OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West will have a “very quiet” birthday celebration this year.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star is due to turn 36 on October 21 but is planning a low-key celebration as she is still recovering after being robbed at gunpoint in Paris earlier this month.
A source told E! News: “Kim’s birthday is going to be a very quiet celebration this year. She has no plans on making a big bash. She will have an intimate birthday with her immediate family.
“She is not in any celebrating mood yet. Kanye [West] is trying to do whatever he can to make her feel better, but it’s just the constant memories of the robbery that keep on messing with her. She just wants to be around her family at this time.”
And the 35-year-old television personality – who has North, three, and Saint, 10 months, with her husband Kanye – will be taking some “much needed time off”.
A handwritten note penned by the reality star’s assistant Stephanie Sheppard read: “Hey group, so you may have noticed we haven’t updated the app in a couple weeks. Keeks is taking some much needed time off.
“But not to worry we’ve called upon Kim’s closest friends, fam and yours truly to save up some exclusives. Stay tuned for new posts and app takeovers!! Thank you so much for your support for my girl. Love you mean it! (sic)”
Meanwhile, it was previously claimed that Kim’s captors used a decoy to help them escape.
A police official previously shared: “They wanted us to believe that they were amateurs, but all the real clues point to them being extremely sophisticated professionals. There is no way a gang like this would drop stuff and fall off bicycles — all that was done for any cameras that might be in the area. It is far more likely that they played around on bikes for a few minutes after stealing the jewels, and when they still had their masks on, before they all got into a van and disappeared.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Gwen Stefani will rejoin ‘The Voice’ in season 12.
The ‘Used To Love You’ hitmaker will take the place of Miley Cyrus and join the line up of Alicia Keys, Adam Levine, and her boyfriend Blake Shelton.
Whilst Miley will sit next season out, she will return for season 13.
Paul Telegdy, President of the Alternative and Reality Group at NBC Entertainment, said: “We can’t wait to experience the unique chemistry and energy Gwen, Alicia, Blake and Adam will bring to season 12.
“With Miley returning for season 13, we’re truly ecstatic about the unmatched musical know-how and talent coming together in our coming seasons.”
The group of mentors on ‘The Voice’ are really close, something which Adam never expected to happen.
He said: “We all started as singers and musicians, it’s a sense of community now, it was like, ‘Wow we know each other’ when before it was all about music and now we are all friends.
“Everyone is always so busy that you don’t get to make friends with your peers. With ‘The Voice’ I now have these lifelong friends that I communicate with and talk to. I wouldn’t have thought I would have been friends with Shakira or Usher, it’s crazy.”
Meanwhile, things are going from strength to strength for Gwen and Blake and she previously admitted she “can’t believe” she’s dating Blake.
She said: “I’m our biggest fan. I actually feel like I’m not in my own life, because I’m not. I’m in a different life all of a sudden. I’m so blessed and I feel like I believe in my path. Now there’s all these miracles around me!
“Trust me, I still can’t believe that happened and is still happening. For whatever reason, I was chosen to be in this position, and I’m so honored and more confident. And I look at it, like, it always works out.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kendall Jenner had her first kiss in the shower.
The 20-year-old model has revealed she stepped into the bathroom to kiss her boyfriend because her younger sister Kylie Jenner, now 19, was “trying to spy” on her.
She said: “You’re going to think this sounds really crazy, but it’s not as crazy as it sounds. It was in a shower, but not on. We were fully clothed playing truth or dare and it was me and three of my friends.
“And my little sister was trying to spy on us. My room didn’t have a lock on it, but the bathroom door did so we all shoved in the bathroom until when we got dared to kiss someone. We would have to go in the shower and like close the curtain so no one would see and we’d kiss and come out. So it was in a shower, but it wasn’t as naughty as it sounds.”
And the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star also revealed she used to have a crush on Justin Bieber but insists she is past that now.
She told W magazine: “I was more into the Disney kids. Like, I think I had a crush on Zack and Cody [Dylan and Cole Sprouse] from ‘Suite Life of Zack and Cody’.
“Justin Bieber was like the pop star of my time. I feel like I must have had a 12-year-old crush on him. Not anymore though!”
Meanwhile, Kendall previously admitted she is “old-fashioned” when it comes to dating.
She explained: “It’s not that I’m scared of asking a guy out or showing him that I like him, it’s just that I’d much rather be pursued. I definitely like the chase and the feeling of being wanted. And, the way I see it, if a guy isn’t going to put in the effort and ask me out, then the relationship probably won’t work. It would be a waste of time for me. OHMYGOSSIP — Gigi Hadid gets “hot sweats” when she sees herself on a billboard.
The 21-year-old model doesn’t like being anywhere near where her photo is on display.
She said: “Now when I see myself on a billboard I can’t go near the block. I get hot sweats. So I ask my friends to send pictures to me because I can’t go anywhere near it.”
And the blonde beauty also admitted she “isn’t the best” on the runway.
She told W magazine: “It’s funny because obviously I’m not the best on the runway. Okay everyone we did it! Gigi said it; I know it! But … what do you do?
“I never was taught how to walk on the runway and maybe that’s because it moved really quickly for me that people just assumed that was something I knew. I’m working on it.”
Meanwhile, Gigi – who is dating Zayn Malik – previously claimed social media has “taken the dumb model stereotype away”.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kendall Jenner isn’t worried about baring her breasts.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star insists she didn’t have any qualms about exposing her chest in a sheer top when she walked for Marc Jacobs in 2014.
She said: “My biggest concern was definitely falling. And my t**s were out. I don’t know why I wasn’t nervous about that. I was really excited about my t**s being out, actually. I don’t know. I’m weird. I love my t**s being out. It’s like one of my things, I guess.”
However, the 20-year-old model insists there is a “definite line” to be drawn when she gets her kit off for a photoshoot or fashion show as she wants to look back on the pictures with pride.
She added: “There’s a line. There’s a definite line. But I’m young. When I’m older, I want to be able to look at it and be, like, I looked good.”
Meanwhile, Kendall also admitted she was incredibly nervous before meeting with Marc Jacobs and Katie Grand to audition for a place in the fashion show.
She told W magazine: “I was so nervous. I didn’t think anyone would like me. It’s so nerve-wracking in front of all those cool people and you go back a couple times and they need to see if they really like you.
“[The night before the show] I actually surprisingly was not nervous, not extremely nervous. I was more excited. I think I wasn’t nervous because I was wearing flats. Like, I got to wear, like, flat shoes so it wasn’t as nerve-wracking. I was, like, I can’t fall. There’s no way I can fall.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Shay Mitchell used to eat lunch in the bathroom to avoid her bullies.
The ‘Pretty Little Liars’ star is relieved she was able to escape her bullies at the end of the school day but admits social media has become an “inescapable outlet” filled with her critics.
She said: “Instead of going to the cafeteria, I’d say, ‘Why deal with this?’ and I’d eat in a bathroom stall. At least when I left school for the day, it stopped.
“It doesn’t now. You have your phone on you, and the bullying continues. I can’t imagine having all these inescapable outlets when I was that age.”
However, the 29-year-old actress sees the importance of having an online presence and uses a range of sites – Snapchat, YouTube and Instagram – for different purposes.
She added: “On Snapchat, I show what I’m doing for the day, YouTube is the full experience, and Instagram is my highlight reel – don’t think it doesn’t take me 20 minutes to post there! That’s my brand, and I take it very seriously.”
Shay also likes to post uplifting messages on her social media accounts to encourage others to spread positivity.
She shared: “You don’t understand the ripple effect of saying something positive to somebody – that can change a day.”
And the brunette beauty is already planning the topic of her next YouTube series.
She revealed to Self magazine: “I have so many different interests and love trying new things, which is how the YouTube channel came about …

OHMYGOSSIP — Kerry Washington has welcomed her second child.
The ‘Scandal’ star gave birth to her and her husband Nnamdi Asomugha’s son on October 5 and have chosen to name him Caleb Kelechi, E! News reports.
The happy couple – who already have two-year-old daughter Isabelle Amarachi – have been really excited about the arrival of their little boy and Kerry has been getting parenting advice from Shonda Rhimes and her therapist.
She revealed: “I’ve really leaned heavily on my boss’ experience. I consider myself busy, but Shonda has about four of five shows, three kids … She says, ‘If you feel like you have just the right amount of help, then you don’t have enough.’ My therapist said this too. You need a lot of support. No just logistically but emotionally and spiritually.”
However, the 39-year-old actress previously admitted she was “anxious” about welcoming another child into the world.
She said: “I’m an only [child] so every time the family grows it brings up a little bit of anxiety. But it’s fantastic. I’m really happy.
“We don’t know [the gender], yeah. I’m open – honestly, healthy, happy baby – that’s what we want. We’re all really excited. We’ll see how it all plays out. I’m an only child, so I’m like, ‘What’s this going to be like?’ But I think it’s going to be great.”
Meanwhile, Kerry recently revealed she will keep accepting work she wants to do rather than to please anybody else.
She shared: “You arrive at a certain place of achieving and suddenly you feel like your goals are being dictated by other people…Right now, as I get ready for this second baby, it’s really about me being in touch with what I want. I didn’t get here because I was trying to be what somebody else wanted me to be… I am not interested in playing by other people’s rules. So for now, I’m leaving myself open to the adventure.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer have split up after nine years of marriage.
The ‘Spider-Man’ star and the 39-year-old jewellery designer have decided to call time on their relationship but will focus on making sure their two children – Ruby, nine, and Otis, seven – are their top priority.
In a joint statement made to People magazine, they said: “After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple.
“As devoted parents, our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect and friendship.”
The couple tied the knot in 2007 – four years after they met – in a ceremony in Hawaii in front of their close family and friends.
The 41-year-old actor has remained tight-lipped about his personal life throughout his career but previously gave an insight into their family life.
Speaking about welcoming their first child, he said at the time: “It’s a very dramatic change. My whole life is in transition now with friendships and where I’m gonna live, you know? Just your whole perspective. It’s great. Ruby’s so adorable. She’s just a smiley, little beautiful thing.”
When the pair were preparing to tie the knot, Jennifer was thrilled, dubbing it the “best time of her life”.
She shared: “Let’s just say this is truly the best time of my life. I’m walking on air. I’m getting married, starting a family and have an amazing company.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Chloe Grace Moretz started gaming when she was “three or four” because she loved being able to take down her older brothers in video games.
The 19-year-old actress and her four siblings, Brandon, Trevor, Colin, and Ethan, all enjoyed competing against one another and she always enjoyed turning on the console to take them on because the virtual world gave her a level playing field compared to their sports matches.
In an interview with website Refinery29, she shared: “I grew up in a family with four older brothers. I never really had any gender cues in my life – I did ballet, jazz, tap; I did basketball and soccer; and I played video games. Video games were a part of my life since I was three or four years old, watching my brothers play and me wanting to play. What I liked about it above a physical sport was that I could fully take down my foot-and-a-half-taller older brother by just being a better gamer than him. It was a good way to even the playing field between us.
“When you’re in the game, you’re the player, and it doesn’t matter if you’re an 800-pound man or 95-pound girl – it’s just whether or not you’re a good gamer.”
Chloe insists more girls she could get into gaming because it’s a “fun” way of interacting with guys.
She said: “Gaming is fun, and it’s a fun way for guys and girls to have some friendly competition and even the playing field. It’s not a wrestling match – they can’t overpower you. It’s a fun way girls can exercise their strength.”
When she gets the chance, Chloe enjoys gaming now and finds it’s a great way to forget about the stresses of her Hollywood career.
The ‘Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising’ star – who previously dated Brooklyn Beckham, the son of David and Victoria Beckham – says her love of video games has helped her acting, because it has widened her imagination.
She said: “Video games are just a heightened form of imagination. There are amazing experiences you couldn’t do in everyday life – it’s like you’re watching a movie … Video games in general really are role-playing. From a young age, I was able to jump into these super-stylised, wild roles and characters through video games. With a movie like ‘Kick-Ass’, when I was 11 years old, I was probably more open to and more excited about it because I had played video games at a young age. I think video games can help build your imagination as a kid.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Amanda Seyfried is living with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
The 30-year-old actress – who has starred in ‘Mean Girls’ and ‘Ted 2’ – has had the mental health condition for years and takes
antidepressant Lexapro to help her control the symptoms.
Speaking in the November issue of Allure magazine, she said: “I’ve been on it since I was 19, so 11 years. I’m on the lowest dose. I don’t see the point of getting off of it. Whether it’s placebo or not, I don’t want to risk it. And what are you fighting against? Just the stigma of using a tool? A mental illness is a thing that people cast in a different category (from other illnesses), but I don’t think it is. It should be taken as seriously as anything else.”
The newly engaged beauty – who got betrothed to Thomas Sadoski in September – admits the condition has had a negative impact on her life and at one point she thought she had a brain tumour but it was just her anxiety making her believe that.
She explained: “You don’t see the mental illness: It’s not a mass; it’s not a cyst. But it’s there. Why do you need to prove it? If you can treat it, you treat it. I had pretty bad health anxiety that came from the OCD and thought I had a tumour in my brain. I had an MRI, and the neurologist referred me to a psychiatrist. As I get older, the compulsive thoughts and fears have diminished a lot. Knowing that a lot of my fears are not reality-based really helps.”
The ‘Mamma Mia!’ star admits living in the public eye does not help her symptoms and fame can make her OCD worse.
She confessed: “It’s funny when insecurity hits you. Sometimes I feel I know the world so well, but then … it’s so debilitating. You’re like, ‘What am I doing here? No one wants to see me. Why are you taking my picture? It’s stupid, it’s irrational, and it’s not all about me, but I make it about me because I’m insecure.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Chuck Berry is releasing his first new studio album for 38 years.
The music legend turned 90 on Tuesday (18.10.16) and to mark the milestone birthday he’s announced his 18th LP ‘Chuck’ is being released in 2017 on Nashville label Dualtone Records. His last studio release was 1979’s ‘Rock It’.
The ‘Roll Over Beethoven’ hitmaker – real name Charles Berry – has dedicated the record of new songs to his wife of 68 years, Themetta ‘Toddy’ Suggs and hinted it will be his last ever collection of music.
He said: “This record is dedicated to my beloved Toddy. My darlin’ I’m growing old! I’ve worked on this record for a long time. Now I can hang up my shoes!”
The LP is a family affair as Chuck’s children Charles Berry Jr. and Darlin Ingrid Berry – who are part of their father’s backing group, The Blueberry Hill Band – both play he harmonica and guitar on the album, which has been produced by Chuck.
Bassist Jimmy Marsala, who has played with Berry for four decades, and pianist Robert Lohr and drummer Keith Robinson also feature on the tracks.
Of the new songs, which were recorded in the music legend’s hometown of St. Louis, his son Charles said: “What an honour to be part of this new music. The St Louis band, or as dad called us ‘The Blueberry Hill Band,’ fell right into the groove and followed his lead. These songs cover the spectrum from hard driving rockers to soulful thought provoking time capsules of a life’s work.”
Chuck is one of the pioneers of rock ‘n’ roll music and his early songs, such as ‘Rock and Roll Music’, ‘Johnny B. Goode’ and ‘Roll Over Beethoven’, influenced the likes of The Beatles – who covered his tracks – The Rolling Stones, Bill Haley & His Comets and The Beach Boys.

OHMYGOSSIP — Nichelle Nichols has revealed Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a ‘Trekkie’.
The 83-year-old actress starred as Lieutenant Uhura on board the USS Enterprise spaceship in the iconic original ‘Star Trek’ TV series from 1966 until 1969, and was part of the very first interracial kiss shown on US television when she locked lips with Captain Kirk, played by William Shatner.
Now, she has revealed that Baptist minister King, who was the leader Civil Rights Movement and paved the way for racial and ethnic equality in America in the 60s, told her he was a fan of the sci-fi show when they met.
Nichelle met King – who was assassinated on April 4, 1968, in Memphis, Tennessee – just after she had made an internal decision to leave the show but he told her she had to stay because she was a role model for African American women as she was the only woman of colour in a prominent television role at the time.
Talking about the first time she was introduced to him, she recalled: “I turned, and about 10 or 12 feet away from me, was Dr. Martin Luther King, and my mouth just dropped open.
He was both attractive and a Trekker. He was an attractive Trekker!”
Revealing how he insisted she stayed on as Lieutenant Uhura, she added to The Guardian newspaper: “He told me not only that I shouldn’t but I couldn’t leave. He knew more than I knew. He knew more about me, where I was going to in my life, than I did.”
Nichelle also revealed that current US President Barack Obama is also a fan of ‘Star Trek’ and is a “wonderful man”.

OHMYGOSSIP — The on-duty concierge at Hôtel de Pourtalès has blamed the establishment’s lack of up-to-date security for Kim Kardashian West’s gun-point robbery earlier this month.
Abdulrahman – whose surname is being kept private over fears for his safety – has found himself at the centre of the £8.5 million heist as he was the only guard working in the hotel in Paris, France, when the 35-year-old reality TV star was gagged and robbed at around 2:30am on October 3, but he has claimed the prestigious resort is at fault for the shocking incident as it had no proper cameras or refreshed security codes.
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Abdulrahman – who is a father of two – said: “There was no real security at all. It’s a choice. The hotel doesn’t mind about security. We told them years and years before, you have to make a camera, you have to put [in place] a security process, about keys. Nothing was locked, there was no proper security there.”
The concierge has claimed him and other members of staff had been on at managers for “years” to change pin for the front door out of fear that “someone might die”.
He explained: “I told the hotel years ago, you need better security and they didn’t mind. If you look at that big door, it wasn’t locked, it was open. We talked about it and nobody cared. The code of the door was never changed and everybody knew it. There is a camera in the main wall of the hotel, behind the [front] doors, but it didn’t work.”
And it’s now been revealed that the code for the front door still hasn’t been changed, despite the frightening armed robbery taking place over two weeks ago.
Abdulrahman – whose identity has been kept under wraps since the incident due to the nature of the ongoing investigation – was left fearing for his life when he was cuffed and marched to Kim’s hotel room with a gun to his head during the attack.
He said: “Immediately afterwards, I was very angry, and the first one I blamed was the hotel,’ he said. ‘They are responsible, I think. And I still blame them now.
“I told them, ‘Look what you did! What I told you for six years? Security cameras and other things are meant for days like today, to prevent these things from happening. If you have good guards, electronic systems to lock the doors, it can be possible to secure the hotel. One day, someone might be killed. That is more important than a robbery of rocks and metal.’ ”
However, the hotel management have reportedly argued that they deliberately chose not to install CCTV to protect the privacy of their wealthy guests.
Kim – who is still trying to come to terms with the incident – was also cuffed, gagged and tied up on the floor of her room’s bathroom while the armed robbers snatched her expensive jewellery – including her £3.5m engagement ring from Kanye West.
Her bodyguard – who is also involved in the investigation – was out protecting her sister Kourtney Kardashian when the incident took place in the early hours.
An instructing judge is now leading more than 100 judicial police and officers from the Paris criminal brigade in the hope of catching the five-man gang.
The criminals will face charges of armed robbery by an organised gang, criminal conspiracy and kidnapping, which could lead to a sentence of at least 30 years.
Inmates sentenced to life in the European country are required to serve a safety period of at least 18 to 22 years before they can become eligible for early release.

OHMYGOSSIP — Peter Andre is being “battered” at night by his pregnant wife Emily MacDonagh’s “restless legs”.
The 43-year-old singer has revealed his spouse – who is carrying the couple’s second child – has been kicking “the absolute s**t” out of him in bed because she can’t control her over-active limbs.
Writing in his column for New! magazine about his sleepless nights, the dark-haired hunk – who already has two-year-old daughter Amelia with 27-year-old Emily – said: “I’m getting battered by the wife and her ‘restless legs’ in bed – she literally just kicks her legs out at me all night!”
“Thankfully, she hasn’t caused any bruises but she does kick the absolute s**t out of without even realising she’s doing it. I wouldn’t have it any other way! Well, I would…”
And Peter – who also has son Junior, 11, and daughter Princess, nine, who he nicknames J and P from his previous marriage to Katie Price – thought Emily was going into labour earlier this month, but feels he is now “a lot more prepared” for when the time comes and Emily gives birth to his fourth child.
He shared: “A couple of weeks ago Emily had to go to hospital because she started having contractions. We were going out having dinner and I literally thought, ‘You’re going into labour.’ Luckily, she wasn’t, but she’s still getting them and they’re constant.
“This time around though I’m a lot more prepared for her going into labour – I even have my own baby bag ready.”
And the couple have revealed they are trying to involve their brood in the pregnancy by asking them to think of possible names for their new addition.
He said: “We really want to involve the kids as much as possible so I’ve been asking, J, P and Mills what names they like. Fortunately, Mills hasn’t suggested Peppa Pig! If we keep going we’ll be up there with the Brady Bunch.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Harry Shearer is suing entertainment group Vivendi claiming it has hidden profits from film ‘This is Spinal Tap’ from him and others.
The 72-year-old actor is taking legal action against the mass media conglomerate accusing the company of creating a “fraudulent campaign” to hide revenue and deny profits from the cult 1984 musical comedy film.
In a video posted on Twitter, Shearer – who played Derek Smalls in the film – said: “Today, I have filed a lawsuit against Vivendi and Vivendi’s agents for fraud related to the movie ‘This is Spinal Tap’. Filing a claim like this one is neither fun nor easy. Going up against a major multi-national [company] is not nearly as fun as playing too loud in Carnegie Hall.
“But people who are squashed by major corporations can’t fight back unless they have significant resources of their own. I’m incredibly fortunate to be able to fight back.
“I think it’s important to challenge the status quo, not just for myself but for all my fellow artists, musicians and creators. After all, they depend, for their livelihoods, on a fair return for their hard work.”
In the video, Shearer claims that Vivendi – who acquired the film in 1989 – reported a total merchandising income of just $81 (£66) for the 22 years between 1984 and 2006, and that total income from music sales was a mere $98 (£79).
‘The Simpsons’ voice actor said it was “stunning” that the only people unable to enjoy the film – which follows what life on the road is like for the fictional band rock band Spinal Tap – are the ones who put the work into it, and branded Vivendi’s alleged practices as “blatantly unfair”.
He said: “It is stunning that after all this time … the only people who haven’t shared Spinal Tap’s success are those who formed the band and created the film in the first place.
“Vivendi and its subsidiaries have, at least in our case, conducted blatantly unfair business practices.”

The ‘RIP’ hitmaker shocked the world earlier this year when it was announced she was replacing Tyra Banks as the host and main judge of the beauty show but she has admitted she was actually the one who approached bosses and encouraged them to employ her, Ashley Graham, Drew Elliott and runway coach/fashion expert Law Roach.
Speaking to PAPER magazine, she said: “I’m lucky to have friends in this industry, and I thought maybe if I call them and we create a credible panel and give a different perspective of ‘America’s Next Top Model’, I could actually be the host.”
However, the 25-year-old singer is determined to create a different vibe when the show returns in December as she believes modelling is no longer just about taking a picture.
She explained: “I’m not here to tell them what to do. I’m here to show them that they can do this, too. I’m an example of what you can achieve because it’s worked.
“I don’t think just taking a photo is enough anymore.
“We focus on how you’re going to create a fan base on social media, how you’re going to make people want to imitate you. That for me is the difference between somebody who’s just a regular model and somebody who’s a superstar.”
Although Tyra – who has fronted the programme for 22 series – has now stepped away from the hosting duties, the 42-year-old model will still remain as executive producer.
And the brunette beauty recently claimed she had a say in who would replace her.
She said at the time: “I’m pumped to identify that person and bring back the show. ‘Top Model’ fans, you demanded that the show come back and VH1 answered the call. Get ready for a fierce-a-fied rebirth!”
