OHMYGOSSIP — Khloé Kardashian used the gym as a “stress reliever” when she was going through her divorce from Lamar Odom.
The 32-year-old reality star – who filed for divorce from the retired basketball player in 2013, a process that was eventually completed last month – insists she never set out to lose weight, but was delighted that her transformation was able to inspire other people.
Speaking about her new reality show ‘Revenge Body’ – which sees the blonde beauty mentor men and women as they reinvent themselves both inside and out – Khloé said: “‘Revenge Body’ is inspired by my own personal journey, I was going through a difficult time going through my divorce and I started going to the gym as a place to clear my head and as a stress reliever, it was really the only place that I knew where to turn where no one would ask me a lot of questions.
“As a by product I started losing all this weight, there were so many people via social media saying how I’d inspired them, from taking something negative and turning it into a positive.”
And the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star – who is now in a relationship with basketball player Tristan Thompson – said she was “motivated” to keep working toward her weight loss goal after seeing “definition” in her muscles.
She said: “I didn’t seek out to lose 20 pounds in 20 days, that wasn’t my goal. I was always, like I wasn’t big boned, I just kind of [would say] I’m not meant to be a certain size, but once I started losing weight naturally I was like ‘OK I’m going to get a trainer’, then six months later I got a nutritionist so once I started taking my health more seriously I started seeing definition in my arms, muscles and that motivates you more to keep working out.”
As she gets older, Khloe is working hard not to create more “drama” in her life, but sometimes relies on her famous family to advise her on what is or isn’t appropriate to voice on social media.
Speaking to Chi-Lan Lieu on UK TV show ‘Lorraine’, Khloé said: “We’ll be on group text all the time, I’ve learned from past experiences to ask them first like ‘should I tweet this?’, and they’ll give me their opinions and normally it’s ‘no’, so I think the older I’m getting I’m trying to eliminate some of the drama which is good, it’s petty drama that I don’t need.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Katie Price claims a hospital is responsible for her son having “a bit of brain damage”.
The 38-year-old beauty’s oldest child, 14-year-old Harvey – who she has with former lover Dwight Yorke – suffers from a number of health problems, including septo-optic dysplasia, which affects his growth and caused him to be partially-sighted, and she claims a factor in the severity of his conditions are that he wasn’t given medication when he was younger as medics missed the fact he had a limited pituitary gland.
She said: “I’ve never cried about the fact he’s blind but I’ve [been] more protective… It’s just so weird, I’ve always had that bond, everyone always thinks he’s my favourite but it’s not that, I just feel protective.
“We’ve gone from this journey and then the hospital did admit it was their fault, when they did an MRI scan they missed out his pituitary gland and starved him from the medication he needs, which gave him a bit of brain damage, but you can’t sue the hospital because you need them, the NHS, for the rest of his life, so we just deal with it as it is.”
And Katie – who also has kids Junior, 11, and Princess, nine, with ex-husband Peter Andre, and Jett, three, and Bunny, two, with spouse Kieran Hayler – will always be grateful to the parents of other disabled children for their support, particularly after one parent alerted her to the fact Harvey was showing signs of having insulin-processing disorder diabetes.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’, she added: “But what’s important wasn’t the doctors, it was the mums, we found these places with kids that are similar and Harvey used to drink lots of water and one of the mums said, ‘I bet he’s got what my son has got, diabetes insipidus, don’t worry about your local doctor because they’re not specialised, get referred to Great Ormond Street and see this specific doctor’.
“And we did and from there it’s been good, he’s on the right medicines…”
Katie’s youngest two children were both born prematurely and she has been warned by doctors that if she falls pregnant again, she is likely to give birth early.
She said: “My last two were premature and they said if I pregnant again it will be premature.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Idris Elba is auctioning off a date with him for Valentine’s Day (14.02.17) for charity.

OHMYGOSSIP — Amy Adams thinks getting her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is “crazy”.
The 42-year-old actress is set to be honoured with the 2,589th star on the famous sidewalk in Los Angeles on Wednesday (11.01.17), and has said she never thought she’d get to this point in her career as her father always used to ask her how she could “buy one” of the prestigious stars.
Speaking on ‘Jimmy Kimmell Live!’ on Tuesday night (10.01.17), the ‘Arrival’ actress said of the honour: “It’s crazy. It’s like one of those things when you think about being an actor and think about moving to Hollywood, I can remember my dad being like, ‘How do you buy one of those things?’ I finally figured it out! But no, it’s really cool.”
And the ‘Justice League’ star – who has six-year-old daughter Aviana with her husband and fellow actor Darren Le Gallo – has invited her whole family to watch the ceremony.
Asked if her family would be in attendance, Amy said: “Yeah, more or less. Not everyone could make it, but I’m from a really big family.
“I have four of my seven siblings so there’ll be five of us there which is a pretty big deal. And my mom, and a lot of friends, and my daughter, and my husband. Yeah it’s going to be fun! I’m excited.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Soulja Boy and Chris Brown may take their boxing match to Dubai.
The 26-year-old rapper and the ‘Loyal’ hitmaker – who are embroiled in a bitter feud and have exchanged blows on social media – were originally meant to settle their differences in the ring in Las Vegas, but are now looking at relocating to the Middle East over concerns the pair wouldn’t pass the strict guidelines put in place before the boxing commission gives them the okay to be able to fight.
Regardless of where the fight takes place, the feuding stars are set to show the battle – which has yet to be given a firm date, though it is expected to take place in March – on Pay-Per-View television, which according to the New York Post newspaper, could see them rake in millions from across the globe.
According to advertisements, the match will consist of three rounds, and will see the ‘Crank That’ hitmaker – who is being trained by Floyd Mayweather – take on the 27-year-old, who is receiving help from boxing legend Mike Tyson.
Chris and Soulja Boy’s feud kicked off after Chris vowed to fight the ‘Kiss Me Thru The Phone’ rapper – real name DeAndre Cortez Way – for liking a picture of his ex-lover Karrueche Tran.
Soulja Boy then raged on Twitter: “Chris brown just called me and said he wanna fight me because I liked @karrueche picture on Instagram this n**** a b***h

OHMYGOSSIP — Beyonce always knew her sister Solange Knowles would be “something super special”.
The ‘XO’ hitmaker has always been impressed by the 30-year-old singer’s focus and determination and desire to always follow her instincts, even when other people disagreed with her.
She said: “I remember thinking, ‘My little sister is going to be something super special,’ because you always seemed to know what you wanted. And I’m just curious, where did that come from?”
Solange explained: “I have no idea, to be honest! I always knew what I wanted. We damn sure know that I wasn’t always right. But I’d sit firm, whether I was right or wrong.
“I guess a part of that was being the baby of the family and being adamant that, in a house of five, my voice was being heard.
“Another part is that I remember being really young and having this voice inside that told me to trust my gut. And my gut has been really, really strong in my life. It’s pretty vocal and it leads me. Sometimes I haven’t listened, and those times didn’t end up very well for me.
“I think all of our family–you and mom–we’re all very intuitive people. A lot of that comes through our mother, her always following her gut, and I think that spoke to me really loudly at a young age and encouraged me to do the same.”
The 35-year-old singer – who has five-year-old daughter Blue Ivy with husband Jay Z – is also in awe of the way Solange is able to spot hot new talent long before anyone else does.
Speaking to her sister for Interview magazine, she said: “You have an ability to see things before they happen that I’ve never really seen in anyone else as consistently as you do.
“You always know the new artists two years before they come out. Or the new DJs or producers or the new fashion brands … How do you do that?”
And Solange – who is married to Alan Ferguson and has 12-year-old son Julez from a past relationship – credits her talent-spotting skills to using the Internet too much.

OHMYGOSSIP — Casey Affleck did his best to accommodate Sylvester Stallone after a seating mishap at the Golden Globes.
The 70-year-old ‘Rambo’ actor and his wife Jennifer Flavin watched the ceremony – at which their three daughters served as Miss Golden Globe – backstage from the green room after they arrived at their table to discover there was only one seat available, but the ‘Manchester by the Sea’ actor, who was supposed to sit with the couple, and fellow guests including Matt Damon, did their best to try and resolve the situation.
An onlooker told E! News: “Affleck and the rest of the stars at his table were shuffling around trying to make more room for additional chairs – which proved to be difficult considering the tightness of the seating arrangements as they were – and they weren’t sure what to do.
“Thus, Stallone and Flavin decided to retreat to the green room and watch the show from behind-the-scenes.”
Another source told Us Weekly that staff at the awards “immediately rectified” the seating problem, but Stallone and his wife chose not to return to the table.
The insider revealed: “The show simply forgot to include an extra seat and there was some initial confusion, but it was immediately rectified by the Globes staff.
“Sly made the choice not to return. No one from ‘Manchester’ did anything to offend him; it was just a seating snafu and it was fixed immediately.”
While Casey attempted to smooth over the situation backstage, the 70-year-old actor reportedly rebuffed his attempts.
The source said: “Casey was nothing but gracious.
“Stallone was horrible to him and told him to get out of his face.”
However, despite the tense situation, a representative for the ‘Creed’ actor insisted he had had a “wonderful evening”.
The representative said: “Sylvester Stallone had a wonderful evening attending and presenting at the Golden Globes and celebrating with his family and friends.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West’s chauffeur has been released without charge by police investigating her gunpoint robbery in Paris.
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star was subjected to a terrifying ordeal back in October 2016 – where she had millions of dollars of jewellery stolen – and officers arrested 17 people earlier this week in connection with the case.
However, despite reports the robbery was an inside job, limo company UNIC Worldpass have told TMZ their driver, Michael Madar, has been released from custody without charge and was speaking to police “for testimony purposes” only.
The company insists neither they nor the driver had any connection to the heist.
According to French publication Le Monde, authorities arrested 14 men and three woman, with an average age of 55, in connection with the case. The oldest suspect, identified as ‘Pierre B.’ is 72 years old.
Kim – who has children North, three, and Saint, 13 months, with husband Kanye West – is said to be feeling “deeply relieved” over the arrests.
A source said: “Kim is deeply relieved to know that this horrible ordeal will all come to an end soon.”
Meanwhile, there is said to be hope that Kim, 36, may be able to get her engagement ring back now the robbers have been arrested.
Two unidentified brothers are alleged to have “disposed” of the diamond engagement ring and police sources believe they could be the key to retrieving the piece of jewellery.
An insider shared: “They are involved in the diamond trade, and are thought to have handled the stolen jewellery.
“Their homes have been searched from top to bottom, and so has a jewellery shop in Paris which is also linked to them. The jewellery has not yet been found, but these brothers could lead us to it over the coming days.”
It also has been claimed that the brothers are from Antwerp, Belgium where they allege jewellery “can be sold on with no questions asked”.
They added: “Antwerp is a town where jewellery can be sold on with no questions asked. The men know the industry inside out, and may well know exactly where the ring went.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ed Sheeran lost almost 50lbs by exercising for just 10 minutes a day.
The 25-year-old singer – who returned from a year-long hiatus last week with two new singles, ‘Shape of You’ and ‘Castle on the ‘Hill’ – piled on the pounds after he finished touring, but after his hockey player girlfriend Cherry Seaborn helped him devise a high intensity workout plan, he saw the weight fall off quickly.
He told Total Access on Signal 1 radio: “I didn’t realise how active I was on tour.
“My diet was pizza and beer, but because I was doing two hours a night I was really in shape.
“I stopped touring and carried on my diet of pizza and beer. Suddenly I didn’t fit in anything.
“I was like, ‘All my clothes have shrunk’.
“I did ten minutes a day without fail – intervals of 30 seconds sprinting and 30 jogging.
“The key is to not miss a day, so you don’t have to do an hour.”
And the decision to get back into shape has come in handy for the ‘Thinking Out Loud’ hitmaker, as he recently revealed that in the music video for ‘Shape of You’ his fans will see him shirtless for the first time and doing pull-ups, an exercise which he found really tough because he’s not a “healthy individual”.
Discussing the ‘Shape of You’ video, he said: “Do you know what? They were filming it and they were getting me … like I’m not a very, like, healthy, fit individual, and they’re like, ‘Right, we’re gonna do these pull-ups.’ And I was like, ‘I can literally do one pull-up,’ and they were making me do six or seven in a row whilst filming me.”

The 19-year-old singer quit the group – which also features Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui – last month and admitted she felt frustrated with efforts to make the ‘Work From Home’ hitmakers more raunchy in order to sell more records.
Speaking on Lena Dunham’s ‘Woman of the Hour podcast, she said: “Especially with being a girl group, there’s been a lot of times where people have tried to sexualize us to just get more attention.
“Unfortunately, sex sells.
And Camila has advised other females who aren’t “ready” to become sexualised to “put your foot down”, which she has admitted she has had to do.
She said: “There’s definitely been times where there’s stuff that I have not been comfortable with and I’ve had to put my foot down.
“I think the thing that I would say to young women is, if you’re not ready for it, put your foot down.”
Camila believes being a musician and taking to stages to perform across the globe, and producing tracks with “sexual undertones”, has been “tricky” for her.
She explained: “I feel like it’s been tricky because we’ve had to grow into ourselves while being in front of the world and while making songs that did have a lot of sexual undertones.”
However, the Cuban vocalist believes there is “nothing wrong” if you have purposefully decided to express your sexuality and are not acting provocatively because other people have demanded it.

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloe Kardashian used to feel “a little bit good” about herself when her sister Kim Kardashian West went through break-ups.
The 32-year-old reality star has admitted that each time her 36-year-old sibling – who has previously dated the likes of singer Ray J and NFL star Reggie Bush and was briefly married to Kris Humphries – split up with someone, it made her realise that it’s “OK” to feel upset when you are going through the emotions that come with ending a relationship.
In a clip from her new show ‘Revenge Body’, Khloe confessed: “It’s always totally human to feel down on yourself sometimes.
“It always used to make me feel a little big good. If Kim feels that way, then I’m OK that I feel that way.”

Khloe – whose divorce from Lamar Odom was finalised last month – previously explained: “‘Revenge Body’ is basically a show about taking people that not so much are seeking revenge in a harmful, malicious way, but revenge in the best way possible, which is a good body.
“So people that have gone through really traumatic experiences in life, not all of them are breakups, some of them have lost a parent or something that’s been really traumatic which has caused them to gain a lot of weight and they don’t really know how to get control over their life again. So whatever that circumstance is I want them to get revenge on that incident.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ruby Rose lived on a “blow-up mattress” before being cast in ‘Orange is the New Black’.
The 30-year-old actress had her first big break when she took on the role of Stella Carlin for the third series of the Netflix prison drama, and has admitted that before she was offered the role she spent “a year” sleeping on a simple inflatable mattress.
She said: “I started with a blow-up mattress from Target that me and my dog slept on for about a year.”
And the cropped haired beauty also admitted she spent “two years” being unemployed when she first moved to America to begin her acting career, and was stunned when she got the call from casting director Jen Huston.
She added: “I came [to the U.S.] to pursue acting and was unemployed for two years, which was good.
“Then I created a short film called ‘Break Free’, and it was really received well. And I got a call from Jen Huston who casts ‘Orange’ and ‘Girls’ and a bunch of things, and she asked me to audition for Stella.
“Imagine not getting any work for two years and then getting to audition for the greatest show in the world!”
Ruby – who is dating The Veronicas singer Jess Origliasso – didn’t think the role would “change [her] life”, but now admits she was “wrong”.
Speaking on ‘The Ellen Degeneres Show’ on Tuesday (10.01.17), she said: “I said to everyone on the show, ‘Nobody’s gonna notice I’m in this, blink and you’ll miss it.’ And everyone was like, ‘No, this is going to change your life’ … I was wrong.”
Whilst Ruby might be on her way to becoming a Hollywood star, she still prefers the quiet life.
She said previously: “I’m not really a going-out kind of person. I much prefer being a homebody. I always enjoy listening to music, watching great television and great television shows. I love anything to do with art and the creative process.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Joaquin Phoenix and Rooney Mara have reportedly fallen for each other while filming their new movie.
The Hollywood stars have been shooting the biblical epic ‘Mary Magdalene’ over recent months, and Joaquin – who plays the role of Jesus – and Rooney – who features as the titular character – are said to have found love on set.
Although a rep for the famously reclusive Joaquin, 42, has insisted the duo are merely good friends, having previously worked together on the Spike Jonze-directed ‘Her’, a source close to the situation has told the New York Post newspaper that they skipped the recent Golden Globes ceremony in order to spend time “together in the desert”.
What’s more, the insider revealed Rooney and Joaquin have been spending an increasing amount of time together after “they found love on the set” late last year.
The much-anticipated new movie was shot in Italy and during filming breaks, Joaquin and Rooney were spotted hanging out together, including one time when they were seen smoking on the balcony of their hotel room.
Rooney, 31, has been in a six-year relationship with director Charlie McDowell, but the duo have not been seen together in months and her representative declined to comment on her relationship status.
Meanwhile, Joaquin has previously claimed he’s never experienced heartbreak from any of his past relationships.
While promoting ‘Her’, the critically acclaimed actor explained: “I’ve never had one of those relationships.
“I’ve never had one which ended that I felt heartbroken and consumed by. The closest I’ve got is getting my ego bruised a little bit. But I’ve never had the experience of, ‘That was somebody I really loved and I’m not done.’
“I’ve had unrequited love. I’ve definitely been like, ‘I love you,’ and they don’t feel the same. But I’ve never been in a relationship and been heartbroken.”
