Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie 'working on custody agreement'

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are thrashing out a custody agreement.
The 52-year-old actor is reportedly waiting to file his response to Angelina’s divorce petition until the couple have worked out a custody deal for their six children, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, eight.
A source told Us Weekly: “Lawyers are trying to work out details of the custody agreement. Brad is waiting to file a divorce response until the agreement is in place.”
Angelina has requested sole physical and joint legal custody of the children but Brad reportedly wants equal access.
It was previously claimed that Angelina decided to end their two-year marriage because she was worried their constant fighting was not fair to the children.
An insider said: “[Jolie] did try to make it work, but her kids come first, and she couldn’t let them see Mommy and Daddy like this. The fighting got worse, and they disagreed a lot about parenting and a lot of things.”
Brad and Angelina, 41, are said to have signed a prenuptial agreement, which should make dividing up their combined $400 million fortune much easier.
Between them, the couple are said to own a total of 12 properties, all of which were bought before they married.
Seven houses are Brad’s, and two are Angelina’s while three others – a New York apartment, a mansion in New Orleans and a vineyard in France – were joint purchases made before they wed, and the prenup stipulates how they will be divided.
Brad and Angelina were together for 12 years and tied the knot in 2014.
It was previously claimed Brad was left “completely devastated” by the split.
An insider shared: “He is beside himself and has been crying. He was completely caught off guard and blindsided and had no idea she would do this.”

Justin Bieber ordered to attend Miami deposition

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin Bieber has been ordered to travel to Miami for a deposition within the next 30 days.
The 22-year-old singer’s bodyguard is accused of chasing Florida photographer, Manuel Munoz, down a busy tourist street in Miami and injuring him after he took a picture of the young star leaving a nightclub in January 2014 and Justin has been ordered to testify by the judge.
TMZ reports that Munoz’s lawyer wants to question Justin about his previous altercations with photographers and fans.
The deposition is expected to be taped.
If Justin does not agree to voluntarily travel to Miami for the deposition, the judge will “issue a writ of bodily attachment”, meaning that deputies will be sent to collect him.
Getting to Miami within the next month is set to present a problem for Justin, who is on the European leg of his ‘Purpose’ world tour until the end of November.
The photographer is seeking unspecified punitive and compensatory damages.
Meanwhile, in March this year, Justin settled his own lawsuit with a member of the paparazzi.
The ‘What Do You Mean’ hitmaker was accused of kicking and punching photographer Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran in 2012 whilst outside a shopping centre in Southern California with his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez.
Duran claims the star was leaving the shopping mall in Calabasas, California when he attacked the photographer, kicking him in the stomach and punching him in the face.
In 2013, he sued the singer, claiming he was left with severe emotional distress as a result of the incident.
But the case was settled earlier this year and the trial called off.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's 'private divorce negotiations'

OHMYGOSSIP — Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are involved in “private divorce negotiations”.
Over one week after the 41-year-old actress filed for divorce from her husband of two years, the pair are working towards reaching an agreement, which will include details on custody of their six children.
In her filing Angelina has requested sole physical and joint legal custody of Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, eight, however, L.A. family law attorney Atousa Saei (who is not involved with the case) told PEOPLE this is unlikely to occur.
Saei said: “It is extremely difficult to be granted sole custody in a California court, absent some egregious behaviour that directly impacts the best interest of the minor children. In my experience, courts [and judges] lean more towards joint physical custody over sole physical custody. They want to see both parents involved in the children’s lives and want both parents to have frequent and continuing contact with the children.”
Brad, 52, and Angelina are said to have signed a prenuptial agreement so, which should make dividing up their combined $400 million fortune much easier.

Kim Kardashian West 'sick of talking about Taylor Swift'

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West is sick of talking about Taylor Swift.
Earlier this year, the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star leaked a recorded conversation between her rap superstar husband Kanye West and the ‘Blank Space’ singer which confirmed she knew about his controversial song ‘Famous’ – which features lyrics where he calls Taylor a “b***h” and says they might have sex – before he released it.
However, Kim, 35, insisted she was not trying to fan the flames of the feud but was simply standing up for her husband because she is protective of him.
She told Billboard: “I’m so over it. If it were up to Kanye, it all would probably never have come out. He can handle it, he has no hard feelings. He doesn’t even really care. I just wanted to protect my husband. I saw him getting a lot of shit.
“It wasn’t even about a look or anything, or to have this feud – it was like, ‘OK, here’s the truth.’ Done. Let’s all move on. I feel like I don’t want to talk about her anymore.”
Kim’s mother and manager Kris Jenner agreed that her daughter is fiercely protective, explaining: “She’s a protective wife and mom. Today’s social media-filled world can be so toxic. People angry and unhappy and lashing out – my kids weren’t brought up that way.”
Meanwhile, Kim and Kanye have two children, North, three and Saint, nine months together, but Kim revealed their first child wasn’t planned.
She said: “I freaked the f**k out. We weren’t trying or planning on it and I just didn’t think I was ready. But you’re never ready. It happens when it’s supposed to happen and at the right time.
“Both times when I was pregnant I’d literally just pray, ‘I hope my baby can handle this life. I believe their souls choose us to be their parents – that they choose this life. That’s my belief.”

Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne show support for Niall Horan

OHMYGOSSIP — Niall Horan’s One Direction bandmates have all congratulated him on his debut solo single.
The 22-year-old singer is the first member of the quartet to release new music since the group went on hiatus earlier this year and Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Harry Styles have all taken to Twitter to share their support for his new song, ‘This Town’.
Liam, 23, was the first to message Niall publicly, writing: “@NiallOfficial good luck boss give him all your support huge day for him proud of you boss,” and Louis, 24, soon followed by tweeting: “Feeling super proud @NiallOfficial . You sound great ! Great to see you at your bday bash!!”
It wasn’t long before Harry, 22, also messaged Niall, writing: “@NiallOfficial Ahhh, a lovely tune my friend. Congratulations. H.”
Meanwhile, during an interview with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS FM, Niall admitted that One Direction are all concentrating on their solo projects but he insisted they haven’t ruled out a reconciliation in the future.
He said: “I think for the foreseeable, we’re all kind of doing our own thing. Everyone’s enjoying doing their own thing. Harry did the movie [Christopher Nolan’s ‘Dunkirk’] and I’m doing this and Louis’ got his things going on and so does Liam.
“But I still talk to them all the time, we still talk to each other. I saw Louis the other day. So for the foreseeable we’re just doing our own thing but I definitely wouldn’t rule it [a reunion] out.”
Niall’s comments came after Harry called One Direction “the most important, greatest thing that ever happened to me” but admitted he was unsure what the future holds for the band.
He told Another Man magazine: “I don’t know.
“When we started people always asked, ‘Where do you think you’ll be in five years?’ It’s a difficult question to answer.
“I would never say we’ll never do anything ever again but it’s good for us to be exploring different things.
“Maybe at some point everyone will want to do something again but it’ll be better if it happens naturally like, ‘Hey, we all really want to do this again’. If that were to happen it would be amazing.
“I would never rule that out. It’s the most important, greatest thing that ever happened to me, being in that band. It completely changed my life.”

Niall Horan confessed solo nerves to 1D bandmates

OHMYGOSSIP — Niall Horan confessed his nerves about his debut solo single to his One Direction bandmates.
Although the 22-year-old singer – who released his debut track ‘This Town’ on Thursday (29.09.16) – didn’t get a chance to play the song to Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson before he dropped it, he told them it was coming and admitted he was apprehensive.
Speaking to Greg James on BBC Radio 1, he said: “They knew it was coming but when I saw them last, I didn’t have a final version to play them.
“Obviously the idea was that we were all going to do our own little bits and pieces, our own projects.
“I just said to them, ‘I’m bringing out a tune, I hope it’s all OK, I’m a bit nervous about it- see you soon.’ That’s how it went down.”
And Niall – who has signed a deal with Capitol US – revealed that a solo album and tour are on the way.
He said: “I obviously just wanted to let people know what I’m doing, that I am working on music. There will be an album, it won’t be this year though, I’m not finished it to be honest. I still have a fair bit of writing to do.
“I started writing in February, just because I like writing, this was one of the first songs I wrote. This was written with Jamie Scott who did a lot of One Direction stuff.
“When the album drops, the tour won’t be too far after it. That’s the way it works.”
Niall also revealed the new single has a double meaning.
He explained: “The first is that if you’re from a small town there’s always this one girl, that you see when you go home, see her about in the bars and stuff and then the other meaning is about the town itself. Everything comes back to the town, it’s a mixture of both.”
He also admitted he was determined to keep the new single under wraps until he was ready to share it.
He said: “I don’t think a lot of the people at the label even knew I signed with them until a couple of weeks ago.
“It was all kept under wraps between me and my immediate management.”
Meanwhile, Niall’s One Direction bandmate Liam was one of the first people to congratulate him on his new song.
He tweeted: “@NiallOfficial good luck boss give him all your support huge day for him proud of you boss,” and Niall replied: “@LiamPayne thank you Payno. Love you buddie. Call you when I’m off the phone from interviews.”
Niall later tweeted his fans: “Guys seriously . I cannot thank you enough for the reaction to the song . I’ve been doing interviews all morning.
“Have only really got a feel for the reaction now as I’m reading online. Really appreciate the support from you all ..
“Wouldn’t expect anything less from the best fans in the world , xx (sic).”

Ryan Tedder and James Bay to collaborate

OHMYGOSSIP — Ryan Tedder and James Bay are collaborating.
The OneRepublic frontman has revealed he’s heading into the studio with the ‘Hold Back The River’ hitmaker and the pair will kick of 2017 making new music together.
He told the new issue Fault magazine: “James Bay would be great to work with. Someone connected us and we plan on writing together at the beginning of 2017, around January. But yeah, James is my favourite newcomer.”
The British singer/songwriter caught the eye of the ‘Catching Stars’ hitmaker after he stormed onto the world music stage last year releasing a string of hit songs from his debut album ‘Chaos and the Calm’ and wowing the likes of Kanye West, Sir Paul McCartney and The Rolling Stones.
And Ryan believes they’ll get on well in the studio because he isn’t just chasing a hit single and is keen to work with people that “move” him.
Ryan added: “You’ve got limited time in a day and you have to choose the ones that move you the most. You can’t just chase the ones that you think you’re going to have a hit with. You go for the ones that you know you’ll bring out the best in them and they’ll bring out the best in you.’
The singer also teamed up with Stevie Wonder recently on a movie soundtrack and wishes he’d captured the session on film because he couldn’t believe he was working with the music icon.
He said: “‘I did a song for a movie with [Stevie Wonder] a couple of weeks ago. He and I were sitting in a room, going back and forth over lyrics and I had a moment where I was sat there and I wished there was a camera filming cause I was writing a song with Stevie Wonder.”
OneRepublic’s new album ‘Oh My My’ is released on October 7, the follow-up to 2013’s ‘Native’, and is available to pre order now.
Their new single ‘Kids’ is out now.

OHMYGOSSIP — Rob Kardashian once had a crush on his sister Kim Kardashian West.
The 29-year-old reality TV star, who is expecting his first child with fiancée Blac Chyna, dropped the bombshell during an interview with E!
The couple were asked to reveal their first crushes, to which Rob replied: “Her childhood crush is Ricky Martin”
But Chyna wasn’t embarrassed by his revelation, in fact she started giggling and singing his 1999 hit ‘Livin’ La Vida Loca’.
But it wasn’t long before she sought to get her own back on her other half.
She exposed Rob’s crushes, saying: “Jennifer Lopez.”
Prompting Rob to reply: “Yeah, pretty accurate.”
She then added: “Kim Kardashian…”
To which Rob blushed and admitted: “That is also pretty accurate”.
Chyna added: “These are all facts!”
Rob is son of the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ momager Kris Jenner, brother to Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, and his half-sisters are Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
Chyna and Rob, who had been at the centre of rumoured split earlier this week, put on a united front on Wednesday night (28.09.16) when Rob shared a Snapchat video of Chyna’s baby bump, trying to capture their baby girl kicking but wrote in the caption “ain’t moving for the camera”.
They are also said to be “living separately” until their baby is born, sometime in November, after they started “fighting more”, but since they have been in separate houses they are getting on better.

Michael Bublé was 'scared as hell' to perform after his operation

OHMYGOSSIP — Michael Bublé was as “scared as hell” to perform after having surgery on his vocal chords.
The 41-year-old singer songwriter has admitted he was frightened to grace the stage on Wednesday (28.09.16) as part of the Apple Music Festival 10, which was held at London’s Roundhouse, because it was his first show in “nine months” after having the career-threatening operation.
Speaking at the event, the powerhouse said: “Tonight’s a little different. It’s been nine months since I’ve had a show. I’ve had surgery. My voice is huge. It’s been a long time and I couldn’t think of a better place to come and share this with you.
“When I come out here and I am scared as hell, I’m a dad and I think of my kids.”
And Michael – who won the International Male solo artist Award at the Meteor Awards in 2010 – urged the crowd to sing along with him to help “ease” him back into being a vocalist.
He added: “Since I’m kind of easing my way back into being a vocalist I thought it would be cool to sing a song you could sing along with me. It’s a beautiful beautiful song.”
Michael then broke into a rendition of Billy Paul’s 1972 single ‘Me And Mrs Jones’, followed by Nina Simone’s ‘My Baby Don’t Care’ and his 2009 hit record ‘Haven’t Met You Yet’.
Despite singing a cover of a various hit records during the evening, including tracks by Dean Martin, Michael revealed his “favourite artist alive” is Sir Van Morrison, who he worked with on the record ‘Real, Real Gone’.
Prior to belting out the 71-year-old musician’s ‘Crazy Love’, he said: “This is probably my favourite artist alive. I’m talking of course of Mr Van Morrison. The greatest moment was when his management called me to duet with him. What a dream come true for me. To meet him was awe inspiring I just remember that warmth.”
Michael ended his one-hour long set with an honest speech warning his fans not to expect an encore after he sang his final song, despite ending his previous performances with ‘Home’.
Michael – who has sons Noah, three, and eight month old Elias with his wife Luisana – said: “Ladies and gentleman you know those shoes they do a fake encore … I’m not doing that. It’s cheesy. But here I’m not coming back. The dyslexic in me thinks those boos are amazing.
“I want to thank you guys. I couldn’t have asked for a better reunion. It’s the truth. When you look at me you see handsome rich guy. But beneath these chiselled abs and this spray tan truly truly … you know who I am. I am a guy from Canada from a family of fisherman.
“I’ve ended the last 15 years of my life with the same song. So I wanted to end with a different song.”

Debra Messing: I want to do a 'naughty' Will and Grace reunion

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Will & Grace’ star Debra Messing wants a “naughty” reunion of the show.
The 48-year-old actress starred as Grace Adler in the hit sitcom which ran for eight years until its cancellation in 2006, and after the main cast reunited to film a 10-minute video aimed at getting voters to go to the polls for the upcoming US Presidential election, she admits that being with her former co-stars has made her miss being on the show.
Speaking to People magazine, she said: “The response has been very overwhelming and really, really heartwarming. If there was a ‘Will & Grace 2.0’, my wish is that we did 10 [episodes] on, like, Netflix or Amazon or somewhere where it could be the naughty version of ‘Will & Grace’.”
And ‘The Starter Wife’ actress is looking for a no holds barred approach to her dream reunion, as she says she is keen to be on a show where “nothing is held back”.
She said: “Because you know we were on network television and there were certain lines of common storytelling that we were limited to so it would be fun to kind of go into that world where nothing is held back.”
And she’s not alone in her fantasies about a proper reunion either, as co-star Megan Mullally – who played Karen Walker – shares her beliefs.
She said: “I feel great about [the possibility of extending the series]. Anything’s possible!”
However, Eric McCormack – who starred as titular character Will Truman – says that he knows there would be “a lot of expectation” riding on a possible reunion, and is taking a more cautious approach.
He said: “This was the best we could muster right now, just putting all of our talents to great use before this election,” he said of the cast managing to co-ordinate their hectic schedules to create the video. “I know a lot of people thought, ‘Oh my God, it’s all coming back, it’s starting again,’ but this is what we got today.”

LeAnn Rimes: Elton John is a very protective friend

OHMYGOSSIP — LeAnn Rimes has opened up about her bond with Sir Elton John, revealing he is “very protective” of her.
The 34-year-old country musician was propelled to stardom when she was just 13 releasing a Bill Mack country song called ‘Blue’ to become the youngest country music star since Tanya Tucker debuted her music in 1972.
As her career went from strength-to-strength, LeAnn recorded the duet ‘Written in the Stars’ with Elton for the stage musical ‘Aida’ and they developed a friendship from that moment, something she has valued.
Speaking fondly about the ‘Rocket Man’ hitmaker, LeAnn told Yahoo Celeb: “I was a kid when I sang with him so he’s very protective and very sweet. We’ve been friends since I was 15. He called me to do a record together. And when Elton calls, you say yes. He’s such a good dude, I love him to death. He’s so personable and has always been so welcoming.”
LeAnn appreciates 69-year-old Elton’s honesty and says he has been a great help for her in navigating the trials and tribulations of the music business.
She said: “All stars build up a wall – you don’t know who to trust and you find yourself separating from everyone sometimes. So he’s always been very transparent.”
LeAnn is no stranger to drama as her relationship with now-husband Eddie Cibrian began as an affair after they met on the set of TV film ‘Northern Lights’ and she also was in a legal battle with her own father Wilbur Rimes over financial irregularities in their working.
The ‘I Need You’ has been in the spotlight for so long she has just got used to not having any anonymity.
LeAnn – who is about to release her new album ‘Remnants’ in October 28 – shared: “I’ve never had any anonymity. Some of my friends get really uncomfortable when photographers take my picture but I just think it’s normal. As I get older and I now that I have two stepsons who are nine and 13 – you see it’s not normal at all and I’ve started to get more protective.
“But they’re normal about it – they know that this is what they do and they’ll play tricks on photographers sometimes – it’s super cute.”

Emma Watson meets Canadian PM Justin Trudeau meet to discuss women's rights

OHMYGOSSIP — Emma Watson has met with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to discuss her ‘HeForShe’ campaign.
The 44-year-old politician recently became an ambassador for the UN campaign which calls for men to advocate women’s rights, and the ‘Harry Potter’ actress – who has been working as an advocate for the cause since 2014 – took the time to meet with him during her visit to Ottawa.
The pair met to discuss the former ‘Harry Potter’ star’s work with the campaign, as well as the championing issues that affect women across the world.
During their meeting on Wednesday (28.09.16), Justin said: “The ‘HeForShe’ campaign has extraordinary impact around the world, making men champions of women’s issues that are everyone’s issues. Her [Emma’s] voice is extremely important in making people realise how important this is.”
Trudeau has been very vocal on his stance as a feminist since his election in 2015, and his cabinet – which comprises of high-ranking state officials – is split equally between men and women. After being sworn in as prime minister, a reporter asked him why he felt so strongly about gender equality and he simply replied: “Because it is 2015.”
Speaking to Justin, 26-year-old Watson said: “It’s been such an exciting visit for me to come visit your parliament. It was so inspiring that you made your cabinet 50/50. We’re very excited that you’re a ‘HeForShe’ Youth Ambassador. I can’t wait to see what you’re going to do with that title.”
‘HeForShe’ was set up by the UN in 2014 after Emma was appointed as a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador that same year.
Speaking about her role, she said previously: “Being asked to serve as UN Women’s Goodwill Ambassador is truly humbling. The chance to make a real difference is not an opportunity that everyone is given and is one I have no intention of taking lightly. Women’s rights are something so inextricably linked with who I am.”

Jennifer Hudson inspired to become environmental campaigner by son

OHMYGOSSIP — Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson has teamed up with energy giant Shell to create an interactive music video and support the launch of a solar energy project in Brazil.
Shell has worked with a Brazilian start-up company to install solar panels in one of Rio de Janeiro’s most headline-grabbing favelas, Santa Marta.
It is the start of a global ‘energy relay’ known as Make the Future, that will see Shell and six energy entrepreneurs provide sustainable technology in some of the world’s most deprived areas.
And Jennifer, 35, has revealed it was her son David – her child with her WWE wrestler fiancé David Otunga -who pushed her to want to join #makethefuture as she wants him to inherit a more harmonious planet.
She said: “We all face moments of adversity in life and often it’s simply the hand one has been dealt. But there is so much that we can do to support one another as a unified force and that is just one of the many reasons why I’m supporting the Santa Marta community. My son David turned seven this year, and I want him to grow up and inherit a planet where everyone is working together on one accord for the greater good.”
The ‘Dreamgirls’ actress – who grew up in crime-plagued Chicago neighbourhood Englewood – recently opened up about how her son David saved her life after her mother, brother and nephew were murdered.
Speaking last year, she shared: “I went from being an aunt, having a mom and being a child to not having a mom, becoming a mom, and raising my own child. I tell David all the time, ‘You saved my life’.”
Jennifer’s mother Darnell Donnerson and brother Jason were found shot dead in their Chicago home in October 2008. The body of her seven-year-old nephew Julian was found just days later.
Her sister Julia’s estranged husband William Balfour was later sentenced to three life sentences for the crime.
Jennifer has worked with five international musicians on the Make the Future campaign – Pixie Lott, Brazilian singer Luan Santana, American DJ Steve Aoki, Chinese musician Tan WeiWei and Nigerian pop idol Yemi Alade.
They have created an interactive music video featuring the song ‘Best Day Of My Life’, which can be viewed at facebook.com/Shell.
Pixie, Luan and Yemi gave a concert in Rio’s Santa Marta favela on Wednesday (28.09.16) to celebrate the installation of 150 solar panels in community centres including a samba school and creche.
The installation will help the favela’s 8,000 residents, who suffer from a lack of access to reliable, affordable energy.
Brazil-based start-up company Insolar is installing the solar panels in Santa Marta, which will provide the equivalent of 185,000 days of free, clean power to the community.
Insolar is one of six businesses being backed by Shell, whose clean energy innovations are on display in Santa Marta.
