OHMYGOSSIP — Janice Dickinson’s fiancé has been seriously injured after falling from the roof of the couple’s home.
Dr Robert ‘Rocky’ Gerner was rushed to hospital in Los Angeles on Friday (07.10.16) after falling 15ft while doing repairs on their roof and he has been left with a collapsed lung and several broken ribs.
Janice’s representative Stephen Lenehan told DailyMail.com: “Rocky fell from the roof while doing home repairs at around 10am Friday morning.
“Unfortunately he has sustained serious injuries including a collapsed lung and about five broken ribs.
“Rocky is surrounded by family and Janice, who is obviously distraught and has not left his side.
“He is very handy and loves doing the work around the house himself. He’d gone up on to the roof to carry out some minor repairs and lost his balance and fell.
“He fell on to a pile of bricks and rocks at the back of the house and was in a lot of pain.
“He was on his own but luckily had his cell phone in his pocket and called 911.”
Rocky, 69, has been sedated and Janice, 61, remains by his side at the hospital.
It has been a tough year for the pair, as Janice was diagnosed with breast cancer in March.
Her doctor found a lump in her breast during a routine examination and after an urgent mammogram and biopsy she was found to have a common form of the disease known as ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS).
However, after a “harrowing” six weeks of radiation treatment, she received good news about her condition.
She said previously: “I went through six weeks of radiation, which was very harrowing. But the radiation is over, I’m free for the grace of Gods … so cancer-schmancer!
“But I really want to bring awareness to this and now I am full blown working in charge of working for all breast cancer charities because it is a serious disease that affects millions of women.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sara Ramirez has come out as bisexual.
The former ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ actress – who married Ryan Debolt in 2012 – revealed her sexuality in a powerful speech at the 40 to None Summit in Los Angeles on Saturday (08.10.16).
She said: “So many of our youth experiencing homelessness are youth whose lives touch on many intersections – whether they be gender identity, gender expression, race, class, sexual orientation, religion, citizenship status. And, because of the intersections that exist in my own life: Woman, multi-racial woman, woman of colour, queer, bisexual, Mexican-Irish American, immigrant, and raised by families heavily rooted in Catholicism on both my Mexican & Irish sides, I am deeply invested in projects that allow our youth’s voices to be heard, and that support our youth in owning their own complex narratives so that we can show up for them in the ways they need us to.”
Sara – whose ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ character Callie Torres was also bisexual – took to Twitter after her speech to praise the True Colors Fund, which works to end homelessness among lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth.
She tweeted: “#ThankYou @TrueColorsFund 4 the work you do 2 end #LGBTQ #YouthHomelessness & your support #Woman #Latinx #Bisexual #Intersectionality (sic).”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Rolling Stones paid tribute to The Beatles on the first night of Desert Trip on Friday (07.10.16).
The veteran rockers – Sir Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood – performed a cover of The Beatles’ ‘Come Together’ when they took to the stage on the opening night of the all-star festival in Indio, California.
Mick told the crowd: “This may be strange to you now. We’re gonna do a cover song of a sort of unknown beat group. I think you might remember [them], we’re gonna try a cover of one of their tunes.”
Mick, 73, also poked fun at the advanced ages of the musicians on the bill over the weekend, saying: “Tonight we’re not going to do any age jokes or anything, OK? Welcome to the Palm Springs retirement home for gentle English musicians.”
Keith is 72, Ronnie is 69 and Charlie is 75, while fellow performers include Sir Paul McCartney, 74, Bob Dylan, 75 and Neil Young, 70.
Mick also spoke about the band’s upcoming blues covers album ‘Blue & Lonesome’, which features their rendition of ‘Ride ‘Em on Down’, before the band played it.
This is the first time they had played the track live since 1962.
The new record features covers of classic blues songs by artists Jimmy Reed, Willie Dixon, Eddie Taylor, Little Walter and Howlin’ Wolf, many of whom inspired by the band at the start of their career.
A statement released by the rockers recently said: “The passion for blues music … has always been at the heart and soul of The Rolling Stones. Their approach to the album was that it should be spontaneous and played live in the studio without overdubs.”
Bob Dylan was also on the bill on Friday, while McCartney and Young will play over the weekend.

OHMYGOSSIP — Prince’s remains have gone on display at Paisley Park.
The 57-year-old musician died at his estate in Minnesota in April following an accidental overdose of fentanyl and the urn holding his ashes has been put on display at the property, which opened as a museum last week.
The urn was designed by Prince’s sister Tyka and nephew President Nelson, and features scale-model details from Paisley Park, his purple Yamaha piano and white ornamental doves.
Tyka worked with the company Foreverence to create the urn and it features seven crystals.
Pete Saari, CEO and founder of the company said in a statement: “We are truly honoured and humbled to work with Prince’s family to pay tribute to one of the greatest musical artists of our generation. We believe that everyone’s a legend to the people who love and miss them the most.”
Fans will get the chance to look through the main floor of Paisley Park on the new tour, including the recording studios where Prince recorded and produced some of his biggest hits.
Supporters will also be able to feast their eyes on some of the many awards the late star won, see his concert wardrobe, rare music and video recordings as well as several of his musical instruments.
Bremer Trust – the company overseeing Prince’s affairs – announced the deal with Tyka, who previously said in a statement: “Opening Paisley Park is something that Prince always wanted to do and was actively working on.
“Only a few hundred people have had the rare opportunity to tour the estate during his lifetime.
“Now fans from around the world will be able to experience Prince’s world for the first time, as we open the doors to this incredible place.
“The new Paisley Park museum will offer fans a unique experience, an exhibition like no other, as Prince would have wanted it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lady Gaga will appear on ‘Carpool Karaoke’.
The 30-year-old singer – who will release her new album ‘Joanne’ this month – has filmed the segment with ‘Late Late Show’ host James Corden.
She took to Twitter and Instagram to share a picture of them both wearing matching pink cowboy hats and wrote: “Had a lil fun with @JKCorden today!”
Gaga is the latest star to take part in the segment, following Britney Spears, One Direction, Adele, Selena Gomez and Mariah Carey.
Gaga’s new album was named after her late aunt but she recently revealed the track ‘Just Another Day’ was inspired by David Bowie.
She said: “It’s probably the most New York-glam-pop song on the album.
“It’s influenced by [David] Bowie and Marc Bolan [of T. Rex] and then maybe from some obscure London metal stuff, the Beatles. It also kind of comes from the electroclash movement from New York and that’s kind of when I started coming up, was right after that.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Bad Romance’ hitmaker – who broke off her engagement to actor Taylor Kinney in July this year after five years of dating – admitted her split from ‘The Other Woman’ actor inspired her album, but says it was also influenced by “all of the men” in her life.
Speaking previously, she said: “When you listen to the album, it’s clear the influence that all the men in my life have made on this record. That’s at the middle of it, as well: I always wanted to be a good girl. And Joanne was such a good girl.
“I’m figuring out all of those relationships in my life through the music, and going very deeply into it.”
‘Joanne’ will be released on October 21.

OHMYGOSSIP — Daniel Craig has hinted that he will reprise the role of James Bond in a new movie.
Last year Daniel – who has portrayed 007 in four films beginning with 2006’s ‘Casino Royale’ – said he would “rather slash” wrists than portray the spy again but he appears to have had a change of heart.
Speaking at the Beyond Bond panel at the New Yorker Festival, he said: “I’ve got the best job in the world doing Bond. The things I get to do on a Bond movie and the type of work it is, there’s no other job like it.
“If I were to stop doing it – just say – I’d miss it terribly. It’s one of the most thrilling things as an actor you can do.
“I love this job. I get a massive kick out of it. And, if I can keep getting a kick out of it, I will.”
However, he denied he had been offered $150 million to sign on for two more movies in the spy franchise.
He said: “There’s no conversation going on, everybody’s just a bit tired.”
Daniel’s comments come after the franchise’s executive Callum McDougall insisted the 48-year-old actor is still the “first choice” to play James Bond for him and co-producers Barbra Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson.
He told the BBC: “I know they’re hoping for him to come back.”
Craig’s future as Bond has been the subject of much speculation in recent months with several other stars being tipped to take over the tuxedo from him including Aidan Turner, Idris Elba and Tom Hiddleston.
His former co-star Dame Judi Dench, who played M opposite Craig three times, publicly stated she thought he needed a break from the Bond character.
She previously said: “I should think he is exhausted, absolutely exhausted.”
Another blow for the franchise was the announcement that director Sam Mendes – who helmed the last two movies ‘Spectre’ and ‘Skyfall’ – was to step away from the franchise.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kanye West has resumed his ‘Saint Pablo’ tour.
The 39-year-old rapper cut short his headline set at the Meadows Music & Arts Festival in New York last week and postponed some tour dates after his wife Kim Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint in Paris but he returned to the stage on Friday (07.10.16) in his hometown of Chicago.
Kanye did not mention Kim’s ordeal but told the crowd at his 90 minute show that it was “good to be home”.
The star postponed his Philadelphia and Detroit dates from last week until December so that he could support Kim, 35.
Promoters Live Nation said in a statement: “Due to family concerns, this week’s Philadelphia and Detroit dates on the Saint Pablo Tour have been rescheduled. The Philadelphia show will take place on December 13th and the Detroit show on December 22nd.”
Kanye is said to be feeling “helpless” following the robbery, which saw Kim tied up and locked in her bathroom while thieves made off with millions of dollars worth of jewels and two iPhones.
A source told People magazine: “Kanye says that it has been one of the hardest days of his life, that he feels helpless.
“This is a guy who isn’t used to feeling helpless at all. He’s usually in control. And now he sees that he could have lost her, and there wasn’t a thing he could do about it.”
Hours after the terrifying ordeal, which left her “badly shaken” but unhurt, Kim flew out of Paris to be with Kanye – the father of her kids North, three, and Saint, 10 months – in New York.

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt will not be investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
After it was claimed that Brad had an altercation with his son Maddox, 15, on a private plane recently, it was reported that the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) had turned the case over to the FBI.
However, TMZ reports that the FBI never opened a case because “Maddox suffered no injuries and some witnesses on the jet say Brad’s contact with the boy was inadvertent”.
Sources from the FBI told the website that the case should never have even been referred to them.
Brad has five other children – Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, eight – with Angelina Jolie, who filed for divorce on September 19 after two years of marriage and last week he was granted visitation time with the kids.
A source said: “Brad has spent some wonderful time with children recently.”
Angelina, 41, has been granted temporary custody of the children, while both she and Brad have been ordered to have therapy and the 52-year-old star is undergoing voluntary drug and alcohol testing.
And the insider claims the ‘Big Short’ star – whose visits to the children must be supervised – is determined to do “whatever it takes” to maintain his connection to the kids.
The insider added to People magazine: “Brad loves his children more than anything in this world, and they matter more than anything else to him.
“He will do whatever it takes to be with them, now and always.”
It was recently claimed that Brad doesn’t want to “play dirty” in their custody battle, despite having “so much stuff” he could use against his estranged wife.
Speaking previously, a source said: “There is so much stuff on Angelina but Brad just doesn’t want to go there. He told his team he doesn’t want to play dirty.
“Brad just wants to work through everything and get to a place where there can be some certainty about what’s going on. The kids are the only thing he’s hanging on to.”
The current custody arrangement is in place until October 20.
In her divorce filing, the ‘Maleficent’ actress requested sole physical but joint legal custody of the kids, with her estranged spouse granted visitation rights, but Brad wants all custody to be shared.

OHMYGOSSIP — Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is poised to become the new face of charity call service Childline.
The 33-year-old pop star is reported to have secretly filmed a series of adverts for the charity NSPCC at the end of September at a studio in London, with the adverts said to be filled with emotion.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “The adverts are sure to get a lot of people talking.
“They’re very emotive and there’s no gimmicks. Cheryl was delighted to be asked to take part in the ads as it’s a cause very close to her heart.”
The adverts will reportedly feature the former Girls Aloud star sat on a stool and giving a speech.
But rather than the viewers hearing Cheryl’s distinctive voice, they will hear those of various Childline callers who have been the victims of abuse.
One of the voice recordings, for instance, has been created by a child who has been sexually abused.
Cheryl is the latest big-name celebrity who has thrown her support behind the charity, which has previously been fronted by her long-time friend and former co-star on the UK ‘X Factor’ Simon Cowell.
Meanwhile, the music mogul recently addressed widespread rumours that Cheryl is pregnant with the baby of former One Direction star Liam Payne, revealing he’d love to be handed the role of godfather.
Asked about the speculation, Simon said: “I expect him to be called Simon. Or Simone, either one I’m happy with that. I doubt Cheryl will be.”

OHMYGOSSIP — George and Amal Clooney have bought a multi-million dollar apartment in Manhattan, New York City.
The Hollywood star and the 38-year-old human rights lawyer have acquired a spectacular-looking property at 100 East 53rd Street, a luxury apartment building designed by the revered architect Norman Foster and set to open in 2017.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: “The high-profile couple did not purchase the penthouse, but instead opted for a high-floor residence in the upcoming building.”
The two-floor penthouse is for sale for $65 million, while the next highest-floor apartment for sale is valued at $14.75 million.
The luxurious abode features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a “spacious great room with dramatic northern, western and eastern exposures” with “floor-to-ceiling windows and nearly 11-foot ceilings”.
What’s more, the desirable property boasts a “private corner master bedroom suite with southern and eastern exposures … with a grand dressing room and a tranquil five-fixture en suite bathroom with sweeping city views”.
But according to a source close to the power couple, George and Amal opted for their chosen property on account of its design and amenities, as well as its close proximity to the United Nations for Amal, who also teaches at Columbia Law School.
In addition to their latest purchase in New York City, George and Amal – who tied the knot in September 2014 – already own a property in California, a retreat in Lake Como in Italy and a 17th-century mansion in England.

OHMYGOSSIP — Michael Douglas was “too absent” from his first wife Diandra Luker.
The 72-year-old Hollywood icon has admitted he was not as close to his film producer ex-wife – whom he was married to from 1977 to 2000 – as he is to his current wife Catherine Zeta Jones, the mother of his 16-year-old son Dylan and his 13-year-old daughter Carys.
He confessed: “I was too absent from my first marriage. Second time round, I’m so much more hands-on. By the time Dylan and then Carys were born, I was well ensconced in my career.
“They both want to be actors and Catherine and I have seen enough of them on stage to know they have got it. You’ll be hearing from another generation of Douglases. I’ve no doubt about it.”
Michael – who also has a 37-year-old son with Diandra – warned of the dangers of hanging on to a marriage for the sake of young children.
He explained to the Guardian newspaper: “A lot of marriages hang on too long for the sake of the children. But, if you start asking questions when they are older, those children will often tell you that you could have cut the tension with a knife when their parents were together and that divorce was rather like letting the air out of a balloon.”
Meanwhile, Michael recently admitted he “lacked confidence” following in his father’s footsteps.
The actor said he took a long time to feel “a sense of security” in his work because he always worried he would be compared unfavourably to his dad Kirk Douglas.
The ‘Fatal Attraction’ actor said: “I lacked confidence I would say. It took me a while to have a sense of security. I mean clearly when you have a father like Kirk, he was a big figure to look up to and think, ‘wow how do you be the man that he is?’
“But I’m not complaining you know, everybody has got their strengths and weaknesses and you just try to overcome those situations and improve your lot in life.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Anna Kendrick gets annoyed by people who don’t understand her tweets.
The 31-year-old actress is an enthusiastic Twitter user and has become widely known for her humorous online posts – but feels irked when her followers do not grasp the point she is trying to make.
The ‘Pitch Perfect’ star – who has more than five million Twitter followers – explained: “People don’t always get them. There was one where I thought ‘oh yeah, this is the one – they’re not ready for this!’ And it didn’t work at all.
“It was: ‘I hate it when you can tell a comedian has done something just for the material. Like going on a blind date, or having children.’ And everyone was like, ‘oh you mean how they all talk about airplane food?’ Um, no?”
Despite her larger-than-life nature on social media and in interviews, Anna admitted to frequently flipping between “feeling painfully shy and being super outgoing” during her childhood.
The Hollywood star revealed she still suffers similar problems to this day.
She told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: “I get terrible imposter syndrome – ‘this has all been a terrible mistake!’ – and then there are times when I think I have so much more to prove.”
And even though she is now one of the most in-demand actresses in Hollywood, Anna has experienced her fair share of setbacks en route to stardom.
She recalled: “I remember once coming back for round two of auditions, and the place was closed, so I was literally peering through the glass. It turned out my agent just sent me the call time from round one by accident.
“So yeah, there were lots rejections and I had to go, ‘no, I’m definitely good at this, right?’ It helped knowing lots of other talented people who were also not working. Sometimes it’s just luck and timing.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Penny Lancaster feels “very lucky” to be married to “extremely romantic” Rod Stewart.
The 45-year-old model and the 71-year-old singer – who have sons Alastair, 10, and five-year-old Aiden together – will renew their wedding vows to mark 10 years of marriage next year, and the blonde star couldn’t be happier with her spouse, who she met in 1999.
She said: “I can’t wait [to renew our vows] – we’ve been in the longest relationship he’s ever been in so that’s a record!
“Rod is extremely romantic and I’m very lucky. Keeping the romance and passion alive is very important to both of us.
“It helps that Rod is older. I’ve always preferred older, more mature men and he’s such a gentleman.”
Penny and Rod never row because they are aware of how important it is to communicate with one another before problems arise.
She said: “We’re particularly good at communicating and are very open about how we feel.
“We’re never shy about expressing our opinions to one another and that kind of prevents you having rows.
“I was shy and not very confident when I met Rod. He’s always saying how proud he is of me and loves to support my work.

OHMYGOSSIP — Angelina Jolie’s former nanny has warned the actress not to inflict a “lonely and traumatic” childhood on her children.
The ‘Maleficent’ star filed for divorce from husband Brad Pitt last month and is seeking primary custody of their six kids – Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne – and Krisann Morel, who cared for the actress and her brother James Haven when they were young, is concerned about the parallels between their split and the ‘By the Sea’ filmmaker’s own parents, Jon Voight and the late Marcheline Bertrand.
Krisann said: “I want to send a message to Angelina, who I care about very much. I want to tell her, don’t cut Brad out of the children’s lives. Don’t demonise your husband. Because that is exactly what your mother did when she was breaking up with your father. And the result was you had a lonely and traumatic childhood. Why would you inflict the same tragedy on your kids?
“I am worried that Angie is repeating the past and the same mistakes her mother made during her divorce. I want to get this message across to her before it is too late.”
After Jon left Marcheline for a young drama student, the actress barred her former husband from seeing the kids, and to this day Angelina is said to have a strained relationship with the actor.
Krisann commented: “Jon was portrayed as this evil figure and Marcheline succeeded in turning both his children against him. But it led to years of heartbreak and wounds that still haven’t healed to this day.
“I’m so surprised Angie is now doing the same to her children.”
The former employee claims Marcheline struggled to bond with Angelina so much, the ‘Girl, Interrupted’ star was sent to live with a team of nannies in a rented apartment above the main family home.
And with reports all of Brad and Angelina’s kids have their own nanny, Krisann is concerned about “an exact repeat of the past”.
She added: “There were so many helpers that Angelina often had one nanny to put her to bed at night and another to wake her up in the morning.
“I always thought that must be so unsettling for a child.”
Krisann went on to urge the 41-year-old beauty not to cut Brad, 52, out of the children’s lives or they will lose their only “stability”.
She told Grazia magazine: “Angie has abandonment issues that are still being played out now.
“She doesn’t have any concept of what a normal family is like. Brad does, because he came from one.
“These kids have been through enough. There is so little stability for these children as they travel so much.
“By cutting off their dad, she is threatening to take away the one bit of stability that they have.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Candice Swanepoel and her fiancé Hermann Nicoli have welcomed a baby boy called Anaca.
The 27-year-old model gave birth to her first child on Friday (07.10.16) and has already received public congratulations from her photographer Jerome Duran, who posted a pregnant nude he had taken of her on Instagram.
He captioned the black and white image: “THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MAMA Congratulations!! @angelcandices @hermannicoli Welcome Anaca!!! Already sooo much LOVE for you and the new family! (sic)”
The Victoria’s Secret beauty and Hermann, 34, have been together for 11 years and announced back in August that they intended to call their first child Anaca.
Candice has kept fans up to date with her pregnancy via Instagram over the last few months, frequently posting pictures of certain landmarks moments, like a safari-themed baby shower thrown for her in Brazil in August.
At that event, Candice revealed the name of her son, which is a Brazilian word for a bird. The word Anaca was, in fact, hung from the wall over a table featuring a host of desserts.
More recently, the South African model posed in nothing but underwear and a sheer white blouse to show off the size of her baby bump.
Since the news of Anaca’s birth was announced, Lily Aldridge – the model who is a good friend of Candice – took to Instagram to congratulate her and Behati Prinsloo, who also recently had her first child.

OHMYGOSSIP — Simon Cowell has beefed up his own security following the robbery of Kim Kardashian West in Paris, France.
The 57-year-old music mogul is currently busily filming the UK version of ‘The X Factor’ alongside Nicole Scherzinger and Sharon Osbourne – and has pledged to protect the show’s contestants at the TV studios in Wembley, north London.
Asked if he intended to hire extra staff to protect the show, Simon – who was burgled last year and had £1 million of jewellery stolen – said: “Yeah, we are. We are. You have to nowadays. It’s just gone a bit nuts. There’s a really dark side out there and Christ you’ve got to be careful.”
In December 2015, Simon was robbed while he, partner Lauren Silverman, 39, and son Eric, one, were asleep in their London mansion.
And earlier this week, the name of the outspoken TV personality appeared on a spreadsheet of potential victims of an alleged murderer.
Simon told The Sun newspaper: “It’s the crazy world we live in.
“I opened up a newspaper and you’ve got one guy who’s in court because he’s robbed my house, second guy has murdered somebody and I’m number two or three on his list. It’s like ‘this is getting a bit nutty’.”
However, Simon also insisted he did not wish to become unduly concerned about security issues in light of recent incidents.
He shared: “At the same time you don’t want to get too paranoid. Because it is what it is. I only mentioned what I said because in terms of perspective that was about as bad as it can get yesterday. Not so much for me, but for Lauren and Eric. I’m very conscious now.”
