Bobby Brown wants Nick Gordon to face criminal charges

OHMYGOSSIP — Bobby Brown still hopes Nick Gordon faces criminal charges over the death of Bobbi Christina Brown.
The ‘Two Can Play That Game’ singer has received a “bit of calmness” since his late daughter’s boyfriend was found legally responsible for her passing in July 2015 – six months after she was found unresponsive in her bathtub – after Nick failed to show at two civil wrongful death hearings.
And Bobby hopes the ruling will encourage the Fulton County District Attorney’s office to proceed with criminal charges against Nick.
He told pastor T.D. Jakes in an interview which will air on Wednesday (28.09.16): “I don’t know the specifics of what happened, but as the judge has said, he is legally responsible.
“I know some things that happened to my daughter, but it’s up to the D.A. now to do his job.
“Until then, just knowing that he’s legally responsible for my daughter’s death has given me a bit of calmness to waiting for that D.A..
“There’s a lot of strange things that will come out in the criminal charges against Nick.”
In 2012, Bobby’s ex-wife Whitney Houston died from accidental drowning, with drug use a contributing factor, with her lifeless body discovered in the bath of her hotel suite.
Because of the circumstances of Whitney’s death, Bobby, 47, always knew there was something suspicious about their daughter Bobbi – who had a mixture of marijuana, alcohol, a cocaine-related substance, sedatives, anti-anxiety medications and morphine when she was found unconscious – also being discovered in a bath tub.
He said: “My daughter was afraid of tubs because of what happened to her mom. So I know she wouldn’t have gotten in the tub.
“I mean it’s crazy because the tub wasn’t even full of water. It had a dustpan in it, in the bottom of the tub.”
Following the ruling against Nick, his former lawyer insisted it was “without merit” because the decision was made simply based on Nick’s failure to show at two hearings.
Randy Kessler said: “As I understand it – and I am not representing [Gordon] – he did not have a lawyer for this civil case and because he failed to respond or to appear, the court simply granted Plaintiff’s requests to assess liability.
“To me, that does not establish that he did anything wrong. It is not a decision on the merits.”
Following the decision, a jury will now be tasked with deciding what damages Nick will have to pay to the late star’s estate,
R. David Ware, a lawyer for the conservator of Bobbi Kristina’s estate, said after the hearing: “In court today, we finally finished a long journey for justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown. The court agrees with us, by striking Mr. Gordon’s answer that he is legally responsible for her death. The only thing left to prove is the value of her life. We intend to do that … It’s not a criminal case but it doesn’t have to be. We want to legally establish he was responsible for her injuries the proceeded her death and we’ve done that today.”

Robbie Williams proud of his wife Ayda Field

OHMYGOSSIP — Robbie Williams wants his wife to go out and “shine”.
The ‘She’s The One’ hitmaker is so proud of his wife Ayda Field for carving out her own career after taking time out to follow him around the world.
He said: “The biggest reason I fell in love with Ayda is because of her personality. I’m incredibly proud of her and I’m not only in love with her but I really like her.
“And I want her to be out there, and I want people to be experiencing what I’m experiencing, because it’s unique what she’s got. I’m like a proud parent, even with the wife. I’m like, ‘Go out there and shine, my love.'”
The 42-year-old singer has had his time to tour the world and is now happy to be Ayda’s “dressing room b***h”.
He told The Sun newspaper: “When we met, I kind of took Ayda hostage. I kidnapped her and took her away from her career. I needed her with me, and that was how it was going to work.
“I was like, ‘Look, we’re going to England and I want you to come with me. This won’t work.’ And for the last nine years she’s kind of been my dressing room b***h. Now I’m her dressing room b***h.”
Meanwhile, Ayda – who has Theodora, four, and Charlton, 23 months, with her husband – previously admitted she is too tired to have sex with Robbie.
She said: “I find your honesty really refreshing, it’s a dialogue that some women don’t feel comfortable having about but it’s something that a lot of us experience, I’ve got two young kids, I’m knackered, I’m really tired I want to put some sweat pants on, I want to eat chocolate and I want to go to sleep, and sleep under the covers in the foetal position.”

The ‘Frozen’ star ended her 11-year marriage to Taye Diggs in 2014 but has tried to see the positive side and learn from it.
She told People Now: “You learn to try to not be so hard on yourself. You have a lot of regret with a child, feeling like you’re failing them in some way and not giving them the idealistic scenario.”
The 45-year-old singer – who has seven-year-old Walker with Taye – recently got engaged to Aaron Lohr and revealed it is a “new beginning”.
She said: “I’m super happy, yeah! Very happy. I’m happy because it’s all coming together, everything feels good. I went through a lot of stuff and its new beginnings.”

Meanwhile, the brunette beauty previously revealed she was motivated to make her new album by those who told her she couldn’t break through into the pop genre.
She said: “It’s just what I’ve been wanting to do my whole life. Just make music and sing for a living. To get accolades is great, but it’s just the need to sing.
“Coming from the theatre, everybody always said you couldn’t break through with the pop thing and I always believed in myself that I could, so I appreciate people giving me a chance.”

Holly Madison in no rush to lose baby weight

OHMYGOSSIP — Holly Madison will take her time to lose her baby weight.
The 36-year-old star – who welcomed her son Forest into the world last month – insists she won’t be rushing to lose the 60 pounds she put on when she was pregnant.
She said: “I’m going to get healthy, but I’m not going to focus on how fast I’m losing weight. I don’t have a time limit. I feel different. I’m not used to feeling like this. But I don’t feel the pressure. I’m just going to get healthy.”
And Holly – who also has Rainbow Aurora, three, with her husband Pasquale Rotella – loves being a mother to two but admits it has been a big “learning process”.
She added: “It’s been nice. Not a lot of sleep, but it’s been nice. I just put the month aside to try and get a new routine with the two kids.
“I thought I’d been through the baby thing before with Rainbow and I’d got it down, but juggling with the two kids is something new … It’s a learning process for sure.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny’ author also gushed about her daughter’s bond with her new brother.
She told People magazine: “Pasquale and I have been talking to her about getting a brother or sister long before I was even pregnant. We were trying to get the idea in her head, like, ‘You’re not the only one, so chill!’ And we got some gifts from friends, like ‘I’m a big sister’-type books. Those helped a lot.
“Their sibling bond is so valuable. It’s so great to have that person who has the shared memories of growing up. It’s her own little team. It’ll be so cute to see them play. It will be really interesting to watch how that develops.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber have split after 11 years together.
The ‘King Kong’ star – who has Samuel, seven, and Alexander, nine, with the ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’ star – has called time on her romance.
In a joint statement, the couple said: “Over the past few months we’ve come to the conclusion that the best way forward for us as a family is to separate as a couple.
“It is with great love, respect and friendship in our hearts that we look forward to raising our children together and exploring this new phase of our relationship. While we appreciate your curiosity and support, we ask the press to be mindful of our children and respect their right to privacy.”
Meanwhile, Naomi previously opened up about her close bond with Liev, revealing she always asks him for career advice.
She said: “We’re both interested in each other’s work. And we ask each other for advice, I trust his judgement and I like to think he trusts mine. I could be wrong.
“It’s about supporting the other. When both parents are in the creative arts, it’s not nine-to-five. Sometimes our schedules mean we spend a lot more time at home than most parents. And then there are times we have to travel for long periods.
“If one of us feels very passionately about a job, the other supports and takes over. That’s the nature of the profession. But we always make it work.”

Lea Michele: I'm 'pretty comfortable' being naked

OHMYGOSSIP — Lea Michele is “pretty comfortable” being naked.
The ‘Scream Queens’ star wasn’t worried about stripping off for a magazine photoshoot and joked the crew were actually more nervous than she was.
Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, she said: “I was pretty comfortable being naked but it was still strange. I feel like everyone there was more nervous than I was. They were like, ‘Okay, do you need the air at a certain temperature and the music and we’ll all clear around?’ And I was like: ‘I’m fine!’
“It wasn’t until 30 minutes later I was just standing next to this guy I’d never met before stark naked. And I was like, ‘This is the most exciting my life has been in a little while!'”
Meanwhile, the 30-year-old actress previously admitted she has “never loved her body more” than she does right now.
She said: “You have to look good, but you also have to feel good. So I find workouts that take of both those things. You always have to have faith, because life is going to throw things at you. You just have trust that there is a plan.
“I really pride myself on the people that I surround myself with and how I take care of myself, so my ground is stable beneath me. I’ve never loved my body more than I do right now. And I’m so grateful that I feel that way.”
And Lea freely admits she doesn’t go to the gym every day but is more focused on feeling healthy in herself.
She added: “It’s so important for me to stress that being healthy is not about being a gym rat. It’s not about being 90 lbs. This is really how I live every single day.”

Jada Pinkett Smith: I'm happier than I've ever been

OHMYGOSSIP — Jada Pinkett Smith is “happier than she’s ever been”.
The ‘Magic Mike XXL’ star has stopped caring what other people think of her and is glad to have the “freedom” that comes from that.
She said: “I think as you get older, you really get to the point where you just don’t care anymore what people think.
“There’s a certain freedom that comes with that, which you really don’t have when you’re young. With age comes a lot of wisdom and I’m happier now than I have ever been, so it’s good.”
And the 45-year-old actress is working hard to take care of her body as she gets older but insists she has learned to accept herself.
She added: “This is me, this is my skin, this is my face, this is my body, love it or leave it. I’ve gotten older, I’ve gotten more acceptance from myself and I think that releases a lot of stress. I take really good care of my body. My mother is 63 and is still looking fine. I’m hoping she passed that gene to me, we’ll see.”
And Jada – who has Jaden, 18, and Willow, 15, with her husband Will Smith – also opened up about balancing her family life and her career.
She told Entertainment Tonight: “You know, it really is putting one foot in front of the other. I wish I had a formula.
“I think it’s just knowing my priority. No matter what I am doing, my family is always my priority and I think that is what made it easy. In the earlier stages of my family and career … I wasn’t quite sure all the time what the priority was and what the priority should be. Switched back and forth and then it just got to the point where my family is a priority. Once I had that main priority as my core, everything else falls in place where it needs to be.”

Robbie Williams to rejoin Take That

OHMYGOSSIP — Robbie Williams will rejoin Take That.
The ‘Go Gentle’ hitmaker has promised that he will work alongside his old bandmates – Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald – again but doesn’t think he can make it for the band’s 25th anniversary.
He said: “When is the 25th anniversary? Next year? 2017? I don’t know if I can. I have plans, I have a tour, there’s stuff to be doing. I don’t think it’ll be next year but I think it’ll be at some point.
“I’m a floating member. And I’m really proud of what we do and what we create when I’m in the band. We’ll wait and see when our paths collide but I don’t think it’s going to be next year.”
And the 42-year-old musician is disappointed that Jason Orange decided to leave the band because it affects the group’s “chemistry” but appreciates his decision.
He added to The Sun newspaper: “What did I make of Jason leaving? This line of work is not for everybody and I don’t think this line of work is for Jay, for whatever reasons. Whatever reasons they are, they’re good reasons and enough for him to act on it and to take himself away from the whole thing.
“And I think that’s a shame for Take That because chemistry is chemistry and what the boys have got and what we’ve got is really special, and when somebody leaves it depletes it. But I think that Jason really has to live Jason’s life. What would I like? I’d like for him to be in Take That. But I don’t live his life and I just hope he’s happy doing whatever it is that he’s doing.”

She captioned the photo: “BUTT really, don’t miss a spot. #secretshoot #embraceyourcurves (sic)”
The 18-year-old actress is incredibly proud of her body and says she has her co-star Sofia Vergara to thank for helping her to embrace her curves.
She said: “I was very insecure when I was younger because I did grow up in the public eye.
“But then as I got older, I was surrounded by people like Sofia Vergara, and people who were curvier like me and were proud of it. And who were showing it off. That really helped me to move forward and be proud of my body.”
Ariel has regularly been criticised for posting sexy snaps to Instagram but she doesn’t understand why people make such a big deal about it.
She added: “I don’t really think I’m telling myself, ‘You should post this, you shouldn’t post that,’ I feel like I’m just having fun. I like my fans to see what I’m doing. Everybody is so hyped up on the fact that I post photos where my butt’s out. It’s a butt. Everyone has a butt. I don’t think it’s crazy.
“It’s like, ‘Let me live! I’m enjoying my life, you’re enjoying your life, you should be posting your butt if you like it, too!’ I’m not going to fight with someone on my Instagram that tells me they don’t like my outfit or I should put my butt away. I’m sorry you think I should put my butt away, but just unfollow me.”

She said: “I can count on my hands the scenes I’ve done with women. At the end, I was like, ‘That was fun.’

And Alicia liked starring opposite her “hardworking” boyfriend Michael Fassbender on ‘The Light Between Oceans’.
She told the new issue of Porter magazine: “We’ve never hidden the fact that we’re a couple … He’s extremely hardworking.

OHMYGOSSIP — John Travolta’s youngest child kept the family together after the tragic loss of his son Jett.

He added: “I took him to Toys ‘R Us recently, and he said to me when we got out of the truck and in the cart, ‘Why are all these people wanting my photograph?’
“Because I didn’t know if he knew I was in films or not. He said, ‘Well, maybe they saw one of your movies!’ And he said, ‘I want to work with you!’ So we’ll see how that evolves. I don’t want to force it.”

Camila Alves: I'm a strict but fun parent

OHMYGOSSIP — Camila Alves is a “strict but fun” parent.
The 34-year-old model – who has Levi, eight, Vida, six, and Livingston, three, with her husband Matthew McConaughey – insists she is firm but fair with her kids but admits she does allow herself to get “very silly” with them at times.
She said: “I am a strict parent that also has fun. A combination of both. I think it’s very important to teach kids manners, respect others …
“I can get very, very silly and I think that if you set the basis, then you can go and be free and have fun and go crazy, but they’re always going to remember that base core value that you taught them.”
And whilst Camila admits it was hard to lose her pregnancy weight the third time around, she thinks having a baby is the “most beautiful thing”.
She added: “I never understood when people go, ‘Oh my gosh, it’s so easy being pregnant’. No, it’s hard. It’s the most beautiful thing, yes, but it’s hard.
“My first one, lost the weight super easy. The second one, a little bit harder. The third one, it just wasn’t going anywhere. So actually, [Livingston is] 3 years old and I stopped myself and went, ‘Camila, you’re still holding on to your baby weight and he’s 3-years-old. That’s not okay.’ I full-on gave a reset. And it wasn’t just about the weight. It was about feeling better. I wasn’t feeling healthy.”
Camila now ensures the family eat more fruit and vegetables as well as products which have natural ingredients.
She told People magazine: “Really, the main thing I’m doing now that’s been helping me a lot is lots of vegetables and fruits, but also anything I get from the store, [I look for] clean labels.
“I look at a label and if it has anything that I won’t have in my kitchen or I don’t know how to pronounce, I’m not taking it home.”

Marilyn praises Boy George for being an 'amazing' friend

OHMYGOSSIP — Marilyn has praised Boy George for being an “amazing” friend to him.
The androgynous 53-year-old British singer – whose real name is Peter Robinson – shot to fame in the 1980s alongside his Culture Club frontman pal and is making his return to the pop charts with George’s help with their new single ‘Love and Money’.
Marilyn and George have been friends with each other since they were teenagers and the pair shared a squat in London, and the blonde star has revealed the ‘Karma Chameleon’ singer was a rock to him when he was living as a recluse after becoming damaged by the fame game.
Speaking about their life-long friendship in a joint interview on ‘Loose Women’, Marilyn said: “George is an amazing person and I feel very lucky to have him as a friend, the amount of time we have been friends and what we’ve been through. With him, it’s like, if he says something he follows through with the actions which for me means I can trust him, I can trust his word, which is so important for me, because so many people say any old rubbish, so to know that he’s there, he’s like a rock. We’ve been through parallel journeys and it’s great having someone who understands and can relate to it.”
Marilyn – who, like, George has overcome drug addiction – also shared what he thinks make a great friendship and the importance on honesty between people.
He said: “It (a friendship) needs to be honest without being hurtful. There is a way of saying everything and if your intent is coming from the right place then your words will match that.”
George, 55, quipped: “Unless you’re in a hurry!”
The former ‘Voice’ coach also revealed how the pair’s friendship has changed over the years and insists the jealously that existed between them when they were young men has now gone.
He explained: “Jealousy is something that you have when you’re young and in competition with each other. As you get older you realise that in friendships you have to let people be who they are, you still have rows about things.”
As well as providing vocals, George has co-written and produced Marilyn’s new single ‘Love or Money’ which is out now.

Kelly Osbourne's dog had mid-air toilet emergency

OHMYGOSSIP — Kelly Osbourne’s dog once pooed everywhere during a flight.
The 31-year-old star regularly flies with her beloved pet Pomeranian Nancy and on occasions with her other mutt Sid because she hates to be without her canine chums.
Kelly is adamant that other plane passengers can travel without the fear of an in-air emergency doggy defecation because they’re so well trained but she has had to confess that there was one time when Nancy had an accident in her seat.
Kelly was quizzed by TMZ at Los Angeles International Airport as she walked through the lobby with Nancy about the pooch’s toilet habits.
The videographer asked: “How do the other passengers feel if your dog has to take a dump on the plane?”
To which Kelly answered: “Well … No, no, no, she’s very well trained.”
The cameraman then said: “Have you ever seen other people’s pets get messy?”
Prompting the ‘Project Runway: Junior’ judge to confess: “I don’t think I ever have. Although one time I was on a flight to Miami and my dog s**t all over the plane! That is the truth.”
Kelly is besotted with her four-legged friends Sid and Nancy – named after ill-fated lovers, late punk rockers Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen – and regularly buys fancy clothes and treats for them.
However, the two dogs don’t always get on with each other and Kelly – whose parents are Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne – often has to separate them at dinner time otherwise Nancy eats all of Sid’s food.
She previously revealed: “Nancy loves food so much I have to feed Sid on the couch! She won’t leave him alone!”

OHMYGOSSIP — David Walliams’ ‘Gangsta Granny’ is to open on London’s West End.
The 43-year-old comedian’s top-selling children’s book has been adapted by ‘Horrible Histories’ writer Neal Foster as a stage show and after a successful tour of the UK it is now heading to the capital’s world famous theatre district opening at the Garrick Theatre on August 1, 2017.
‘Gangsta Granny’ has already earned a nomination for the UK Theatre Award for Best Show for Children and Young People.dd
The ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge said: “I’m delighted that my Gangsta Granny is making her West End debut. It’s my most popular book so it will be wonderful to see the Birmingham Stage Company’s terrific adaptation in dazzling neon next summer.”
Fans of the book will have until September 3, 2017 to see the show.
It comes after Walliams agreed to let the BBC have the TV rights to his books ‘Billionaire Boy’ and ‘Awful Auntie’, having seen two previous adaptations of his books get great ratings over the Christmas period.
He previously said: “We are doing ‘Billionaire Boy’ this Christmas for the BBC and then, next Christmas, ‘Awful Auntie’. It is very exciting.
“It’s great seeing them on screen because you feel like a magician – something in your head becomes this real, physical thing.”
Walliams also suggested some big name stars are likely to feature in the new shows following the appearances of Miranda Hart and Robbie Williams in ‘Gangsta Granny’ and Hugh Bonneville in ‘Mr. Stink’.
He said: “We’ve had some incredible people cast, like Miranda and Robbie. It’s great because the more you do of these films, if they turn out well, the more people are encouraged to get involved.
“I don’t know who’s going to be in ‘Billionaire Boy’ yet but there are a few good parts. And I’m sure I will pop up somewhere.”

Georgia May Jagger: Mick and Jerry taught me to have fun

OHMYGOSSIP — Georgia May Jagger’s parents Sir Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall taught her that life should be “fun”.
The 24-year-old model is always so busy due to her hectic career in the fashion business but from observing how her mother and father live their lives and speaking to them she has acquired the knowledge to never get too stressed about work.
And the famous pair should know a lot about coping with hectic schedules as Georgia’s dad Mick, 73, is the singer for The Rolling Stones and mum Jerry, 60, became one of the world’s first supermodels when she was strutting on catwalks in the 1970s and 80s.
Speaking to Prestige Hong Kong magazine about the life lessons she has learnt from her family, she said: “I think it’s that life is about having fun, because if we go through every day just being really stressed about our careers or what’s happening the next morning, rather than enjoying the moment that you’re in, life can escape you a little bit. So I think it’s important to appreciate it and know that when something’s happening, it’s fantastic.”
Georgia signed to Independent Models in 2008 and has gone on to star in campaigns for many luxury fashion houses such as Chanel, Miu Miu and Versace.
The sultry star doesn’t think she could ever work in an office and complete the same duties every day because she likes the perks of her job in the fashion industry and the variety of her work.
She explained: “What I like [ about modelling] the most is just that it’s never the same every day.
“I don’t think I could work in an office where I had to do the same thing every day because I just like meeting these different, amazing people, going to amazing places, getting to wear these amazing clothes, having all these experiences – I love the creativity of it all.”
However, Georgia is surprised her career has been such a success and has admitted when she first began modelling it took a while for her to “really realise” she had broken into the fashion industry.
She said: “In the beginning I didn’t really realise that things were happening until after they happened. It was kind of crazy.”
