OHMYGOSSIP — Frances Bean Cobain has been ordered to pay her estranged husband $48,000 in temporary spousal support.
The 24-year-old artist – who is the daughter of Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain – split from Isaiah Silva in March after less than two years of marriage, and now a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has ordered her to hand over $12,000 a month for the next four months while the former couple sort out the details of the divorce, TMZ reports.
And Frances must also pay $15,000 to cover the 31-year-old musician’s attorney’s fees.
Isaiah has been ordered to leave their former marital home, and he and Frances were ordered to undergo mediation to help resolve their divorce.
The temporary ruling comes after Isaiah previously requested $25,000 a month in spousal support.
The couple had no pre-nuptial agreement and he wants half of the money she made during their marriage.
He also claims he left a steady job when they tied the knot because Frances, who is worth more than $100 million, offered to look after his bills.
Frances gained access to a trust fund in August 2010 when she turned 18, which is said to have included 37 per cent of her late father’s estate, following his suicide in 1994 aged 27.
She married the Eeries rocker in a secret ceremony in June 2014 but things came crashing down shortly afterwards and the raven-haired beauty filed for divorce earlier this year.
The pair, who don’t have any children together, had been dating five years, four of which they were engaged for, before they got hitched away from the limelight.
Frances previously accused her estranged husband of stealing her late father Kurt Cobain’s $1 million guitar.
Isaiah has claimed in legal documents that Frances gifted him the guitar, which Kurt used during the band’s MTV Unplugged gig in 1993, as a wedding present but she has denied this allegation and now wants the iconic instrument back in her care.

OHMYGOSSIP — Britney Spears is “nervous” about her kids becoming teenagers.
The 34-year-old star, who has sons Sean, 11, and Jayden, 10, with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, admitted it will be “really scary” when the youngsters are even more grown up because she still feels like they are “babies”.
She said: “It’s a little strange. I’m nervous because I know 12 and 13 and 14 and 15 are going to be really scary.
“I’m going to be like, ‘Mum please come to the house and help me out!’
“But no, it’s a great age. They are still babies.”
The blonde star – who was also married to friend Jason Alexander for just 55 hours in 2004 – admitted she isn’t too worried about being single after splitting from US TV producer Charlie Ebersol last year, because she is finding out more about herself on a daily basis.
She added to The Sun newspaper: “I am in a really good place right now. I am loving and learning about myself every day and learning who I am.
“It’s awakening, it’s cool. It’s OK to be single – it totally is.”
However, Britney is not fine when it comes to snakes as she has always had a fear of the reptiles – even when she performed at the 2001 MTV Video Music Awards with a huge albino python draped over her shoulders.
She recently said: “I think it was great but I wouldn’t do that now. Never. I’m totally scared of snakes but I was completely fearless. It was cool.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West wants to get a restraining order against the prankster who tried to kiss her butt on Wednesday (28.09.16).
The 35-year-old star was attacked by Vitalii Sediuk for the second time in two years when he attempted to sneakily smooch her butt at Paris Fashion Week, and she is said to want some serious action taken against him.
Sources close to the Kardashian clan have told gossip website TMZ that Kim is planning to file a police report over the incident, which occurred as she was attending the Balmain fashion show.
She is calling in her lawyers and wants a restraining order against Vitalii – who attacked Gigi Hadid at Milan Fashion Week last week – after he also targeted her at Paris Fashion Week in 2014.
During the latest incident, the prankster tried to kiss the raven-haired beauty’s posterior but her security team managed to wrestle him to the ground just beforehand.
Afterwards, Kim – who has who has three-year-old daughter North and nine-month-old son Saint with husband Kanye West – told the publication: “My security’s a G.”
In 2014, the Ukrainian former TV presenter – who has also targeted Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio in the past – appeared to grab Kim’s legs and pull her towards the floor before security waded in,in an incident which also took place at a Balmain fashion show at Paris Fashion Week.
He said afterwards: “I hope Kim is OK and won’t be mad at me as I didn’t mean any harm.
“Kanye is one lucky man as Kim is a Goddess!”
Last week, Vitalii was elbowed in the face by supermodel Gigi after he lifted her up at Milan Fashion Week.
She said afterwards: “Honestly, I felt I was in danger, and I had every right to react the way I did. If anything, I want girls to see the video and know that they have the right to fight back, too, if put in a similar situation.
“Practicing self-defence is important so that when you’re in the moment, reacting from muscle memory comes more naturally to you than freezing up.
“Confidence in your own ability to defend yourself comes with educating yourself about it, and is a massive advantage when in an unsafe situation.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Harry Styles “doesn’t know” if One Direction will get back together.
The boy band – also made up of Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan – are currently on a self-imposed hiatus but the 22-year-old star has admitted the group will “maybe” want to do something together again, but he isn’t sure what their future plans are.
When asked about 1D’s future in his first interview as a solo singer, he said: “I don’t know.
“When we started people always asked, ‘Where do you think you’ll be in five years?’ It’s a difficult question to answer.
“I would never say we’ll never do anything ever again but it’s good for us to be exploring different things.
“Maybe at some point everyone will want to do something again but it’ll be better if it happens naturally like, ‘Hey, we all really want to do this again’. If that were to happen it would be amazing.
“I would never rule that out. It’s the most important, greatest thing that ever happened to me, being in that band. It completely changed my life.”
Harry – who has dated Kendall Jenner, Taylor Swift and Caroline Flack – does have plans to settle down one day though.
While being quizzed by his pal Chelsea Handler for Another Man magazine, she asked him whether he wants to get married and have kids at some point and Harry replied: “I think so probably”.
When asked if he wants a family, he said: “I can’t wait for a time when that’s a thing for me, I look forward to that in my life.”
But this doesn’t look like being with Kendall as the pair ended their on/off romance last week.
It comes after they rekindled their relationship and enjoyed a series of dates in Los Angeles.

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were living in “separate” parts of their home before their divorce.
The former couple split last week after 12 years together but are said to have been staying in different wings of their 80,000 sq ft Hollywood Hills estate before she filed for divorce from the ‘Big Short’ star last Monday (19.09.16).
A source close to Brad told Us Weekly magazine: “Angelina basically had her own wing and he had his.
“They began living these separate lives.
“Their arguments progressively became more frequent.”
Brad is said to have spoken to some of his pals about the pair’s relationship while working on his forthcoming film ‘Allied’.
An insider added: “He said they’ve had rocky moments before, but this is the roughest patch they’d ever been through.”
But a source close to the ‘Tomb Raider’ star said: “She cannot deal with anyone talking about their business.”
The pair – who have six children, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, eight – are said to have signed a pre-nuptial agreement so it seems there shouldn’t be too many issues dividing up their combined $400 million fortune.
Between them, the couple are said to own a total of 12 properties, all of which were bought before they married.
Seven houses are Brad’s, and two are Angelina’s while three others – a New York apartment, a mansion in New Orleans and a vineyard in France – were joint purchases made before they wed, and the pre-nup stipulates how they will be divided.
Angelina has asked for sole physical custody of their children but wants to allow Brad visitation rights, but he wants the care to be shared equally.
It was previously claimed Brad was left “completely devastated” by his divorce.
An insider shared: “He is beside himself and has been crying. He was completely caught off guard and blindsided and had no idea she would do this.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Britney Spears has a phobia of snakes.
The 34-year-old singer famously performed at the 2001 MTV Video Music Awards with a huge albino python draped over her shoulders, but has now admitted she feared the reptiles back then and still does to this day.
Speaking about the stunt, she said: “I think it was great but I wouldn’t do that now. Never. I’m totally scared of snakes but I was completely fearless. It was cool.
“I was [scared of snakes back then], but I was just so excited that I was like, ‘Whatever!’ ”
As well as her fear of snakes, Britney also worries about performing some of her dance moves on stage, admitting she pulled out of doing a back walkover dance move last night (27.09.16) because she had a different dancer helping her out so didn’t feel comfortable doing the acrobatic maneuver.
Speaking about her concert at the Apple Music Festival on Tuesday, she said: “Last night, I freaked out. Usually I have my signature guy but there was a new guy. It was the first time to touch my back and I couldn’t do it.
“I should’ve felt more confident but I didn’t because I was scared.”
Britney also admitted she endured some “scary” moments when she only just managed to pull off all eight costume changes in time.
Speaking to BBC Radio 1’s Scott Mills, she added: “There was a couple of times where I went on stage right … I was just making it. It was really kinda scary. But we did it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jon Favreau is to direct a remake of ‘The Lion King’.
Disney have confirmed the original 1994 movie will be given a live-action reboot and the filmmaker – who helmed this year’s ‘The Jungle Book’ – admitted he is “excited” about the project.
In a tweet complete with emojis of a lion and a crown, he wrote: “Excited for my next project”
Disney have confirmed songs from the 1994 movie will feature in the new motion picture and admitted the movie is on the “fast-track to production”.
Classic tunes from the film include ‘Circle of Life’, ‘I Just Can’t Wait to Be King’, ‘Be Prepared’, ‘Hakuna Matata’ and ‘Can You Feel the Love Tonight’, which were written by Sir Elton John and Sir Tim Rice.
‘Can You Feel the Love Tonight’ played out over the credits and went on to win Best Original Song at the 1995 Academy Awards.
Matthew Broderick voiced main character Simba in the original movie, while James Earl Jones lent his vocal talents to the role of Mufasa, Simba’s father, and Jeremy Irons voiced Simba’s evil uncle Scar.
Moira Kelly starred as Simba’s wife Nala, and Nathan Lane and Ernie Sabella were comedy duo Timon and Pumbaa, a meerkat and a warthog.
Comedian Rowan Atkinson voiced hornbill Zazu and Robert Guillaume was mandrill Rafiki.
The cast of the movie and the release date are yet to be confirmed.
Disney admitted the reimagining of ‘The Lion King’ will build on the success of similar movies, ‘Maleficent’, ‘Cinderella’, and the upcoming ‘Beauty and the Beast’.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Hiddleston has admitted he lives a “boring life”.
The 35-year-old actor – who recently split from Taylor Swift in September – simply goes home, reads books he hasn’t had time to get through and “potters about” when he has finished filming a movie or a TV show.
When asked what he does to relax after a film has wrapped, he said: “I just go home. It’s that literal and metaphorical. To London. When I finished ‘The Night Manager’, I realised that, for 75 days, I had lived more hours per day as Jonathan Pine than I had spent as myself.
“You’re putting yourself into this other person’s shoes. The best thing I could have done was exactly what I did.
“I flew home and I went to my sister’s engagement party. I was surrounded by family. And they were so reassuring. And then I just, I live such a boring life. I just potter about, read books I’ve meant to read but haven’t had time.”
But when Tom – who starred as spy Jonathan Pine in TV thriller ‘The Night Manager’ – is on a movie or TV set he loves to get up early and go for a run in the morning because he can clear his head and often has his “best ideas” at that time.
Quizzed by his friend Benedict Cumberbatch for Interview magazine, he added: “You’ve got to do something, even if it’s just to kick-start the day. I use music. And running.
“I find that, when I’m working, if I start the day with a run – outside, not in a gym, but just me out there in the elements, with only my own legs to propel me forward … It’s something to do with just being in the world and getting out of my own head.
“You have to be [disciplined to get up early]. You can’t function. And it varies from job to job.
“On ‘Kong: Skull Island’, we were always outside. My character was a former SAS tracker, so he’s sort of an ultimate athlete – I would always be able to just, like, run around and get my blood up if I was feeling sluggish.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West has been attacked by a prankster who tried to plant a kiss on her butt.
The 35-year-old star was set upon by Vitalii Sediuk – who grabbed the raven-haired beauty in 2014, and targeted Gigi Hadid last week – at Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday (28.09.16) as he attempted to smooch her posterior, but he was wrestled to the ground by the reality star’s security team.
According to gossip website TMZ, Kim said: “My security’s a G.”
Kim was heading to the Balmain fashion show at the time of the incident, which resulted in Kim’s bodyguards pinning him to the ground.
His mouth appeared to get extremely close to touching the star’s derriere, but it’s not thought he made contact with her posterior.
It is not known if he was arrested.
This comes just a week after the Vitalii was elbowed in the face by supermodel Gigi after he lifted her up at Milan Fashion Week.

OHMYGOSSIP — Katie Price plans to set up her own channel on YouTube featuring her singing power ballads.
The 38-year-old mother-of-five has made disastrous attempts at pop stardom, including missing out on representing the UK at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005 when she entered TV talent show ‘Making Your Mind Up’ to find that year’s entry.
Despite her failures, Katie isn’t planning on hanging up her microphone any time soon and is going to use the video sharing website to showcase her love of ballads.
In an interview with Closer magazine, she said: “I’m going to set up my own YouTube channel, singing covers of ballads. I’m a frustrated pop star.”
The wannabe singer released a single ‘Free to Love Again’ in 2010 which she said was “just for fun” as she claimed she “wasn’t bothered” what number it charted at. But the single was hardly promoted or given airplay and she was criticised for lip-syncing during ‘live’ performances – it landed in at number 60 on the UK single chart.
Katie later admitted on 2015’s ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ that her only regret in life was auditioning for Eurovision.
She sang a song called ‘Not Just Anybody’ wearing a skin-tight pink catsuit and since then she has starred in the ‘Deja Vu’ pop video made by her fellow ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ housemate Kavana.
Also renowned for singing a Whitney Houston ballad or two at the end of her nightclub PAs, Katie released a duet album ‘A Whole New World’ with her ex-husband Peter Andre back in 2006 for charity. The album debuted at number 20 on the UK Albums Chart and achieved platinum status.
And the plucky businesswoman, who is no stranger to TV appearances – having been crowned winner of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ and starring on ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ – has now got her sights set on being a judge on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’.

OHMYGOSSIP — Marilyn couldn’t even get a job at a supermarket when he was in the pop wilderness.
The androgynous 53-year-old British singer – whose real name is Peter Robinson – shot to fame in the 1980s alongside his Culture Club frontman friend Boy George with his debut single ‘Calling Your Name’ becoming a hit around the world.
However, by the end of the decade he was without a record label and addicted to drugs and after quitting London he spent around 15 years as a recluse living with his mother back in Norfolk, East England, and during that period he couldn’t even get work stacking shelves in a Tesco store.
Speaking in a joint Q&A with Boy George, he said: “I’ve had problems in my life, I’ve had to work through stuff. I lived in the middle of nowhere, I had to move back to London. I tried to fit in normal in Norfolk, I applied for a job in Tesco, they wouldn’t even give me a job stacking shelves!”
Marilyn is now back making music and has just released his new single ‘Love and Money’ – which features Boy George and was written and produced by the ‘Karma Chameleon’ hitmaker.
Even when he turned his back on the fame game, Marilyn still sought comfort in music and has always been able to process his feelings through songs.
He said: “Music has always been a massive part of my life. When I was knee high I had a record player and if you had a single, you’d play it all day. My first record was Sonny & Cher’s ‘I Got You Babe’ and I wore the grooves out. I’ve always used music to wear the arse out of what emotion I was feeling, it’s always been a part of me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Hiddleston avoided talking about Taylor Swift when quizzed by his friend Benedict Cumberbatch for Interview magazine.
The ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ star took part in a Q&A with his good pal Benedict for the publication and although he discussed everything from his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe to his work with UNICEF to his exercise routine, the ‘Sherlock’ actor let Tom off the hook when it came to discussing his ex-girlfriend.
Benedict – who is married to theatre and opera director Sophie Hunter with whom he has a son, Christopher – assured Tom that he would not interrogate him about Taylor, who he split from in September.
Benedict, 40, said: “There’s another weight of us being in the public eye, which is this presumption that, because your work and your promotion work is very public, your private life should be, too. And, without getting into a huge debate, I just want to say that I’m not going to ask questions about my friend’s personal life just because there are unsolicited photographs of him and a certain someone, in a relationship or together. I’m not going to get into that. So that door is closed, dear reader.”
Prompting Tom, 35, to reply “Thank you.”
Benedict then added: “You’re welcome. I know you’d do the same for me.”
Since the end of their three-month romance, Tom has spoken about the ‘Shake It Off’ hitmaker only to insist they are on good terms despite the break-up.

OHMYGOSSIP — Jodie Marsh eats six times a day.
The 37-year-old star needs to have regular meals in order to have the energy to carry out her rigorous bodybuilding exercises and she dines on a lot of protein-heavy foods.
Speaking to Closer magazine, the TV documentary maker revealed: “As I’m into bodybuilding I eat about six times a day. Breakfast is a blueberry muffin flavour protein powder mixed with water to the consistency of a mousse topped with bran flakes and a chopped banana. Then I have another couple of protein shakes, especially after training, then berries, rice cakes with peanut butter, an omelette or scrambled eggs on toast and maybe a couple of mini protein bars. Dinner is Quorn fillets with cauliflower rice or avocado on toast. Sometimes I treat myself to a veggie burger and homemade truffle-infused fries, or a homemade pizza.”
Jodie is a committed vegetarian and doesn’t ever eat meat or goats’ cheese as she hates it.
However, the former glamour model will make a steak for a guy if she’s trying to impress them.
Jodie – who is single again after splitting from her husband James Placido – said: “Men are easily impressed, so as long as you can cook a good steak and homemade chips you’re laughing.”
Since the end of her marriage Jodie has vowed to stay celibate until she meets the right person although she feels as though she needs to have sex to banish the bad memories of lovemaking with her estranged husband James.
She said: “I am back to being celibate now and I almost think I do need to go out and have sex with someone else who is really sexy and gorgeous so that the last person I have sex with isn’t him. I hate the thought of the last person I had sex with was him.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Alexander Skarsgard used to brew his own beer behind his refrigerator.
The 40-year-old actor made his own alcohol behind the kitchen appliance because it was the best condition for the yeast to grow, although he has revealed the beverage tasted “horrible”.
Speaking about his childhood to Stylist magazine, the ‘Legend of Tarzan’ star said: “I brewed my own beer behind our refrigerator where it was warm enough for the yeast to grow. I didn’t care if I tasted good, I just wanted it to be strong. It was like 8 per cent [ABV] it was horrible!
“That was what we did – chugging bottles of thick beer-sludge on the bus. The goal was to get drunk.”
And Alexander’s actor father, Stellan Skarsgard tried a sample of the beer, but he too didn’t enjoy the flavour of his son’s home brew.
He explained: “I think my dad tasted it once and was like, ‘Mmm, you can hold onto that.'”
Meanwhile, the Stockholm-born star has revealed he “quit” the film industry because he couldn’t cope with the fame that came with being a film star.
When asked about the biggest adjustment he has been forced to make since being an actor, he said: “I quit – I stopped acting for eight years. I did a TV movie [‘The Dog That Smiled’] when I was 13, which got some attention and it made me uncomfortable. People would recognise me but I just wanted to be normal.
“The reason I quit had nothing to do with the work, it was everything around it. So I thought maybe I should give it a go and see how I feel as an adult.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Batman’s Batpod which used in ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ sold for £312,000 at auction on Tuesday (27.09.16).
The Caped Crusader’s vehicle used in the 2012 superhero blockbuster from Christopher Nolan’s trilogy – starring Christian Bale – was among several TV and film memorabilia items auctioned off at the Prop Store’s sale held at the BFI IMAX in London.
From the same movie, Batman’s Batsuit was bought for £192,000 and the costume from 2005’s ‘Batman Begins’ reached a whopping £96,000.
Legendary filmmaker Steven Spielberg’s clapperboard from 1975’s ‘Jaws’ went for £84,000.
Other items included the Sloth Mask from 1980s classic comedy ‘The Goonies’, which went for £36,000.
Elsewhere, Harry Potter’s Acceptance Letter for Hogwarts, complete with the wax seal, from 2001’s ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’ sold for £8,400.
The sale, which was hosted by ODEON, coincided with a number of special screenings at the BFI IMAX, which saw ‘Gladiator’, ‘Top Gun’ and the ‘Dark Knight’ trilogy return to the big screen in the lead up to the auction.
And they are already planning to hold another live auction next year.
The CEO of Prop Store, Stephen Lane said: “We’re delighted with the success of our third live London auction which was held at the BFI IMAX London, in partnership with ODEON.
“It was a truly unique event with a global audience.
“We delivered the opportunity for film fans and collectors alike to bid on some of the world’s most iconic film and TV items and secure their own pieces of movie and television history.
“Prop Store are already making plans and accepting consignments for our 2017 auction.”
