The ‘Savage’ hitmaker is a spokesperson for the cosmetics brand and stars in the ad for their latest scent, which she has described as “fresh and flirty”.
In the promo clip, the 26-year-old rap megastar says: “Be ambitious. Speak truth. Trust yourself. Break rules. Make history. I’m here to Reign On.”
In a statement about the fruity fragrance with notes of lemon confit, bamboo leaves, and jasmine petals, Megan said: “Revlon’s Reign On is the perfect fragrance for all my Hot Girls.
“It is fresh and flirty.”
The ‘WAP’ star previously shared how she hopes her Revlon brand ambassador appointment will show her fans that it is most important to be themselves.
She said: “I’m probably not the typical cookie-cutter artist or person. I do what I want to do when I want to do it and how I want to do it, and collaborating with Revlon makes me feel good because I know there are girls out there who are looking at me like, ‘Oh my gosh, Megan is doing so many big things and she didn’t have to change herself or compromise her brand to be successful.'”
Megan has been using Revlon since she was young, after her grandmother bought her an eyeshadow palette from the brand.
She said: “Shout out to my grandma – otherwise I wouldn’t know what I’m doing.”
And she believes her values align with the global beauty company.

Kim Kardashian West gives Khloe Good American advice

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West sends Khloe Kardashian ideas for her Good American collections.
The 37-year-old reality star founded the apparel line with Emma Grede in 2016, who is also the founding partner of Kim’s lucrative shapewear brand, SKIMS.
And Khloe has revealed her 41-year-old sister often gives suggestions and is “really good” at advising her on business matters.
Speaking to the December 2021 / January 2022 issue of Cosmopolitan UK – of which she is the cover star – the reality star said: “I feel like I’ve had Good American for so much longer than five years, but at the same time, I feel like we’re just getting started.”
She added of her sibling’s input: “We definitely give each other advice and opinions. Kim will send me ideas of things I should do for new collections … She’s really good at giving advice.”
Meanwhile, Khloe recently revealed she turned down “lucrative deals” because they didn’t match her ethos for Good American.
The businesswoman has always stayed true to the company’s goal of promoting inclusivity.
She explained: “We never did otherwise. With so many retail partners, we walked away from lucrative deals because they weren’t willing to carry the full-size range. “That wouldn’t be what we signed up for. It would be us getting a cash grab, and that just wasn’t why we started.
“We didn’t need another denim brand in the world. We needed inclusivity. We needed people to feel represented.”
The TV star wasn’t actually looking to start the company, but she stumbled up the idea after her mom, Kris Jenner, introduced her to Emma.
She added: “I wasn’t necessarily searching for this – Good American found me. My partner, Emma, and I met through my mom.
“We started having a conversation about clothes and how I felt excluded my whole life. I’ve fluctuated. At my largest, I was a 14 or 16 — which, by the way, is totally standard in the US.
“I always felt excluded from my own family — not by them. On shopping trips, I couldn’t shop where they shopped. I’d be indirectly told by brands that their clothes weren’t for me because they didn’t produce a dress in my size.”
The December 2021 / January 2022 issue of Cosmopolitan is on sale from 23rd November and you can read the interview with Khloe here: http://www.cosmopolitan.com/uk/khloe-kardashian-interview.

Adele hates her arms and refused to wear a sleeveless gown for Vogue

OHMYGOSSIP — Adele refused to wear a sleeveless dress for her Vogue magazine cover – because she doesn’t like her arms.
The ‘Someone Like You’ hitmaker shed around 100lbs and had to invest in a whole new wardrobe as her clothes were too big for her, and she can no longer wear her beloved smock dresses because they look “weird” now.
And the 33-year-old singer – who has nine-year-old son Angelo with ex-husband Simon Konecki – also revealed that, despite her weight loss, she still doesn’t like to have her arms on display, which is why she said no to baring her limbs, and she doesn’t like her feet.
Speaking to ‘Queenie’ author Candice Carty-Williams for the new issue of THE FACE – for which she was photographed by Charlotte Wales for the cover – Adele said: “I had to buy a whole new wardrobe, which was fun.
“I used to love a smock. I can’t wear them no more, they make me look a bit weird.
“I had to get rid of a lot of clothes that I had great memories in.
“There were elements like that. I don’t know if I feel different. I still have things about my body that I don’t like.”
She continued: “They’re not insecurities. But on the cover of Vogue, they were all trying to put me in sleeveless dresses. I was like: ’I ain’t showing my arms! Are you mad?’ I’ve never liked my arms, ever, and I still don’t like my arms. It goes back to that thing of being thin and being happy. Yeah, my arms are half the size, don’t mean I f****** like them! F****** hate my feet still.”
As well as not fitting in her old clothes, the ‘Easy On Me’ hitmaker has sentimental jewellery that slides off her fingers.
She said: “There’s so much jewellery I can’t wear [now] because of my hands. No one tells you that, when someone loses weight. Not that I was trying to lose weight. But my rings don’t fit me anymore. Things that were gifts for my 21st birthday, I can’t f****** wear.”
Meanwhile, Adele – who went through the heartbreak of her divorce and losing her estranged father in recent years – says she started hitting up the gym because she wanted to feel “stronger” not thinner.
She explained: “But I like feeling strong, I really do. I love it. I was lifting weights this morning, and I’ve gone up from what I was doing a couple of weeks ago.
“When I feel that I have the weight of the world – of my world at least – on my shoulders, I can handle it a bit more because I’ve gone up 10 pounds with my weights. It really was just a metaphor for surviving.”
The new issue of THE FACE is on sale now. Head to theface.com for more information.

David Bowie encouraged Iman to launch her cosmetics business

OHMYGOSSIP — Iman doubts she would have had the confidence to start her own cosmetics business if it weren’t for David Bowie.
The 66-year-old supermodel – who was married to the music legend from 1992 until his passing in 2016 – has just announced her debut fragrance inspired by the ‘Starman’ hitmaker, and she’s admitted Bowie gave her the “courage” to start Iman Cosmetics in 1994.
Speaking to People magazine, she said: “As much as I find myself confident, I’m actually very apprehensive of starting things, especially businesses.
“If David was not in my life, I don’t know if I would have had the courage to start Iman Cosmetics — he’s fearless in that way. He gave me the courage.”
The catwalk beauty went on to launch her fashion and beauty venture, Iman Global Chic, in 2007.
Iman says working on Love Memoir by Iman Eau de Parfum not only brought back memories of her late spouse – who was 69 at the time of his death – but it also “eased” her grief.
She explained to the publication: “I found by creating this fragrance, remembering David and being in the house, it just somehow eased my grief.
“And I came through it.”
Iman chose various scents that evoke memories of their “epic romance”.
She added: “There is an alchemy and magic to it.
“I put in the woodsy vetiver that reminds me of David and the cologne he wore the night we met, and then the bergamot of Tuscany, where we were married.”
In the same interview, Iman insisted she will never marry again.
Recalling a conversation with her daughter Alexandra ‘Lexi’ Jones, now 21, she said: “I said ‘No, I will not.’ I still feel married.
“Someone a few years ago referred to David as my late husband and I said ‘No, he’s not my late husband. He’s my husband.'”
“I definitely feel his presence, especially when I look out over the glorious sunsets at our home because David loves sunsets. So in that way he is ever present. Through my memory, my love lives.”

Jade Thirlwall’s Little Mix tour costumes idea got rejected by her bandmates

OHMYGOSSIP — Jade Thirlwall’s bandmates rejected her idea to wear outfits from each “era” of Little Mix on tour.
The 28-year-old pop star has recalled how the rest of the group – including Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and formerly Jesy Nelson – outright said “no” to them getting dressed up in their old school attire from their time on ‘The X Factor’, which they won in 2011, including the “braces, bow tie and knee-high socks”.
Speaking on ‘The Rebecca Judd Show’ on Apple Music 1, she said: “I did actually push for this. And then everyone was like, ‘No, I don’t think that’s going to work.’.
“So initially I wanted to do a House of LM concept for the tour.
“So each section would be an era of Little Mix and I love a full costume moment. I want to bring back the braces and the bow tie and the knee-high socks.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Sweet Melody’ hitmaker recently opened up about developing an eating disorder after being bullied at high school.
Jade has documented her troubled teen years in the new book ‘The Female Lead (Volume II): We Rise By Lifting Others’ and in her contribution to the tome she revealed how racism, tragedy and body image issues had a detrimental effect on her mental health.
The ‘Between Us’ singer revealed that getting tormented for her skin colour, ethnicity and heritage left her confused and insecure, and along with the bullying in high school, the ‘Touch’ hitmaker also suffered the loss of her beloved grandfather all of which led to her eating disorder.
Jade shared: “I was bullied, my grandad died and I got an eating disorder.
“I grew up in South Shields, a small northern working-class town. My mam worked at my primary school as a business manager, my dad as a taxi driver.
“My dad’s side of the family are white, my Mam is mixed; my Grandad was Yemeni, and my Nanna was Egyptian.
“I was shy and timid but I found that I could express myself on stage, singing and dancing. I always felt loved and protected growing up, especially by my Grandad.
“The minute I went to secondary school things changed. I was the only person from my primary who went to my predominantly white Catholic secondary and, immediately, I had no friends and I was an easy target.
“My Mam sent me there because it was one of the best schools in the borough and she thought she was doing the right thing.”

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley reveals why she became her own boss

OHMYGOSSIP — Rosie Huntington-Whiteley got “fed up” with her career being “at the mercy of other people”.
The Rose Inc CEO has explained that her urge to become her own boss came after being left dismayed at the options available for her.
She told PORTER magazine: “I remember picking up the phone to my agent, checking every day what options had come in. And I remember getting off the phone and being so fed up with my life being at the mercy of [other] people’s decisions.
“It was in that moment that I thought, if I want to make stuff happen, I have to be really proactive.”
The 34-year-old model-and-actress launched the beauty brand in August, and Rosie credits collaborating with other females with shaping the businesswoman she is today.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel – who is pregnant with her second child with her action star spouse Jason Statham, with whom she has four-year-old son Jack – said: “I’ve been really fortunate over the years to work with a lot of female founders and be able to witness the way they work … I’ve been quite collaborative in the way that I’ve partnered with brands, and that’s always been important to me … I wanted to learn because I knew I was wanting to do my own thing.
“There are lots of great women I feel I could pick up the phone [to] and pick their brain should I need to.
“I would love to think that people would feel open to picking up the phone to me one day. Mentorship is such a beautiful thing.”
The ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ actress also hailed Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover star Elle Macpherson, 57, as her idol in terms of a supermodel who has successfully ventured into the beauty business.
Rosie added of the Elle Macpherson Intimates lingerie line and The Body skincare owner: “[She] was the supermodel who pivoted a successful career into successful businesses and really executed them well. They felt really authentic. [We] have connected over the years and she’s wonderful.”

Christina Ricci: I have so many fashion regrets

OHMYGOSSIP — Christina Ricci has “many fashion regrets”.
The 41-year-old actress has recalled how she was told to dress “different” until her mid-20s, and she has several memories of being “horrified” of her ensembles, including a “wild cape and crazy make-up” combo she wore on the red carpet in the late-1990s.
The screen star wrote in an article for InStyle: ”To this day, I have so many fashion regrets. I remember going to a premiere after a photoshoot in 1998 — I had intense make-up on and decided to wear a wild cape from Anna Sui. It must have been dark in my apartment, because when I stepped outside, my publicist said, ‘Oh, no. We shouldn’t have done the crazy make-up and the crazy cape.’
“At the event, other actresses tried to make me feel better by saying my look was ‘kind of Bowie-esque,’ which was nice. But I was still horrified.”
The ‘Addams Family’ star is known for playing dark characters and her Goth style, and it wasn’t something she found hard to shake off when she tried to be “as commercial as possible” in a bid to try and “conform” to Hollywood.
She explained: “In my mid-20s, I started wearing things that felt good. Until that point, I was told I had to be different from who I was; we weren’t encouraged to be ourselves back then.
“Everyone was supposed to look the same and be less specific, so I tried to be as commercial as possible. I didn’t want to appear goth since that wasn’t popular in Hollywood, but that didn’t work because everyone seemed to classify my style at the time as goth anyway. Today pop culture doesn’t expect people to conform. If you don’t want to go the route of surgery, fake teeth, and extensions, you don’t have to. You can be real.”
Christina always wants to make sure how she looks reflects her true authentic self, which hasn’t always been easy.
She said: “It can be a struggle to show who you are through your style as you’re growing up, especially when you’re not 100 per cent sure of that yourself. I’ve played characters for work all my life, so the last thing I want to do is look like something I’m not.”

Harry Styles teases his Pleasing plans

OHMYGOSSIP — Harry Styles says his beauty brand Pleasing will be “so much more than nail polish”.
The ‘Adore You’ hitmaker has just unveiled his new venture, starting out with a range of nail and eye gel products, but he has revealed he has many other ideas in the pipeline for what started out as a “fun little project”.
Speaking to the 2021 winter issue of Dazed – of which he is the cover star – Harry teased: “It’s starting with nail polish, because that was kind of the birth of what it was for.
“Me seeing a colour on a flower or a wallpaper or something and thinking, ‘Oh, I wanna put that on my nails.’
“It was a fun little project, but during the pandemic, and when we eventually named it Pleasing, it felt like it was so much more than nail polish.”
And the 27-year-old pop star-and-actor – who shot to fame as a member of One Direction – explained how Pleasing is about giving his fans a “moment of joy”.
He said: “I’ve always found that the moments in my life which have brought me the most joy are the small ones, whether it be, you know, the end of the night under the stars or a bite of food, or sitting with your friends thinking, ‘Oh, I’m never gonna forget this.’
“It’s always those moments that I find have the longest-lasting effect on me, in terms of sparking something wonderful in me. I really think that the essence of Pleasing is finding those little moments of joy and showing them to people.”
In May, it was revealed the ‘Watermelon Sugar’ singer – who is often spotted in Pleasing-branded hoodies – had filed documents for his new venture.
‘Styles, Harry Edward’ was listed as director of the company alongside his former assistant Emma Spring, and the “nature of business” was described as “wholesale of perfume and cosmetics”.

Christine Quinn shares her ‘biggest trick’ for walking in killer heels

OHMYGOSSIP — Christine Quinn says the key to being able to last in killer heels is wearing flats most of the time.
The ‘Selling Sunset’ star has just launched a shoe collection with ShoeDazzle, and she has insisted that when the cameras aren’t rolling she takes off her high heels and lives in flat footwear.
Asked how tall the highest heel she has ever worn is, she replied: “Probably six inches. Everyone’s like, ‘How do you walk in those shoes all day when you work?’ And I don’t walk in them all day. When I’m in houses, if I’m not doing meetings, if I’m sitting at the office … so when I don’t need to wear them, I put my flats on. It’s just all about saving your feet. That’s my biggest trick.”
The 31-year-old realtor insisted she wanted to show with her line that you don’t have to spend a fortune on designer shoes to be “fashionable”.
The blonde beauty explained: “That’s the number one thing – people think that, in order to be fashionable, you have to spend $500 on a pair of shoes. And I have probably hundreds of pairs of shoes. And I would say the expensive ones are only a little portion because I love to mix it up, and sometimes you only wear looks once. So I was just so excited about the affordability, and the fact that everyone could have a pair and look good in them.”
The collection is made to be worn day-to-night and there is plenty of “glitter and sparkles” for the festive season.
She added to ELLE.com: “Well, I knew that this was coming out around the holidays. So we wanted to do something that was very fun, and glamorous, [and] glitzy. You are able to go to a party, but also you can wear them to work. That was the vibe that we were going for. So that’s why we incorporated a lot of glitter and sparkles and fun elements like that.”

Speaking to People, she said: “It’s a different animal.
“But if you’re comfortable in what you’re wearing, you’ll look good.”
The catwalk legend also said fashion is in good hands, with Zendaya’s generation not afraid to experiment.
She said: “They’re fearless. They’re experimental.
“They don’t rely on the established designer because they themselves are young, so they’re willing to wear young and upcoming designers.”
Iman quipped: “That’s what I like about [the younger generation] and specifically Zendaya. And it doesn’t hurt to look like her!”
The ‘Dune’ actress made history as the youngest recipient of the CFDA Fashion Icon Award.
Zendaya attended with her boyfriend, Tom Holland, who later showered his girlfriend with praise.
Alongside a red carpet snap from the bash, the 25-year-old actor gushed on Instagram: “Naaa stop it. An incredible achievement for the most incredible person. Congrats @zendaya and @luxurylaw you guys deserve every bit of this.”

Taylor Swift’s Red (Taylor’s Version)’ release sees searches for ‘Red Lipstick’ spike

OHMYGOSSIP — Google searches for “Red Lipstick” have increased by 669 per cent following the release of Taylor Swift’s ‘Red (Taylor’s Version)’.
Beauty experts Cosmetify have analysed data from the search engine and found interest spiked within hours of the re-record of the superstar’s 2012 LP dropping.
A spokesperson for www.cosmetify.com said: “The highly anticipated re-release of’ Red (Taylor’s Version)’ was certain to spark worldwide attention, so it’s no surprise that interest for Taylor Swift’s signature red lipstick has skyrocketed 669% since its release.
“Red lipstick is a popular look for many celebrities, but it’s rare that we see Taylor Swift without her trademark lips.
“From matte to gloss, red lipstick is a staple look all-year-round, especially during the festive season.
“This trend is likely to continue throughout the day due to the release of the long-awaited ‘All Too Well’ short film, starring Sadie Sink and Dylan O’Brien, which is being released at midnight tonight.”
The ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’ hitmaker rocks her signature pillar box red lip on the album cover.
As well as her bold lipstick, Taylor wears a $7,390 diamond ‘Love’ ring on the cover.
And fans have the chance to own a budget version of the dazzling sparkler.
The ‘Shake It Off’ hitmaker teamed up with jeweller Cathy Waterman and her daughter, Claire Winter Kislinger, on the replica of the pricey piece – which she gifted the pop icon when she was making the record in 2011.
And, in return, the Grammy-winner played the mother-and-daughter duo her new recordings of the songs from Taylor’s seminal LP.
In a statement, Cathy said: “If I could, I would tattoo my love on all my people, and creating the ‘Love’ ring was the closest I could get to that idea.
“It was wonderful that Taylor spent time with us, cooking and baking pies, and playing her new music, which made us feel a part of the process. It warrants being an unofficial member of the family.”
Taylor’s friend, Claire, added: “Our friendship has always been really important to me. Taylor is such a steady, reliable friend. The collaboration is significant to me personally and for the brand as well. My mom has always said that the people she wants to be associated with most are talented, strong, hard-working women. Check. Check. Check.”

The ’13 Going On 30′ star – who also has daughters Violet, 15 and Seraphina, 12, with ex-husband Ben Affleck – “doesn’t care” that her little boy “has never had a pimple”, he and his older sisters have to use Neutrogena’s Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser nightly.
Speaking to People, she said: “It’s in every bathroom for me and for my kids.
“I will stand next to my son because I monitor his toothbrushing. And when he is done … I will cup water in my hands and give him water. And then while I’m doing that, I get his face and I get some daily cleanser because you have to wash your face before bed. You have to get into that habit.
“I don’t care if he’s nine and he’s never heard of a pimple. I don’t care, you have to do it.”
The 49-year-old actress has always preached the importance of wearing sunscreen to her brood, too.
She said: “There’s every kind of delivery system that you could possibly want now. So, they get to pick if they want a lotion, a spray, a stick.

The ‘Elektra’ star is also hoping her youngest child can soon join his siblings in having the jab to help minimise his chances of contracting the virus.
Alongside a selfie, she wrote on Instagram in September: “The school year starts in dribs and drabs, but today’s the real deal for my family—we are back. 3/3 masked, 2/3 vaxxed (soon, please, 11 and under), every one eager, tentative, bold, vulnerable and—as far as I can tell—smiling under the 3-ply. Jay-Z and fragrance firm’s lawsuits thrown out by Supreme Court

OHMYGOSSIP — Jay-Z and fragrance firm Parlux’s respective lawsuits against each other have been thrown out by the Supreme Court.
Parlux Fragrances, Inc., a luxury fragrance manufacturer, had filed to sue the music mogul over breach of contract, and he subsequently submitted a countersuit, but both were rejected at a court in Manhattan on Wednesday (10.11.21) over a lack of evidence of the claims.
The original papers were filed in January 2016, with Parlux claiming the ’99 Problems’ rapper had allegedly not completed promo for their “Gold Jay-Z” cologne line.
While the 51-year-old record producer – who is married to Beyonce – had claimed he was owed royalties.
Jay-Z attended the trial last month, and upon learning the verdict, he said: “I’d like to express my gratitude to the jury, especially during these difficult times.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Crazy in Love’ star recently caused a stir after he quit Instagram after just a day.
Jay-Z joined the platform last Tuesday (02.11.21), but, despite amassing more than 1.8 million followers, his account was later removed.
During his brief time on Instagram, the hip-hop legend only followed his wife, and his first post and Instagram Story featured a countdown and poster for the release of the new Netflix movie ‘The Harder They Fall’.
Jay-Z serves as a producer for the film – which launched on the streaming platform last Wednesday (03.11.21) – and also wrote the music.
The Western – which premiered at the BFI London Film Festival last month – stars Jonathan Majors, Idris Elba, Zazie Beetz, Regina King, Delroy Lindo and more.
As well as only following each other on Instagram, Jay-Z and Beyonce have collaborated musically, toured together, and, most recently, joined forces for Tiffany & Co.’s About Love campaign.
The couple – who have daughter Blue Ivy, nine, and four-year-old twins Rumi and Sir together – recently pledged $2 million to fund college scholarships as they teamed up with Tiffany & Co. to fund places at five historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) via their charities BeyGOOD and Shawn Carter Foundation.

Paulina Porizkova thanks Sarah Jessica Parker for embracing her silver hair

OHMYGOSSIP — Paulina Porizkova has thanked Sarah Jessica Parker for making her not “feel a freak for ageing” by embracing her silver hair.
The 56-year-old model has hailed the ‘Sex and the City’ and ‘And Just Like That…’ actress, also 56, for “representing” other women their age who choose not to dye their grey locks.
In an Instagram post this week, the catwalk beauty penned alongside photos of the pair: “I’ve been seeing photos of Sarah Jessica Parker in the media, and every time I think “oh thank you thank you!”
Someone who is my age who looks like me. I see my lines and droops and silver roots mirrored, and I love it.
Representation!
She makes me feel like I’m not a freak for aging – because fashionable, beautiful, stylish her – is doing it too. And she looks amazing.
“Once again, this is not to in anyway slight those who chose different options. You should do exactly what makes you feel best about yourself. That little whiff of confidence a tweak may give you can translate into a ton of opportunity. Carpe diem! (sic)”
On the ageism women who opt to display their natural hair colour face, she added: “My point is only that aging women have been nearly erased from the media, leaving those of us who want to, or try or would at least try to embrace it – without much representation.
I can’t wait to see “And Just Like That”. @sarahjessicaparker @justlikethatmax #betweenjloandbettywhite #sexyhasnoexpirationdate #agingiscool (sic)”
Actress and hair model Andie MacDowell, 63, who also advocates for grey hair, commented: “Both gorgeous more beautiful because of time just like men and fine wine.”
Paulina’s post comes after Sarah Jessica admitted she thinks the chatter about her appearance is “misogynist”.
The ‘Failure to Launch’ star believes that she and the other female cast members of ‘And Just Like That…’ – such as Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon – are treated differently to their male counterparts.
She said: “There’s so much misogynist chatter in response to us that would never. Happen. About. A. Man. Grey hair grey hair grey hair. Does she have grey hair?’
“I’m sitting with Andy Cohen and he has a full head of grey hair, and he’s exquisite. Why is it okay for him? I don’t know what to tell you people.”
And the Carrie Bradshaw actress feels particularly frustrated by the critical comments on social media, and thinks she’ll always be criticised, irrespective of how she looks.
She said earlier this week in a cover interview with Vogue: “It almost feels as if people don’t want us to be perfectly okay with where we are, as if they almost enjoy us being pained by who we are today, whether we choose to age naturally and not look perfect, or whether you do something if that makes you feel better.
“I know what I look like. I have no choice. What am I going to do about it? Stop ageing? Disappear?”
