OHMYGOSSIP — Kelly Hoppen has a “really weird” brain.
The 57-year-old interior designer has admitted her mind works in a very unusual way, and has likened her thought process to a ‘Matrix’ way of thinking because she sees grids and lines when she walks into a room and can move pieces of furniture and building structures with her imagination.
Speaking in a Facebook Live chat with Grazia on Thursday (24.11.16), the golden-haired beauty said: “I have this really weird brain, it’s kind of like Matrix, it’s like these ribs come up and forms happen. So I get the shapes and the walls, and I can move them. It’s really weird. And I can move it to another side of the room.”
And although the creative mastermind claims she isn’t very good at putting pen to paper and sketching up her visions, and is also “completely computer illiterate”, she believes her brain is “far better” than any computer.
She added: “I am rubbish at drawing … and I am completely computer illiterate.
“My brain is far better than a computer. It’s just something I have always been able to do.”
And Kelly – who launched her career at the age of 16 “and a half” when she first designed a home – has a very determined mind-set, and believes failure is “not an option” and nothing happens by chance but sheer hard work.
She said: “Failure was not an option.
“I think as a woman you are very capable of multitasking, but I think it is very different now than it was then.
“My other half was asked to describe me in three words and he said impatient.
“It is hard work, I am up at six in the morning every day. I work every day. I have my coffee, I go to the gym, I work in the studio. But I do it because I love it and I am passionate about it. You have to put the hours in.
“I think you’re only as good as the time you are prepared to put into it. But you can have a balance and have a life. Sometimes I do work too hard and have to slow down so you can breathe again and be inspired. But you have to work hard, it’s not luck.”
Meanwhile, Kelly – who has daughter Natasha with her ex-husband Graham Corrett – has revealed she “craves” her own workshop, where she plans to “ban” social media and mobile phones.
Speaking of her ideal future plan, she said: “But I crave to do a workshop one day when you ban social media and phones … and you have to design from your brains.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Karlie Kloss makes pumpkin bread “every” year for Thanksgiving.
The 24-year-old model has revealed her and her mother, Tracy, have a special tradition for the American national holiday which sees them both join forces in the kitchen to bake the “famous” Kloss recipe and watch the celebratory parade together afterwards.
The catwalk icon took to social media to reveal her annual ritual.
Alongside an image of the ingredients being mixed on her Instagram story on Thursday (24.11.16), she wrote: “Every thanksgiving morning my mom and I make her famous Pumpkin Bread and watch the parade (sic).”
And the blonde beauty shared a picture of the recipe, which she captioned: “This is THE famous recipe. (Not vegan, but DELISH!) (sic).
“It smells so yummy (sic).”
Although Karlie – who is the current face of the designer jewellery brand Swarovski – has revealed her speciality isn’t vegan, she has admitted she doesn’t always follow a “specific diet”, although she does try to eat “as healthy as possible”.
Speaking previously, she said: “I don’t follow a specific diet. Instead, I try to eat as healthy as possible and choose foods that make me feel great. I try to stick to lean proteins and vegetables with healthy snacks in between.”
And the fashion muse has revealed she has a “serious” sweet tooth, and believes everyone should “indulge” in unhealthy treats every so often.
She explained: “I have a serious sweet tooth. I started a cookie line because I have that much of a sweet tooth. But you still got to indulge and enjoy life.”
Meanwhile, Karlie has admitted she enjoys hitting the gym because she finds it therapeutic.
She previously said: “I love to dance … to kind of just move. There’s nothing more gratifying than a good sweat. It’s the best therapy.
“[And] I’m pretty healthy most of the time. I eat a lot of fish, a lot of vegetables, I really love to cook with really clean and fresh ingredients.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Perrie Edwards reportedly slapped a radio presenter for dumping his ex-girlfriend via text.
The 23-year-old singer , who was dumped by her former fiancé Zayn Malik over the phone, was caught lashing out at the host of a French radio station because he admitted he had ended his relationship with a blunt message, which struck a chord with the blonde beauty.
According to the Mail Online, the Little Mix band member – who makes up one quarter of the girl group alongside Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock – didn’t understand what the host had said because he uttered the words in French, and when she asked for a translation she reacted physically.
However, it has been reported Perrie’s outburst was a joke as she allegedly giggled immediately after the attack, whilst others chanted her name in support of her action.
And the musician – who was engaged to the ‘PillowTalk’ hitmaker for two years before the pair split last year – has admitted she found it very “difficult” to get over the dark-haired hunk and the sudden break up.
Speaking in the band’s autobiography titled ‘Our World’, Perrie wrote: “It was horrible, the worst time in my life. A four-year relationship, two year engagement ended by a simple text message. Just like that.
“Even though things in my career were going really well, it was incredibly difficult for me.”
And Jade has revealed Perrie has a “mini breakdown” in an airport when Zayn called things off.
Speaking previously the 23-year-old powerhouse said: “She had a little mini breakdown in the airport. And it was in the security line and so we thought ‘Oh God.'”

The 24-year-old model and actress led the annual celebration alongside her co-host Marlon Wayans on Thursday (24.11.16) to celebrate the national holiday in America, which she announced via social media earlier today.
The ‘The Other Woman’ star shared a motion picture of her sporting a crisp white ensemble with matching gloves and bobble hat to her Instagram account.

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloé Kardashian is “overly thankful” for her family.
The 32-year-old ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star has revealed every year for Thanksgiving her and her family “always” say what they’re most thankful for, and the television personality has revealed she is most grateful for her “crazy chaotic” family.
Speaking on her website khloewithak.com about the American national holiday, she said: “On Thanksgiving, my family and I always go around the dinner table and say what we’re thankful for as I’m sure most families in America do. This year, I’m overly thankful for my family.
“We’ve been through a tonne of trials and tribulations mixed with blessings on blessings on blessings. When times get tough, my family seems to thrive and band together. OHMYGOSSIP — Kristen Bell believes in “authentic honesty”.
The 36-year-old actress – who has daughters Lincoln, three, and 21-month-old Delta with her husband Dax Shepard – was happy to reveal on social media she had resorted to surgical tape on her breasts to keep her assets in place in her Emmy Awards gown because she’d rather be open and honest with her fans.
She said: “For the Emmys, I wore this beautiful dress and you couldn’t wear a bra, and I took Leukoflex tape and I taped my nipple to my shoulder. It was beautiful, the image was beautiful.
“I really believe in authentic honesty. I’m going to put this on social media. And I posted a picture and I circled my nipple and I said, ‘This is now up here. Thank you Leukoflex.’ I got so many questions about it. Which, to be honest, I was very happy to answer.
“What I chose to do at the time was to be very honest and open about it.”
Kristen – who shot to fame as the title character in 2004 TV series ‘Veronica Mars’ – thinks television has grown more appealing in recent years as there is scope for more “risk” taking than there used to be.
Speaking to NET-A-PORTER’s digital magazine, The EDIT, about why she thinks TV is more favourable than films in the entertainment world, she said: “In a time where we’re more disconnected, we’re craving intimacy and there’s intimacy in TV. Previously, you wanted to worship the idol; you wanted to go to the movie theater and see the fantasy. But I think a lot of that has worn off and what’s interesting now is seeing people take risks.”
And the actress admitted she learned a lot about her own acting abilities during her three years on the show.
She said: “‘Veronica Mars’ was where I learned how to do any version of what I do now. I didn’t realise that I could seem strong and vulnerable at the same time. I didn’t realise I could play snarky in a way in which people would want to watch.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Betty White wants someone to ask her out.
The 94-year-old actress – who was previously married to Dick Barker and Lane Allen in the 1940s and TV host Allen Ludden from 1963 until his death in 1981 – admitted men are a “hobby” of hers, but she never gets approached to go on dates because of her age.
Asked if she’s more like Sue Ann Nivens from ‘The Mary Tyler Moore Show’ or her ‘Golden Girls’ alter ego Rose Nylund, she said: “I haven’t a clue. I would probably say Sue Ann Nivens.
“Well, she liked men! So does Betty. It’s kind of a hobby of mine. But the men don’t know it.”
Asked if she still dates, she bemoaned: “Nobody asks me. Who’s gonna wanna ask out a 94-year-old woman? It just doesn’t happen.”
But when ‘Today’ host Al Roker reassured her there are definitely interested men, she jokingly asked: “Well, how old are you?”
Despite her long years in the industry, Betty insists she “never” takes her success for granted.
She added: “How can you not enjoy it?”
But the veteran actress admitted the industry has changed for women over the years.
She said: “[In my early days], it was a privilege to be allowed to work at that time.”
And the ‘Boston Legal’ actress has no plans to retire any time soon.
She simply asked: “Why?”
Betty credits kindness as the key to her career longevity.

OHMYGOSSIP — Matt Smith was threatened by a gun-carrying man in a bar in South Africa.
The 34-year-old actor was in a bar in Cape Town during time off from filming ‘The Crown’ – in which he plays a young Prince Philip – and admits he regrets not going home sooner as things could easily have got out of hand.
Speaking to MR. PORTER The Journal, he said: “This guy came up to us and said, ‘What are you looking at?’
“We were drunk. We said, ‘Nothing, mate. No worries.’ He was like, ‘I’ll f***ing shoot you, bru!’ He had a gun!
“Really stupidly, we just went to the bar across the street. I don’t know why we didn’t just leave altogether. He came up to the window, and went (tap, tap, tap on the glass), no word of a lie, he had a Crocodile Dundee knife in his hand.
“A bouncer came up and was like, ‘Get out of here!’ ”
Shortly after signing up for the Netflix drama, Matt was left feeling awkward when someone told Philip’s grandson, Prince William, about his new role.
But thankfully for the British star, the young royal approved of his casting.
He recalled “I met Prince William at an event and someone said, ‘Matt’s going to play Prince Philip.’ And I thought, ‘Oh God, no, no don’t say that. What’s he going to think? This is going to be awful.’
“And he just went, ‘Legend.’ ”
Matt – who is dating Lily James – became a household name when he took on the lead role in ‘Doctor Who’ and he admits nothing could have prepared him for the attention the sci-fi drama brought.
He said: “Every single part of my life was affected. You have to be hyper-aware, because [‘Doctor Who’] is a children’s show ultimately, and you have to behave accordingly, I suppose.
“I went from being an actor doing theatre and stuff, to overnight being on the front page of every newspaper. There’s journalists going to my granddad’s house offering him £40,000 [for stories]. Nothing can prepare you for that.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Tyga received an unwanted gift for his birthday – a new lawsuit.
The ‘Rack City’ hitmaker was celebrating turning 27 on Friday (18.11.16) – the day before his actual birthday – at Penthouse nightclub in West Hollywood when a man appeared and handed over new legal papers.
According to TMZ, the process server was then forcibly removed from the venue.
It is unclear why Tyga – who is dating Kylie Jenner – has been served, but he has had a string of legal and financial battles over the last year.
In September, it was reported that Tyga’s mother was at risk of getting her Range Rover repossessed after the rapper failed to keep up the $1,000-a-month repayments on the $60,000 Evoque model.
Previously, Tyga’s own Ferrari was seemingly repossessed, while he was also recently the subject of a $200,000 lawsuit filed by jeweller Jason of Beverly Hills due to an allegedly unpaid purchase of a watch and chain in 2013, and has had action taken against him by more than one landlord for unpaid rent.
Tyga’s repayments were due to be settled in debtor’s examination last month, however after just two hours of grilling, the ‘Ayo’ rapper asked for the questioning to end because he felt he was too sick to proceed.
The legal representative for the opposing party explained: “Considering there are a number of documents we asked him to produce that he had not brought with him and the fact that we still have a lot more questions to ask, we have agreed for him to return with the documents on November 1 for the remainder of the examination.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kelly Clarkson is “super thankful” she won’t be having any more children.
The ‘Breakaway’ singer adores her daughter River, two, and son Remington, six months, but experienced difficult pregnancies, so she has had her tubes tied and her husband Brandon Blackstock has undergone a vasectomy to ensure they won’t have any more kids in the future.
She admitted: “I am super thankful I’m never going to be pregnant again.
“I have my beautiful children and I’m done!”
And the 34-year-old singer – who is also stepmother to Brandon’s older kids, Savannah, 14, and Seth, 11 – admitted it is “pretty hard” to juggle her work and her family life, but she thinks it is important for her to do both in order to be a good role model for the children.
She told ‘Extra’: “We’re still working on [the balance].
“It’s pretty hard, being a working mom — I’m not gonna lie — but it’s worth it for not only my little girls, but our boys to see women working and still being able to do that and accomplish being a great mom, which I feel like I’m doing. I think it’s worth it definitely…
“I have a great teammate with my husband. He will definitely reel me in when I’m like, ‘It’s all going down, we’re losing it!'”
Kelly recently opened up about how she experienced “the worst pregnancies ever”.
She said: “Nausea is for weak people. It was, like, hospitalisation. It’s, like, bad. I had the worst pregnancies ever. I would end up in the hospital, dehydrated. People had to come to our house and I’d be on fluids.
“Apparently that’s what it takes to make amazing babies, because they’re both stellar. We’ve made them and it’s done.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lin-Manuel Miranda thinks leaving ‘Hamilton’ was like “sending your kid off to college”.
The 36-year-old actor-and-composer – who has two-year-old son Sebastian with wife Vanessa Nadal – departed his musical in July and admits he feels like a proud relative watching how the Broadway show has continued to be a success without him in the lead role of Alexander Hamilton.
He said: “With ‘Hamilton’, it feels like sending your kid off to college. ‘Hamilton’ has all the things it needs to keep going strong, and I feel really lucky to have been in it for a year…
“I feel like the grandparent of ‘Hamilton’ now. I wrote it and there’s nothing for me to do now, really, besides show up, say, ‘Oh my God, you’re all so beautiful’, and cheer.
And the actor – who also finished writing the soundtrack to upcoming Disney movie ‘Moana’ around the same time as his ‘Hamilton’ departure – misses being on stage because it was an “oasis” out of everyday life for a few hours each day.
He told Vulture: “I miss the oasis that performing in ‘Hamilton’ provided.
“When you’ve written ‘Hamilton’, the calmest place to be is just inside the show for two hours and 45 minutes. You’re not supposed to be answering emails or fielding calls — the only thing you’re supposed to do is be Alexander Hamilton, and there’s something Zen about only having one job.
“‘Moana’ was an oasis, too. When the Founders were too much for me, I’d go sail across the sea in my mind. So I missed those oases, but at the same time, you get to celebrate them in a new way.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Cynthia Nixon had to be “thin and look great all the time” on ‘Sex and the City’.
The 50-year-old actress – who played Miranda Hobbes in the iconic US TV series – thinks Lena Dunham’s ‘Girls’ portrays women in a much more “real” light and is much grittier and darker in tone than her show was.
Asked which show has changed the game for actresses, she said: “I think ‘Girls’ is really important. When sex was bad on ‘Sex and the City’, it was funny. And the worse it was, the funnier it was.
“But when sex is bad on ‘Girls’, it can be really hard to watch, and it’s sometimes abusive, and it’s important to show
that.
“Plus, in ‘SATC’ we had to be thin and look great all the time; in Girls, they have permission to be more real and less airbrushed.”
And Cynthia – who has kids Sam, 20, and Charles, 14, with ex-partner Danny Mozes, and son Max, five, with wife Christine Marinoni – admitted working on the HBO series forced her to think more about her appearance than she ever had in the past.
Discussing her most pivotal role, she told Net-a-Porter’s magazine The Edit: “‘Sex and the City’. In terms of everything, but especially in how it made me view myself and how other people viewed me.
“I’d always worked happily without focusing much on the way I looked, so it was like a whole undiscovered country.”
The actress has most recently won critical acclaim for her role in ‘Killing Reagan’ and she thinks the show is proof that the TV industry is overtaking film as the most exciting entertainment medium.
She said: “A couple of decades ago, some of [today’s] shows would have been movies, no question. But there isn’t the same appetite for making an interesting, literate film.
“When I was told ‘Killing Reagan’ was for the National Geographic [channel], I thought, ‘Don’t they make panda movies and stuff?’ But it has the budget and the viewership.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Rita Ora enjoyed “an amazing theme park adventure” in Los Angeles with James Corden and his wife Julia.
The 25-year-old pop star has revealed that she celebrated the success of Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton by visiting an amusement park that had been partially closed to the public with the host of ‘The Late Late Show’.
Speaking on BBC Radio 1, Rita shared: “He’s great isn’t he? I went on an amazing theme park adventure with him and his wife, by the way, in LA and it was amazing.
“We were celebrating one of Lewis Hamilton’s wins or something. It was really fun. You know, one of Lewis’ 10 million wins or something.”
Rita relished spending her time with James and his wife at the secluded theme park, admitting it was “really fun”.
She recalled: “James Corden and his wife were there and we went on these rollercoasters and it was really, really fun.
“No-one else was there, so we were swanning around. It was shut down. James Corden and his wife and a few other people. But it was really, really fun.”
Meanwhile, Rita recently revealed she is looking forward to the release of her long-awaited sophomore album, which has been two years in the making.
She said: “I’m most excited about this record. I’ve been working on it for nearly two years. I’ve just been in a really crazy musical state, now to be in a really comfortable environment and grow up in my own skin, to put music out and write my own things.”
She also gave fans an insight into what they can expect from her new album.
Rita said: “You know I’ve really used a lot of live instrumentation and I’ve written everything on my record. It’s just a very organic, authentic album.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Gwyneth Paltrow has shared a photo of her ex-husband Chris Martin enjoying a “reunion” with their son Moses.
The 44-year-old actress has remained close to the Coldplay frontman since they split up over two years ago, and it seems the 39-year-old singer may be spending Thanksgiving (24.11.16) with her and their kids Apple, 12, and Moses, 10.
Sharing a picture of Chris embracing Moses, who has his back to the camera, the ‘Iron Man’ star wrote on Instagram on Wednesday (23.11.16): “Here is to reunions, togetherness, family, and love love love. Happy thanksgiving eve, everyone.(sic)”
Gwyneth recently admitted she thought announcing her marriage breakdown on her blog Goop would be a “quiet” way to “contain” the news and had no idea the statement would get so big so quickly.
She explained: “It was such a difficult time in my life and I was trying so hard to protect my children and my family, Chris included.
“We were both fragile. It was really tough. To me it felt like this is a quiet way to do this and it is contained.”
But Gwyneth – who is now dating ‘Glee’ producer Brad Falchuk – admitted it wouldn’t be “appropriate” to use the outlet to break such news again as it has grown so much in the last few years.
Asked if she’d consciously uncouple on Goop again, she said: “That is a good question. Not in the same way. It sort of wouldn’t be appropriate now.
“It is a much bigger business and I’m not sure it would be the right place to do something like that. I’m not sure. That’s a good question.
“At that time, Goop wasn’t the size that it is now, there were a lot less people. It was a very, very personal project for a long time and I wrote in the first person all the time, so it wasn’t like a break.

OHMYGOSSIP — Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Channing Tatum are making a musical movie together.
The ‘Snowden’ star has revealed he has signed up to the as-yet untitled project alongside his good friend, but admitted just because the script is being written, by Michael Bacall, it doesn’t mean the project will definitely end up hitting the big screen.
He said: “Chan and I are working on a musical and my friend Michael Bacall is writing it, he wrote ’21 Jump Street’.
“There are no guarantees in the movie business just because a script is getting written that doesn’t mean a movie will be made but I think this could be really good.
“Chan and I have wanted to do a musical for years, I really hope it works out.”
Channing stars as the self-titled stripper in the ‘Magic Mike’ movies but Joseph insists he won’t be following in his ‘Stop-Loss’ co-star’s footsteps by baring all in another film in the franchise after already seeing what it was like during a ‘Saturday Night Live’ sketch.
He said: “I did a Magic Mike routine on SNL, do we need an hour and a half of it? Do we need it?”
Another thing the 35-year-old actor isn’t sure people need to see is mass surveillance, and he is concern it could become prominent in the US following Donald Trump’s US Presidential victory.
Speaking to Tom Green on The Hits Radio breakfast show, Joseph added: “A lot of people I know didn’t feel so strongly about mass surveillance until we got a new president elect.
“He is someone you can much more easily imagine taking advantage of mass surveillance tools to spy on or discredit those who oppose him all of a sudden those mass surveillance tools seem a lot scarier.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Weeknd keeps his old hair in his manager’s safe.
The 26-year-old singer/songwriter recently trimmed down his massive mane and while he has since given it to his pal Amir “Cash” Esmailian to take care of, he was delighted to see his locks hit the cutting room floor because now he can wear hats again.
He said: “It’s in Cash’s safe right now. The vision wasn’t there anymore. It was there and then just like the music, it was getting really sad.
“It was the greatest feeling of all time [cutting it off]. It was so good. I could sleep better, I felt lighter, and when I perform, I perform better and feel better, it’s cool.
“You don’t even realise how much of a pain in the a**e it is until you cut it.
“The best part about all of it, I get to wear f**king hats again. Wear a f**king cap and walk into a restaurant and nobody knows it’s you, It’s the greatest feeling.”
As well as keeping his hair safe, The Weekend – whose real name is Abel Tesfaye – insisted it’s partly down to his “good team” that he manages to keep up his sobriety, and admitted he used to go on stage drunk at times to calm his nerves.
When asked on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show on Apple Music if he ever feels himself “slipping that way”, he said: “Yes, but I have a good team. It’s good to have a good team. Especially a team that you’ve grew up with.
“I feel like everybody kinda loses who they are when they start cutting the people that made them who they are.
“When it comes down to performing and being that person you need to be strong.
“I’m not up there lip-syncing. I don’t have back-up dancers, I don’t have crazy s**t going on. It’s all about me and the microphone.
“I used to go on stage drunk … [for the] nerves.”
