OHMYGOSSIP — A fan who claims to have been punched by Justin Bieber been told by local police that he can press charges against the singer.
The 22-year-old singer was was caught on camera seemingly striking an unnamed male through the open window of his car as he arrived at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, Spain, for the latest show on his ‘Purpose’ tour on Tuesday (22.11.16), and the young man has been advised by the regional police of Cataluna, the Mossos d’Esquadra that he could take action over the incident.
However, the fan – who lives in the Spanish city of Mataró and whose initials are K.R.- admitted to radio station Los 40 principales that he has yet to decide as to whether he will press charges.
The man said he was “upset” by the incident, and revealed he had visited hospital after the altercation, where he received an official report on the injuries he had received, including a bloody lip.
The incident comes a few weeks after the troubled UK leg of Justin’s tour, in which he repeatedly blasted his fans for being “obnoxious” and screaming too loudly, even leaving the stage in protest at one of the shows in Manchester, North West England.
But he later posted a heartfelt message trying to justify his actions.
Alongside a caption that read “Tonight on stage. Thank you”, the ‘Believe’ hitmaker posted a picture of text that read: “People tend to want to shut you down. What I mean by that is … people try to twist things, some people don’t want to listen. But I simply feel like, if I didn’t use this platform to say how I truly feel, and if I didn’t use this platform to be the man that I know I am, and speak from what’s in my heart, then I’m doing myself injustice, and I’m not doing anybody in this audience any justice.
“There’s going to be times where I say the wrong thing, because I’m human. But I don’t pretend to be perfect and I hope to God that, you know, I don’t say the right thing all the time because if that was the case then I’d be a robot, and I’m just, I’m not a robot. There’s times when I get upset … times when I get angry, there’s times when I’m going to be frustrated. But I’m always going to be myself on this stage.
“When people try to twist things and say ‘Justin’s angry at his fans. He doesn’t want his fans to scream’ that’s not at all what I was doing. All I was simply doing was wanting people to listen; to kind of hear me out a little bit. Certain people … certain cities aren’t going to want to hear me out, and you know, sometimes it’s my job to just say ‘Hey, I’m not going to try to force anything’. I just appreciate you guys tonight, listening to me and understanding, and rocking with me. You guys are truly amazing.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Hailey Baldwin rented a $3,000-a-night apartment to celebrate her 20th birthday.
The model saw in the milestone on Tuesday (22.11.16) in Toronto, Canada, in a plush four-bedroom Airbnb property, which the company appeared to give her as a present.
The blonde beauty posted a picture of herself sitting down in the luxury space and added the caption: “Birthday Vibezzz @airbnb thank you for my birthday home, best gift! (sic)”
She also shared another snap of her laughing with one of her pals in the property and wrote: ” best time bringing in 20″
But the house didn’t appear to be the ideal place to do the Mannequin Challenge – the craze sweeping the globe where people are filmed trying to stay as still as possible – as she shared a video of herself and pals attempting to do it, but failing.
In a caption attached to the clip, which sees the trio move almost as soon as the camera starts running, she wrote: “Fail”
Earlier this month, Hailey was a guest at her best friend Kendall Jenner’s 21st birthday celebrations along with Cindy Crawford, Kate Mara, Melanie Griffith, Gabrielle Union, Paris Hilton and Jonathan Cheban.
Kendall recently admitted the highlight of her star-studded birthday bash was that she managed to avoid vomiting afterwards.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ellen DeGeneres was presented with the Presidential Medal of Freedom at the White House – but almost wasn’t let in.
The chat show host was given the honour by President Barack Obama who praised Ellen for her bravery in coming out as gay in 1997, admitting it was “easy to forget” what a risk she took in making such an announcement.
Speaking at the awards ceremony, he said: “It’s easy to forget now, when we’ve come so far … just how much courage was required for Ellen to come out on the most public of stages almost 20 years ago.
“What an incredible burden that was to bear – to risk your career like that – people don’t do that very often. And then, to have the hopes of millions on your shoulders.”
Ellen was clearly delighted with the award but admitted she almost wasn’t allowed in to The White House because she forgot her ID.
Attached to a picture of herself and wife Portia de Rossi, she wrote: “@BarackObama just awarded me the Medal of Freedom. I hope it serves as an ID. I have no idea how I’m getting home. (sic)”
In another post, she wrote: “They haven’t let me in to the White House yet because I forgot my ID. #NotJoking #PresidentialMedalOfFreedom (sic)”
Once inside, she performed the Mannequin Challenge – the craze sweeping the globe where people are filmed trying to stay as still as possible – alongside several other stars, including Robert De Niro and Tom Hanks, who were also awarded with the medal, and posted the clip on Instagram.
The medal is the country’s highest civilian honour, alongside the Congressional Gold Medal, and is given in recognition of contributions to US culture, security and international interests.
Actor Robert Redford and basketball legend Michael Jordan were also recognised, and Obama joked the sportsman was simply “the guy from ‘Space Jam'”.

OHMYGOSSIP — Katy Perry and Orlando Boom have split.
The ‘Firework’ hitmaker and the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ actor have reportedly gone their separate ways after 10 months of dating, with both appearing to agree that a break up would be the best thing for them.
A source told In Touch magazine: “Not long after Halloween, Orlando confessed to pals that he’d decided to end their relationship. He claimed that he’s just not ready to get married and have babies.”
But another insider added: “She said they were on different life paths and as much as she likes him, it’s time to move on.”
Last month, the 39-year-old actor wasn’t with Katy on her 32nd birthday, but reportedly “buried” her in flowers to make up for the fact he was away shooting his next movie ‘Smart Chase: Fire & Earth’.
A source said: “Orlando buried Katy in flowers on her birthday and felt horrible he could not be there for her birthday.
“He has been super busy on set of his new movie in China and while things have cooled off a bit between the two, they still Facetime and text regularly. Katy still considers him her prince and she was blown away by the surprise flowers he sent from halfway around the world.”
He did manage to attend Katy’s birthday party though, where revellers dressed up as Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley.

OHMYGOSSIP — Rita Ora came to the rescue of Coldplay frontman Chris Martin when was denied an on-tour perk because he didn’t have his ID.
The 39-year-old singer and his chart-topping band were on tour with Rita Ora in 2012 when they tried to get some food backstage prior to a gig, but Chris was initially denied access because the security did not recognise him.
Rita explained: “On one of my first tours I supported Coldplay and they were doing amazing, massive tours as usual. We were just hanging out and then we went to catering to eat some food before the show. Chris didn’t have his pass.
“I remember, they didn’t let him in to catering because he didn’t have his pass. And instead of him saying, ‘Do you know that this is me? This is who I am,’ he said, ‘Rita has got her pass – can I get in with her?’ ”
Rita, 25, said that Chris’ reaction to being denied access to the food was typical of the music superstar, saying that he and his bandmates are remarkably “humble” given their success and popularity.
She told UK station BBC Radio 1: “It’s funny because it’s Chris and there’s this whole thing … but that’s why we love him and the boys. I thought it was a joke. But no, they’re the best those boys, they’re the most humble human beings.”
Meanwhile, Coldplay revealed recently they are to release new music in 2017.
The ‘Everglow’ hitmakers – made up of Chris, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion – said they are working on new album called ‘Kaleidoscope’.

The band’s last album ‘A Headful Of Dreams’, which was released in December 2015, was rumoured to have been their last.
Chris previously said: “It’s our seventh thing, and the way we look at it, it’s like the last ‘Harry Potter’ book or something like that.

Kathy Griffin has revealed she was backstage at an Eagles concert with the Hollywood actor and One Direction singer in Los Angeles in 2014 when the 22-year-old hunk, who she claims had indulged in a few too many drinks, approached the ‘Sully’ star and started asking about his career.
Recalling the exchange between Harry, who was at the show with Kendall Jenner – who she refers to as Candle – and Tom in her latest book, ‘Kathy Griffin’s Celebrity Run-Ins: My A-Z Index’, the comedienne wrote: “Harry: Re-membah when you wuz Forrest Gump? ‘Membah? ‘Membah?
“Tom, still indulging: I was, yes.
“Harry: You wuz always runnin’? Membah?
“Yes, he was asking Tom Hanks if Tom remembers playing the role of Forrest Gump, for which he won the Academy Award. I can’t point out here enough how Harry Styles seemed to think it was his mission to make sure Tom Hanks did not forget the names of any of his films or the fact that he had starred in these films.
“Harry: That was a good film.
“Tom: I do remember.

OHMYGOSSIP — Freddie Mercury cut his best friend out of his life because he didn’t want to tell him he had AIDS.
The Queen frontman – who died in 1991 aged 45 due to complications caused by the illness – flatly denied that he was suffering from the disease a year to Peter Straker, his good pal of 15 years, before he passed away and the West End star never saw the ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ hitmaker again.
Peter said: “All I got from Freddie was that he had this blood thing, and I thought it could have been leukaemia or something like that.
“He started to get these blotches and I asked about these and he said he had some blood condition. I knew about AIDS but it just never entered my head.
“We had lunch and he was quite blotchy and he had make-up on, and we went upstairs and we were sitting down watching telly on his bed and I said to him, ‘Have you got AIDS?’ and he said, ‘No, I haven’t got AIDS.’
“And I said, ‘If there’s anything wrong with you, I’m always here for you,’ and we parted that evening. That was the last time I saw him.”
Peter was so devastated about the situation he didn’t attend Freddie’s funeral.
However, he did try to contact the singer in the last year of his life but was constantly turned down by the star’s employees, who later lived to regret their actions.
According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Peter is quoted in a new book about Freddie, ‘Somebody to Love’ – which is by Matt Richards and Mark Langthorne, to mark the 25th anniversary of his death tomorrow (24.11.16) – as saying: “When I used to telephone they would never put me through.
“They’d just say he was busy, he was out, but they got instructions from him, and Joe followed him to the letter.
“Again, after he died, they all came to see me in a show in the West End and were all apologising, saying, ‘I wish we’d put you through.’ I said, ‘It’s too f**king late now.’ ”
While Freddie didn’t tell Peter about suffering from AIDS, he did inform his bandmates, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon, at a meal in Montreux, Switzerland, in May 1989, two-and-a-half years before he passed.
He also told a number of his staff and his lover Jim Hutton, who was HIV positive.
The rock star issued a statement confirming he had AIDS just 24 hours before he died at his home in Kensington, west London, on November 24, 1991.

OHMYGOSSIP — Brad Pitt will not be charged by the FBI after an investigation into an alleged altercation between him and his son Maddox.
The ‘Allied’ actor was said to have “got physical” in a row with his 15-year-old son on a private jet in September as the family headed back to the US from France, which supposedly prompted Angelina Jolie to file for divorce, but no further action will be taken.
FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said in a statement: “The FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation. No charges have been filed.”
Angelina was said to have been questioned by the FBI in October over the alleged incident on the private plane.
Brad – who also has Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, with the brunette beauty – is thought to be seeking joint custody of his kids.
The 41-year-old actress has primary custody of the children with Brad, 52, allowed to have supervised visits.
Last week, it was claimed he “stormed out” of a meeting with his brood and is concerned Angelina is trying to turn them against him.
Kris Herzog, a bodyguard who works for both the family and Angelina’s father Jon Voight, recently admitted the actor’s two supervised visits with his children have not gone well.
He said: “Brad is so angry. From what I’ve heard from Brad and Jon, even the kids are turning against him.
“He’s alleging they won’t even speak to him and they won’t call him Daddy or Father.
“They’ve had two meetings with Los Angeles family services and in both none of the kids would talk to him.
“He stormed out of the second one really angry, it was the straw that broke the camel’s back. This fight is going nuclear now.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Laurie Hernandez has won ‘Dancing with the Stars’.
The 16-year-old gymnast – who was partnered with dancing professional Val Chmerkovskiy – took home the mirror ball trophy after Tuesday’s finale (22.11.16), beating IndyCar driver James Hinchcliffe and his professional partner Sharna Burgess into second place, while retired NFL player Calvin Johnson, Jr. and Lindsay Arnold came third.
Despite winning rave reviews throughout the season, Laurie – the show’s youngest-ever winner – insisted she wasn’t expecting to win.
She said: “I wasn’t sure at all.
“We went against three of the most amazing competitors, and I’m glad to call them my family. This season has been so amazing, and I’ve really grown for this.”
Laurie’s professional partner Val – who previously scooped the coveted mirror ball trophy with Rumer Willis in season 20 – insisted he was more proud of his second win than his first because he wanted to help the teenager “set an example for her generation”.
He said: “This is better than the first.
“I’m working with such a young and inspiring lady. I wanted to set an example through her. I wanted her to set an example for her generation. Anything is possible. Stay hungry. Stay humble, and she’s a testament to that.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kanye West has reportedly been having hallucinations and viciously lashed out a member of staff at the gym during his “psychotic breakdown” on Monday (21.11.16).
The ‘Bound 2’ hitmaker was sectioned with a 5150 hold, which authorises a qualified officer to involuntarily confine a person suspected to have a mental disorder that makes them a danger to themselves or a threat to others, after he began acting “erratically” at his personal trainer Harley Pasternak’s home at around 1:20pm.
Kaye Switzer – who lives nearby to the where Kanye was training – told the DailyMail.com: “I was walking my dogs and as I walked up the street I saw SUVs, security guards and people everywhere – all looking so serious.
“I saw fire trucks parked across the top of the street and I saw Harley standing outside looking so serious. There was a car out the front which said it belonged to a home call private doctor. Everyone standing around for about an hour and then the police arrived.
“One of the fire trucks backed right up Harley’s drive – you could see him [Kanye] coming out [of the home] on a gurney [a wheeled medical stretcher].”
Kanye’s private doctor had reportedly informed the emergency services that there was a “psychiatric emergency” but gave responders an alias for the 39-year-old rapper, saying he was a man named Jim Jones who “suffers from temporary psychosis.”
However, once the emergency services arrived, Kanye had to be handcuffed to the stretcher and was taken to UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, via ambulance for a psychiatric evaluation after he tried to resist paramedics.
Kanye’s wife Kim Kardashian West – who has retreated from the limelight after she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris last month – was supposed to make her first official public appearance since her attack on Monday at Denise Rich’s Angel Ball.
But, after she learnt of Kanye’s disturbing mental state, she cancelled her highly-awaited appearance in New York with her family and rushed to his bedside.
It’s believed Kanye has been falling down a slippery slope for a while and has been battling with stress, anxiety and paranoia following the robbery in France in October.
A source said recently: “It was a combination of a lot of issues: stress, anxiety, paranoia. He just broke. There have been signs recently of him just overwhelmed. He has a lot going on: multiple fashion lines, the tour, his business, being a father. And then the Paris incident also threw him for a big loop.”
As well as dealing with his wife, with whom he has two children; daughter North, three, and 11-month-old son Saint, and her anxiety after the armed robbery, it’s also coming up to the ninth anniversary of Kanye’s mother Donda West’s death.
The insider explained: “His mother passed away this time of year. So, there is a lot going on right now. Kanye hasn’t been himself for a while … Before Paris, there were a lot of things Kanye committed to work wise that he couldn’t cancel.”
Kanye set tongues wagging over the weekend when he cancelled his show at The Forum in Los Angeles just a few hours before he was expected to go on stage.
He has since pulled the plug on the the remaining 21 dates of his ‘Saint Pablo’ tour.

The 45-year-old actor popped the question to Courtney Anne, 27, earlier this month in Palm Springs, California, when the pair were celebrating four years together, and on Tuesday (22.11.16) they tied the knot at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
Corey told website toofab he is a “very excited and happy” man after marrying his partner.
The ‘Goonies’ star and his new wife had joint bachelor and bachelorette parties at Vegas’ Chateau Nightclub over the weekend.
Corey proposed to Courtney, who is from Canada, by writing the question on a note complete with two check boxes.
He previously said: “I was of course a bit nervous, as any man will admit, you never truly know what a woman is thinking. So as much as I assumed she would be happy and say ‘yes,’ there’s always that insecure part of my brain that regresses immediately to my childhood and thought maybe not.

OHMYGOSSIP — Caitlyn Jenner wants 30 grandchildren.
The 67-year-old reality star – who was previously known as Bruce Jenner – was recently made a grandparent for the 11th time when Dream Kardashian was born on November 10, his stepson Rob Kardashian and his fiancee Blac Chyna’s first child, and she’s hoping to almost triple that figure so she can be surrounded with the “love” of her children.
She said: “I just brought in the 11th grandchild … 10 kids now and 11 grandchildren. I am pulling for 30 grandchildren, I’m a third of the way there.
“I have been very blessed with great kids, this and that. The good part is, after all I have been through, they still love me.”
The former ‘I Am Cait’ star feels “blessed” to have such “wonderful” and hard working kids.
Speaking at the launch of her son Brandon Jenner’s new solo album, ‘Burning Ground’, Caitlyn told Extra: “I have been so blessed as a parent to have wonderful, wonderful kids — 10 of them. All of them have really worked hard in all the different fields they’re in. They all have been successful, and today is another night to celebrate that.”

The ‘Hunger Games’ star has opened up about what she is terrified of most and the worry that one day she won’t be able to have have a child if the Zika virus, which is spread by mosquitoes and is a mild infection, is used to solve “overpopulation” was high on her list.
She told Vanity Fair magazine: “My biggest irrational – hopefully – fear is that the Zika virus is going to be the solution to overpopulation.
“I don’t know if you have ever read the Kurt Vonnegut short story where everyone has to take these pills that make your private parts feel like wet sponges and then nobody can have sex and no one can procreate.
“And so by the time I’m older, and I’m like, ‘I think I want to be a mother’, they’re like, ‘You can’t. Your private part feels like a sponge.”
Meanwhile, the 26-year-old actress says she “works very hard” to keep her life private.
She explained: “You might think you know me, but when you approach me you’re a total stranger to me and I’m scared. [I get] very protective of my space. It took me a long time to be able to do that.
“If I’m eating dinner and somebody comes up and a flash goes off from someone’s iPhone camera, I am really rude to that person. Then other people at the restaurant will see and be like, ‘Oh, damn, I don’t want to do that.’ Privacy is a full-time job and I work very hard at it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Rocco Ritchie has been arrested for possession of cannabis.
The 16-year-old son of Madonna, 58, and Guy Ritchie, 48, was allegedly caught with the drug in his rucksack in Primrose Hill, north London, after neighbours called police when they spotted him “smoking or doing drugs” in the area.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Rocco has become a well-known figure in the neighbourhood and not for the right reasons. He’s been repeatedly seen acting suspiciously.
“This incident was the final straw. Local residents are fed up with him acting in this manner and called the police.”
According to sources, Rocco was sat on a wall with a friend when police approached them and the officials noticed traces of cannabis on his clothes.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: “A 16-year-old has been arrested for possession of cannabis. He was bailed and dealt with by Camden Borough’s Youth Offending Team.”
He is said to have been dealt with under the Triage system, which aims to ensure young people who are arrested for low level offences for the first time are diverted out of the criminal justice system with the use of restorative practice.
As a result, it is not thought he will get a criminal record but may have to attend a number of workshops.
This comes just months after Rocco was caught in between a bitter custody battle between his parents.
In September, they agreed he would remain living with Guy in Fitzrovia, London – just two miles from where he was arrested – and regularly travel to the US to visit his mother.
Madonna has previously described Rocco as a “wild child”.
Writing a birthday message for him, she shared: “Happy Birthday Wild Child! Time waits for no one!! … Once my baby always my baby. Happy Sweet 16! …
“Happy Birthday to my First Born Son! A true Warrior with a beautiful Heart. Let the Sun shine (sic)”
Rocco was 15 during most of the custody battle and at one stage a High Court judge urged the couple to come to an “amicable solution” as soon as possible to avoid any more of teen’s “fast receding days” of childhood being plagued by the disagreement.
Mr. Justice MacDonald said: “I renew, one final time, my plea for both parents to seek and to find an amicable resolution to the dispute between them.
“As I observed during the course of the hearing, summer does not last forever. The boy very quickly becomes the man. It would be a very great tragedy for Rocco if any more of the previous and fast receding days of his childhood were to be taken up by this dispute.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Emma Stone used to be jealous of Jennifer Lawrence.
The ‘Birdman’ star admits she used to compare herself to ‘The Hunger Games’ actress but now realises they are completely different.
She confessed: “She may not even know this, but there was definitely a time early on when I was like, ‘Oh hey my ego is going nuts, she’s so great and vibrant and talented, I’m screwed, I’ll never work again, goodbye yellow brick road.’
“Then I chilled the f**k out – and remembered we’re completely different and there is room for everyone, even if it’s an industry that doesn’t really seem to support the idea up front. We both really do love each other and care about each other as people, beyond being actors. I support her completely when it comes to work and I feel the same from her, but I know we’d be friends even if we didn’t do the same job.”
And the 26-year-old actress also praised the 28-year-old star for being so “normal and lovely”.
Jennifer added to Vanity Fair magazine: “I love my job. I don’t know what I would be without acting. So if there is someone who loves the same thing, it should bring us closer. But it depends on how that person is, and Emma is so normal and lovely. If I wasn’t her biggest fan, I would’ve Tonya Harding’d her in the kneecaps.”
Meanwhile, Jennifer and Emma have a good friendship with songstress Adele and the group recently enjoyed a night out on the town.
A source said at the time: “Adele met Jennifer at a showbiz bash and the pair had been texting for ages to get something in the diary. Emma is a friend of Jennifer’s and a huge Adele fan so the trio planned a night out together when they were all in New York.
“Adele loved having a proper girlie night out and they all enjoyed wine and had a giggle. They’re all similar ages so it was nice for Adele to let her hair down and enjoy a rare night away from mummy duty.”
