OHMYGOSSIP — Angelina Jolie has been granted full custody of her children in a temporary deal.
The 41-year-old actress has reportedly struck a temporary custody deal with Brad Pitt after the pair split earlier this month. The ‘Maleficent’ star will have full physical custody of Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, eight, for three weeks until new recommendations can be settled.
According to TMZ, whilst Brad, 52, will have visitation rights during the temporary period, his initial visit must be with a therapist present. The therapist will then be able to decide whether or not the actor can visit his children unsupervised for subsequent visits.
On top of the monitored visit, the ‘Fight Club’ star will also be subject to random drug and alcohol testing, although TMZ reports that his first testing came out negative for have any substances in his system.
The news comes just days after it was reported that Brad was waiting to file his response to Angelina’s divorce petition until the couple had come to an agreement about the custody of their children.
A source said previously: “Lawyers are trying to work out details of the custody agreement. Brad is waiting to file a divorce response until the agreement is in place.”
Angelina has requested sole physical custody and joint legal custody, but Brad is fighting for complete shared responsibility.
It was previously claimed that Angelina decided to end their two-year marriage because she was worried their constant fighting was not fair to the children.
An insider said: “[Jolie] did try to make it work, but her kids come first, and she couldn’t let them see Mommy and Daddy like this. The fighting got worse, and they disagreed a lot about parenting and a lot of things.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have welcomed their second child.
The 29-year-old actress has given birth to her second child with the ‘Deadpool’ actor, though as of yet the gender and the name of their new addition has yet to be revealed.
A source told E! News online: “They are so excited.”
The newest addition to Ryan and Blake’s family joins their 22-month-old baby girl James.
According to New York Post’s Page Six column, the baby was born at a Manhattan hospital. The publication also reports that musician Taylor Swift was present at the hospital to welcome the newborn on Friday (30.09.16).
The news comes after the ‘Café Society’ actress recently complained that being pregnant in New York was horrible, especially during the hot summer months.
She said: “It should be illegal to be pregnant in New York in July…I swear, I’m going to make my water break just so I can cool down.”
And 39-year-old Ryan hasn’t ruled out the idea of more children in the future, as he previously said the pair would “love to have a big family”.
He said: “We’d love to have a big family. We both come from big families–my parents did four, Blake’s did five. A lot of people say it’s crazy, but we’ll only know when we’re there, you know?”
The ‘Green Lantern’ star also hinted at his desire for a bigger family when he previously called parenting “the best thing” that could possibly have happened to him.
He said: “There’s nothing on earth more grounding than having a baby. It’s the best thing that could ever happen to someone.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Mel Gibson believes mothers play a more important role in a children’s lives than fathers.
The 60-year-old Hollywood actor is expecting his ninth child with his girlfriend Rosalind Ross, who is believed to be six months pregnant.
Mel already has daughter Hannah and six sons – Edward, Christian, William, Louis, Milo and Thomas – from his 28-year marriage to Robyn Moore and six-year-old daughter Lucia with his former partner Oksana Grigorieva and although he plays an active role in all of his kids’ lives he thinks children need their mother’s love more than anything else.
In an interview with The I newspaper, he said: “Children depend more on the mother. Dad has to be there, but being a mother is tougher.”
Mel’s fatherhood responsibilities played a part in him accepting his role in his new film ‘Blood Father’ – directed by Jean-Francois Richet.
In the action thriller, Mel portrays John Link, an American war veteran and ex-con now working as a tattoo artist who must save his troubled teen daughter Lydia Link (Erin Moriarty) from the clutches of a murderous gang and he admits the story resonated with him.
He added: “I’m a parent … it ticked a lot of boxes … There was something Hopalong Cassidy about it.”
The film is Mel’s first lead role since 2012’s ‘Get the Gringo’ and one of his few major parts since he was arrested for drink driving in July 2006 during which he made anti-Semitic remarks to the arresting officer.
Mel – who has directed biographical World War II film ‘Hacksaw Ridge’ which comes out in November – did have some nerves about the project but he threw himself into it but admits he finds it harder to do the daredevil stunts now he’s 60.
He said: “This film (‘Blood Father’)? Nervous? Yes and no. One always has a healthy concern that you can do it or that it will work in time allotted with the money. You just have to jump in and act as if everything is going to be great.”
Talking about his physical condition, he laughed: “Nowadays, you bend over and it’s, ‘Agh.’ Things change!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ally Brooke was attacked by a crazed fan while on stage in Mexico on Thursday night (29.09.16).
The Fifth Harmony singer was dragged by her hair by the intruder who managed to get through security during their performance.
In video footage shared online, the 23-year-old beauty fell to the floor while her bandmates – Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, Camila Cabello and Lauren Jauregui – looked on stunned and in shock.
However, Ally kept her cool and soldiered on with the performance.
It comes just two days after she was pounced on by a fan at Mexico’s Monterrey airport.
An over excited Harmonizer – the name for the group’s fans – lunged at the ‘Work From Home’ hitmaker sending her flying to the ground.
Ally took to social media to address the “scary” incident.
On Wednesday (28.09.16), she wrote on Twitter: “Hi my loves,
“Just to let you know, I am okay after the airport incident. Please be careful and gentle so nobody gets hurt. That was scary. Thank you!

In July, the Fifth Harmony were forced to defend their security team after fans Lauren and Dinah slammed them for “inappropriate handling”.
At the time, a statement by the girls read: “We have been really busy working and making sure that you guys have as amazing of an experience with us as possible, but we feel like sometimes you guys forget that there are only five of us versus the hundreds of you. Our security team is set up and in place to protect us and our privacy when people go beyond normal boundaries. We’ve seen all our Twitter outrage over one of our security guards attacking and trying to inappropriately touch one of our fans and we want to put out a statement calling out this lie. We were there. The girl tried to come to Lauren and Dinah’s doors and the security we hired were with us speaking to us and making sure we were safe. We saw this girl lie to them about where she was staying and where her actual room was, tell them to ‘shut the f**k up and stop talking’ and then proceed to try and launched towards Lauren’s room so she could get a note to her.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Daniel Craig is still “first choice” to play James Bond.
The franchise’s executive Callum McDougall insists the 48-year-old actor – who has portrayed 007 in four films beginning with 2006’s ‘Casino Royale’ – is wanted by co-producers Barbra Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson to return to play the British spy in a fifth film.
McDougall told the BBC: “I know they’re hoping for him to come back.”
Craig’s future as Bond has been the subject of much speculation in recent months with several other stars being tipped to take over the tuxedo from him including Aidan Turner, Idris Elba and Tom Hiddleston.
And last year, Craig – whose other 007 credits include ‘Quantum of Solace’, ‘Skyfall’ and ‘Spectre’ – said he would “rather slash” wrists than portray the spy again, but the comments were made during a gruelling promotional tour.
He also threw his Bond future in doubt when he signed up for 20-episode US TV series ‘Purity’.
His former co-star Dame Judi Dench, who played M opposite Craig three times, publicly stated she thought he needed a break from the Bond character.
She previously said: “I should think he is exhausted, absolutely exhausted.”
Another blow for the franchise was the announcement that director Sam Mendes – who helmed the last two movies ‘Spectre’ and ‘Skyfall’ – was to step away from the franchise.

OHMYGOSSIP — Woody Allen has been a fan of Miley Cyrus ever since she was the main star on Disney’s ‘Hannah Montana’.
The pair have teamed up for Amazon comedy TV series ‘Crisis in Six Scenes’ and the legendary filmmaker has now revealed what it was that attracted him to casting the ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer.
Woody, 80, got to see Miley, 23, play the titular character in the musical TV series because his kids were fans of ‘Hannah Montana’ and was always very impressed by her comic timing.
Speaking to Digital Spy, he shared: “When I was younger and my kids were growing up, I would go through the channels and I would see her for a second. I stopped and I noticed, ‘Who is this kid? She’s got a great delivery!’ She was knocking off those one-liners like she was a very gifted comic performer, and then I forgot about her and moved on.”
Woody jumped at the chance to offer Miley a role in his new project and he was not disappointed by her performances during shooting.
He added: “I thought to myself, ‘She is perfect for this part. Why don’t I cast her?’ And she turned out to be a wonderful actress who is terrific with the gag lines. She is great with them and she’s a lovely person. I had a wonderful, wonderful time working with her.”
Meanwhile, Woody said he didn’t realise how hard it would be to turn his hand to television after so many years spent in the movie business and he doubts he’ll return to the small screen again.
He said: “I am hoping that I am never going to have to do this again as long as I live. It was very hard for me to do it; it was not an easy thing, but it’s over.”
The six-part show, in which Miley will star as Lennie Dale, will debut on September 30.

OHMYGOSSIP — Niall Horan says his backpacking trip made him feel normal again.
The pop heartthrob decided to go travelling after One Direction went on hiatus in January and decided to take in the sights of South East Asia.
Niall was slightly nervous that he would be recognised wherever he went but just by donning a hat and wearing sunglasses he was able to go incognito and enjoy the experience like any other tourist and parts of the trip have inspired the solo songs he has been working on.
In an interview on ‘The Zach Sang Show’ on US radio station Power 103, he shared: “Backpacking trip kind of normalised my life, I supposed. I didn’t get asked for photos anywhere. When you’re in tourist spots, no one expects you to be there. So it was kind of like, I kept my hat on, kept my sunglasses on, kept my head down, did all the usual tourist stuff in Southeast Asia with a rucksack on my back. I definitely learned a lot on that trip.”
Niall shocked fans by dropping his debut solo single ‘This Town’ on streaming services, VEVO and Apple Music and iTunes on Thursday (29.09.16) and the track was one of the first tunes he wrote after returning from his trip.
The song is a taster of what is to come from his album and he has been working hard in the studio with long-time 1D collaborators Jamie Scott, Mike Needle and Daniel Bryer and Adele’s producer Greg Kurstin and has very much been taking a hands-on approach.
The 23-year-old singer said: “I don’t think anyone really gave 1D enough credit in terms of what we were like in the studio. I think people just thought, ‘Oh another manufactured lot who don’t really write their own stuff,’ but people would be wrong if they thought that. So this time around it was me working closely with producers and knowing what I like in terms of sound and being inspired by different artists and how they would write and different ways of writing songs and stuff like that.”
Niall is the first of the four remaining One Direction boys to release a song on his own, and it is known that Harry Styles and Liam Payne are both working on material and Louis Tomlinson is expected to do the same.
Zayn Malik has already released a solo album after quitting the boy band in March 2015 claiming he wanted to be a “normal 22 year old”.
However, the Irish hunk has assured any Directioners worried they will never see 1D together again on stage that it is “inevitable” that they will reunite.
He said: “For the foreseeable it’s our own projects but I definitely would not rule out and won’t let anyone rule out the return of One Direction, because it’s inevitable.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Robbie Williams says Ed Sheeran is the “Tom Hanks of music” because he’s such a lovely guy.
Ed can already count the likes of Taylor Swift and Sir Elton John as close friends, but he has a new fan boy in Robbie after they collaborated on new song ‘Pretty Woman’ from the Take That man’s upcoming album ‘Heavy Entertainment Show’.
Just like everyone knows that Hanks, 60, is the nicest man in Hollywood, Robbie insists Ed’s the nicest guy in pop.
Speaking to Nick Snaith on UK station Magic Radio, the ‘Party Like A Russian’ singer said: “He’s like the Tom Hanks of music. If you were going to talk about an actor who’s the nicest actor on the planet, everybody knows it’s Tom Hanks.
“And I think everybody knows that Ed Sheeran is a good person. He’s the most unaffected pop star that’s having incredible success. There should be a study on him to see how he’s doing it.”
Robbie, 42, revealed that he and Ed, 25, didn’t get the chance to get together in the studio for their track and the ‘Thinking Out Loud’ hitmaker actually laid down his parts while at sea on a cruise on the Queen Mary ocean liner.
The ‘Angels’ singer spilled: “Ed and me have done a song on the album called ‘Pretty Woman’ but it was all done by email. He wasn’t in the room, sadly, but I’m sure we’ll get to have our day in the studio together soon. I think he was in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean at the time, on the Queen Mary. That’s where he was. He booked several suites to record some music.”
Robbie’s new single is available to stream and download now and his 11th studio LP ‘Heavy Entertainment Show’ is out on November 4.

OHMYGOSSIP — Mark Wahlberg felt “uncomfortable” piling on the pounds for ‘Deepwater Horizon’.
The 45-year-old actor had to gain 20lbs in just a few weeks before filming his latest movie, and though gorging on fatty foods was “fun” at first, stuffing himself gradually became an ordeal.
He said: “It really came down to eating as much as possible in Louisiana where we were filming, I went from 180lbs to 212lbs eating a lot of fried foods and drinking a lot of wine and beer, which was fun for two weeks, then it became uncomfortable. I never thought I would have to sit down to put my socks on.”
Mark – who has children Ella, 13, Michael, nine, Brendan, seven, and Grace, six, with wife Rhea Durham – then had to shed the weight for another project and was left acting like a “crazy person” to drop the pounds.
He recalled to ES magazine: “I spent from August until December training like a crazy person for 100 days straight with a strict diet — no drinking, no pasta, no bread.”
He then had to bulk up again for ‘Patriots Day’, but despite his extreme weight changes, he insists he always approaches things carefully.
He said: “If you’re going for extreme weight loss, then you do it under the watchful eye of a doctor and nutritionist.”
And at the moment, he’s on such a strict diet ahead of filming ‘Transformers: The Last Knight’, Mark spends his evenings just watching his family eat.
He admitted: “My wife is not into cooking so we have someone who cooks for us. They had Chinese yesterday, teriyaki chicken and steak..
“I just sat there smelling [their food] for 45 minutes.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Teresa Palmer is going to call her baby Forest.
The ‘Point Break’ actress and her husband Mark Webber will welcome a son into the world later this year, and they can’t wait for him to join their family.
Mark – who already has two-year-old Bodhi with Teresa, and eight-year-old Isaac from a previous relationship – shared a picture of a beach with ‘Bodhi Isaac Forest’ written in the sand alongside a love heart and wrote on Instagram: “Forest, we’re so excited to meet you. #comingsoon, #3boyz and #proudpapa. (sic)”.
Teresa recently revealed she has been craving the scent of an air detox spray – which claims to disinfect and purify the air – and ordered 10 bottles of the product because she loves to cover her pillows in the smell.
She said: “This is a weird one because it has nothing to do with food! I’ve been obsessed with smelling Dr Shulze’s Air Detox spray!
“I literally have ordered a full box of the spray (10 bottles!). I like to spray all of my pillows with it before bed and just engulf myself in the scent as I fall asleep. It’s a mixture of eucalyptus, lime and lemon! Mark thinks it’s hilarious and I had the exact same obsession with the same smell first pregnancy! I’m convinced it’ll help me throughout labor (sic)”
The 30-year-old star and Bodhi speak to her baby bump every morning and the youngster has even got his impending brother dancing before he has even been born.
In a post on her Your Zen Mama blog, she wrote: “Every morning when I’m lying on my back in bed babe pushes himself all the way to the surface of my belly so I get a big bulge the outline of his butt! Bodhi and I give him a little massage and talk to him. It’s become a little routine for all of us.
“Bodhi has been singing the “What does the fox say?” song to the baby in the tummy (Bodhi is SOOO 2014!). He tells me how the baby is dancing to the song and it’s his favorite song haha. (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Tyga’s mother could lose her car after the rapper failed to keep up repayments.
The ‘Rack City’ hitmaker is the subject of legal documents from a woman in Orange County, California, who claims she acted as a middleman on a Range Rover lease for the 26-year-old star’s mom.
The unnamed woman claimed Tyga has missed some of the $1,000-a-month repayments on the $60,000 Evoque model, and she plans to report the vehicle stolen if he doesn’t pay up, TMZ reports.
The news comes shortly after Tyga’s own Ferrari was seemingly repossessed, while he was also recently the subject of a $200,000 lawsuit filed by jeweller Jason of Beverly Hills due to an allegedly unpaid purchase of a watch and chain in 2013, and has had action taken against him by more than one landlord for unpaid rent.
However, the star’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, claimed Tyga – who is in a relationship with Kylie Jenner – has now assembled a new team of top business managers, attorneys and accountants in order to help him clear up some issues that came up when he didn’t have proper representation.
The new team are said to be working around the clock to get his finances in order and pay his debts, as well as ensuring he won’t be “taken advantage of” again.
It was recently revealed lawyers acting for Jason of Beverly Hills want to quiz Kylie, 19, on Tyga’s finances.
Danny Abir of Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP, said in a statement: “The examinations will be done separately and the line of questions will have to do with Tyga’s finances – including source of funds used for gifts made to Ms. Jenner.”
Insiders told E! News that the couple “share funds”, while another source claimed the attorneys think the only way they will get Tyga to pay up is by targeting the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star.
The source said: “Going after the Kardashians is the only way he’ll get what he’s owed. Kylie is really upset about it.”
If Tyga or Kylie – who has received a huge diamond ring and a number of luxury cars as gifts from the star – fail to show up for questioning, the lawyer said his team will be “asking for the judge to issue a bench warrant.”

The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star was forced to take action earlier this week after her furious half-brother Rob Kardashian leaked her digits online in retaliation for what he thought was his fiancee Blac Chyna being snubbed from their baby shower.
Those attempting to dial the number shortly after it was published were greeted with silence, and now mobile operator Verizon have confirmed to TMZ they are treating the 19-year-old beauty as a customer who has been “harassed” and will be taking her number out of circulation for a year, instead of their usual 50-day policy.
Rob, 29, shared Kylie’s number earlier in the week in an act of revenge.
He posted her digits and wrote: “Didn’t invite the Mother of my child to a baby shower you all were trying to throw for me ? You all must have lost your damn minds ,,, … I ain’t hacked either this is rob dog lol (sic)”
However, it was later claimed the sock designer – whose first child with Chyna is due to be born in November – had “overreacted” as the make-up artist had been invited but was unable to attend.
A source said: “Rob was told that the shower was still going on for him but Chyna couldn’t make it, but he misunderstood the entire thing and overreacted.
“The girls knew Chyna couldn’t make it, and Chyna was cool with it, but Rob thought something was being done behind closed doors to make sure she couldn’t be there.”
Following the row, it has been speculated that Rob and Chyna’s relationship is on the rocks, and the 28-year-old beauty tweeted his phone number on Thursday (29.09.16) in a bid to stop him flirting with “bitches” behind her back.
Chyna then documented the aftermath on her Snapchat account as her fiance was bombarded with messages from eagle-eyed strangers.

OHMYGOSSIP — Diddy “fantasises” about being “calm and sophisticated”.
The 46-year-old music mogul – whose real name is Sean Combs – keeps his three Grammy Awards in a special “Sunday room” in his home and dreams about spending relaxing days doing ordinary tasks with his statuettes looking down on them.
He said: “[It’s] this room that just feels intimate, that just feels like it would be the perfect place to do a photo shoot reading the New York and L.A. Times on a Sunday, so I call it my Sunday room.
“I don’t get to use it a lot, but I fantasise a lot about myself being calm enough to sit down and read the papers and have some coffee and just act really sophisticated and look up at my Grammys. I just haven’t gotten to doing that part of it yet.”
Before a gig, the ‘I’ll Be Missing You’ hitmaker likes to give himself a motivational talk.
Asked how he prepares for a show, he told Us Weekly magazine: “I basically just look in the mirror, tell myself that I’m gonna go out and put on a great show.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ozzy Osbourne’s former mistress is taking further legal action against his daughter Kelly.
Hairdresser Michelle Pugh – who initially filed a complaint against the former ‘Fashion Police’ star seeking compensatory and punitive damages in August – has accused her ex-lover’s offspring of having “stimulated controversy for the purpose of making money” and promoting her upcoming book, ‘There’s No F***ing Secret’ after she leaked her phone number online when news of her affair with the Black Sabbath rocker was made public.
Michelle’s attorney Edie Mermelstein told People magazine in a statement: “Yes, we have free speech in this country but when speech is hate speech or it’s defamatory or incites bullying or discloses personal information that’s when it rises to a different level. Kelly published Michelle’s private information.”
The court documents accuse Kelly of using her Twitter account to “paint a target” on Michelle as a “publicity stunt for financial gain” when she leaked the number back in May.
And the hairdresser also accused Kelly of disregarding both Twitter’s policies and a cease and desist letter she received from her lawyers.
Michelle further accused Kelly of using software to unblock listed numbers to obtain her private number, and insisted the row was a “choreographed media play” because her book deal was announced less than a month after the offending tweets were published.
She also said the 31-year-old star had “violated her right to privacy,” impacted her ability to obtain work and caused “severe emotional distress.”
The legal complaint accuses Kelly of public disclosure of private facts, negligent interference with prospective economic relations and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
In her legal documents, Michelle also took a swipe at Ozzy – who briefly split from wife Sharon when the affair became public knowledge, but they have now reconciled – and accused him of wooing her with “false promises and false representations”.
Michelle previously insisted she didn’t “regret anything” about her affair with the rocker.
She said: “You happen to meet someone and you have an amazing connection and it’s not desirable to act upon it. End of story.
“Do I realise that certain people will not understand? Yes. I am not asking for anyone’s approval.
“Love is never a mistake. Even when it’s messy and even when it hurts.”
Michelle’s number was previously disconnected after Kelly tweeted: “Anyone looking for cheap chunky LOW-lights a blow out and a blowjob call *********** (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Zayn Malik is the only member of One Direction not to congratulate Niall Horan on his new solo single.
Zayn quit the boy band in 2015 before the rest of the group – Niall, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne – took a hiatus at the start of this year.
They are all working on their own projects and after Niall announced yesterday (29.09.16) that he had released his debut song ‘This Town’, Harry, Louis and Liam were quick to show their support.
Louis wrote: “Feeling super proud @NiallOfficial . You sound great ! Great to see you at your bday bash!!,@ while Harry said: “Ahhh, a lovely tune my friend. Congratulations. H.”
And Liam tweeted him to say: “good luck boss give him all your support huge day for him proud of you boss (sic)”
But Zayn, 23, remained silent on social media about the song and instead took to Instagram to show off his new hair cut and freshly shaven face.
But Niall didn’t seem too concerned about the apparent snub and instead thanked everyone else for their support.
He wrote on Twitter: “What a day today was ! Can’t believe the reaction. Crazy s**t !! Celebrating with a beer (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Emily Blunt admits “everything changed” when she met husband John Krasinski.
The ‘Girl on the Train’ star and the ‘Office’ actor were introduced through friends in 2008 and their relationship enabled her to find her real self.
Emily – who has two daughters, Hazel, two, and three-month-old Violet, with John – said: “I’ve experienced those moments of feeling less than, where I was just trying to figure how to be a strong person and own who I want to be, but not for a while now, not since I met my husband. When I met John, everything changed for me, truly. And I really was emboldened to discover who I really am.”
The 33-year-old actress hails from England but moved to the States to be with John and while she loves her life in the US, she admits it’s hard hearing her daughter have an American accent.
She told The Hollywood Reporter: “She’s sounding a bit American from what I see. ‘Can I have some wah-ta?’ I was like, ‘Wodder?’ And she went, ‘No, it’s wah-ta.’ I was like, ‘Oh, for God’s sake!'”
Emily recently revealed how she she is a lot more chilled out this time around when it comes to motherhood.
She said: “I wonder if it’s the second kid – you’re so relaxed, and then they’re relaxed. Your energy is not like, ‘Oh my God, am I gonna kill this child by something that I’m doing?’ ”
