OHMYGOSSIP — Katherine Jenkins has defended her OBE award.
The 36-year-old soprano – who was handed the prestigious title by Queen Elizabeth in 2014 on account of her services to music and charity – has hit back at David Beckham’s alleged claim that her OBE honour was a “f***ing joke”.
In a series of leaked emails, the retired soccer star is alleged to have fumed at the decision to award Katherine the title, saying: “Katherine Jenkins OBE for what? Singing at the rugby and going to see the troops plus taking coke. F***ing joke.”
But Katherine’s manager, Professor Jonathan Shalit, has hit back, saying she has done a lot of charitable work during her career, and pointed out that the Welsh star has previously been open about her use of drugs.
He told The Sun newspaper: “Beckham says, ‘Katherine Jenkins OBE for what? Singing at the rugby and going to see the troops plus taking coke. F***ing joke’.
“I say Katherine was awarded an OBE  for her services to music and charity.
“With regards to the taking of coke which Katherine has courageously publicly admitted with great honesty – this was when she was in her early 20s still studying, over a decade before she was awarded her OBE and started her recording career.”
Professor Shalit also said Katherine has made frequent visits to see British troops in different war zones around the world.
He explained: “She visited troops in Iraq 2005 and 2006, Afghanistan 2007 and 2013, Cyprus 2007 and 2009 and Kosovo in 2009.
“These visits have continued consistently since her OBE was awarded.
“She has made various visits to UK-based regiments and in 2006 became a Trustee of the British Forces Foundation.
“Katherine’s continual participation in charity events have helped raise tens of millions of pounds for important causes.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloé Kardashian has hit out at her own fans after they blasted her fitness videos.
The health-conscious reality star frequently shares her workouts with her followers on Snapchat, but has taken issue with some of her fans who have complained about the videos.
Khloé said: “What bothers me so much about people, is that I’m giving you guys my workouts on my snaps for free. So what the f**k.
“Why are you still complaining and saying, ‘If I had a trainer, if I had a gym’? I don’t have a f***ing gym!
“We’re doing everything outside, I’m showing you guys how to do the workouts so you don’t need a trainer and I’m using stuff that I’m sure you have around the house or … improvise! What the f**k.”
Khloé added that if her fans demonstrated the same level of enthusiasm for their workout regimes as they do for complaining, they’d have no trouble keeping themselves in shape.
The 32-year-old star said: “If only complaining burned calories you guys would all be healthy motherf***ers.”
Last month, meanwhile, Khloé admitted her weight loss was triggered by her divorce from Lamar Odom.
Khloé – who filed for divorce from Lamar in 2013 – admitted: “I really needed an outlet, mentally.
“I started working out, and the clarity I received from that was so needed, and it was so therapeutic, and as a by-product I started losing weight.”
Khloé also insisted her new body is not just to “prove a point” and said she hopes to maintain her new physique.
Khloé shared: “I was like, ‘Oh, OK, I see a little definition somewhere. Let me try keep this up’.
“Then I got a trainer, and a few months later, a nutritionist.
“My journey has been a long one, but it’s a lifestyle change.
“I’m not trying to lose 30 pounds in 30 days to prove a point.
“I want this to be for the rest of my life.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lady Gaga was “so emotional” after her Super Bowl performance.
The 30-year-old pop megastar wowed crowds on Sunday (05.02.17) night as she took to the stage during the half-time show of the Super Bowl – which took place at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas – in an action packed performance that saw her glide across the field attached to a harness, drop her mic, catch a football, and exit the stage by jumping off of it.
After her performance, the ‘Perfect Illusion’ hitmaker was reportedly spotted backstage by the locker room bursting into tears, E! News has reported.
A source told the publication: “She was so happy with her performance. It was everything and more than what she expected.
“She is so emotional now and so pleased. She thanked everyone involved with this production. She is so kind and thankful to everyone working with her.”
The publication also reports that whilst the ‘Born This Way’ singer had extensively rehearsed the number of aerial flips performed whilst she was flying above the field, the moment in which she was seen hugging a fan in the audience was entirely impromptu.
Meanwhile, Gaga previously vowed to put on show that people will “never forget”, much like when she witnessed Michael Jackson’s NFL gig in 1993.
She said: “I want to more than anything create a moment that everybody watching will never forget. Not for me, but for themselves.
“That’s what I remember about great Super Bowl performances in the past: when you really get lost watching with your family.
“Watching Michael Jackson doing the halftime show is one of the fondest memories I have.

OHMYGOSSIP — John Legend isn’t invited to be a member of Chrissy Teigen and Kim Kardashian West’s book club.
The ‘All of Me’ hitmaker admitted he is being left out of his wife’s new literary venture, which the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star announced on Twitter earlier this week.
He told E! News: “I don’t know if I was invited! I didn’t see my name on the tweet. I think it might be just the ladies.”
Chrissy is known for her outspoken ways on social media, but her husband – with whom she has nine-month-old daughter Luna – insists she doesn’t need him to step in and defend her when she gets embroiled in a war of words online.
He said: “Oh, she knows what she’s doing. She knows what she’s saying and she knows when it’ll get a little bit of feedback, positive or negative, and she’s strong enough and smart enough to handle it.”
But the 38-year-old singer is very supportive of his wife, and is excited about the 31-year-old beauty’s upcoming appearance in Sports Illustrated magazine’s famous Swimsuit issue, her seventh feature in as many years and her first since welcoming Luna into the world.
He said: “She looks great.I’m excited for her new Sports Illustrated Swimsuit shoot.
“I’m very proud of her. She’s an awesome woman.”
While John insists he hasn’t been invited to be a member of the book club, Kim and Chrissy insisted earlier in the week it would be easy for anyone to join.

OHMYGOSSIP — Diplo’s pre-Super Bowl gig was shut down by police.
The 38-year-old producer – whose real name is Thomas Pentz – had taken to the stage at the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, Texas, at 1am on Sunday (05.02.17), but officers moved in to tell revellers to go home after the DJ continued to play until after the event’s official wrap time.
Video footage obtained by TMZ showed an officer onstage taking the mic out of Diplo’s hand while urging the crowd to “start moving out”, while a number of fellow cops stood in front of the stage as the light came on.
Diplo came out to the edge of the stage to say goodbye to his fans and it seemed his mind was already on the Super Bowl game between the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots.
One fan asked him: “How does it feel, you just shut down the Super Bowl party?”
Diplo replied: “I hope I just warmed up for the Falcons tomorrow.”
Meanwhile, the police officers on the scene insisted they were just doing their jobs in shutting down the party and had nothing against the star himself.
One fan asked an officer, “Don’t you like Diplo’s music” and the policeman replied: “Oh we love it. It’s just the job.”
Meanwhile, the Major Lazer star recently praised Madonna, who he worked with on her ‘Rebel Heart’ album and his ‘Run Up’ collaborator Nicki Minaj for their “perfectionist” attitude.
He said: “[Nicki] seems like so untouchable to me, like she seems so far away and untouchable. But when you get in reach of her, she’s so down to earth. It’s really cool to finally meet an artist like that who really understands how to perfect a verse. Because I have so many songs now, like four or five a week, and go through them real quick. And she takes her time on the record – I like that vibe too. OHMYGOSSIP — Tamara Ecclestone doesn’t feel “ready” to have more children.
The 32-year-old heiress – who has two-year-old daughter Sophia with husband Jay Rutland – does want another baby in the future, but she doesn’t share in her spouse’s desire to have another as soon as possible.
Jay said: “I would have another one tomorrow. In an ideal world I’d like three.”
But Tamara added in an interview with Britain’s HELLO! magazine: “I can tell you now that three isn’t happening. I do want another child but 2017 isn’t the year.
“You never know what’s going to happen in the future but right now I’m so consumed with Sophia and I’m still breastfeeding.
“I personally don’t feel ready. My body doesn’t feel ready.”
And Tamara is convinced her body will let her know when the time is right to have another child.
She added: “When I got pregnant with Sophia, I really, really wanted it and I was so excited and prepared, so I think I will know when the time is right.
“I would love to give her a gift that no one else can – a sibling – but it has to be the right time.”
If the couple do have another child, Tamara thinks they will have a son after numerous visits to different psychics told her they saw a baby boy in her future, though her interest in the spiritual world has waned now as her husband doesn’t share her enthusiasm.
She said: “Every psychic I’ve seen said we’re going to have one more and it will be a boy.
“But I don’t see them anymore. Jay doesn’t believe in psychics and mediums. He thinks you shouldn’t live your life around what you think is going to happen.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Christina Ricci believes her sanity “comes and goes”.
The ‘Z: The Beginning of Everything’ actress – who began her film career when she was nine years old – admits she took a long time to grow up because working at such a young age meant her life with “strange”.
She said: “I lost it for a while. The sanity comes and goes, and then you get it back I think. That’s pretty normal for people.
“I had such a strange and specific upbringing that it’s hard to contextualise – it took me longer to grow up because it was such a bizarre experience.”
As a teenager, Christina – who has two-year-old son Freddie with husband James Heeredegen – was gripped by eating disorder anorexia and also “didn’t speak” in a bid to gain control of her life and avoid criticism.
She told Stella magazine: “I was 14 and I felt very scrutinised, and my reaction to that was to grab any control I could.
“I said other people’s words all the time, I behaved the way people told me to, I wore clothes that other people told me to wear.
“The only thing I could control was what I put in my mouth. If I was thin, nobody would be able to criticise my weight, and if I was quiet nobody would be able to criticise what I said.
“At that time I didn’t speak either; I taught myself to always count to 10 before I spoke.”
On Christina’s first movie, starring in ‘Mermaids’ opposite Cher and Winona Ryder, she admits she was “convinced” everyone was in love with her and felt “so sad” she wasn’t of legal age.
She recalled: “I was always convinced that everyone was in love with me; I thought they must all be so sad that I wasn’t 18. I really did think that.”

OHMYGOSSIP — David Hasselhoff admits his current engagement is his first “from the heart”.
The ‘Baywatch’ actor – who proposed to Hayley Roberts last May after five years of dating – claims that his past marriages, to Catherine Hickland and Pamela Bach, were either “ultimatums” or something he felt he “had” to do.
He said: “I don’t want [Hayley] to get away. I want to trap her, because this is one that I really love, and this is the one when I got down on my knees and said, ‘Will you marry me?’ It was from my heart. It wasn’t an ultimatum.
“My other marriages were kind of like, well, you’ve got to get married, or there was an ultimatum. This one is something that I wanted to do.”
David – who has daughters Taylor, 26, and Hayley, 24, with Pamela – adores being with Hayley, 36, because she is always honest with him.
He told People magazine: “We’ve been together for six years. We had no idea how long we’d been together because it’s been so easy and so great. To have somebody there to support me who isn’t in the industry, and who tells me the truth — she tells me the truth. Because the people in this industry a lot of times don’t tell you the truth, and that’s what gets you in trouble.”
The 64-year-old star has been busy working on the rebooted ‘Baywatch’ movie and enjoyed being on set and offering advice to the new breed of iconic lifeguards, including Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Zac Efron.
He said: “When I was on the set, they were incredibly nice, and incredibly respectful, and welcoming, and wanted to know why ‘Baywatch’ was so successful.
“They were kind of in awe of me, and I was in awe of them, because they’re all working in a big way. I’ve had my shot, and I’m kind of circling around doing this and doing that.”
However, he admitted he was initially baffled when he first heard of the project.
He said: “In the beginning, I didn’t get it. I was like, wait a second, Dwayne is playing me, Mitch Buchannon? Or he’s not. … They’re just bringing their own personalities into it. It’s going to be different.
“It’s going to be campy. It’s going to be fun.
“The action is going to far be superior to [the original TV series] ‘Baywatch’ because they’ve got the movies behind them.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Matt Willis wouldn’t ban his kids from taking drugs.
The Busted rocker – who has Isabelle, seven, Ace, five, and Trixie, nine months, with wife Emma Willis – has been to rehab numerous times in the past and though he would warn his brood of the dangers of illegal substances, he still wants them to have fun and “find out s**t” themselves.
Asked if he worries about his children taking drugs when they’re older, he said: “I’ve thought about that quite a lot. I don’t think there’s anything I can do. If they’re going to take drugs, they’re going to take drugs.
“I can tell them why I think certain things are dangerous, but do I want them not to smoke weed at college and go to parties and have great times with their friends? I don’t know if I want to be that guy.
“I want them to live their lives and find out s**t for themselves.”
The 33-year-old musician is thankful for the support of his TV presenter wife because he knows his addiction caused problems in their relationship, but Emma stuck by him and now they are happier than ever.
He told Fabulous magazine: “She met me when I was a bit of a f***ing tearaway. We went snowboarding in 2005 and I think that was the first time she was like, ‘F***ing hell, this guy is out of control!’ Then by March I was in rehab.
“She’s f**king amazing and stuck with me the whole time. I don’t know why.
“Of course, it was testing. There were times when we thought we couldn’t carry on any more. Unfortunately it was always down to me as it was always my s**t f***ing it up.
“I’m so thankful to her because she really helped me through that, and now life is great.”
While Matt admits he thinks about his sobriety “every day” he would love to know what makes him susceptible to addiction and has even considered taking a hallucinogenic substance in a bid to get some answers.
Discussing why he is affected by taking drugs, he said: “I’ve thought about it loads and it f***ing drives me crazy!
“There’s this thing called ayahuasca, which is a hallucinogenic drink from the jungle. You go to the spirit world and can get answers to your questions.
“I was like, ‘I need to f**king do this’, and Emma was like, ‘Wait a sec, you want to go and take drugs to find out why you take drugs?’ ”

OHMYGOSSIP — Selma Blair was left with a $500 bill after driving away from a gas pump wit the nozzle still attached to her car.
The ‘Cruel Intentions’ actress was left in tears after her “absent minded” mishap on Saturday (04.02.17), which came after she was slammed earlier in the week for wearing real fur, a claim she insists was untrue.
Alongside a tearful Boomerang post on Instagram, she wrote: “Ok. So my head is still pounding. I drove away from a gas pump with the nozzle still in. I was chastised for wearing fur but that was weird cause it was teddy bear fur. And then I paid for the broken pump so that was over a 500 dollar tank of gas . Felt awful for being so absent minded.”
And the 44-year-old actress – who has five-year-old son Arthur with former partner Jason Bleick – admitted her day didn’t improve after the disastrous trip to the gas station.
She continued: “Then I burst into tears in front of barista after ordering and made everyone uncomfortable. Still crying. And I ran out of dog food. And excedrin. Can I have someone say this will pass ? #waytogo #crapday #stillgrateful #makemelaughplease #timetoplaywithmylittleone (sic)”
Happily for the actress, she was later cheered up by her little boy.

OHMYGOSSIP — Annette Bening is “super proud” of her transgender son.
The ’20th Century Women’ actress – who has Stephen Ira, 25, Benjamin, 22, Isabel, 20, and Ella, 16, with husband Warren Beatty – doesn’t like to speak on behalf of her oldest child, but is impressed with the way he leads his life.
Speaking of Stephen Ira, who was born Kathlyn and began transitioning at 14, Annette said: “I’m super proud of him. I leave it to him to say what he wants about his life. I don’t think it’s fair for me to speak for any of my kids, quite frankly. Not that I wouldn’t like to, ha!”
The 58-year-old actress finds some of the double standards she encounters in her career frustrating, such as the fact women are asked about their families far more than actors are.
She insisted to the Observer magazine: “Women in showbusiness have to deal with people talking to us about our children. Men generally don’t.”
And Annette thinks there are far too many expectations on women on all areas of their lives these days and insisted people should stop worrying about accomplishing everything they can and just focus on finding “meaning” in their lives.
She said: “I’m no expert. There’s so much pressure on women now to be sexy, to become educated, to have a fulfilling relationship. And – oh yes! – you also have to have children, and you’re supposed to be very happy when you’re doing all of this.
“It’s impossible. You don’t have to do everything. Just do a little bit at a time.
“It’s not like we have to be happy all the time. Who wants that? The real thing we all search for is meaning.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Robin Thicke took his son Julian out on Saturday (04.02.17).
The ‘Blurred Lines’ hitmaker was barred from seeing ex-wife Paula Patton and their six-year-old child last month after the ‘Baggage Claim’ actress sought a restraining order against him amid allegations he had been physically abusive, but it seems the arrangement has relaxed as the 39-year-old singer took the youngster to Kids World Los Angeles for a fun outing over the weekend.
According to TMZ, Paula has softened her stance because she wants Julian to have a relationship with his dad, and has now agreed to let Robin see the boy three days a week but with a court-appointed monitor present.
A week ago, Robin reportedly passed up the chance to spend more time with his son because he had a meeting.
A source close to the situation said: “He did not exercise his right to spend time with his son and the monitor on Saturday, citing a business meeting. However, Paula offered alternate times that Julian could see Robin with the monitor that weekend, but he declined all visitation.
“These are the actions of a father who claimed he wanted to spend time with his son.”
Despite this, an insider insisted Robin remains “focused” on his son as he prepares to return to court to continue their bitter custody battle on February 24.
The source said: “[Paula] keeps trying to bury him, and this is a concerted effort to prejudice the public against him. He has taken no such campaign against her.
“He’s taking this extremely seriously, and it’s unfortunate and very difficult when you’re on the receiving end of a campaign of negativity.”
Robin has denied all the allegations of being physically abusive.

OHMYGOSSIP — Mariah Carey set fire to the wedding dress she never got to wear in her new music video.
The 46-year-old singer’s latest single, ‘I Don’t, was inspired by her break-up from fiance James Packer in October 2016, and in a pointed dig at the Australian billionaire, she sent the gown she had planned to wear for their Bora Bora nuptials up in flames for an explosive scene in the promo.
And sources told TMZ, that setting fire to the $250,000 custom Valentino gown wasn’t the only message Mariah sent to James in the video, as she also filmed the footage at the home they used to share in Calabasas.
‘I Don’t’ features the lyrics: “Cause when you love someone, you just don’t treat them bad, you messed up all we had. Probably think I’m coming back, but I don’t, I don’t.”
And Mariah recently admitted the track had been inspired by the breakdown of her relationship.
Speaking on her reality TV show ‘Mariah’s World’, she said: “Ever since the tour wrapped I took some time just to process my feelings and I started writing a song to express what I’ve been going through.
“And if you’re not getting the love that you need from someone that you’re supposed to be in a real relationship with, then why remain in that situation?”

The ‘Born This Way’ singer’s company have filed paperwork to produce wine, wine coolers, wine cocktails and wine punches with the name Grigio Girls, TMZ reports.
The proposed alcoholic beverage brand shares its name with a bonus track from Gaga’s 2016 album ‘Joanne’, which was inspired by the 30-year-old singer’s cancer-stricken friend Sonja and how the pop star used to get together with her pals, open a bottle of wine and cry for their buddy.
Meanwhile, Gaga is currently focusing her attentions on her Super Bowl half-time performance on Sunday (05.02.17) evening as she recently vowed she wants her show at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, to be something audiences never forget.
She said: “I want to more than anything create a moment that everybody watching will never forget. Not for me, but for themselves.

OHMYGOSSIP — Taylor Swift won’t be playing live any more this year.
The ‘Blank Space’ hitmaker performed a pre-Super Bowl concert in Houston, Texas, on Saturday (04.02.17) night and told the audience at Club Nomadic they were attending “100 per cent” of her 2017 concert dates.
She said: “As far as I know I’m only doing one show in 2017, and as far as I know, this is that show.
“You are attending 100 per cent of my tour dates.”
During the show, Taylor treated the audience – which included Lea Michele, Gordon Ramsay, Tim Tebow, Jeremy Renner and Adrian Grenier – to the first performance of her latest single ‘I Don’t Want to Live Forever’, prompting cheers from fans who thought her duet partner Zayn Malik was about to join her on stage.
However, Taylor quickly warned them: “He’s definitely not.”
And the 27-year-old singer also debuted ‘Better Man’ – which she wrote for country group Little Big Town – and performed ‘This Is What You Came For’, the hit single she wrote for then-boyfriend Calvin Harris under a pseudonym, which he recorded with Rihanna.
Taylor also treated her 9,000 fans at the temporary venue to some of her biggest hits including ‘Shake It Off’, ‘You Belong With Me’ and ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’.
In 2016, the ‘Love Story’ hitmaker performed just one show, 200 miles away from Saturday’s gig, at the Circuit of The Americas racetrack in Austin.

The former glamour model says the music mogul invited her back to his Holland Park mansion in London after an awards show in 2003, when she was single, and they kissed in bed but did not have sex.
She told The Sun on Sunday: “We were both at the Comedy Awards and I was single at the time. I’d had a lot to drink and he invited me back to his place.
“I got undressed and we got into bed together. His bedclothes were all white.
“He had a really hairy chest and I got this real sense of being with a man for the first time.
“He was the oldest person I had been in bed with. I stayed the night with him and he got me a car home in the morning. We had fun but we did not have sex.”
Katie insisted that the pair didn’t have sex because she doesn’t believe in one night stands and she doesn’t think Simon wanted a relationship with her.
Mother-of-five Katie, 38, is now married to her third husband Kieran Hayler, while Simon, 57, has son Eric, two, with partner Lauren Silverman, who he started dating in 2013.
And Simon previously admitted he was completely clueless when Eric was born in 2014 but he soon adjusted to fatherhood.
He said: I genuinely didn’t know what it was going to be like to be a dad.
“The first seven or eight months dealing with a baby, you just don’t know what to do. And then suddenly one day everything changes. It’s the most incredible thing.”
