Ed Sheeran's dream collaboration

OHMYGOSSIP — Ed Sheeran says singing with Beyoncé was one of the biggest moments of his career.
The ‘Hearts Don’t Break Around Here’ hitmaker has performed with the ‘XO’ singer a couple of times but dreams of collaborating with her one day.
He said: “After having sung with Beyoncé, I’d say she’s always top of my list [to collaborate with]. Even just standing near her onstage makes me look better – just because she’s really that amazing. She has this aura around her of just talent.
“Rehearsing with her, hearing her sing up close is just a thing to marvel. Even if my career ended tomorrow, I’ll still be able to tell my grandkids that I got to sing with Beyoncé. She will be remembered as one of the greats.”
And the 26-year-old singer gushed about meeting Beyoncé’s husband Jay Z as he is someone he admires.
He added: “I always had opportunities to meet Jay Z, and in my mind, I never want to meet someone and just shake hands and get a selfie. I want to meet someone for the first time and have a really intelligent conversation about music.
“So I held out with Jay Z, and the first time I met him, he came up to me and said, ‘Hello, really nice to meet you. Should we go to dinner and chat?’ That’s a rule I’ve had for every single musician that I’ve admired.”
And the flame-haired pop star loves spending time with the couple – who are expecting twins – as they are “so human and [just] normal” people.
He told People magazine: “I had the thing in my mind where you just assume something. And then they’re so human and lovely and nice and normal and talk about normal things and do normal things. It was being invited into a world that you were kind of scared to enter into, and then you just realise.
“They’re a very, very loving couple, and it’s obviously a world that’s filled with love and respect, and it’s lovely to see. I feel like the media and the public see one thing, and what it actually is, it’s a really cool thing. And they’re really nice people.”

Megan Fox loves her body

OHMYGOSSIP — Megan Fox “forced herself to love her body” after she modelled lingerie just five months after giving birth.
The ‘Transformers’ star admits she was nervous about posing in her underwear after Frederick’s of Hollywood approached her to become a brand ambassador but is thrilled she did it so soon after giving birth to Journey, seven months, as she wants to give a positive message to other women.
She said: “At a certain point, I didn’t have a choice. The time was ticking down. I was like, ‘All right, we’re gonna do this.’ It forces you to love your body as it is, which is a beautiful thing. I didn’t think I was ready but then I was in the pieces and it forced me to go, ‘A woman’s body in miraculous.
“The fact that I am in lingerie right now and I just had my third human being come out of my body five months ago is incredible.’ I mean, it’s crazy what we’re able to do as women! So that was empowering and unanticipated.”
And the 30-year-old actress – who also has Noah, four, and Bodhi, three, with Brian Austin Green – admits it is a lot of work to get back the post-baby body she wants.
She added to People magazine: “I do generally bounce back pretty quick, but it does take a lot of work – I had to work out harder this time than I had to ever work out in my life!
“It was difficult but I will say, the appreciation I have for what my body is capable of and how motivated I can be in my ability to achieve a goal is greatly enhanced from going through that experience.”

Rob Kardashian sees Dream twice a week

OHMYGOSSIP — Rob Kardashian sees his daughter twice a week.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star is working hard to co-parent his three-month-old daughter Dream – who he has with his on/off fiancé Blac Chyna – and sees his little girl a couple of times every week.
A source said: “They are amicable and get along when it comes to Dream. There’s no set day or times that Rob will take [care of] Dream. They haven’t fully figured it out yet, but they are working on it.
“So far co-parenting has been working fine. At this point, Rob sees Dream at least one or two times a week, but again there’s not a schedule set in stone yet.”
And it sounds like the pair have decided to call off their engagement, at least for the mean time.
The insider added to E! News: “Chyna and Rob are certainly not together or engaged. In fact, Chyna gave the engagement ring back to Rob when they broke up last month …
“Something caused them to have a blowout fight, and Chyna gave the ring back and it was done. They officially are not engaged. There is no wedding.”
Meanwhile, Rob is said to be feeling “really positive” following his split from Blac Chyna.
A source shared: “Rob had been staying at Kris’ house with the baby while Chyna was out of town and Kris was helping him with the baby. He’s in a really positive mood again.
“Everything was moving so fast with the relationship, the baby, the engagement and the show that this break has been really good for both of them.
“Now that they’ve had space, we’ll see if they end up getting back together, but for now, they are still happily separated. They are both much happier and in a better place right now.”

Chris Evans' dating dilemma

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Evans thinks it is “tough” to date anyone who’s not in the industry.
The ‘Captain America: Civil War’ star admits there is a “certain shared life experience” between himself and his fellow actors, actresses and filmmakers and feels it is difficult for others to fully understand this.
He told the new issue of Esquire magazine: “There’s a certain shared life experience that is tough for someone else who’s not in this industry to kind of wrap their head around.
“Letting someone go to work with someone for three months and they won’t see them. It really, it certainly puts the relationship to the test.”
It comes after the 35-year-old actor split from comedienne and actress Jenny Slate after nine months together.
A source said at the time: “It was completely amicable and a mutual decision due to conflicting schedules and they remain very close friends.”
The pair had largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight but Jenny once admitted Chris was her “dream boyfriend”.
She said: “It’s kind of like I got my dream seventh grade boyfriend. We didn’t know each other growing up, but we grew up about half an hour away from each other. We’ve been friends for a while, and, yeah.”
Chris joined Jenny at the premiere of her movie ‘The Secret Life of Pets’, something she was glad about as it made it easier to have someone who “knows” how premieres work and understands the demands of her job alongside her.
She added: “I haven’t really had a large premiere before, so it’s nice to have someone who knows how it goes.”
And Chris previously confessed his ideal woman would have a great bottom.
Asked if he’d prefer a woman to send him a picture of her breasts, bottom or face, he said: “I’m way, way, way more of an ass man, clearly more of an ass man. Just so everyone knows. I like butts. [So] I guess a butt pic …
“I would probably ask for her number at first. But let’s say we met at 10, and I left the bar at 11 and I sent her a text at 11:30 saying, ‘Hey, it was great to meet you.’ And she responds, ‘Yeah, you too.’ And at 3 a.m. there’s another text [from her], right away it’s a little bit of a bummer.”

Hilary Duff: Being divorced 'sucks'

OHMYGOSSIP — Hilary Duff thinks being divorced “sucks”.
The ‘Younger’ star split from ex-husband Mike Comrie – with whom she shares four-year-old son Luca – last year and admits it was tough at first.
She said: “Some of my friends tell me, ‘God, it must be so nice, you get a break from your kid because you share him.’ I’m divorced, and it sucks.
“Well, it did suck for a while; now it’s just normal. But it’s true, I do get a break. I had Luca by myself for a few weeks, no help, when Mike was on the road, and when he got home I was like, ‘He’s yours! Bye!'”
And the 29-year-old actress and singer isn’t too enamoured by the Los Angeles dating scene.
She added: “I never think being single sucks until I go out in Los Angeles with my girlfriends and the options are terrible. I really attract the old men!”
And Hilary admits she can feel guilty about leaving her son behind when she is working.
She added: “I always feel torn or guilty about something. I’m not working right now, and at first I stressed about that, like, ‘Oh, I shouldn’t stay still this long.’ And that’s ridiculous.
“I have a child; it’s totally fine to not be slammed all the time. It feels really good to not be on someone else’s schedule – besides Luca’s. I’m basically his chauffeur!”
The blonde beauty hasn’t ruled out having any more children in the future.
She told the new issue of Redbook magazine: “I’ve gotten over the fact that I’m not going to have a baby that’s close in age with Luca. It sucked when everyone would be like, ‘When are you having another?’ I’d be like, ‘Do you know what’s happening right now? I’m not having another.’
“You get engaged, ‘When’s the wedding?’ You get married, ‘When’s the baby?’ You have a baby, ‘When’s the next one?’ … I’m cherishing the now. Besides, watch: I’ll probably get some evil spawn of Hilary the next time around.”

Ellie Goulding's anxiety attacks

OHMYGOSSIP — Ellie Goulding was “afraid of letting everyone down” when she first became a singer.
The ‘How Long Will I Love You’ hitmaker admits she suffered from terrible anxiety and panic attacks because of low self-confidence.
She said: “My life completely changed when my career started taking off in 2010. I was thrilled, of course – sharing my music with the world was a dream I’d been working toward for years -but it was a lot all at once. Suddenly, I was living alone in London and everything was happening so fast.
“I started having panic attacks, and the scariest part was it could be triggered by anything. I used to cover my face with a pillow whenever I had to walk outside from the car to the studio. My new life as a pop star certainly wasn’t as glamorous as all my friends from home thought. Secretly, I was really struggling physically and emotionally.
“I think part of what sparked my panic attacks was not feeling confident enough to believe in myself – I was scared I wasn’t as good of a singer as everyone thought I was. And as the stakes grew, I was afraid of letting everyone, including myself, down.”
However, the 30-year-old singer has gained confidence through working out, which has helped manage her anxious feelings.
She added to Well+Good: “But there was another way I found inner confidence: boxing and kickboxing. I love that extra kick of adrenaline. Keeping fit doesn’t mean spending hours at a gym; the key is to find a workout you really love …
“And it wasn’t about any change in my outward appearance; it was about seeing and feeling myself get better and stronger. It carried over into other areas of my life, and now I truly feel that exercise – however you like to work out – is good for the soul.
“I still feel nervous before performing or have pangs of anxiety from time to time, but it’s not crippling like it used to be. It took time, but I’ve accepted that everyone feels nervous before they perform – it’s not just me. And now that I believe in myself more, that confidence comes through, whether I’m working out, singing onstage, or just hanging out by myself at home.”

Chris Evans' great year

OHMYGOSSIP — Chris Evans had one of the “best years” of his life in 1999 because he lost his virginity.
The ‘Captain America: Civil War’ actor had a carefree period after graduating early to focus on launching his acting career in Los Angeles, so before he moved away from his pals, he spent his days “getting high” and hanging out with his friends.
He said: “I know I’m going to LA in August. So I go home and that spring I would wake up around noon, saunter into high school just to see my buddies, and we’d go get high in the parking lot. I just f***ed off. I lost my virginity that year. 1999 was one of the best years of my life.”
Chris has been vocal in his opposition to new US president Donald Trump, and though he has been warned his opinions may put off audiences from seeing his movie, he doesn’t care about the consequences as it is more important for him to stand up for what he believes in.
He told the new issue of Esquire magazine: “Look, I’m in a business where you’ve got to sell tickets.
“But, my God, I would not be able to look at myself in the mirror if I felt strongly about something and didn’t speak up. I think it’s about how you speak up. We’re allowed to disagree.
“If I state my case and people don’t want to go see my movies as a result, I’m OK with that.”
And the ‘Gifted’ star is still outraged that Hillary Clinton was defeated in the election, but doesn’t think all voters truly realised what they were voting for in casting their support for Trump.
He said: “I feel rage. I feel fury. It’s unbelievable. People were just so desperate to hear someone say that someone is to blame.
“They were just so happy to hear that someone was angry. Hear someone say that Washington sucks. They just want something new without actually understanding.

Carrie Fisher public memorial details released

OHMYGOSSIP — A public memorial service in honour of Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds will feature music and dance tributes to the iconic stars.
The ‘Star Wars’ actress and her mother passed away within days of one another in December, and though they were laid to rest in a private funeral service, fans will now get their chance to pay their last respects on March 25.
According to TMZ, the memorial will be held at a 1,200-seat theater at Forest Lawn cemetery, where the pair are buried, and will include a musical tribute from Carrie’s close friend James Blunt.
While the ‘You’re Beautiful’ singer won’t be performing, a new song he’s written in honour of his late pal will be debuted as a photo montage is broadcast, Carrie’s brother Todd told the website.
Also planned for the service is a dance tribute from the Debbie Reynolds dance school, and a musical performance from the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles.
Additionally, costumes and memorabilia from the ‘Singin’ in the Rain’ star and her famous daughter’s movie sets will be on display.
Carrie’s daughter, Billie Lourd, will be in attendance but won’t address the audience because it is “too emotional” for her to give a speech.
And guest of honour will be Carrie’s beloved dog Gary.
Todd announced in January that the public service would be taking place this month.
He said at the time: “We will be celebrating their lives with friends, family members, and the people who loved them, you. The service will begin at 1:00 PM and immediately afterwards, those who want to walk to their final resting place are welcome to do so.
“There are a limited number of seats available, and it will be on a first come first come, first seated basis, There are no tickets, it is first come, first seated. There will be room for overflow in the huge lobby as well as the outside with screens to watch and hear the service.”

Prince never got over son's death

OHMYGOSSIP — Prince’s ex-wife doesn’t think he ever got over their son’s death.
The late singer – who died of an accidental overdose last April – and Mayte Garcia were devastated when son Amiir passed away just six days after his birth in 1996 as he had rare genetic disorder Pfeiffer syndrome type 2.
Mayte told People magazine: “I don’t think he ever got over it. I don’t know how anybody can get over it. I know I haven’t.”
The brunette beauty had been having a smooth pregnancy but a doctor recommended she underwent an amniocentesis – in which a sample of amniotic fluid is taken from around the foetus – to test for genetic abnormalities when she began bleeding one day.
The couple were warned there was a risk of miscarriage with the test, so Prince was against it.
In her new book, ‘The Most Beautiful: My Life with Prince’, Mayte wrote: “My husband said, ‘No, we’re not doing that.'”
Instead, the couple prayed at home that the tot would be OK and continued to refuse medical intervention.
Amiir was born via caesarian section and Mayte watched the ‘Purple Rain’ singer’s face transform from “pure joy” to “pure terror” as they realised the extent of the tot’s problems.
She recalled: “I don’t know how to describe the look on my husband’s face. Pure joy.
“And then they held the baby up to those harsh lights. The elation on my husband’s face turned to pure terror.
“Pfeiffer syndrome type 2 is a genetic disorder that causes skeletal and systematic abnormalities.
“The premature fusing of the bones in the skull, sometimes resulting in ‘cloverleaf skull,’ in which the eyes are outside the sockets. The fusion of bones in the hands and feet causing a webbed or pawlike appearance … I learned all of this later.
“They brought the baby over to us. He was curled on his side, gasping shallow little gulps of air. Because there were no lids to blink, his eyes looked startled and dry. I caught hold of his tiny hand, saying over and over, ‘Mama loves you, Mama’s here.'”
In the days that followed, Amiir underwent multiple operations and doctors recommended a tracheotomy, but Mayte slowly began to realise they would lose their son.
She wrote: “After six days he was struggling to breathe. And I said to the doctor, ‘He’s not leaving here, is he?’ ”

Lily Collins believes in supernatural entities

OHMYGOSSIP — Lily Collins believes in the supernatural world.
The 27-year-old actress-and-model is sure that there is more to the world than what we see everyday but the human race is yet to fully understand what it is yet or accept that there could be ghosts and other entities that exist.
When asked if the supernatural exists by Stylist magazine, she said: “I definitely think there’s something else out there that we haven’t yet explored.”
Lily is so sure that there is an after-life that she isn’t afraid of dying.
Instead, the ‘Rules Don’t Apply’ star is “curious” to see what will come next once she has departed this mortal plain.
Quizzed on whether she fears death, she answered: “No, I’m curious to see what’s next.”
Musing on what she wants to be certain of before she passes away, she added: “Did I live my life to the fullest? I’m afraid of missing out because I’m not living in the moment. I used to be so focused on doing everything I could to secure what I wanted to happen in the future, it prevented me from being able to enjoy the now.”
Lily – who is the daughter of music legend Phil Collins – insists being present in the moments of your life is her main goal and she tries to enjoy experiences without being distracted.
The brunette beauty – who has just released a memoir of personal essays entitled ‘Unfiltered: No Shame, No Regrets, Just Me’ – said: “It’s important to embrace the now; experience every moment to the fullest and be appreciative of all the little things. To use your voice to speak your truth and make a difference.”

Kim Kardashian West thinks Paris robbers targeted her via social media

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West thinks the Paris robbers targeted her because they could track her whereabouts on social media.
The 36-year-old beauty suffered a horrific ordeal when masked raiders tied her up in her bathroom and stole her jewellery from her apartment during Paris Fashion Week last October, and on reflection she feels they saw her as an easy target because she shared her entire trip to the French capital on Snapchat and Instagram and from her posts they could see she was alone.
In a new clip teasing the next episode of ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’, the brunette beauty said: “What I think happened now, after like thinking about it so much, is that there was probably a group of guys that were following us the entire trip.
“I was Snapchatting that I was home and that everyone was going out. So I think they knew [bodyguard Pascal Duvier] was out with Kourtney and that I was there by myself.
“They had to have known we were leaving that I was there by myself.
“They had to have known we were leaving that day. They had this window of opportunity and just went for it.”
It comes after the reality star – who has children North, three, and Saint, 15 months, with husband Kanye West – said she feared she would be “shot in the back” if she tried to escape the robbers.
In a previous preview clip for the E! show, Kim told her sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian: “They ask for money. I said ‘I don’t have any money.’
“They dragged me out to the hallway, on top of the stairs. That’s when I saw the gun like, clear as day. I was kind of looking at the gun, looking down back at the stairs…
“I had a split second in my mind to make this quick decision.
“Am I gonna run down the stairs… Either they’re gonna shoot me in the back, or if I make it and they don’t, if the elevator does not open in time, or the stairs are locked, then like, I’m f***ed. There’s no way out.”

Taylor Swift to launch streaming service?

OHMYGOSSIP — Taylor Swift is launching her own streaming service.
The ‘Bad Blood’ hitmaker – who famously withdrew her catalogue from Spotify in 2014 in a row over royalties – has filed documents giving her the right to brand a website “featuring non-downloadable multi-media content in the nature of audio recordings.”
And as well as the website, which will be called Swifties, Taylor is also planning to launch a line of music products, including guitars, guitar picks and straps, and drumsticks.
TMZ reports her plans also include organising educational camps and retreats, as well as self-guided online courses.
The 27-year-old singer previously put pressure on streaming giants Apple Music to change their policy not to pay artists for streams when users signed up for a three-month free trial.
She wrote on her Tumblr page at the time: “I’m sure you are aware that Apple Music will be offering a free 3 month trial to anyone who signs up for the service.
“I’m not sure you know that Apple Music will not be paying writers, producers, or artists for those three months.
“I find it to be shocking, disappointing, and completely unlike this historically progressive and generous company.”
Although Taylor acknowledged the move will not make a huge difference to her own financial wellbeing, she insisted her actions were not those of “a spoiled, petulant child”.
The ‘Blank Space’ singer concluded her letter: “It’s not too late to change this policy. We don’t ask you for free iPhones. Please don’t ask us to provide you with our music for no compensation.”
Following the publication of Taylor’s letter, Eddy Cue, the Senior Vice-President of Internet Software and Services at Apple, vowed the company would change its policy.
He tweeted: “#AppleMusic will pay artist for streaming, even during customer’s free trial period.
“We hear you @taylorswift13 and indie artists. Love, Apple.”
And in response, Taylor later agreed her ‘1989’ album could be streamed on the site.

Shawn Mendes cast in Summer of Love

OHMYGOSSIP — Shawn Mendes is to make his film debut in ‘Summer of Love’.
The 18-year-old pop star is to swap the stage for the big screen with a role in the musical movie which has been written by fellow Canadian Ivan Reitman, who will also direct the project.
So far, there is little known about the plot but the title is believed to be a reference to the summer of 1967 when hippies and people associated with the ‘Flower Power’ movement demonstrated their opposition to the Vietnam War in San Francisco.
It was also a year that produced a host of iconic albums from artists such as The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Bob Dylan and The Rolling Stones.
Mendes has had some acting experience before; filming a guest spot on an episode of ‘The 100’ in 2016, while he also voiced Young Jake in the 2013 animated movie ‘Underdogs’.
Reitman’s filmography is an illustrious one and includes helming the original 1984 ‘Ghostbusters’ film and the 1989 sequel as well as 1988 comedy ‘Twins’ and 1990’s ‘Twins’ which both starred action legend Arnold Schwarzenegger in comedic roles.
The 70-year-old filmmaker has also acted as a producer on the upcoming ‘Baywatch’ movie and he is due to reunite with original ‘Twins’ co-stars Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito for a sequel ‘Triplets’ which will feature Eddie Murphy as the unlikely siblings long-lost brother.
