OHMYGOSSIP — A fire broke out at Ryan Seacrest’s mansion on Sunday night (19.02.17).
The 42-year-old television personality took to Instagram on Monday (20.02.17) to reveal the aftermath of the blaze but insisted everyone involved was OK.
He wrote on the photo sharing site: “fire last night at the house- thank god everyone is ok. Thanks again @beverlyhillsfirefighters (sic)”
It is thought the fire started from something electrical on the driveway, which blazed even more when it came into to contact with rubbish bins nearby, TMZ reports.
And Ryan recently revealed he feels his life has changed so much since ‘American Idol’ began.
He confessed: “I can’t even begin to compare my life then and now. I mean, when this all started, I was living in a one-bedroom apartment and splitting the rent with another dude.”
Ryan has admitted it took some time before he felt truly comfortable in front of the camera.
He added: “I was just going out there and trying my best.
“It took a few seasons before I embraced the fact that it was a big live show and things were not always going to be perfect. I got more comfortable every year.”
Meanwhile, Ryan isn’t shy about sharing his woes on his social media profiles as he recently uploaded a series of pictures and videos of himself when he got stuck in a lift as he made his way to an interview with ‘Good Morning America’.
Ryan had to be rescued by firefighters when he got trapped in the elevator and he clearly found the whole thing very amusing as he documented it all online.

OHMYGOSSIP — Lauryn Hill has become a grandmother.
The 41-year-old singer’s son Zion Marley and his girlfriend welcomed their son Zephaniah into the world over the weekend.
Zion’s father Rohan Marley took to social media to celebrate the baby’s arrival, citing a passage from the bible: “In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.”
And Zion also took to his own Instagram page to gush about the new arrival, adding: “If there EVER was a question who I do it for… #myson (sic)”
Lauryn – who found fame as a member of the Fugees – loves to perform but disappointed her fans when she turned up two hours late to a concert in Atlanta because she needed to “align her energy”.
She shared at the time: “I don’t show up late to shows because I don’t care. And I have nothing but Love and respect for my fans. The challenge is aligning my energy with the time, taking something that isn’t easily classified or contained, and trying to make it available for others. I don’t have an on/off switch. I am at my best when I am open, rested, sensitive and liberated to express myself as truthfully as possible. For every performance that I’ve arrived to late, there have been countless others where I’ve performed in excess of two hours, beyond what I am contracted to do, pouring everything out on the stage.

OHMYGOSSIP — Lily Cole is to judge a literary contest.
The 29-year-old model-and-actress is “delighted” to be on the panel for Amazon’s Kindle Storyteller Award alongside a number of experts including author Rachel Abbott and Orna Ross, the founder of the Alliance for Independent Authors, and can’t wait to get stuck into the shortlisted tales.
She said: “I am delighted to be on the judging panel for Kindle Storyteller Award. The more we recognise and support excellent authors, the more likely we are to get people reading. I love good writing, from fiction to autobiographies, so I can’t wait to see what makes it through to the shortlist.”
Entrants can submit their books, which must be a minimum of 5,000 words long, for consideration through Kindle Direct Publishing, and the award will consider newly-published work in the English language across any genre.
The winning author will receive a £20,000 cash prize, a marketing campaign to support the book on Amazon.co.uk, and the opportunity to have their book translated.
Authors have from now until May 19 to submit their stories, and the shortlist will then be drawn up based on a number of factors that measure customer interest. The shortlist will then be brought to the panel of judges – which also includes Amy Worth, UK Kindle Content Director, and Andrew Rosenheim, UK Head of Kindle Singles – who will decide upon the winning book.
Andrew said: “I am delighted to be chairing the panel of judges for the Kindle Storyteller Award and look forward to reading the shortlist. With so many brilliant writers out there I hope this gives readers an opportunity to discover brilliant talent, both old and new.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Frances Bean Cobain has paid a touching tribute to her late father Kurt Cobain on what would have been his 50th birthday.
The Nirvana frontman – who committed suicide in 1994 at the age of 27 – was born on February 20, 1967 and his 24-year-old daughter took to Instagram simply thanking her father for giving her “the gift of life”.
In a handwritten note posted on Monday (20.02.17), Frances wrote: “Today would have been your 50th birthday
You are loved and you are missed
Thank you for giving me
The GIFT of life
Forever Your daughter, Frances Bean Cobain (sic)”
She also captioned the post: “February 20th 2017. Happy Birthday (sic)”
Meanwhile, Frances – whose mother is Hole singer Courtney Love – wants her late father’s guitar back off her estranged husband.
She has filed documents asking a court to force Isaiah Silva to return a six-string 1959 Martin D-18E acoustic – the instrument famously played by Kurt during Nirvana’s ‘MTV Unplugged’ session – as she claims he has refused to give it back since she filed for divorce last March.
According to TMZ, Frances wants the court to allow her to inspect the guitar to ensure it has been kept in perfect condition by her estranged husband and then she wants it handed to an art shipping company for safekeeping until their dispute over the instrument is resolved.
Isaiah has insisted Frances gave him the guitar as a gift and so it is his to keep, while the brunette beauty insists she would never have given him a “priceless family heirloom”.
A judge has yet to rule on her request.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kris Jenner thinks ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ helped Kim Kardashian West get over being robbed at gunpoint.
The 36-year-old beauty retreated from the spotlight following her terrifying ordeal in Paris last October and so filming the show forced her back into “getting up and running”, and the 61-year-old matriarch also thinks having her daughter speak about the incident on camera helped her work through her feelings.
Kris said: “When we started filming again and getting up and running, you know obviously Kim was around because we all practically live together on the street. And we started filming and what was coming out of that was very therapeutic for her, I think. To just explain to us and walk us through.”
Because of what happened to Kim – who has children North, three, and Saint, 14 months, with husband Kanye West – Kris admitted the entire family have made huge changes to their lives and grown more security-conscious.
She added: “She just thinks that it might bring some awareness.
“You know, it’s changed the way we live our lives and just the way we take care of our kids and our grandchildren. So it’s been a process.
“I locked all the doors and changed the locks cause I’m afraid.”
A trailer for the upcoming series of ‘KUWTK’ features Kim discussing the robbery for the first time, and Kris admitted she found the footage too “upsetting” to watch back, and even now she wants to cry whenever she thinks about what happened to her daughter.
She told talk show host Ellen DeGeneres: “I was watching it and I was balling – balling when I saw it. “And I just saw some of it. I couldn’t even watch the whole thing it was so upsetting. It was such an upsetting time and something so awful happened to somebody you love so much. And it’s just like it chokes me up every time to think about it.
“No one can get through the first few minutes without getting hysterical. Like, I get choked up just thinking about it and talking about it. But its remarkable to listen to her tell the story and she does that … moment by moment.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Russell Brand’s dog was treated to a song before undergoing an operation.
The 41-year-old comedian published a video on his Instagram account of him singing to his German Shepherd dog Bear before the canine went under the knife for an unspecified procedure.
In the clip shared on the photo-sharing app, Russell sings the theme tune to the 1979 TV show ‘The Littlest Hobo’ before having his phone knocked out of his hands by the excitable pooch.
The dark-haired hunk chants: “There’s a voice that keeps on calling me.
“Down the road that’s where I’ll always be. Every stop I make, I make a new friend. Can’t stay for long, just turn around and I’m gone again.”
In the 40-second video Russell is heard calling his dog’s name who then runs up to him and causes the camera to fall over.
Russell is then heard saying: “Who’s a good boy? Give me that stick. You ridiculous boy.”
‘The Littlest Hobo’ was a programme about a German Shepherd who wanders only to stop and do a good deed or help a person in need.
This is not the first time the ‘Arthur’ actor has posted a video of him serenading his dog, in December last year he sang love songs to his pet on ‘The Jonathan Ross Show’.
Russell gave his partner Laura Gallacher – with whom he has two-month-old daughter Mabel – Bear as a gift as he thought it would be good practice looking after the puppy before becoming a father for the first time.
At the time, a source said: “Ever since Russell moved to the countryside he has been desperate to get a dog – and saw this as the right time.
“He reckons looking after Bear will be good practice for him and Laura before baby arrives this summer.
“If he is as hands-on as he with Bear, he is going to be all right.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Niall Horan and Simon Cowell “enjoyed” Bradley Walsh selling more albums than Zayn Malik last year.
The 56-year-old presenter finds it “hysterical” that his LP ‘Chasing Dreams’ was the only UK debut to sell over 100,000 copies and go gold in 2016, and he received messages of congratulations from the ‘Pillow Talk’ hitmaker’s former One Direction bandmate and ex-record label boss as they were delighted by his record.
Bradley said of his success: “I just laughed when I found out.
“I thought it was hysterical. I am probably the oldest new artist Sony has ever signed.
“Niall Horan was sending me messages, laughing his head off. And I got big congratulations from Simon Cowell. He thoroughly enjoyed it.”
The ‘Chase’ presenter believes his success stems from being an all-round entertainer and worries new artists try too hard to be cool rather than create catchy songs.
He told The Guardian newspaper: “It’s just about being an entertainer; it’s about having all those tools over the years to do all sorts: films, musicals, playing a bit of piano, running a quiz show – it just becomes part of the job.
“I like something you can hum along to. I think new artists sometimes miss the point … I can’t listen to rap music, it’s not my thing. They say that they’re the modern poets: of course they are, but it’s not for me.
“Who is the biggest DJ at the moment? I don’t even know what they’re doing, they’re taking two tunes and mashing them up together. They’re not even their tunes! I dunno. I don’t get it.”
Bradley sold over 100,000 copies of his album in just four weeks and was delighted to be awarded a gold disc in recognition of his impressive sales.
He said: “I am totally blown away by this. Growing up, I was always in awe of anyone who received a gold disc. Thank you to everyone who took the time to listen to the album and especially to those who bought it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Priscilla Presley is caring for her granddaughters while their father is being investigated.
The 71-year-old actress took to social media to address the “confusion, commotion and concern” surrounding claims her daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s eight-year-old twins, Finley and Harper, were under the care of California’s Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) after it emerged their father, Michael Lockwood, was being investigated for alleged sex abuse claims, and has confirmed she has been looking after her granddaughters.
The ‘Dallas’ star shared a picture of the two kids playing in a swimming pool on her Facebook account on Sunday (19.02.17), which she captioned: “There is lots of confusion, commotion and concern from all the talk circulating. Let me put this to rest… the girls have not been in foster care and never will be. The girls have been with me and will be until all this is sorted out (sic).”
And Priscilla – who was a former partner of the late music legend Elvis Presley – also uploaded an image of the pair cuddling one another.
The post read: “Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your positive support (sic).”
This news comes after the 55-year-old musician was accused of allegedly having disturbing and inappropriate photographs of children on his computer.
According to the court documents, Lisa Marie, 49, claimed the Beverly Hills Police Department found 80 of Michael’s electronic devices during a raid on her home and, although they’ve seized the gadgets, they are still analysing the evidence she found.
But the findings made her feel “sick to [her] stomach”, and is nervous about other things they may discover.
Speaking previously in the papers, Lisa said: “I was shocked and horrified and sick to my stomach. My understanding is that Tennessee law enforcement is also conducting an investigation related to the photos and videos that I discovered.
“I have no idea what else may be on those devices and fear that there are more and worse images and evidence in these un-analysed devices.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Christine and Frank Lampard’s lives are being blighted by dog poo being left outside their house.
The TV presenter is regularly left fuming by the animal waste which she finds deposited outside her front gate and wishes people took more responsibility for their animal’s excrement.
During a panel discussion about problem neighbours on ‘Loose Women’ on Monday (20.02.17), Christine complained: “I have a right moan constantly about dog poo, I have a little dog and I can’t understand why people can’t tidy up after their animals. It seems to be just gathered outside my front gate.”
Christine, 38, has an idea who might be responsible for leaving their mutt’s muck outside her and Frank’s property but she never finds the guts to confront them.
She added: “I have this whole eternal struggle in myself and then you see people and I’m like, ‘Oh, morning.’ ”
Christine’s fellow panellists couldn’t resist making fun of her pooch poo problem, with Jane Moore suggesting the dog muck deposits could be dirty protests made against former Chelsea FC soccer player Frank, 38, by fans of rival London team Arsenal.
Jane quipped: “You don’t think they’re Arsenal fans do you?”
To which Christine replied: “Anything is possible!”
Ayda Field – the wife of pop superstar Robbie Williams – then joked: “Do you think they feed the dog up before they go out and then they get outside Christine’s house and are like, ‘Go on, off you go.’ ”

OHMYGOSSIP — Simon Cowell arranged for a dinosaur to entertain guests at his son Eric’s birthday party on Sunday (19.02.17).
The ‘X Factor’ boss threw little Eric – his child with fiancée Lauren Silverman – a lavish bash in London to mark him turning three and guests were entertained by a life-life robotic reptile.
The dino fun was revealed by TV star Katie Piper who attended the party with her two-year-old daughter Belle – her child with her husband Richard Sutton.
Posting a photograph of her and Belle at the bash and Simon, 57, having fun with the dinosaur on her Instagram account, she wrote: “Surprise guest at Eric’s birthday – First time Belle has seen a real dinosaur!!! (sic)”
Eric turned three on February 14 but the party was held at the Arts Club in London’s Mayfair district a few days later at the weekend and the guest list was packed with stars.
Simon’s fellow ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judges Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams and his long-time friend and ‘X Factor’ veteran Louis Walsh were all in attendance at the celebration.
Simon and Lauren chose the private members’ club as the venue for Eric’s second birthday.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ayda Field had a nuisance neighbour who took it upon themselves to trim her bush because it was “two inches too high”.
The American actress has complained about a fellow resident who lives near her and her husband Robbie Williams who had a big problem with their hedge being slightly overgrown.
Rather than contact the famous couple to ask if they could take the hedge trimmers to the plant that was causing the problem the nit-picking neighbour decided to take it upon themselves to bring the bush down in size.
During a panel conversation about neighbourhood battles on ‘Loose Women’ on Monday (20.02.17), Ayda spilled: “I had a complaint because I had a bush that was too high. It was two inches too high, so they went and chopped it down themselves. I like to think that if my neighbour had a bush that was overgrown that I would not be that bothered if it was two inches too high. But they measured it, they had the time to actually walk by and measure it, make sure it was in the line. I mean get a pastime or a hobby, that is so much better than that.”
It seems Ayda and Robbie have made a habit of upsetting their neighbours.
The couple live in a mansion located in west London with their two children, daughter Teddy, four, and two-year-old son Charlton, which the ‘Party Like A Russian’ singer purchased from the late filmmaker Michael Winner back in 2013.
They have had extensive building work carried out on the property much to the displeasure of Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page who has made complaints about the work and the disruption it has caused.
Robbie, 43, previously claimed that Jimmy, 72, would often sit in his car outside his home with “recording equipment” to monitor noise levels.
The some-time Take That star said: “Jimmy has been sitting in his car outside our house with the windows down, four hours at a time with recording equipment. He’s recording the workmen to see if they’re making too much noise. [Once] the builders came in and he was asleep in his garden waiting. Honestly it’s like a mental illness. It’s really strange … So weird.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Lady Gaga leads the nominations for the 2017 NatWest British LGBT Awards.
The 30-year-old musician – who identifies as bisexual – has long been a supporter of the LGBT community, and has landed herself a nomination for LGBT Celebrity of the Year at this year’s glitzy ceremony which will take place on May 12.
The ‘Million Reasons’ hitmaker will need to fight of fierce competition from Years & Years frontman Olly Alexander – whose band are also nominated for Music Artist of the Year – as well as model Cara Delevingne, actress Laverne Cox and Fifth Harmony singer Lauren Jauregui.
Elsewhere, British royal Prince William will go head-to-head against the likes of TV presenter James Corden, musician Ariana Grande, actress Emma Watson, and author J.K. Rowling in the Celebrity Straight Ally category, which praises stars for their support toward the LGBT community, despite not being a member themselves.
Saara Aalto – who finished in second place on British singing competition ‘The X Factor’ last year – and former Union J singer George Shelley are both up for the Celebrity Rising Star award, which will see them battle it out against ‘Hollyoaks’ actress Annie Wallace, radio presenter Stephanie Hirst, and ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ contestant Calum Scott.
The Broadcaster or Journalist of the Year category features the likes of former ‘X Factor’ sensation and ‘This Morning’ presenter Rylan Clark-Neal, BBC Sports presenter Clare Balding, former ‘Great British Bake Off’ host Sue Perkins, and talk show host Graham Norton.
Meanwhile, Adele will face Elton John, Fifth Harmony, Madonna, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Troy Sivan, Tegan and Sara, Kele Okereke, and Years & Years in the Music Artist of the Year category.
British LGBT Awards founder Sarah Garrett MBE said:

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West will not be attending Paris Fashion Week following her being robbed at gunpoint in the French capital, her best friend Jonathan Cheban has revealed.
The 36-year-old beauty was left traumatised by the crime which occurred last October in which five individuals, dressed as police officers, stormed the property and gagged and tied up Kim and then made off with several pieces of her diamond jewellery.
Kim was left suffering panic attacks in the wake of what happened, and although she is doing well now Jonathan says Kim is not yet ready to return to the European country where she was robbed.
During an appearance on UK TV show ‘Lorraine’ he was asked by presenter Helen Skelton if the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star will be going to any runway shows, to which he replied: “I don’t think she is going to Paris Fashion Week. But she is a lot better.”
In the months following the robbery 17 arrests have been made in connection with the crime, and Jonathan – who is appearing on British television show ‘Celebs Go Dating’ – is very happy that the “animals” responsible for stealing from his pal have been caught.
He said: “I’m so glad they caught those animals … I was in Paris for the first time since Kim’s attack, and it made me feel bad thinking about what happened to her.”
On Sunday (19.02.17), French TV network TF1 released photos showing the scene of the hotel room where Kim – who is married to Kanye West – was robbed along with a video of the alleged robbers.
Among the images were a photograph which showed the tape used to bind the reality star’s hands during the violent crime. Surveillance footage of some of the suspects meeting at a cafe on multiple occasions after the robbery was also shared.
Although 17 arrests have been made only a handful of people have been charged and none of the items of jewellery have been recovered.
Among the pieces stolen were two Cartier diamond bracelets, a Jacob necklace in gold inlaid with diamonds, earrings with diamonds by Loraine Schwarz, a necklace by Loraine Schwarz with diamonds and a diamond ring worth $4 million.
The total haul of jewellery is believed to be worth between $8.5 million and $10 million.

OHMYGOSSIP — Ruby Rose has shared an emotional tribute following the passing of her friend who she says helped her stay sober.
The 30-year-old actress took to Instagram on Sunday night (19.02.17) to share a lengthy post in memory of her friend Natalie Hall saying that her passing has left her “devastated”.
Ruby also thanked Natalie for her support when she made the decision to quit drinking back in 2011.
Posting a picture of Natalie enjoying the sun on a balcony, the ‘Orange Is The New Black’ star wrote: “Natalie… you were one of a kind. To wake to the news that to won’t be lighting up my phone with ridiculous texts and I won’t be laughing and pointing at you when you drop the trolley and erewhon in front of everyone and try to walk away like it wasn’t you … I’m defeated. I have all our last texts and conversations from a few weeks ago and you were as kind as you were funny. I adored you and I hope you know how much. I only knew you 5 years but you were one of my strengths in staying sober. I looked up to you in many ways. You took me under your wing…I am hurting that you have been taken too soon.
“I am hurting that you were so up to date and proud on how far I’ve come and yet I don’t think you knew how much I owe that to sobriety and friends I met like you along the way. There was and will only ever be one Natalie Hall.
“Many people are mourning today. You were more loved than I think you could fathom my lil sis. (sic)”
Paris Jackson – who is the daughter of the late Michael Jackson – also shared a tribute to Natalie.

OHMYGOSSIP — Gary Barlow is jealous of Howard Donald’s ability to “eat muck” and still look good.
The 46-year-old singer has battled with his weight in the past but shed 70 pounds after taking control of his health by following a specific diet and exercise regime, however, his “strict” diet leaves him envious of the way that his Take That bandmate Howard can eat whatever he wants and still manage to look like a “Greek god”.
He said during an interview with UK radio station Magic Radio: “I am strict but I have to be because I am so prone to weight. And Howard, I’ve never seen anyone eat muck like he eats and he still looks like a bloody Greek god. It’s ridiculous.”
The news comes after the ‘Let It Shine’ hitmaker – who is also joined in Take That by Mark Owen – admitted in 2013 that he was a whopping 70 pounds lighter than in 1999 after making “big changes” to his diet.
He said at the time: “I’ve made big changes. I take exercise more seriously now and I’m big on well-being. I eat well, do an acupuncture session a week and I try to sleep well and do things to aid good sleep.
“I don’t eat sugar, I don’t eat fried foods and I stay away from McDonald’s and chips, and things like that. For years I did every diet going – Atkins, the works – and I couldn’t work out why I couldn’t sustain the weight loss.
“I’ve just not got the sort of body where I can pick and choose what I eat. I’ve got to go for one thing and stick by it. So I’ve tried not to have sugar and caffeine and stuff and it’s boring, it’s really boring. But it works for me. The result is that I feel good.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sir Paul McCartney has been dubbed a “really talented magician”.
The 74-year-old musician was recently spotted showing off his trickery at a party in Los Angeles, and onlookers have described his act as “really good”.
One fellow party-goer said: “Sir Paul is a really talented magician. He often performs tricks during any showbiz bash he attends. He’s actually really good, people are always so shocked.”
It has been claimed that The Beatles legend is thinking about expanding his career prospects and making his magic tricks available for hire.
The source added to the Daily Star newspaper: “He even mentioned that he would have to start hiring himself out for parties.”
However, the ‘Hey Jude’ hitmaker will have his work cut out for him if he wants to take his magic to the stage, as he recently admitted he suffered from terrible stage fright during the early days of The Beatles and at one concert at Wembley in London he nearly gave it all up for good because it was so “painful”.
Asked by a fan on his website what his biggest fear is, he admitted: “Performing, it was always the idea that the audience didn’t like you and you had to prove yourself.
“I think that’s why a lot of people get stage fright and get nervous. You think, ‘Oh my god, I’m gonna be terrible, they hate me, and it’s all terrible.’
“And so I think that was one of the earliest fears. I remember nearly giving it all up when we were doing a concert in Wembley – which was a Poll-Winners concert – in the really early days of The Beatles.
“And I remember feeling physically sick with a knot in my stomach thinking, ‘I should give this up, this is just too painful, what am I doing?’ I got over it.
“And as you can see I didn’t give it up! So that’s two different kinds of fears.”
