OHMYGOSSIP — The Kardashians are not backing down from their trademark dispute with Blac Chyna.
Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian and their sister Kim Kardashian West have reportedly tried to block Chyna’s request to trademark Angela Renée Kardashian when she marries their brother Rob Kardashian and although their mother Kris Jenner has attempted to dispel tensions, the siblings will not withdraw their opposition.
A source told TMZ: “It’s nothing personal against Chyna, just business. They feel adding an extra woman to the roster will dilute the brand they’ve worked so hard to build.”
And the siblings are also apparently suspicious that Chyna never tried to trademark her name when she was with her ex Tyga, who is now dating their sister Kylie Jenner.
While the trio enjoy a cordial personal relationship with Chyna, who recently gave birth to her and Rob’s daughter Dream, attempts to negotiate have been unsuccessful because the model’s lawyers have reportedly gone “radio silent”.
A source close to the family previously claimed the girls’ lawyers “automatically oppose” anyone who places a trademark request for their name.
The insider claimed: “Their trademark attorneys automatically oppose anyone trying to trademark ‘Kardashian’. I doubt the girls were even aware. Everyone loves each other. It’s just business.”
The news comes after Chyna – who also has four-year-old son King Cairo with ex-partner Tyga – was reportedly left “heartbroken” by the feud.
A source said: “Chyna is really heartbroken over this whole name feud.
“She thinks it’s just sad that the Kardashian family can’t stop thinking for themselves and just accept her as one of them. Her and Rob [Kardashian] are practically married and she’s the mother of his child – why can’t they accept that?
“She thinks they are total fakes, pretending to welcome her into the family. It was all bulls**t.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Britney Spears is “totally smitten” with Sam Asghari.
The 34-year-old singer – who has sons Sean Preston, 11, and Jayden, 10, with ex-husband Kevin Federline – has been single since splitting from TV producer Charlie Ebersol in June 2015, but has been “quietly dating” a number of guys in recent months and now thinks she’s found happiness with the hunky personal trainer, who she met when he starred in her ‘Slumber Party’ video.
A source said: “This is the longest Britney has ever been out of a serious relationship and she’s made no secret of the fact that she’s been desperately lonely.
“She’s been quietly dating for the past year, but Sam is the first man she’s met who has swept her off her feet and she’s totally smitten.”
Sam shared a picture of himself and the ‘Toxic’ hitmaker last week on Instagram, but later deleted the picture, and insiders claim Britney is keen to keep their romance low-key at the moment until her kids get to know her new man properly.
The source said: “Britney doesn’t want to go public with Sam until the boys have met him properly.”
The blonde beauty has struggled with her weight in the past, but thinks Sam is good for helping her stick to her diet and exercise regime.
The source told Closer magazine: “Sam has been ensuring she sticks to her fitness regime and they have been working out together, so Britney credits him for keeping her in such great shape.

OHMYGOSSIP — Briana Jungwirth has paid tribute to Louis Tomlinson’s late mother.
Briana – who has 11-month-old son Freddie with the One Direction star – took to Instagram to post a touching message to Johannah Deakin after the 42-year-old mother of seven lost her secret battle with leukaemia.
She wrote: “My heart aches. Every time I look at Freddie, I see you in him Jay. I will always remember the times we shared and the talks we had. I looked up to you and sadly only knowing you for a short time, I aspired to be just like you in a mother to Freddie. I promise to share with him all of what I know of you including your beautiful attributes. We both loved you very much. You’ll always stay close forever in our hearts.”
Briana’s stepfather Brett Clarke – who is married to her mother Tammi – shared a picture of Johannah and her husband Dan Deakin on his own page and wrote: “My heart goes out to the whole Tomlinson-Deakin family. Although I didn’t get to spend as much time with her as I wanted she always made my family and I feel special. She was warm, funny and selfless. She raised a whole group of Legends and was more than a mom to her children but also a friend. She always put her kids first and was more than a awesome mom. Her whole life was about her kids and her husband Dan. I put this here in promise to love more like you, to be more humble like you, to be more compassionate about others like you did and maybe pass on a little of your legacy to be more selfless like you were. #ripjohannah #familyovereverything #lovelikejay (sic).”

“Earlier this year Johannah was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of leukaemia that required immediate and continuous treatment. We respectfully request that the family are given time and space to grieve in private.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kesha opened up about her eating disorder as she accepted the Trailblazer Award at Billboard’s Women in Music ceremony on Friday (09.12.16).
The singer became emotional as she spoke about her struggles and vowed to use her profile to help others overcome their own issues.
She said: “If I’m lucky enough to have a voice someone will listen to, then I should use it for good, for truth. It is why I have recently spoken openly about some of my struggles including my crippling anxiety and beginning recovery for an eating disorder amongst many other things. I know I’m not alone. These are struggles millions of people around the world deal with on a daily basis.
“The irony of it is, when I was very, very sick and getting sicker, I would hear about how much better and better I was looking, and that is a problem. I’ve decided I want to be part of the solution. And that’s why I decided to stand confident in my ever-changing, totally imperfect body and try to live up to and practice the self-worth and self-love that I preach in my music.
“Finding the strength to come forward about these things, it’s not easy, but maybe by me standing here telling my story, I can help somebody else who’s going through something tough. I know it’s scary, but once you take the first steps to help yourself, your life will completely change in the best ways.”
Kesha also referenced her ongoing battle with producer Dr Luke, who she has accused of sexually assaulting her. He has denied the claims.
She said: “Life is hard sometimes and things don’t always work out the way you planned it. OHMYGOSSIP — Lea Seydoux used to wonder if “life was worth living”.
The ‘It’s Only the End of the World’ actress admits she had a huge fear of death, which sparked a “kind of depression” but she is now over her worries.
She said: “When I was young, I was so scared about death.
“It was like I was in a kind of depression. I didn’t know if life was worth living, and now I think that yes, it is.”
The 31-year-old French beauty – – who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Andre Meyer – admitted she doesn’t find men in the US very “sexy” because they are too obsessed with their own images.
Asked if she could fall in love with an American, she said: “Yeah, of course, why not. But I don’t find them very… there is something not so sexy about American men. They are too self-conscious and they spend too much time at the gym.”
Lea’s breakthrough role came when she scooped the Palme d’Or for ‘Blue Is the Warmest Colour’ in 2013, and she later publicly slammed the film’s director, Abdallatif Kechiche, for making her feel like a “prostitute” and insisting she’d never work with him again.
And the actress insists she still doesn’t regret her comments.
She told Esquire magazine in a recent interview: “I think that I was angry and that I had to express my anger.
“I really wanted to do it, because I love his work, but I knew this was the price to pay.
“Maybe I felt strong because of the film and the success of the film made me strong.

OHMYGOSSIP — Jesy Nelson “exercises” to get over a break up.
The Little Mix singer recently split from fiance Jake Roche and while her bandmates Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards find the best cure for a broken heart is to curl up with some sweet treats, she and Leigh-Anne Pinnock prefer to sweat out their troubles.
Asked what she does after a break-up, Jesy told Britain’s OK! magazine: “Me and Leigh-Ann exercise and Jade and Perrie reach for the ice cream.”
And Jade thinks heartbreak is good for her and her bandmates because it makes them look “hot”.
She said: “Don’t you think whenever any of us ends a relationship we all get hot bodies?
“Whenever one of us goes through a break-up, we have that post break-up glow going on.”
Perrie added: “Everyone loves a break-up diet.”

The 37-year-old reality TV star’s sister Khloe revealed Kourtney’s choice of underwear in a new post on her website, khloewithak.com.
She wrote: “I don’t have period panties; I only wear thongs. Kourtney does, though! She’ll show up to a workout and I’m like, ‘Kourtney, are you wearing full granny panties?'”
And Khloe, 32, also revealed she never wears strapless bras.
She said: “I actually never wear strapless bras. I just don’t get them because I feel like they don’t stay up. I’d rather just wear a bra with the clear f**king straps attached, LOL!

After being presented with the Woman of the Year award at Billboard’s Women In Music 2016 Luncheon in New York on Friday (09.12.16), Madonna, 58, gave a passionate speech detailing the challenges she has faced.
She said: “I stand before you as a doormat. Oh, I mean, as a female entertainer. Thank you for acknowledging my ability to continue my career for 34 years in the face of blatant sexism and misogyny and constant bullying and relentless abuse.
“If you’re a girl, you have to play the game. You’re allowed to be pretty and cute and sexy. But don’t act too smart. Don’t have an opinion that’s out of line with the status quo. You are allowed to be objectified by men and dress like a slut, but don’t own your sluttiness. And do not, I repeat do not, share your own sexual fantasies with the world. Be what men want you to be, but more importantly, be what women feel comfortable with you being around other men. And finally, do not age. Because to age is a sin.”
Madonna also insisted she feels “lucky” to still be around, when so many music icons have passed away.
She said: “I think the most controversial thing I have ever done is to stick around. Michael is gone. Tupac is gone. Prince is gone. Whitney is gone. Amy Winehouse is gone. David Bowie is gone. But I’m still standing. I’m one of the lucky ones and every day I count my blessings.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Niall Horan has paid tribute to Louis Tomlinson’s “incredible” mother.
Johannah Deakin passed away this week following a secret battle with leukaemia and Niall Horan took to Twitter to share a message of support for Louis and to pay tribute to Johannah, 42.
He wrote: “Very sad news . Louis I love you mate and I’m / all of us are here for you all the way . You’re mum was an incredible person.
“Thinking of you and your family .love from my family to yours.. (sic).”
Niall’s message came after their fellow One Direction bandmate Liam Payne posted a message of support on Twitter.
He wrote: “Louis, I’m so sorry for you my brother my heart aches for you, just know I love you the same from a million miles away as i do right next to you. I’m always here for you through everything as you have been for me.
“My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this incredibly sad time I can’t begin to imagine what you are all going through. Rip Johanna you are forever in my thoughts (sic).”

OHMYGOSSIP — Cruz Beckham is not planning to launch a full-time music career yet.
Although the 11-year-old son of David and Victoria Beckham has just released his debut single, the charity song ‘If Every Day Was Christmas’, his parents want him to focus on his education right now.
A source told The Sun: “Everyone has gone totally mad over Cruz’s little Christmas record. But that’s all this ever was, just a kid who loves to sing, doing something for his local radio station’s charity.
“Cruz is intent on staying at school and being a full-time pupil, not becoming a pop star. Everyone got swept away on a wave of pushy parents, record deals and albums, but the truth is it’s so much more simple.
There is no album or touring with Justin Bieber, as has been suggested.
“It’s just a one-off Christmas song.”
And Scooter Braun – who has signed Cruz to his roster of clients, which also includes Justin Bieber and Kanye West – hopes the song will inspire other youngsters to “give back” as the proceeds from the track will go to Global’s Make Some Noise charity to help underprivileged young people.
Scooter told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “I’ve known him and his parents for a while.
“I saw him sing, and David and I had a conversation and then decided, [let’s] let him have some fun. And then he made a Christmas single, and he actually came to us and said, ‘Hey, I want to do this for charity and help other kids.’
“And when they told me the idea, I said I’d be more than happy to help.
“I think everything, with the song that he put out, all the money goes to charity, to help underprivileged kids in the UK, and I hope, as an 11 year old, he inspires more kids to give back.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Lawrence has apologised to the people of Hawaii after she was accused of being offensive.
The Oscar-winning actress recently revealed that she almost killed a crew member of ‘The Hunger Games’ in Hawaii when she caused some “sacred” rocks to come loose after “butt scratching” on them but people were not impressed with her story.
Taking to Facebook, she wrote: “I meant absolutely no disrespect to the Hawaiian people. I really thought that I was being self-deprecating about the fact that I was ‘the curse,’ but I understand the way it was perceived was not funny and I apologise if I offended anyone.”
Speaking previously about the incident, Jennifer said: “Oh my God, they were so good for butt itching.
“One rock that I was butt scratching on ended up coming loose, and it was a giant boulder and it rolled down this giant mountain and almost killed our sound guy. His whole station got destroyed. It was this huge, dramatic deal.
“All the Hawaiians were like, ‘Oh my God, it’s the curse!’ And I was sitting in the corner like, ‘Haha! I’m your curse! I wedged it loose with my ass!'”
Meanwhile, Jennifer also admitted she refused to do any stunts after completing work on ‘The Hunger Games’.
The 26-year-old actress had had enough of getting physical on screen following the four-movie dystopian saga, so when it came to her latest movie ‘Passengers’, she left the bulk of the action to her co-star Chris Pratt.
She explained: “As soon as I wrapped ‘Hunger Games’ I was done with stunts.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Dakota Fanning has rekindled her romance with her high school sweetheart.
The 22-year-old actress has started dating commercial real estate broker Logan Markley, who she had a year-long relationship with when they were both students at North Hollywood’s Campbell Hall Episcopal High School in Los Angeles.
According to DailyMail.com: “Dakota and Logan have always been close and they dated for about a year in high school.
‘Logan recently split with his girlfriend so when Dakota split with Jamie [Strachan] they hooked up again. It’s early days but they couldn’t be happier.”
Dakota recently revealed she and model Jamie Strachan had ended their three-year romance.
She added: “I was raised by very traditional Southern parents with Southern manners. You don’t air your dirty laundry to people that aren’t your family or your friends. Why would I ever want to portray myself as anything other than together?’
“The way I prefer to meet someone is through a friend [because that means the person] is most likely not a freak.
“I find dates, in general, horrific. We have to sit there and ask these questions and pretend to eat a meal, and it just feels so stiff.”
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that Dakota’s parents Steven and Heather Fanning have called off their divorce.
Steven filed to legally dissolve his 27-year marriage to wife Heather in November due to “irreconcilable differences”, but had a change of heart one week later and had his petition dismissed.

OHMYGOSSIP — Louis Tomlinson’s new single is a tribute to his late mother.
Johannah Deakin, 42, passed away this week after a secret battle with leukaemia and her son Louis’s new song, a collaboration with DJ Steve Aoki, called ‘Just Hold On’, features some poignant lyrics, which are believed to be dedicated to his beloved mother.
On the track, Louis sings: “Until it’s all been said / it’s not over until your dying breath / So what do you want them to say when you’re gone? / That you gave up or that you kept going on? What do you do when a chapter ends? / Do you close the book and never read it again? / Where do you go when your story’s done? / You can be who you want or who you’ll become / If it all goes wrong, darling just hold on / The sun goes down and it comes back up / The world still turns no matter what.”
After Johannah’s death was announced, Steve wrote on Twitter: “Everyone send love and strength to @Louis_Tomlinson and his family. So so sorry my brother. We’re all here for u (sic).”
As well as 24-year-old Louis – who has 11-month-old son Freddie with Briana Jungwirth – Johannah was also mother to Lottie, 18, Felicite, 16, twins Daisy and Phoebe, 12, and two-year-old twins Ernest and Doris.
This is Louis’ first single since One Direction went on hiatus earlier this year and Louis will perform the track on ‘The X Factor’ over the weekend, despite his mother’s death.
According to the Mirror Online, Louis’ stepfather Dan Deakin said: “Louis had been scheduled for some time to make a surprise performance on ‘The X Factor’ this weekend. This was something Johannah had been looking forward to and it was her wish that this go ahead – Louis has therefore decided to proceed with this for her.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik recorded their new single separately.
Although the pair collaborated on the track, ‘I Don’t Wanna Live Forever’, which will feature on the ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ soundtrack, producer Jack Antonoff revealed that they didn’t actually record the duet together.
He tweeted: “i don’t wanna live forever came together very quickly. wrote it with taylor and sam dew and produced it at home mostly on paper sounds
“recorded taylor at my house. zayn sent parts from LA – we did it in a week basically. i’ve never had something come out that quick
“loved making this song with taylor sam and zayn (sic).”
The ‘Shake It Off’ hitmaker – who previously dated Zayn’s former One Direction band mate, Harry Styles – shared a clip of the song on Instagram.
In the preview, she sings: “Baby, baby, I feel crazy/Up all night, all night and every day/Give me something, oh, but you say nothing/What is happening tonight?”

OHMYGOSSIP — Mika wants a baby.
The 33-year-old singer – who lives in London with his partner of 10 years Andreas Dermanis – and revealed he would love to have children and would consider adopting.
Mika is currently hosting a new TV show ‘Stasera Casa Mika’ on Italian TV channel Rai 2 and when he was asked by his guest Antonella Clerici if he would like to have children, the star replied: “You know if you do this job you have to be a little selfish.”
However, Antonella replied by asking: “Ok, but where’s your mum now?”
And Mika said: “She’s here, in the backstage. It’s true, you are right, I get it. Yes I would like to have a baby. But how to have a baby… for me it’s a little bit more complicated. Maybe I could adopt, or there are many other ways to have a baby nowadays. And the only thing that counts is love in the end. If a baby is loved, he has everything he needs.”
The revelation that he is getting broody comes as a surprise, as just recently Mika insisted he was too selfish to think about having children right now.
He said: “No, my life is too selfish. Being on tour for 15 months is a huge emotional investment. You have to be around tolerant people … With a child this would not be possible.”
And Mika also admitted that his entourage, including a gardener, a cleaner and his personal chef, frustrate Andreas when he’s trying to relax.
He explained: “I can say my home is full of books. There’s a lot of art, and there are my two dogs. There’s a gardener, a person who takes care of the home and a cook because eating is fantastic!
