see fashion as something to just be seen in a “very prestigious magazine”.
The 36-year-old actress – known for her roles in the likes of ‘The Marvels’, ‘The Woman King’ and James Bond blockbuster ‘No Time To Die’ – has grown to embrace what she “can do with fashion” rather than simply thinking of it as aspirational.
Speaking to ELLE magazine, she said: “I’m learning more about how to appreciate what I can do with fashion.
“When I was younger, I saw fashion as something to be aimed for.
“It was there somewhere in a very prestigious magazine that you see on a shelf – you probably won’t get there, but it’s nice to look at.”
However, Lashana has reached a point where she is finding different collections and companies that “excite” her.
She explained: “Now, I’m learning about different brands, designers, line collabs that actually excite me.
“They represent me – the British-born Jamaican girl who comes from west London who has a lot to say but wants to be comfortable.”
When it comes to her own style, the ‘Bob Marley: One Love’ star joked she has “too many vintage pieces”.
She added: “Well, I’m a vintage baby. Anything between a charity shop and a vintage shop is my friend. I probably have too many vintage pieces.
“A lot of them are repeats as well – like leather jackets. What I’m learning now is that I need colour. I don’t want to be in all black.
“And I need a comfy shoe – DMs are my friend, or a trainer with a dress and an oversized blazer.”
She has also learned to be more relaxed on glitz red carpets, especially for her own projects.
She revealed: “I don’t find it as nerve-racking as I previously did. I think that’s because I’ve ensured that the people I have around me are just zen beings.
“We play calm music, maybe light a candle, and we eat some food, chat and then get to it.
“If the red carpet is for a film of mine, I’m excited.”

Lizzo insists new Yitty range gives her slimmer figure without going to the gym

OHMYGOSSIP — Lizzo has insisted her new Yitty collection gives her a slimmer figure without going to the gym.

She told her followers: “This technology snatches and lifts. The booty is lifted… booty to the sky.”
She added: “Baby boo, it looks like we went to the gym, but we didn’t go to the gym.
“Yes, we’re putting ourselves first, you guys, You don’t have to wait to feel like the best version of yourself.”
The ‘Truth Hurts’ hitmaker previously said she is “selling a feeling” with Yitty, having co-founded the business in March 2022.
While she doesn’t want to “force” people into buyinf from her range, she does want them to have a satisfactory exprience.
Asked if she thinks the body positive movement is authentic or performative, she said: “I think, like, everyone should ask themselves, ‘How is my shopping experience? How’s my shopping experience been?’
“In my lifetime, it doesn’t matter what your body type is like, I’ve heard people always struggle to find something that they like that fits them, you know? So, I don’t know. I can’t answer that question for you.
“I know what Yitty is doing. And we’re doing the work to be inclusive. And not just for the sake of being inclusive but just because we want to. Just because we can. And I think that speaks volumes.
“It’s not just selling an item, but, like, selling a feeling.
“I don’t ever want to force people to purchase something. And I think I’ve been in the same boat. Which is why I started a brand that is just like, on your own terms.”

The ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’ star – who has garnered a strong following on social media for her Hollywood life with 6.7 million TikTok followers and 16.7 million on Instagram – confessed catwalks have been romanticised and they aren’t always as fun as they seem.
The 26-year actress-and-model said while in conversation with TikTok star Nailea Devora for Interview magazine: “The idea of fashion week is always so romantic until you put your body through it and then you get there and you realise, ‘Oh, I’m not doing well.’ It’s not always as glamorous as it seems.”
The 21-year-old influencer responded: “Exactly. It’s very glamorous, and then you show up and you’re like, ‘My body is deteriorating.’ I’m pretty sure that because of the junk food that I eat in the States—I’m a Hot Cheeto girl, I love a McDonald’s breakfast hash brown—when I went to Paris, the food that I was eating over there, very healthy, fruits, that was the reason why before the show, I was yakking. TMI, but I was literally head in the toilet, Madelyn. It was bad. I was like, ‘I don’t know if I’m going to be able to make the show.’ And my manager was like, ‘Girl, they flew you out. You’re making the show.’ And I’m like, ‘You’re right. I’m there.’”
Madelyn added: “The good thing about those situations is that the shows are usually about 30 minutes long. Universally, I feel like everybody pulls it together for 30 minutes and then runs back to their hotel and then has to rot for a good few hours until the after parties.”
The ‘Outer Banks’ star also admitted that although she loves to go incognito for a while, she also loves being in the spotlight.
Madelyn said: “I do love to disappear, but at the same time, I love to, in some ways, put myself out there. So it’s a funny balance.”

Kelly Brook in her ‘stability era’

OHMYGOSSIP — Kelly Brook is in her “stability era” with fashion.

Speaking before Christmas, she told Britain’s HELLO! magazine: “I go for neutrals and muted tones and I can’t believe how well that works at Christmas.
“It’s a very calming palette, whereas I think in the past I’ve leant more towards kitsch and traditional Christmas trends.
