Lana Del Rey had a ‘whirlwind romance’ with Jeremy Dufrene before they married.

OHMYGOSSIP — Lana Del Rey had a “whirlwind romance” with Jeremy Dufrene before they married.
The 39-year-old pop star first shared pictures of herself with alligator tour guide Jeremy, 56, on her social media page in 2019 but did not strike up a relationship with him until recently and after it was confirmed to People on Friday (27.09.24) that they had tied the knot, an insider claimed that the singer had “always hoped” she had found the one she would marry.
A source said: “It’s been kind of a whirlwind romance, but Lana’s close friends hoped she would get married. Jeremy is different from the men that Lana meets in the entertainment world. He’s a great guy. He’s charming and charismatic in a Southern way, very much a gentleman and he treats Lana really well. She’s an old soul.”
The couple are also thought to have said their vows in the place they first met,
The source said: “The wedding ceremony and reception were both held in the same bayou where Jeremy operates his swamp boats tours. This is where they first met. It’s a special place for them. It was a beautiful, relaxed and family focused wedding. The focus was just on their love story.”
According to the outlet, the couple obtained a marriage license from the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court in Louisiana last Monday before she walked down the aisle three days later.
Earlier this year, the ‘Video Games’ hitmaker seemingly referred to Jeremy as her partner in a social media post as she spent time with him and her loved ones.
She wrote on Instagram: “Family w my guy.”
Lana is yet to speak out publicly on her relationship with marriage, and although the pair were spotted holding hands together at a music festival in the UK last year, she has not yet confirmed their relationship status.

Kristin Cavallari and Mark Estes split

OHMYGOSSIP — Kristin Cavallari and Mark Estes have split after seven months of dating.
The 37-year-old reality TV star and the 24-year-old Montana Boyz TikToker ended their brief romance recently, with Kristin telling podcast host Alex Cooper during her ‘Unwell’ tour stop in Austin, Texas, that the split was “fresh”.
Kristin previously revealed that Mark first came to her attention in September 2023 when she was going through TikTok and she immediately thought he was “so hot”.
Speaking on her ‘Let’s Be Honest’ podcast in March 2024, she said: “Back in like September, I’m scrolling and I come across this boy group, I guess you could call them, The Montana Boyz. So I go, ‘Holy s***-, who are these guys?’ Because they’re so hot. Specifically this one, who I’m gonna refer to as Montana.”
She then received a message from their account saying “I love you” and she invited them on to her podcast, where she immediately hit it off with Mark.
Kristin said: “That attraction was always there, but when I met him, I was like, he’s actually a really nice, good guy. He’s very sweet from the jump. He was so sweet to me.
“Me dating a 24-year-old is not something that I was searching out. It’s not something that I at all ever thought would ever happen. I understand what it looks like to the outside world. I really do. I get that. He is not a typical 24-year-old.
“I think it’s a lot of things. I think sex for women just gets better as you get older. Because I think women, when you’re in your early 20s and stuff, you’re insecure in a lot of ways, you’re worried about your body or what [you] look like. I’ve let all of that go and I think I am more present physically during sex than I’ve ever been. And I’m so wildly attracted to [Mark]. And I just think we have really hot sex.”
Kristin was previously married to former NFL player Jay Cutler for seven years before they separated in 2020.
She shares sons Camden and Jaxon as well as daughter Saylor with her former spouse.

Sigourney Weaver’s height stopped her getting acting work

OHMYGOSSIP — Sigourney Weaver’s height stopped her getting acting work when she was younger.
The 74-year-old actress is just under 6 foot tall, and she admitted her unconventional appearance meant she struggled to get an agent, and producers were reluctant to cast her because their male leads would “look short”.
She told Britain’s HELLO! magazine: “I could not get an agent. If I walk into your office and I’m [nearly] six feet tall, they’re not going to sign me up.
“It took me four years to get an agent and I got my first job, with Ingrid Bergman, through the publication ‘Backstage’.
“Casting me was not a conventional decision. Often in Hollywood, as soon as I walked into a room, all the producers would sit down. Al Pacino would sit down.
“Nobody wanted to look short and that was how I took the temperature of the room.”
Sigourney – who got her big break in ‘Alien’ at the age of 29 – was determined to be “someone people wanted to work with again”.
She explained: “I thought, ‘That way, I’ll stay employed.’”
While the actress is known for the likes of the ‘Alien’ franchise and ‘Gorillas in the Mist’, she prefers comedies.
She said: “I don’t want to sound conceited, but I’m good at comedy.
“I think you’re either born with it or you’re not.
“I think that’s a very hard thing to teach. And I’m very grateful.”
Sigourney can next be seen in horror ‘Dust Bunny’ and she’s hailed the movie an “instant classic”.
She said: “I play a not-so-nice person in it.
“I don’t know what America will think of it. To me, it’s an instant classic.”

James Middleton doesn’t always take his sister Princess Catherine’s parenting advice

OHMYGOSSIP — Catherine, Princess of Wales’ brother doesn’t always listen to her parenting advice.
James Middleton, 37, and his wife Alizee welcomed son Inigo into the world last October and while it has been “wonderful” seeing his eldest sister – who has Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, nine, and six-year-old Prince Louis with husband Prince William – and their other sibling, Pippa, raise their families as “dedicated” mothers, he doesn’t always take their “tips” on board.
He told Britain’s HELLO! magazine: “It’s been wonderful, seeing them so dedicated and strong. I’m in awe of that.
“But when it’s your own baby, it’s a different experience.
“I’ve been fortunate to see how my sisters have done it and take tips along the way – some I take on board, and others I’m like, ‘Hmm’.”
But James is thankful that Inigo has older cousins, including sister Pippa’s children – Arthur, Grace and Rose – to look out for him.
He said: “He’s fortunate to have older cousins who can now pick him up and show him things and, as he rows up, they’ll be able to look out for him.
“There’s definitely an element of curiosity about a baby that they have.”
And Inigo is fortunate enough to have inherited a whole wardrobe of clothes from his cousins, giving Catherine and Pippa a chance to reminisce on their own children’s early years.
James said: “They are milestones because [my sisters] remember when their child was wearing something and how old they were – it takes them back.
“It’s been a lovely thing for them.”
James and his wife are keen to give Inigo a sibling, as well as add to their doggy family.
He said: “If we’re fortunate enough to be able to.
“The pitter-patter of two or four feet. But who knows which will come first?”

Kanye West’s alterations to Malibu mansion labelled ‘dumb’

OHMYGOSSIP — Kanye West’s alterations to his former Malibu mansion have been slammed as “dumb” by its new owner.

It was snapped up by California-based real estate crowdfunding firm, Belwood Investments and CEO Bo Belmont told the Los Angeles Times: “That was a really dumb move. Really no purpose.

Kanye removed the windows, doors, electricity and plumbing in the house and had plans to turn the stairs into a slide, the floor into trampolines and camouflage the outside of the house.

Lady Gaga says Tony Bennett always admired the risks she took

OHMYGOSSIP — Lady Gaga says Tony Bennett always admired the risks she took in her career.
The 38-year-old popstar and the late singer – who died in 2023 at the age of 96 – enjoyed a close friendship and a successful professional partnership in the years before he died and Gaga revealed that Tony was always supportive of her clothes and “theatrical” stage performances.
She told Rolling Stone: “He was somebody who loved how risk-taking and different I am and I always thought that was so cool. He was 60 years older than me, and he would flinch less than young people that I would meet. People that would be like, ‘Why is she dressed that way? Why is she singing that way? Why is her stage performance so theatrical?’ Tony, he just never even flinched. He was just a really compassionate, inclusive person.”
Gaga’s ‘Joker 2’ inspired album ‘Harlequin’ was the first time she recorded standards without Tony but she insisted it wasn’t sad and she felt him with her in the studio.
She said: “This was my first time without Tony and it wasn’t emotional probably in the way you’re thinking. It wasn’t sad. It was actually like he was with us all the time. And also, in a funny way, if I had put rock and roll chords over production in a record that I did with Tony years ago, I don’t know how he would’ve felt about that. Tony didn’t love rock and roll. But he would’ve said ‘Wow that’s amazing’. He was definitely with us in the studio but he was mostly inside of me.
“As genre defying as the album is, the vocal is too. The vocal’s kind of schizophrenic but that makes sense for Harley Quinn. And that was part of the joy of making it – the freedom of it all.”

Robin previously praised his eldest child as a “natural singer”.
