OHMYGOSSIP — Cameron Diaz was “so scared” before the release of her book ‘The Body Book: Feed, Move, Understand and Love Your Amazing Body’.
The 44-year-old actress admitted she felt debilitating fear prior to sharing the self-improvement tome with the world in 2013 and the stress made her ill.
She said: “Right before the book came out, I was on my back for a week. My back went out. I couldn’t breathe.
“I’ve never had that kind of thing where I was just literally debilitated. I realized I was just so scared that I was going to put this thing into the world and everybody’s going to see me, and what if they don’t like me? What if they think I’m crazy or I’m stupid? I was like, oh God, this is so painful. It was revealing about who I was. Movies are like totally fake. It’s not me at all. It is, but they’re characters. This book was all me. There was no hiding. I was so open and so raw.”

She added: “The book isn’t the numbers that got sold. It was that I had an intention, and the intention was to get that information out to as many women as I could.
‘The Mask’ star went on to write her 2016 book ‘The Longevity Book: the Science of Aging, the Biology of Strength, and the Privilege of Time’ and spoke about what success means to her success at sister in-law Nicole Richie’s Pearl xChange at The London in West Hollywood on the weekend.
According to People, Cameron – who is married to Benji Madden – said: “You have to forget about what success is to everybody else, and you have to know what success is to you. You have to know that it’s not about how much money you make, or what car you drive, or what bag you buy, or how many likes you get. It’s all about your intention of what you want to accomplish on a personal level.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga and TwentyOne Pilots lead the winners at this year’s MTV European Music Awards (EMAs).
The ‘What Do You Mean’ hitmaker, the 30-year-old pop star and the musical duo tied at the glamorous event, held in Rotterdam, Netherlands, on Sunday (06.16.16) with two prizes each.
The 22-year-old singer – who racked up five nominations – walked away with the trophy for Best Song for his hit ‘Sorry’ and the Biggest Fans category for his loyal supporters, Beliebers.
Gaga – who’s known for her eccentric style – was equally successful with the award for Best Look and Best Female, while the ‘Heathens’ hitmakers, comprised of Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun, swiped Best Alternative Act and Best Live Artist.
The gong for Best Video went to The Weeknd for ‘Starboy’ ft Daft Punk, Shawn Mendes nabbed Best Male Artist, while ‘Lush Life’ hitmaker Zara Larsson, from Sweden, got Best New Artist.
Coldplay – comprised of Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion – picked up Best Rock Act, while Fifth Harmony, which formed on ‘The X Factor USA’ in 2012 and consists of Dinah Jane Hansen, Ally Brooke, Normani Hamilton, Camila Cabello and Lauren Jauregui, scooped Best Pop Act.
Drake was crowned Best Hip Hop Act, Martin Garrix nabbed Best Electronic Artist, while DNCE got Best Push Act.
Green Day were in for a special treat as they were dished out the Global Icon Award, while Little Mix lead the way for the British with a gong for the Best UK and Ireland Act.
However, not everyone was so lucky as Beyoncé was up for Best Video for her comeback single ‘Formation’, Best Female, Best Live and Best Local Act (US) but came away with nothing.
And Adele was in a similar position as she managed to scoop four nods last month but failed to deliver on the night.

OHMYGOSSIP — Zayn Malik is set to star in his forthcoming television series.
The former One Direction star has teamed up with ‘Law & Order’s Dick Wolf and his wife Noelle Wolf to help produce a scripted show called ‘Boys’, which is based on the formation of a successful boy band, and now he’s decided to take on a role.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Zayn has started talks with his fellow producers about him appearing in a couple of episodes of ‘Boys’. He’s really keen to kick of his acting career and sees this as the perfect opportunity to do so, especially as he will have a lot of creative control.
“The discussions are still ongoing and there is still a chance he may just play himself in the show. Either way he is taking his role as executive producer very seriously and sees this as a big stepping stone to working more on TV and film in the future.”
The 23-year-old singer has always wanted to sink his teeth into acting but his dreams of making it as a big Hollywood star came to a halt in 2010 when he joined the band on ‘The X Factor’.
He said: “The acting completely stopped because I joined the band, but I’d definitely be interested if I was given the right part.”
However, even if he doesn’t make it into the cast, Zayn is still thrilled he’s got the chance to work with the “legend” Dick.
He said: “Dick Wolf is a legend and the opportunity to work with him and NBC to create a compelling drama series is awesome.”
Whilst Noelle added at the time: “We were intrigued by the synergistic potential that Zayn brings to the project.”
Zayn – who is now dating model Gigi Hadid – quit One Direction in 2015 because he wanted to have a “normal life” again.

OHMYGOSSIP — Audrina Patridge has got married.
The 31-year-old presenter tied the knot with her Australian beau Corey Bohan, 34, in front of 100 guests in a beautiful botanical garden in Hawaii on Saturday (05.11.16) afternoon.
In photographs, obtained by E! News, the blonde beauty was glowing from head-to-toe as she walked down the aisle in her lace figure-hugging gown with a flower tucked behind her ear.
Corey, on the other hand, opted for a white shirt with khakis and suspenders as he clutched his wife’s perfectly manicured hand.
It’s been a busy year for the couple – who have been dating for the past eight years – as they welcomed their first child – a beautiful baby girl – Kirra Max Bohan into the world on June 24.
Audrina’s representative said at the time: “She’s perfectly healthy and mom is doing great.”
The pair got engaged in November last year and announced Audrina’s pregnancy one month later but she admitted planning her wedding while pregnant was “overwhelming”.
She said: “It’s a little overwhelming. After I have the baby, I have no idea what size my breasts will be or if my hips will go down or get bigger. So for now dress shopping, at least, is on hold.”
However, the loved-up duo weren’t in any rush to get hitched because they already felt like they were a married couple.
Audrina explained: “I didn’t want to rush getting married because stress is bad for the baby. Corey said, ‘Stop caring what people think. Their opinions don’t matter.’
“Anyway, we’ve already been together for so long, it’s like we’re already married. It’s just a title at this point – and a ring.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Gal Gadot is pregnant.
The 31-year-old actress has announced that she and her husband Yaron Versano, whom she married in 2008, are expecting their second child together and she can’t wait to meet her little bundle of joy, whose sex is not yet known, next year.
Taking to her Instagram account on Sunday (06.11.16), the brunette beauty uploaded a black-and-white photograph of her and Yaron in the mirror clutching her little baby bump.
She accompanied the sweet shot with the caption: “So excited to share this wonder with you… #mommyforthesecondtime (sic)”
The pair welcomed their first child – a baby girl – named Alma into the world in 2011 and Gal admitted that she’s glad her mother travels with her when she’s busy with work because she hates the thought of her little girl being in the care of a nanny.
She said recently: “Fame means I have to be very organised. But being a mother means getting up early in the morning even if you’re tired because that’s your responsibility.
“I worry that I should always be doing more and spend more time with Alma even when I’m working. I try to do the best I can.
“My mother and my daughter travel with me, so when I’m on the set, my mother will look after Alma and that gives me comfort.”
Gal adores being a parent and thinks it was better to have her daughter before her career really took off as she wouldn’t have as much time for her if she waited until things had “settled”.
She explained: “I was thinking about whether I should wait to have children when my acting career was more settled, but then I thought that if you’re more successful, you’re working even more, so that wouldn’t be the best time either.
“I’m very happy being a mother and as soon as you begin raising your child, you feel this incredible love and happiness that is different from anything else you’ve ever experienced.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Rochelle Humes’ daughter wants her to have another baby.
The Saturdays singer welcomed her little girl Alaia-Mai into the world with her husband Marvin Humes three years ago and, although she’s happy with the way things are at the moment, the toddler has been putting pressure on her to give her a sibling.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper’s Fabulous magazine, she said: “I’m feeling it from Alaia, for sure! She’s already quizzing me and saying that her friends all have brothers or sisters. At the minute I feel so blessed and happy with the way everything is that I’d never put pressure on that, but definitely in the future.”
Rochelle and her spouse – who first started dating in 2010 – are both very busy with their careers but they believe the secret to their successful marriage is going on regularly date nights.
She explained: “When Marvin and I are on a date night, we keep our phones in our bags.
“If you’re out for dinner, enjoy it! I find it bizarre that you would pay for an expensive meal to just Snapchat through all of it.”
Although the 27-year-old beauty isn’t thinking about adding to her family just yet, her husband Marvin has other ideas.
The 31-year-old singer said recently: “I’m always broody! I love having that little baby in your arms. Rochelle is more broody now than ever because two of her best girl friends are pregnant.

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt has pulled out of all of his promotional commitments for his new movie ‘Allied’ following his split with Angelina Jolie.
The 52-year-old actor – who portrays the lead role Max Vatan in the forthcoming romantic thriller – is reportedly refusing to do any interviews, press junkets or chat show appearances following his public divorce with the ‘By the Sea’ actress, 41.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “This was supposed to be the start of a big campaign push for Brad to finally win an acting Oscar but there’s too much controversy for him to risk any publicity. It also doesn’t help that there were rumours he had an affair with his co-star Marion Cotillard, which both deny.
“Loads of chat show studios are gutted as they had him booked to come on and dozens of journalists have had their interviews scrapped. They are also being briefed not to ask anybody else associated about the film about Brad’s personal life.
“His team look very likely to pull the plug on him even walking the red carpet in Los Angeles. They know it’s important he been seen to support the film but this is a huge crisis for him and the current tactic is to lie low. If he does appear, he’ll not say a word to any media and sneak in a side door.”
The estranged couple – who got married last year – are currently locked in a bitter legal battle as Angelina has requested full physical custody of their six children; Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, while he has asked for shared guardianship.
TMZ reports that Brad gave the same separation date as Angelina, 41, did, September 15, 2016, and neither star has mentioned spousal or child support in their filings.
Angelina and Brad previously agreed on a parenting plan, giving the brunette star temporary physical custody over the kids, with Brad allowed to visit them under the supervision of a therapist.
Angelina filed for divorce after Brad was allegedly “verbally abusive” and “physical” towards their son Maddox while under the influence of alcohol during a flight on September 14.
However, it was later reported that Maddox suffered no injuries and some witnesses on the jet say Brad’s contact with the boy was “inadvertent”.

The 27-year-old singer has sparked rumours he’s struck up a romance with the ‘Game of Thrones’ actress, 20, after they were spotted cosying up to one another at the MTV European Music Awards in Rotterdam, Netherlands, on November 6.
In photographs, obtained by the Hollywood Life, the hunk was seen with his arm draped over the brunette beauty, while they gazed into one another’s eyes at the glamorous event.
However, Joe’s low-key date won’t come as too much of a surprise to fans as he recently admitted that he enjoys getting to know new people in a mutual environment with some drinks.
He said: “I’d like it to be really low key. I think there’s this thing that happens where, with a first date, there’s just this immense amount of pressure on both sides that it just has to be kind of magical. OHMYGOSSIP — Khloé Kardashian rented out a movie theatre for her mother Kris Jenner’s 61st birthday on Saturday (05.11.16).
The 32-year-old reality TV star wanted the ‘momager’ to celebrate her annual milestone in style by hiring the Cinépolis movie theatre in Westlake Village, California, and giving her a private screening of the recently released fantasy film ‘Trolls’.
Taking to her Snapchat account yesterday, Khloé filmed her mom sitting in her lavish cinema chair and said: “What do you do on your mom’s birthday? You rent out the theatre. Go Mom!”
Kris – who was also treated to a neck massage as part of the private screening – was joined by her daughters Khloé, Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, and her boyfriend Corey Gamble.
And Khloé’s birthday treat didn’t stop there as earlier on in the day she paid tribute to her “fantastic mother” on her website.
She said: “Happy birthday mama!! My greatest wish is to grow up and be as fantastic as a mother as you have been to us! Thank you for always being there for every single one of us! You are our angel! I love you mommy! (sic)”
She added: “It’s the HBIC’s (Head Bitch In Command) bday!! Kris Jenner is hands down the ultimate momager and bada** bitch, not to mention a wonderful mother. I love you Mom! Thank you for all that you do for me and our family! (sic).”
Kris’ son Rob Kardashian and his fiancee Blac Chyna sent a selection of balloons to her house, which carried the messages “Happy Birthday” and “Love You” emblazoned on them.
And, although her daughter Kim Kardashian West did not post on social media, as she has been keeping a low profile since she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris last month, she created a special emoji just for her mother to mark the occasion.

OHMYGOSSIP — Mel Gibson regularly “screws up” as a parent.
The 60-year-old filmmaker – who has eight children from two previous relationships – has admitted he’s not the perfect father all the time but hopes he’s doing a good job more than not.
Speaking to The Sunday Times newspaper, he said: “As a parent, everybody screws up.
“There’s no such thing as a perfect parent and it’s so easy to mess up. But hopefully I’ve screwed up less than most.”
Mel hit the headlines around the globe six years ago when video footage of him verbally abusing his then-girlfriend Oksana Griegorieva, with whom he has seven-year-old daughter Lucia, emerged in which he mocked her physical appearance and allegedly punched her in the face and knocked out her teeth.
Four years prior to that incident, which resulted in him being banned from seeing his daughter, Mel found himself caught up in another argument but, this time, involving a police officer.
Throughout his career, the ‘Expendables 3’ star has been very honest about his battle with alcohol, which has resulted in him being arrested multiple times for drink-driving.
His troubled personal life led to the ‘Hacksaw Ridge’ filmmaker stepping out of the public eye, and he has been “working on” himself and spending quality time with his kids, Hannah, 36, Christian and Edward, both 34, William, 31, Louis, 28, Milo, 26, and Thomas, 17 – who he has with his first wife Robyn Moore.
He’s since managed to claw back his life and is now expecting a baby – his ninth child – with his partner Rosalind Ross.
He told the publication: “Things are really good and the last two years have been some of the best.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is in the “process” of changing her name.
The 33-year-old pop star finalised her divorce from her second husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini last month in a quickie court hearing and now she’s keen to drop his double-barrelled surname as soon as possible.
Her representative told the MailOnline: “It is in the process of being changed.”
Although she’s going down the various channels to lose the surname, it’s not yet known whether she will revert back to her maiden name Tweedy, which she used until she married her first husband, soccer player Ashley Cole in 2006.
Cheryl’s desperation to drop the French restauranteur’s surname comes just days after she hinted at a return to the music scene in a reply to a concerned fan on Twitter.
The follower said: “I’m actually really nervous that we won’t ever get Cheryl music again,” to which the ‘I Don’t Care’ hitmaker cheekily replied: “Don’t be.”
However, it’s thought her music comeback will have to be put on hold for a little while as it’s believed she’s expecting a baby with her boyfriend Liam Payne.
The loved-up duo haven’t commented on speculation surrounding their relationship or the possibility of them becoming parents, but Cheryl’s former ‘X Factor’ boss Simon Cowell added fuel to the fire when he said she’d make a great mother because she’s a “natural” with his two-year-old son Eric.
He said at the time: “I guess that is what happens when you are with someone. Cheryl would be an amazing mum. I have seen her with my son Eric and other kids over the years and she is incredible. She is very good with them.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Blac Chyna has adopted a puppy.
The 28-year-old reality TV star may be just two weeks away from giving birth to her and her fiancé Rob Kardashian’s baby girl – their first child together – but that didn’t stop her from adding a little four-legged furry friend to their expanding family.
Taking to her Snapchat account on Saturday (05.11.16), the brunette beauty posted a short video of her new pup playing with its little sibling, who belongs to her best friend Paige.
The pair initially named the dogs – thought to be West Highland Terriers – Cameron and Tilden but were later dished a bombshell when they took their new pets to the vets for their injections and found out that, despite thinking they were boys, they were girls.
Chyna said: “I guess we’re gonna have a house full of girls.”
Her friend Paige was devastated that her puppy was a girl and decided to keep her name as Cameron, while the heavily-pregnant model was thrilled and changed her moniker to Tilda.
Although Tilda has only been in Chyna’s life for a matter of hours, she couldn’t resist taking her tiny pet pooch shopping with her as she splashed out on a new bed for her, some squeaky toys to play with and bought her top of the range food.
It’s not yet known how Rob – the brother of Kim Kardashian West, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian – feels about his new pet but Chyna’s four-year-old son King Cairo, whom she has with her ex Tyga, has taken to little Tilda really well.

OHMYGOSSIP — David Gest’s family have launched legal proceedings after he left them nothing in his will.
The 62-year-old television personality died from a stroke in April and left most of his £10 million estate to his lawyer Edward Bearman, leaving his family furious.
Gest’s former bodyguard and best friend Imad Handi told the Sun on Sunday: “I was left £18,000.
“I am upset and his family are upset. He told me I would be looked after.
“I’ve no idea why he left Bearman almost everything.”
And now David’s sister Barbara Gerber, 60, has launched legal proceedings against the executors of the estate, who work at the same law firm as Bearman.
Bearman received Gest’s five-bedroom home in the US, clothes belonging to the late Michael Jackson and “a secret memorabilia collection worth £1.6million”.
David was found dead in his hotel room on April 12, with police saying his death was being treated as “non-suspicious”.
A subsequent post-mortem said David died of “natural causes” and Bearman later revealed his cause of death was a stroke.
In May, Handi claimed to have heard the star suffer a fatal heart attack during their last phone conversation – four days before his body was found.
Imad – who was friends with David for 16 years – said he received a silent phone call, which he believes was the entertainer trying to ask for urgent help, in the days before his body was found.
He explained: “I answered the phone and was like, ‘Hello, hello, hello?’, and I heard something smash on the floor.
“Part of me froze and then the phone went dead. Knowing David and his OCD I thought, ‘He’s dropped something on the floor, he’s going to hang up and clean it up. He’ll call me back’. Unfortunately, he didn’t call me back.
“I did try and call that evening and on Saturday and there was no answer. I believe he passed away on the Friday.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Susan Boyle has opened up about her relationship with a doctor from Florida.
The 55-year-old singer – who has never been in love – met the man while touring America before embarking on her first romantic relationship with him and although they have not seen each other in some time, she is hopeful that they will have a future together.
Speaking to Event magazine, she said: “Well, I just haven’t seen him for a while. He’s a nice man, he took me out for a meal and we got friendly, you know. Everyone was going daft looking for me and there I was with this lovely guy. Potentially it’s not finished. I’d like to see him more. But I’m very busy, and it’s been a long time but I would like someone. I’m very sensitive. I can be loving and loyal, and then sometimes I can be pretty hard to get.”
Susan also spoke about her late father’s temper, admitting that he hit her when she was younger.
She said: “My father, though a very good man, had a temper. He showed it to me and he hurt me. He didn’t mean to but I held on to this for years and when he was dying [he passed away in 1997 aged 81], I had to let it go. You have to accept it, that’s maturity.
“It’s not easy, but you have to let it go and replace it with a new self, that’s what I’ve been focusing on in the past six months. It’s difficult, I’ve a lot of good and bad memories. I’ve been coming to terms with it. All of these things that happened in my life, you have to let go of the bad. I’ve seen the Queen and sung at her birthday, all of that is wonderful.”
Meanwhile, Susan left fans worried when she suffered a meltdown at Heathrow Airport earlier this year but the star – who suffers from Asperger’s syndrome, a form of Autism – insists she is fine and has been trying to fly less because it is so stressful.
She explained: “I was feeling rushed. It was a misunderstanding that’s been resolved. I wrote an apology to the airport and now everything is OK, but I’m trying not to fly much now because I don’t want to get agitated. I’m dealing with it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Blac Chyna will give birth in the same hospital as Kim Kardashian West and Kourtney Kardashian.
The 28-year-old model – whose real name is Angela White – is pregnant with Rob Kardashian’s baby and has booked in for a Caesarean section at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, where her fiance’s sisters also gave birth, TMZ reports.
The luxurious maternity suite features three beds, two bathrooms and a lounge area.
Meanwhile, it was previously claimed that Rob and Chyna could make “hundreds of thousands of dollars” by allowing cameras into the delivery room for the birth of their little girl.
Rob and Chyna are said to be in talks for a baby special of their reality show ‘Rob & Chyna’, which will include footage of the birth, Chyna’s baby shower and the run up to the birth. It will also document the first few days of their daughter’s life.
It also claims Chyna – who already has a son, King Cairo, by ex Tyga, who is now dating Rob’s younger sister Kylie Jenner – is deciding whether to let cameras get really intimate footage of the birth.
The Kardashians are no strangers to giving birth in front of the cameras as Rob’s older sister Kourtney, gave birth to two of her children, Mason, six, and Penelope, four, for ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’.
Meanwhile, Chyna recently revealed how she plans to follow a “strict” eating and fitness regime as soon as she gives birth to her second child, which is due on November 16.
She said: “My goal is to gain, like, 100 pounds this pregnancy. I’m gonna tear it up, then I’m gonna snap back. Strict diet, waist training, detox tea and working out.”
She has regularly shared updates about her weight gain on social media app Snapchat, and she still has a long way to go to reach her target, as she shared less than two weeks ago that she’s put on 50lbs during her pregnancy so far.

The 45-year-old actress – who is currently being treated for breast cancer – advised Michael and his wife Luisana Lopilato to “stay positive and trust in your doctors” as they help son Noah, three, through his illness.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Shannen said: “I can’t even begin to touch that one to be honest, because it’s a three-year-old. I would imagine your child having cancer is devastating as a parent.
“Just trust in your doctors. Make sure you have amazing doctors, a great team and know that organisations like the American Cancer Society, Stand Up to Cancer, they are doing so much good for cancer. And [there is] so much research that we have much better chances now. Stay positive.
“That positivity, that outlook on life that you can get through something, it actually does get you through.”
Shannen’s comments came after Michael announced the sad news on his Facebook page last week.
He said: “We are devastated about the recent cancer diagnosis of our oldest son Noah who is currently undergoing treatment in the US. We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children.
“Luisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well. At this difficult time, we ask only for your prayers and respect for our privacy. We have a long journey in front of us and hope that with the support of family, friends and fans around the world, we will win this battle, God willing.”
But friends of the couple – who also have an eight-month-old son Elias together – say Noah is a fighter.
An insider told Us Weekly: “They are really sad but hopeful. They immediately got him very good care and they are hoping and praying for the best.
“They are getting him the best doctors around. It’s really heartbreaking. This was a real shock, but they are doing everything they can.
“They’re staying positive and Noah is a fighter.”
