OHMYGOSSIP — Jessica Chastain controls her fame.
The ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ star insists there is a way for Hollywood stars to “set their own privacy” in the film industry by keeping a low profile and not attending popular celebrity haunts.
She said: “In this industry you can set your own privacy. If I go to certain restaurants with my boyfriend I know we’re going to get photographed.
“But when the public is involved in your relationship … they can demand or ask questions because they feel like they have an ownership of it, because you sold it. That means they have a say in your private life.”
And the 39-year-old actress also opened up about what she looks for in each movie role she takes on.
She added to the new issue of C magazine: “My experience with making movies is that I want to walk away from each role, and each set, having learned something and grown as a person. That’s really important for me when choosing a role: What am I going to learn and what am I going to gain from this experience?”
Meanwhile, Jessica previously revealed it was her grandmother who pushed her into acting.
She explained: “I had a very active imagination, and then my grandma took me to a play. She made it clear that this was a professional theatre company, that this was their job – she wanted me to know that it was a treat So then I saw a little girl on stage and I was like, ‘OK, so this is totally my job too! This is what I’m going to do. I’m ready.’
“My poor mum – I was always like, ‘Mom, can you take me to LA so I can be in commercials?’ I don’t think my parents thought that was even a real possibility!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Adele felt “pressured” to have children.
The ‘Rolling In The Deep’ hitmaker – who has four-year-old son Angelo with her partner Simon Konecki – says she and her friends felt like they had to get pregnant because it’s “what adults do”.
She said: “I think it’s the bravest thing not to have a child; all my friends and I felt pressurised into having kids, because that’s what adults do.”
Whilst the 28-year-old singer loves her son dearly, she admits there are times where she wishes she could do her own thing.
She told Vanity Fair magazine: “I love my son more than anything, but on a daily basis, if I have a minute or two, I wish I could do whatever the f**k I wanted, whenever I want. Every single day I feel like that.”
Meanwhile, the songstress previously revealed she is desperate to have another child.
She said: “My son is about to turn four very, very soon. I’m starting to get very emotional about it because I feel like once they turn four, they’re not really your actual baby anymore. So my womb is starting to ache a little bit. It’s like, ‘Baby, baby, baby. Need a baby, need a baby’. I’m not pregnant. I won’t get pregnant until the end of the tour.”
And with plans to expand her family, it is no surprise that the star is reportedly thinking of taking some time off from touring.
A source shared recently: “Angelo is the number one priority for Adele. He is the most important thing in her life. She has brought him everywhere with her on tour but as he is starting school next year, he won’t be able to join her any more.
“Adele doesn’t want to miss a moment of Angelo growing up and it’s an easy decision for her to give up touring for him. Right now she is saying she won’t do another massive world tour like the current one for another 10 years.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Kardashians are “such a close knit family”.
Scott Disick – who has Mason, six, Penelope, four, and Reign, 10 months, with his ex-partner Kourtney Kardashian – is looking forward to the arrival of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s little girl as the Kardashian-Jenners are so close.
He told E! News: “We’re all such a close knit family that all of our kids are more like brother and sister and not just cousins. It’s bigger than ‘just cousins.’
“I believe Rob’s going to be an amazing dad. [I haven’t given him] strict advice on anything. I think it’s just something you need to figure out within time.”
Meanwhile, Rob’s sister Khloe says her sibling is “really calm” about becoming a father.
She said recently: “Rob is fine. He says he’s really fine and calm about it, but I was like, ‘It’s OK if you’re nervous!’ I think anybody would be nervous. But he seems super chill about it, so that’s good.
“Chyna keeps joking like, ‘This is our baby!’ Like with me too. So it’s like, I haven’t been getting prepared, but I’m like, ‘Should I be putting a nursery in my house too?’ Chyna’s like, ‘Are you so excited? We’re having a baby soon!’ And I’m like, ‘Wait, are you kidding or am I really having a baby with you?'”
Khloe loves being an auntie to Kourtney’s children as well as Kim’s two kids, North, three, and Saint, 10 months.
She added: “I love them all. It’s such a great thing to have another baby just to have with us, it’s great. But at first, they’re just with the mom, like you forget about them. They’re never around ’cause the other kids are so rough, they’re like all toddlers, you know? I just want to fast-forward!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Charli XCX doesn’t care what people think of her.
The ‘Boom Clap’ hitmaker has taken Robyn’s advice that she shouldn’t worry too much about how others see her but simply focus on staying positive within herself.
She told NME magazine: “Robyn once told me to always be me, not worry about what other people think, and f**k everyone if they don’t like it.
“To hear that from someone who I admired was so cool and comforting. Just do what makes you feel good and hang out with people you love and feel happy with … I feel that equals good life vibes.”
Whilst most girls her age are busy partying, Charli refuses to hold any events at her home because she doesn’t want her “old and vintage” furniture to get damaged.
She said previously: “I invite friends over and we hang out, but I’m really into furniture design, so I’m crazy about my stuff – like if someone spilled wine on my sofa I would go insane. It’s old and vintage. I have more pizza and movie nights than raves. I go to someone else’s to do that.”
Meanwhile, the 24-year-old singer insists she doesn’t mind being really busy as she “hates being bored”.
She added: “I had some time off at the beginning of the year but I love what I do and I like being busy. I hate being bored.”
However, Charli doesn’t need to worry about making time to work out as she revealed it is her on stage performances that keep her fit.
She said: “Performing is my favourite workout. I do go pretty hard on stage. The gym is not my scene. I did an Insanity workout on tour for a while. It was hilarious.
“Does pizza-eating count as a sport?! That’s good for biceps, surely? Lift and bite! I love sushi, but I also love pizza. Let’s just say it’s balanced!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Adele felt “very inadequate” when she first became a mother.
The ‘Someone Like You’ hitmaker – who has four-year-old son Angelo with her partner Simon Konecki – has opened up about post-natal depression, admitting it “can come in many different forms”.
She shared: “My knowledge of postpartum – or post-natal, as we call it in England – is that you don’t want to be with your child; you’re worried you might hurt your child; you’re worried you weren’t doing a good job. But I was obsessed with my child.
“I felt very inadequate; I felt like I’d made the worst decision of my life. It can come in many different forms …You’re constantly trying to make up for stuff when you’re a mom.”
And the 28-year-old singer also admitted she has a “very dark side” and “can slip in and out” of depression easily.
She added to the December issue of Vanity Fair magazine: “I have a very dark side. I’m very available to depression. I can slip in and out of it quite easily.
“It started when my granddad died, when I was about 10, and while I never had a suicidal thought, I have been in therapy, lots.”
Meanwhile, Adele previously opened up about her smoking habit, claiming it has “weakened” her voice.
She said: “The people with the best voices, they always smoke. I’ve given up smoking and I’m convinced that’s made my voice weaker.
“Bruno [Mars] smokes like an old woman. My make-up artist will stink after having a fag. I had never noticed it before.”
Adele suffered a haemorrhage on her vocal cords in 2011, which forced her to axe her world tour so she could undergo surgery.
Speaking about the surgery, she said: “I had laser surgery. [They] put lasers down your throat, cut off the polyp, and kind of laser your haemorrhage back together and fix it. If I decide to go on a 200-date world tour, it would happen again.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Michael Buble handled fame “poorly”.
The ‘Haven’t Met You Yet’ hitmaker has “regrets” about how he dealt with his growing success in the early days but insists he got his “karma” for the mistakes.
He said: “Fame stunts your growth. I handled it very poorly. I regret the way I treated a lot of my family and even myself. I was reckless with hearts. But I got my karma.
“Early on, I wasn’t equipped to handle it. That’s why you have to have people around you who love you enough to put you in your place … We all battle with our own demons. A lot changed when I had kids.”
And the 41-year-old singer – who has Noah, three, and Elias, nine months, with his wife Luisana Lopilato – has struck up a good balance between his career and his family life.
Talking about balancing his work and his personal life on BBC Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs, he said: “I won’t allow [work to take over family time]. I get sick way too often … having young kids is like a petri dish of infections. My manager tells me I have to stay away from my kids and stop kissing them, but I would take getting sick a million times over for those kisses.”
Meanwhile, Michael previously admitted he would love to have more children.
He shared: “I would love to [have more kids]. Who knows what we have planned. Even asking me is like, no, because my wife is the boss. It’s her body and she’ll tell me when she’s ready. If she’s ready.
“I love them more than I’ll ever love anything, or anyone in the whole universe. I think it gave me perspective on life that I think I very badly needed. It’s hard to be able to quantify that level of love. I didn’t know that level of love existed. But it makes me better at everything. OHMYGOSSIP — Zayn Malik is “constantly battling within himself” because of his anxiety.
The ‘Pillowtalk’ hitmaker has opened up about how he deals with his feelings of anxiousness, which he has described as something that “swells up and blocks out his rational thought processes”.
Writing in his eponymous book, he shared: “Anxiety is nothing to be ashamed of; it affects millions of people every day. I know I have fans out there who have been through this kind of thing, too, and I wanted to be honest for their sake, if nothing else … Rather than hiding away, sugar-coating it, I knew I had to put it all out there.
“It’s this thing that swells up and blocks out your rational thought processes. Even when you know you want to do something, know that it will be good for you, that you’ll enjoy it when you’re doing it, the anxiety is telling you a different story. It’s a constant battle within yourself.”
The 23-year-old singer – who is dating model Gigi Hadid – pulled out of what would have been his first ever solo gig on British soil in June earlier this year, blaming his anxiety.
He said at the time: “To all those people who have been waiting to see me perform at the Capital Summertime Ball today, I flew into the UK last night to appear in my home country in front of my family, friends, and most importantly my UK fans.
“Unfortunately my anxiety that has haunted me throughout the last few months around live performances has gotten the better of me … with the magnitude of the event I have suffered the worst anxiety of my career.
“I cannot apologise enough but I want to be honest with everyone who has patiently waited to see me, I promise I will do my best to make this up to everybody I’ve let down today. I know those who suffer anxiety will understand and I hope those who don’t can empathise with my situation.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Irina Shayk wants to have children.
The 30-year-old model – who is in a relationship with Bradley Cooper – thinks having a family of her own is the “most important thing” and though she doesn’t know when it will happen, she admits it could be “soon”.
She said: “I think family is the reason why we are here.
“I love my job and it’s very important to me. I really enjoy what I’m doing but it’s not the most important thing in my life – family is, friends, people who I love.
“My father was married to my mother for more than 20 years and, yes, definitely one day I want to have a family because that is the most important thing on this earth.
“I don’t think there is a perfect time. I think it’s more important to have the right person by your side.
“My sister had her baby when she was 22, and for her that was the perfect time.
“I will be 31 in January, so maybe soon it will be my perfect time. I don’t know – time will tell.”
Irina thinks she is “romantic” – but believes it is more important for men to be than women.
She said: “I would say that I can definitely e romantic and I think that it’s very important.
“But as far as I am concerned, it’s even more important for guys to be romantic than girls.”
While she isn’t engaged, the Russian beauty already knows what sort of wedding she wants.
She explained to Britain’s HELLO! magazine: “I was born and raised in snow, so I would definitely like it to be somewhere warm, beautiful and nice, probably by the beach.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ashley Olsen has splashed out $6.75 million on a New York City condo.
The 30-year-old actress has forked out the huge sum on a recently converted two-bedroom apartment in Greenwich Village on 37 East 12th Street, which is thought to contain white oak interior doors, and has a similar design in the kitchen.
The abode is officially owned by a company aptly named 37 East 12th Street LLC, but according to Observer, the lawyers putting pen to paper on the deal are the same ones who handled the former child star’s real estate purchase at 1 Morton Square in the city.
Should the blonde beauty have so little time to head up the stairs in her apartment then she will be pleased to note it comes with a private elevator entry, and there are two-and-a-half bathrooms in the property.
In May, it was reported the apartment was listed for $7.1 million, meaning Ashley may well have saved herself a few dollars on the deal.
According to the listing from Madeline Hult Elghanayan, Dennis Mangone and Kirk Rundhaug of Douglas Elliman, there are only six condos in the whole building and each one occupies an entire floor.
It was also said that with just a few tenants residing in the building the condo is “very private”, which could be ideal for the star, especially if she wishes to invite her sisters, Mary-Kate Olsen, 30, and Elizabeth Olsen, 27, around.
But her Greenwich Village condo isn’t the only one she has been close to recently as Ashley was previously romantically linked to visual artist George Condo, 59.
She is now thought to be dating Richard Sachs, who is said to be in his 50s, after they were spotted getting close at an exercise class in New York.

OHMYGOSSIP — Keira Knightley can’t fit into her pre-pregnancy jeans.
The 31-year-old actress, who gave birth to her daughter Edie in May last year, has admitted she refused to give into pressure to get back into shape after delivering the little girl.
Speaking to the December issue of Britain’s Harper’s Bazaar magazine about her body, the brunette beauty said: “It’s a different body, as it should be, because it’s done an extraordinary thing … I thought I was going to go, ‘God, I’ve got to get back into shape.’ I actually went completely the opposite. I went, ‘F**k that, I’m not putting that pressure on myself in any way.’
“So it’s taken me a long time to get back into my jeans. I’m nearly there. Not quite there, but nearly there.”
And the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star – who is married to Klaxons musician James Righton – claimed only rich women can afford to go back to work after having children so counts herself “lucky” she is able to afford “really good childcare” for her tiny tot.
She explained: “One of the things that is so shocking in this country is that childcare is unbelievably expensive. It’s incredibly difficult, it should be well paid. But there is no option for a woman to go back to work unless she’s being paid really, really well and can afford full-time care before [her child can] get into nursery.
“I think I’ve become unbelievably aware of that and how lucky I’ve been to be able to afford really good childcare, because otherwise it would be at least four years out of my career.
“I wouldn’t be able to get back to where I’d been if I’d taken four years out. I think that’s the same for most women. And I think that’s really hard.”
Although Keira has returned to work, she has hinted her child is a handful and has described her as a “ballistic missile”.
Speaking about Edie, she said: “[She is] like a ballistic missile. She’s at about a million miles an hour from the second she wakes up to the moment she goes to sleep.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Celine Dion paid tribute to her late husband as someone who “always thought of others” before himself.
The ‘My Heart Will Go On’ hitmaker took to the stage at the ADISQ Gala in Quebec on Sunday night (30.10.16) to praise René Angélil – who passed away in January – for his work as a music producer and his personal values.
Speaking at the Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier of Place des Arts, she told the audience: “[Rene was] not only one of the greatest visionaries of the Quebec music industry, he was also one of the biggest fans of musical artists that ever existed.
“He had an immense respect for people who had that passion … René always thought of others before he thought of himself.”
The spectacle included an emotional tribute to René, who was Celine’s manager, in which the 48-year-old singer and Ginette Reno, 70, who was also managed by the late star, performed.
Celine later took to the stage to pick up the Felix trophy in his honour and was given a standing ovation.
The ‘Because You Loved Me’ hitmaker later admitted René would have been “very proud” of the occasion.
Speaking backstage at the ceremony, she is quoted by the Montreal Gazette newspaper as saying: “Of course it was a great honour for me to receive trophies over the years, but to be here to receive a trophy that’s not for me, that’s even more touching.
“He’s not physically present, but I’m sure he’s here tonight. I don’t think he missed any of this, and I’m sure he’s very proud.”
It comes following reports Celine is to take the whole of December off to be with her 15-year-old son René-Charles and six-year-old twins Eddy and Nelson for their first Christmas since René’s passing.
A source recently said: “She’s taking all of December off to spend with the kids. She’s still grieving, but she’s doing everything she can to keep as happy and as healthy as possible. It’s all about the kids.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Priscilla Presley didn’t want the Guesthouse at Graceland to have “Elvis everywhere”.
The 71-year-old actress has overseen development and helped design the 450-room hotel, which is situated close to her late ex-husband’s iconic Graceland estate in Tennessee, and though the 20 suites all pay tribute to the ‘Love Me Tender’ singer in some way, the nods are very subtle.
Priscilla explained: “Each suite has a feel of Elvis. We didn’t want it so Elvis-themed and Elvis everywhere, because you can see that at Graceland.
“He wouldn’t have wanted a hotel full of his picture.”
Priscilla helped design the suites, with her favourite being the King Suite, which is inspired by Elvis’ own master bedroom, complete with a TV mounted in the ceiling, and one designed in homage to the then-Hilton hotel where the singer would stay while performing in Las Vegas.
She explained to People magazine: “That one has a royal blue and purple color palette . . . a little bit of a vintage touch.”
Two months ago, when the hotel was almost complete, an archivist showed Priscilla a photograph he’d found from 1960 of the ‘Heartbreak Hotel’ singer and his father Vernon standing in front of a model of a guesthouse at their home, and the ‘Naked Gun’ star thinks the new facility pays tribute to her former spouse’s vision.
She added:”He would not live in the Jungle Room.
“[His style was] more modern and contemporary. He seemed to gravitate toward rooms that were very plush and colourful. He had an aesthetic eye, lets just put it that way.”
The Guesthouse at Graceland is now open.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kendall Jenner “can’t move” when she wakes in the night.
The 20-year-old model has been struggling with her health, but her mother Kris Jenner believes her symptoms are a result of anxiety.
In a clip for next weekend’s episode of ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’, Kendall told the cameras: “I wake up in the middle of the night and I can’t move.”
She then spoke to her mother on the phone and Kris said: “I think you’ve just got anxiety.”
But the brunette beauty insisted: “Everyone says I’m fine, but I don’t feel fine.”
In a teaser for the show which aired earlier this month, Kendall was seen hitting out at her family for not taking her health worries seriously enough.
She fumed: “I’m done arguing with people because I don’t feel fine.
“I promise one day when I’m rushed to the hospital, then you guys are going to wake up.”
Last December, Kendall revealed she had been hospitalised due to exhaustion, and admitted her health scare had made her vow to look after herself better.
She previously revealed on her app: “I just got so tired from work and life and everything that it freaked me out at the end of this year.
“I actually had to go to the hospital because I was so exhausted. It was definitely a wake-up call that I need to take better care of myself.
“So, I guess my resolution would be to chill out more and have the ability to be a little more spontaneous. I want to enjoy being home a little bit more. No matter what, 2016 is going to be the best yet. I can feel it!”

OHMYGOSSIP — Slash is claiming he was never married to Perla Ferrar.
The pair tied the knot in 2001 but at the time she was still married to Carlos Marty, who she wed in 1993, and the Guns N’ Roses lead guitarist, who filed for divorce from her in December 2014, is said to think she’s “a bigamist” who has no right to a share in his earnings.
According to gossip website TMZ, the 51-year-old rocker wants a judge to say he wasn’t married to Perla, who is said to be looking to receive 50 per cent of his earnings during their 13-year marriage.
Perla, 39, and Carlos divorced after one month of marriage but it later turned out their forms weren’t filed properly.
Despite this, she claims the pair hired a lawyer in 2009 and a judge finalised the split and made it retroactive to 1994.
Perla thought she was a single lady when she married Slash but the former couple discovered she hadn’t properly divorced Carlos when they applied for dual citizenship for their son Cash, 10.
However, the publication claims that a “putative spouses” law states that if two people believe they are married but there is an issue with the documents then a judge can treat them as wed and divide their earnings appropriately.
Slash – who also has 12-year-old son London with his estranged wife – is said to have cited irreconcilable differences and listed their date of separation as June 15th in his legal documents.
The guitarist – whose real name is Saul Hudson – has also requested joint physical and legal custody of their sons.
It’s not the first time Slash has filed for divorce from Perla, who is also his manager and runs all his companies, as he did so in 2010.
But he withdrew the petition just two months later when they managed to work things out.

OHMYGOSSIP — Mariah Carey is demanding James Packer buy her a mansion as part of their split.
The Australian billionaire recently called off their engagement leaving her “devastated”, but she reportedly wants a house in Los Angeles out of their break-up and allegedly blames his pal Tommy Davis for the pair going their separate ways.
Sources connected to the superstar singer told gossip website TMZ that James, 49, has changed since he started spending time with Tommy, 44, who was the chief spokesperson of the Church of Scientology from 2005 to 2011.
One source has claimed to the outlet that James, who used to buy Mariah lavish gifts, enlisted the help of Tommy to help him stop spending so much.
James is expected to respond to Mariah’s mansion demand later today (31.10.16).
The 46-year-old singer – who has five-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with her ex-husband Nick Cannon – is said to be seeking a $50 million settlement from James because she had to uproot her life and move to Los Angeles for him.
But a source close to the couple recently said: “Of course Mariah wants money, but she’s not getting $50 million. There’s no negotiations about money because they haven’t spoken since the split.
“He let her keep the ring, and she isn’t getting a cent more. It is ridiculous to claim that James is the reason for the cancellation of her South America tour. A few days ago she blamed it on the promoters.”
Mariah was said to have been left “blindsided” when James called off their engagement.
Another source recently said: “The split has been devastating for Mariah. She loved James and was planning to marry him … She made life changes for this man to prepare for their future as husband and wife, even relocating to Los Angeles, at James’ request, so he could be closer to his children.

OHMYGOSSIP — Idris Elba has won his first professional kickboxing fight.
The 44-year-old actor has been undergoing gruelling training from former boxer Nigel Benn to become a professional grappler as part of a three-part documentary series for Discovery called ‘Idris Elba: Fighter’.
Now, the ‘Luther’ actor has taken to the ring in his first professional fight that was set up for the documentary, and he came out victorious in his battle against an unnamed opponent at London’s York Hall on Friday (28.10.16).
Footage of the fight was filmed by 58-year-old singer Madonna, who was seen cheering her friend on from the sidelines.
Posting a video of the fight on Instagram, the ‘Like a Virgin’ hitmaker wrote: “Idris Elba Smashes it at York Hall! (sic)”
The ‘4 Minutes’ singer sparked rumours she had begun romancing the handsome actor over the weekend after she shared a number of posts featuring the star – who DJed on her ‘Rebel Heart’ tour in Germany last year – on her Snapchat account.
And the pair were said to have flaunted their affection at M restaurant after the fight, where they arrived at 3am.
A source said: “They were all over each other. There was nothing subtle about it, no attempt to hide. It was very blatant.
“They were at the party for about an hour, they would dance, go off to smooch, then mingle a bit more. They only had eyes for each other. That seemed very, very clear.”
‘The Wire’ actor originally took up the sport in order to stay in shape, but said previously it had always been his “dream” to have a real fight.
He said: “It has been my dream to fight in a ring properly. It is not fake, I might get hurt but ultimately I have trained for it and I like to fight.”
During training, the ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ star bust his nose a “couple of times” but hoped his nasal injuries weren’t too noticeable as he needs to stay looking his best for his big screen roles.
He added: “I’ve busted my nose a couple of times but hopefully it doesn’t show. Keeping fit is important to me as part of my work and I always used to train back in the day as just a kickboxer before I was acting and now I am on this massive journey.”
