OHMYGOSSIP — Amber Heard has been given custody of two dogs and a horse in her divorce agreement with Johnny Depp.
The former couple split last May after 15 months of marriage, and after their divorce was finalised on Friday (13.01.17), details of how they will split their assets have been revealed, with the ‘Danish Girl’ actress keeping canine companions Pistol and Boo – who were at the centre of an infamous pet smuggling row with Australian officials in 2015 – an equine named Arrow, and two vehicles, a 2015 Range Rover and a 1968 Ford Mustang.
According to documents obtained by People, Johnny, 53, will keep all of his properties, including homes in Los Angeles, his home state Kentucky, France, and his retreat in the Bahamas.
He is unlikely to miss the two cars Amber, 30, is taking as he will retain possession of a staggering 42 vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, boats and golf carts.
Elsewhere in the paperwork, the payment plan of Amber’s $7 million divorce settlement – which she previously revealed she will donate to charity – is set out, with the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star having already handed over $200,000.
He is due to pay a further $1 million next month and then deposits of the same amount in May and August, before an additional $500,000 before November 1 and another $2.3 million before February 1, 2018.
The former couple have agreed to waive spousal support and will pay their own attorney fees, except for $500,000 that Johnny will contribute towards his ex-wife.
The pair – who met on the set of their movie ‘The Rum Diary’ – have been through an acrimonious divorce, which began when Amber accused her former spouse of domestic abuse.
Though she dropped charges against him and they agreed a settlement last August, there have been accusations of the actress trying to “extend her fifteen minutes of fame” and the actor of dragging proceedings out to further upset the blonde beauty.

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Daley can’t swim very well.
The 22-year-old Olympic diver may compete in the water for a living, but he admits his capabilities are limited – much to the surprise of a lot of people.
Speaking to Grazia magazine, he said: “I’m not a very good swimmer. I just dive in then swim to the side. I couldn’t swim 50m – it would be exhausting… [The biggest misconception about me] is that I’m a swimmer. It’s a totally different sport.”
But Tom – who is engaged to filmmaker Dustin Lance Black – enjoys other watersports, though he was saddened when his £8,000 jetski got ruined by “a bit of seaweed”.
He explained: “My biggest extravagance was my jetski, which cost £8,000.
“I used to take it out in Plymouth and used it every weekend for two and a half years. Then one day a big of seaweed got stuck in the bottom of it and it flooded and sunk like the Titanic.”
And despite his years of training, even diving doesn’t always come easy to the hunky sportsman.
He said: “I was embarrassed this morning when I was back in my first training session in the pool and the first dive I did was a belly flop. Everyone laughed.”
Despite previously showing off his toned physique, Tom admits he regrets some of the pictures.
Asked what he’d remove from his past off the internet, he said: “My 2013 calendar shoot. There are a lot of topless shots out there, which are awkward and embarrassing.
“The worst one was me topless in jeans and covered in water.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Briana Jungwirth has found having a child with Louis Tomlinson a “nightmare” because of One Direction’s fans.
The 23-year-old stylist is devoted to 11-month-old Freddie but her friends admit the scrutiny she has come under and the abuse she’s received from her former lover’s supporters – including rumours the baby wasn’t real – left her feeling “less of a person”.
Her pal, Luke Poole, said: “Of course Briana loves Freddie but it’s definitely been a nightmare at times.
“It’s tough – she’s taken a lot of thing personally…
“She’s not just a normal mum – she’s the mum of a superstar…
“When people said the baby was fake, that made Briana feel like less of a person. She’s trying to focus on being a mum, she’s got a lot of pressure on her.
“On top her having had a kid and that being a huge life-changing moment, she also has to worry about people talking about her.”
And Luke admits that things are difficult for Briana because Louis is “all over the place” and can’t always give her the support she needs.
He added to heat magazine: “It’s just Louis can’t be there so it’s tough for Briana.
“I think they’re still trying to be kids and young adult – they want to have fun and hang out with their friends… he’s all over the place. For her, she has to sacrifice a lot to take care of the kid. I would say that having a kid at a young age is tough.”
Briana – who recently deleted her Instagram account after it was hacked – has previously asked for privacy and hit out at her online detractors.
Last year she posted a message on her accounts, which read: “To all those who feel the need to make disparaging, hateful and inappropriate comments concerning me and my son Freddie – I am sincerely sorry that you all have chosen to focus your time and attention on my life and the life of my son. Surely you must have better things to do than pry into the personal life of a single mom and newborn child. OHMYGOSSIP — Blac Chyna’s drugs possession case has been dismissed.
The 28-year-old reality TV star – who recently welcomed daughter Dream with fiance Rob Kardashian – was reportedly found with ecstasy pills when she was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance at the Austin International Airport in Texas in January 2016.
However, TMZ reports that prosecutors asked to drop the third degree felony charge and the judge agreed, meaning Chyna will not face any charges.
After her release, Rob drove 1,377 miles from Los Angeles to Austin to pick the model up.
But, he was fined $1,100, when he was caught driving his Bentley at 107mph in Blythe, California on his way to Texas.
Rob had set off for Texas minutes after Chyna was arrested at and was there to personally collect her when she was released from custody the following day.
Meanwhile, Rob and Chyna have reportedly taken some time away from the Kardashian family recently so they can focus on their relationship.
A source said: “It’s safe to say Chyna and Rob took some time off to focus on their immediate family. It’s not a bad thing, and they needed a break for themselves, and their daughter. They are back together now and focusing on their relationship.
“It’s understandable that [Rob] wants their opinion on things that are going wrong, but as everyone knows, family doesn’t forget, especially a mom. So, after Rob calls his sisters and mother and shares everything with them, it’s hard for Chyna to re-enter the family after they reconciled, mainly for Dream’s sake … They’ll do everything they can to make sure Dream grows up in a very normal environment.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The Spice Girls reunion has been axed.
While Geri Horner, Mel B and Emma Bunton were planning to resurrect the group as a trio after Victoria Beckham and Mel C opted not to return, pregnant Geri has now pulled out to focus on her family.
Geri – who has 10-year-old Bluebell from a past relationship – is expecting her first child with husband Christian Horner.
A source told The Sun: “Geri’s priorities have changed.
“Her baby is due later this year and rather than force a reunion, she’s needs to concentrate on more personal matters.
“Getting all the girls in the studio at the same time proved a tough task.
“What they needed was one main boss-style figure to pull the strings otherwise they would be constantly in limbo.”
And Rolling Stones’ manager Joyce Smyth has also walked away from the project.
However, there is still a possibility that the group will reunite in the future.
News of Geri’s departure from the band comes not long after Mel B insisted they would record new music at her home-built studio.
She said: “We have written new material and I have a studio at my house in LA. As soon as Emma and Geri get their schedules sorted they will be over in LA and we can start working on new music.
“Nothing’s set in stone yet. We’re just working towards getting something sorted this year, so there’s nothing to talk about yet.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s divorce has been finalised.
The 30-year-old actress and the 53-year-old actor reached an agreement in August last year, which would see the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ actor pay Amber $7 million in their divorce settlement, but the marriage was only dissolved on Friday (13.01.17) after a number of complications.
Amber’s lawyer told DailyMail.com: “This is a great day, all Amber wanted was to be divorced and now she is.
“In the words of (former US President) Gerald Ford, ‘Our long national nightmare is over’.”
Last month Johnny requested Amber pay $100,000 towards his legal bills, a move she called “contemptible and shocking”, as she still hadn’t received her divorce settlement.
She said in court documents: “I am now told that Johnny is taking outrageous steps of seeking legal fees from me because I have asked the court to enforce the settlement agreement that we reached four months ago.
“I am told that Johnny somehow claims I am the one who is delaying settlement rather than the other way around. These claims are contemptible and shocking.
“Johnny seems to wish to prolong this proceeding as a means of punishing me.”
However, a judge threw out Johnny’s request on Friday and granted the divorce.
Amber has vowed to donate her settlement to ACLA and Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and previously insisted she was desperate for a “quick resolution” because she wants her “life back”.
In other paperwork Amber has claimed: “Johnny has not lived up to his obligation to me under the [settlement], including payments, allowing me to retrieve my personal property, transferring title of a vehicle to me and meeting regarding division of the furniture and furnishings in the residential units we occupied.
“I have been committed to a quick resolution of this matter so that I can be divorced from [Depp]. Unfortunately, Johnny and his counsel seem to wish to prolong the proceeding as a means of punishing me.
“Johnny has delayed the resolution of this matter. I want my life back. I want to be divorced now.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Priyanka Chopra is “home resting comfortably” after being injured on the set of ‘Quantico’ on Thursday (12.01.17).
According to TMZ, the 34-year-old actress suffered a concussion after she slipped and hit her head while filming a stunt. She was brought to hospital but doctors discharged her a few hours later.
A representative for the star told the website: “Yes, we can confirm there was a minor accident … and [she] will return to work after the weekend.”
Meanwhile, the Bollywood actress – who stars alongside Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Zac Efron in the new ‘Baywatch’ movie – recently insisted she has hasn’t had to change to succeed in Hollywood.
Priyanka shared: “I think the same thing that worked in Hindi films worked for me internationally. I am not afraid of being myself.
“I think entertainment industry is full of too many wonderful, beautiful people and you can’t (just) be someone else. You have to stand out.
“You have to find your own uniqueness and that has to work for you. So those who want to be an actress, whether it is in America or in India, you have to find who you are and be comfortable with it.”
The winner of the Miss World 2000 pageant also revealed she takes inspiration from her friends and family, and their support has helped her through her career.
Priyanka said: “I am always surrounded by people who love me. I have wonderful people in my life, encouraging me and pushing me forward; so I never felt that I am doing this alone. OHMYGOSSIP — Kate Mara and Jamie Bell are engaged.
The couple – who met in 2014 on the set of the movie ‘Fantastic Four’ – are set to tie the knot after Jamie popped the question, Kate’s representative confirmed to E! News.
Kate, 33 and Jamie, 30, went public with their romance in May 2015, when they were spotted going for an affectionate stroll together in Malibu, California.
A source said at the time: “They 100 per cent looked like they were a couple. They had their arms around one another the whole time and they looked totally in love.
“They were holding each other the whole time. They didn’t let go. They were hugging and walking with their arms around each other and were totally focused on one another. They were walking the dog, but even when the dog was running off they were still focused on each other.”
Later that month they were seen holding hands at the Met Gala in New York.
Jamie split from Evan Rachel Wood, with whom he has a young son, in 2014 after just 19 months of marriage.
And she has since referred to him as the “love of her life”, insisting they will always have a special bond because of their son.
She said: “Jamie’s lovely. He was the love of my life.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ryan Reynolds has been named 2017 Hasty Pudding Man of the Year.
Every year, Harvard University’s Hasty Pudding Theatricals organisation chooses one actor and one actress to ‘roast’ in a hilarious ceremony at Harvard Square and this year Ryan, 40, has been chosen as the male recipient of the pudding pot.
The group said in a statement: “Ryan Reynolds is one of Hollywood’s most diverse leading men seamlessly transitioning through varied genres of drama, action and comedy in his rich and ever evolving career.”
Ryan will receive his pudding pot on February 3.
Last year’s Man of the Year was Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Previous winners include Chris Pratt, Robert De Niro, Harrison Ford and Clint Eastwood.
The 2017 Woman of the Year hasn’t yet been announced.
Meanwhile, Ryan – who has daughters James, two, and two-month-old Ines with his wife Blake Lively – has launched ‘Deadpool’s Oscars campaign with a cheeky video.
In a 30-second clip on his Twitter page, Ryan joked the movie contained: “4 pairs of assless chaps … 117 script pages, 456 ad-libs, 3 good walls and a 4th that’s broken, 42 rejection letters from Fox … and 783 million fans.”
He previously admitted that Blake kept him “sane” in the run-up to release of ‘Deadpool’, a passion project he had been working on for years.
He said: “By the time we were in post, we’d been to Comic-Con, and people went crazy for it. The expectations were eating me alive … Blake helped me through that. I’m lucky to have her around just to keep me sane.”

OHMYGOSSIP — The alleged mastermind behind the robbery of Kim Kardashian West has been charged.
According to MailOnline, a French prosecutor has revealed that the person responsible for the break-in at Kim’s hotel in Paris in October – where she was tied up and robbed at gunpoint – has now been charged.
This comes after four other suspects were charged over Kim’s ordeal this week, just days after 17 people were arrested in connection with the case.
As was previously reported, a 63-year-old man identified as Yunice A. has been indicted for conspiracy, robbery, kidnapping, and forceable confinement, and a 44-year-old man known as Florus H. was charged with the same offences.
According to Le Parisien, a 64-year-old man was also charged with conspiracy and helping arrange the resale of stolen jewels, but his lawyer denied any involvement in the case to French TV station BFM.
A fourth suspect, 27-year-old Gary M. – the younger brother of chauffeur Michael Madar, who was released without charge earlier this week – was charged with assisting an armed robbery and kidnapping, after appearing before a judge.
Kim – who has children North, three, and Saint, 13 months, with husband Kanye West – is said to be feeling “deeply relieved” over the arrests.
A source said: “Kim is deeply relieved to know that this horrible ordeal will all come to an end soon.”
The 36-year-old beauty recently revealed she feared she would be shot in the back during the robbery.
In a clip for her reality TV show, ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’, which returns to E! in March, Kim can be seen telling her sisters about her thoughts during terrifying incident.
Kim said: “They’re going to shoot me in the back. There’s no way out. It makes me so upset to think about it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicole Kidman is the “glue” in her family.
The 49-year-old actress doesn’t think her husband Keith Urban and their children Faith, six, and Sunday, eight, would be able to survive without her because she’s what hold them all together and ensures the smooth sailing of every day life but, equally, she wouldn’t be able to cope if she didn’t have the country crooner supporting her.
She told the Guardian newspaper: “Keith is the rock but I’m very much the glue. I mean, I hate to say it, but yeah, you’re the heartbeat of the family. Keith says it. The girls say it. They just like when I’m at home.
“There’s just that female energy in the house, which is powerful. And I’d love to say that Keith could create it in the same way but I don’t think that he does. The girls don’t say that he does. It’s all about the details, right? Which I remember from my own mum and dad. My dad would forget to cut out sandwiches in the middle – just little things, but when you’ve little it all count, right?”
Nicole also has two grown-up children Isabella and Connor – who she adopted with her ex-husband Tom Cruise – and, although she feels nothing but love for them, despite them reportedly being estranged, she’s always wondered about their mothers.
She explained: “From the minute I held them, I wondered about that [where they came from]. Of course. But you’re all intertwined. Your destinies somehow all come together.”
Since having Faith and Sunday, Nicole has decided to keep the youngsters out of the spotlight because she likes the “privacy” that comes with her family.

OHMYGOSSIP — Joe Jonas didn’t think music could give him a career.
The ‘Cake By The Ocean’ hitmaker didn’t believe he could have a job in the music industry as a young child and gets a great “joy” from being able to share his music with the world.
He said: “I think music – specifically for myself – when I was younger, it was just a joy. I didn’t think of it as a career. It was, ‘Wow, this is really exciting! I get to do this all over the world!’
“Now, as I get older, it’s the same joy. I still get to travel the world and see amazing places. It’s much better than anything else I could put my mind to.”
And the 27-year-old singer – who found fame as part of the Jonas Brothers with his siblings Kevin and Nick – believes the secret to success is just putting yourself out there and daring to fail.
He added: “I think, honestly, it’s just being able to dare to suck, as we learned early on with songwriting.
“Being able to work out all the ideas and be collaborative, enjoy every moment – and practice and practice and practice. Do as many shows as you can, that’s my advice.”
Joe has always been involved in the showbiz industry, starting his career by starring in theatre and on Broadway.
He told The San Diego Union-Tribune: “I never had another job. It was theatre I worked in; I did ‘Oliver’ and La Bohème on Broadway.
“So I’ve been able to have experiences on stage that weren’t necessarily roles … For example being able to be on stage and write your own music and perform it and go off script is what I prefer. But it was a good way to get started.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Mark Wahlberg was taken aback when Justin Bieber sent him pictures of him in his underwear.
The 45-year-old actor – who stripped down to his tighty whities in a photoshoot with Calvin Klein in 1992 – has admitted the 22-year-old singer bombarded him with half naked images of him from the My Calvins Spring/Summer 2016 campaign, which Mark has hinted made him feel very uncomfortable because he is a man over twice his age and has children.
Speaking about the moment the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker’s raunchy portrait flashed up in his inbox, the ‘Deepwater Horizon’ star – who has sons Michael, 10, Brendan, eight, as well as daughters Ella, 13, and seven-year-old Grace with his wife Rhea – said: “He did send me the pictures and I was like, ‘You don’t send a guy pictures like this in your underwear.’
“He was proud, you know, it was a big deal for him to do. And I was like, I am at 45, a dad and a husband, a father of four, I’m trying to move away from that image.”
Although Mark has described the Canadian-born star as having “attitude”, he has admitted he was “the biggest punk in the world” when he was younger and would have made Justin look like an angel if the pair were to be compared to one another at the same age.
He explained: “You know what? People give him flack for growing up in the spotlight and they say he has a bit of an attitude, but look at the look on my face, I mean, I was the biggest punk in the world. He’s very nice and young and polite in comparison to what I was.
“Actually, you know what, he is a very nice young man, he’s a friend of mine, I’ve spent time with him.”
And the dark-haired hunk says that despite looking proud of himself in his commercial for the longstanding American brand as he grabbed at his crotch, he has admitted it wasn’t his “proudest moment” of his career.

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloé Kardashian believes losing weight proves how “mentally strong” she is.
The 32-year-old television personality launched her new reality show ‘Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian’ – which sees the blonde beauty mentor men and women who have faced hardships as they reinvent themselves both inside and out – on Thursday night (12.01.17), and has said her own transformation comes as revenge for everyone who called her “fat and ugly”.
She said: “For me, my revenge is for everybody who called me fat and ugly … every piece of (crap) that comes our way in my family, and how we handle them. It shows how strong I am mentally.
“I finally have learned to process things in a healthy way, and for me, that’s my ‘revenge body.'”
And the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star says her new way of dealing with stress is much healthier, as she was a “mess” when her father Robert Kardashian passed away in 2003.
She added to the USA Today newspaper: “I turned to alcohol and I was a hot, crazy mess.”
Previously, Khloé admitted she decided to create ‘Revenge Body’ after finding the gym was a “stress reliever” when she was going through her divorce from retired basketball player Lamar Odom.
She said: “‘Revenge Body’ is inspired by my own personal journey, I was going through a difficult time going through my divorce and I started going to the gym as a place to clear my head and as a stress reliever, it was really the only place that I knew where to turn where no one would ask me a lot of questions.
“As a by product I started losing all this weight, there were so many people via social media saying how I’d inspired them, from taking something negative and turning it into a positive.”

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘La La Land’ could become a live stage show.
The critically acclaimed musical film starring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling – which recently broke records by winning all seven of its Golden Globe nominations – could become the next hit stage show, according to Lionsgate Motion Picture Group co-president Erik Feig.
Speaking to investors at the studio’s Investors Day presentation, he said: “If we want to do a stage show, we can do a stage show. We haven’t hit our full expansion.”
And the idea may not be completely off the wall as Feig pointed out how Lionsgate’s Step Up franchise has inspired a live stage show in Dubai.
Meanwhile, ‘All Of Me’ hitmaker John Legend – who acted as one of the executive producers on the hit movie and played bandleader Keith in the film – insisted he wasn’t keen on the idea of the film getting a follow-up sequel despite its success and popularity.
He previously said: “I don’t know if these things have sequels. I don’t know if it’s that kind of movie. But if it is and Damien wants me to do anything I’d love to work with him again on anything he’s doing.”
But he did enjoy being a part of the film, adding: “He’s a wonderful director and filmmaker and I’m glad that he asked me to be a part of the film.”
‘La La Land’ has also racked up a number of other nominations including 11 nods at the British Academy Film (Bafta) Awards and five at the London Critics’ Circle Film Awards whilst also taking home eight gongs at the Critics’ Choice Awards 2016 in December.

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloe Kardashian’s divorce from Lamar Odom gave her the “tools” to change her life.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star – who filed for divorce from Lamar in 2013 – used the split to focus on her own health and wellbeing and is now passing those tips on to others with her show ‘Revenge Body’.
She said: “I went through a journey for a reason and I’m not the only person. Yes mine was from my divorce and it’s not as dark as most people, but if I have this platform and if I learned all these tools I feel like, OK I wanna give those tools to somebody else.”
And the 32-year-old television personality feels “honoured” to be a role model but admits she never thought she would have been “going to rule the fitness world” three years ago.
She added to E! News: “It’s an honour that anybody looks up to me. [If you told me] I was going to rule the fitness world and help people from a healthy standpoint, I [would’ve said], ‘What Kool-Aid are you drinking?'”
Meanwhile, Khloe previously revealed she used the gym as a “stress reliever” after her split from Lamar.
