50 Cent vows to stop trolling Sean Combs over fears rapper may take his life

OHMYGOSSIP — 50 Cent has vowed to stop trolling Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs over his sexual abuse lawsuits and assault scandal as he fears the rapper may take his life.
The ‘In Da Club’ singer, 48, has spent months mocking his fellow rap star, 54, after he was hit with a string of legal filings from late 2023 from women accusing him of crimes ranging from sex trafficking to sexual assault – all of which Combs denies.
Following the news on Tuesday (21.05.24) Combs was facing yet another sexual assault lawsuit, 50 – real name Curtis James Jackson III – reposted a screenshot of a report about the latest case on his Instagram.
He captioned the post: “Got damn boy another one, (watching eyes emoji.)
”This my last puffy post I think he might kill himself. (Amazed face emoji.)
“I don’t want no parts of that.”
The rapper also taunted Combs over the fact fitness brand Peloton announced this week they were taking his songs off their exercise lessons in the wake of the release of footage on 19 May that showed him assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, 37, at the InterContinental Hotel, LA, in 2016.
Referring to Peloton users’ entry passes to its exercise sessions lessons, 50 said on X: “Damn so now they want the key back they took the music off Peloton to make sure no fat girls like him, this is diabolical. LOL.”
The latest woman to take a case against Combs is former model Crystal McKinney.
She accused him in a filing that emerged on Tuesday of forcing her to perform a sex act after promising her a career boost.
Crystal says she met Combs when she was aged 22 at a 2003 Men’s Fashion Week event in New York City, where he invited her back to his music studio.
Crystal said she smoked a joint with Combs and his entourage she fears was laced with another drug, before he allegedly forced her into a sex act in the bathroom.
She added in her lawsuit she later lost consciousness and woke up in a taxi, where she realised she had been sexually assaulted.
Crystal added she was then blacklisted from the modelling industry and blamed herself for “sabotaging her own career”,
She is seeking undisclosed damages from the rapper and attempted suicide in 2004 and was hospitalised, according to her filing.
Combs, who has changed his name to Sean Love Combs, said in an apology video on Instagram about his attack on Cassie: “I was f****** up. I mean I hit rock bottom but I make no excuses. My behaviour on that video is inexcusable.
“I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it and I’m disgusted now.”

Andrew Scott dismisses theory his ‘Tortured’ text group inspired title of Taylor Swift’s new record

OHMYGOSSIP — Andrew Scott has dismissed theories his ‘Tortured Man Club’ WhatsApp group inspired the title of Taylor Swift’s latest album.
The ‘Ripley’ actor, 47, was at the centre of gossip among fans when the singer released her 11th studio record – ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ – that it was reference the jokey title Andrew and Taylor’s ex, actor Joe Alwyn, 33, as well as their friend Paul Mescal, had for their text chats.
Revealing ‘The Tortured Man Club’ group only contained three messages and referred to twisted characters they were playing at the time it was created, Andrew told Variety: “Let me tell you what that is!… so they were about to play these tortured characters, and I had played a tortured character in ‘Fleabag’.
“It wasn’t about our own characteristics!… I think there were three texts, like, ‘’Hey, guys.’’
“You know those groups that you set up, and they just collapse.”
Andrew added about Taylor’s new record: “(It is) sensational! I texted her yesterday to say how amazing it is…I think she is just a force of nature, just an extraordinary human, and this album is really, really amazing.”
In 2022, Joe – who dated Taylor for six years before their April 2023 break-up – revealed a mutual friend created a WhatsApp group with him and Andrew’s actor pal Paul Mescal, 28, called ‘The Tortured Man Club’.
They later told Variety Andrew started the group, with Paul saying in a joint chat with the actors: “He’s just on it every day. He’s just on it by himself.”
Joe added: “Just messaging himself good mornings.”
Fans are also convinced Taylor’s latest album contains a string of nods to her past relationships and current romance with her Super Bowl-winning boyfriend Travis Kelce.
It has been reported The Kansas City Chiefs player, 34, has “zero concern” about her habit of using her romances as inspiration for her music and lyrics.

Buckingham Palace issued the update in the wake of British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak called a snap election for 4 July following a meeting with King Charles, 75, on Wednesday (22.05.24) afternoon at which he requested the monarch dissolve Parliament.
The palace said in a statement: “Following the Prime Minister’s statement this afternoon calling a General Election, the royal family will, in accordance with normal procedure, postpone engagements that may appear to divert attention or distract from the election campaign.
“Their Majesties send their sincere apologies to any of those who may be affected as a result.”
Charles has been back in the public eye with his wife Queen Camilla, 76, since it was announced he was receiving treatment for an undisclosed form of cancer.
A full list of future royal events that will be impacted by the election move has not been released, but Charles and Camilla’s scheduled appearances for the D-Day 80th anniversary in Portsmouth and Normandy in June are understood to be going ahead.
Charles has already seen two prime ministers during his short reign, with Liz Truss’ stint in power the shortest in British history, leading to Rishi Sunak being announced as PM six weeks after he acceded to the throne on 8 September, 2022.

Train rocker Charlie Colin dies aged 58 after falling in shower

OHMYGOSSIP — Train rock band founder Charlie Colin has died aged 58 after falling in the shower.
The bassist, said to have spent years battling substance abuse issues, was called a “beautiful person” in a tribute from his mum on Wednesday (22.05.24) when she announced his shock passing.
According to TMZ, she told the outlet he died “after he slipped and fell in the shower while house-sitting for a friend in Brussels, Belgium”.
The outlet added: “It’s unclear exactly when he fell. She tells us no one found Charlie until his friends returned home from their trip about five days ago.”
It’s understood Charlie had moved to Brussels where he was teaching a music master class at a conservatory, while working at a studio and finishing making music for a film.
TMZ added: “His mother has paid an emotional tribute to her son… calling him a beautiful human being.”
Colin was reportedly forced to leave hit group Train in 2003 due to his apparent substance abuse issues.
Lead singer Pat Monahan, 55, said at the time: “Charlie is one incredible bass player, but he was in a lot of pain, and the way he was dealing with it was very painful for everyone else around him.”
Pat is said to have called a band meeting so its fellow members could choose between himself or Colin.
He added at the time: “They weren’t happy about the choice. They were very clear that I put them in a very tough position.”
Pat said the ultimatum came after Colin was a “mess” during a live performance in Oregon.
Charlie helped form Train in San Francisco in the mid-1990s with fellow members Pat, Rob Hotchkiss, Jimmy Stafford and Scott Underwood.
They achieved success with their self-titled debut album ‘Train’ in 1998 and were known for hits such as ‘Drops of Jupiter’, ‘Meet Virginia’ and ‘Hey, Soul Sister’.
The band won two Grammy awards in 2002, one for best rock song and the other for best instrumental arrangement accompanying vocalists.

OHMYGOSSIP — Prince William thinks his eldest son has the makings of a future RAF pilot.
The 41-year-old royal, who flew as a Royal Air Force Search and Rescue pilot based at RAF Valley in Anglesey, Wales, from 2010 to 2013, opened up about his thoughts on 10-year-old Prince George’s possible military path during a garden party he hosted at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday (21.05.24) in the absence of his dad King Charles – who is receiving treatment for an undisclosed form of cancer.
During a chat with Squadron Leader Chrissie Lacey, a padre serving at RAF Coningsby, William said Prince George would love to visit the hub because he was a “potential pilot in the making”, according to Hello!
William’s prediction comes after George appeared thrilled during a surprise visit to the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford in the summer of 2023.
William and his 42-year-old wife Catherine, Princess of Wales – who is taking a break from public-facing duties as she receives preventative treatment for cancer – took George and their other two children, Princess Charlotte, right, and Prince Louis, five, on a private trip to the world’s largest military air show.
George previously got excited at the Royal International Air Tattoo in 2016 at the age of two-and-a-half, where he could already identify parts of planes.
Flight Lieutenant Jim Hobkirk told People at the time: “I imagine his father has told him about helicopters, so he knew what that was called and kept saying, ‘tail rotor.’
“It was good to see his technical knowledge! Some training going on early!”
Both William and Catherine have long-standing and strong connections with the RAF.
The couple each holds a series of RAF-related appointments, and in affiliations announced by King Charles in August 2023, William became Royal Honorary Air Commodore of RAF Valley, while Catherine was named Royal Honorary Air Commodore of RAF Coningsby.
One of Catherine’s grandfathers served in the British air and space force, and reportedly worked with Prince Philip.
Queen Elizabeth’s dad King George VI also earned his wings, according to the RAF Museum, while Prince Harry, 39, served as a helicopter pilot during his decade in the British Army, flying training missions in the US, UK and Australia as well as combat missions in Afghanistan.

The ‘Tár’ actress, who has banked her millions thanks to a decades-long acting career that has seen her bag two Oscars, was participating in a United Nations press conference during the 2024 Cannes Film Festival when she made the statement.
When asked about her experience as a UN goodwill ambassador and giving refugee filmmakers a platform, she said: “I’m white, I’m privileged, I’m middle class, and I think, you know, one can be accused of having a bit of a white saviour complex, but to be perfectly honest, my interaction with the refugees in the field and also in resettled environments has totally changed my perspective on the world.”
Cate has been a long-standing activist for humanitarian causes, and stressed how “utterly grateful” she was for the experience and encouraged others with a platform to created a “dialogue with these people”.
She went on: “I’ve met some extraordinary people with extraordinary creative talents and amazing perspective.”
Fans immediately began trolling the star for her “middle class” claim on social media.
One ranted: “You think you’re middle class, Cate Blanchett?” while another raged: “I love Cate Blanchett, but in what world is she ‘middle class’ she’s been in two major franchises and is worth an estimated $90 million.”
A third said: “‘Middle class’ my a**,” while another stated: “Under no circumstances is a net worth of $95 million middle class!!!”
Other fans of Cate’s defended the actress, saying she may have meant she was “middle class” compared to billionaire showbiz figures.
Mum-of-four Cate, who is married to playwright Andrew Upton, is building an eco-mansion in a picturesque seaside town in Cornwall once dubbed ‘Hollywood-on-Sea’.
Neighbours have reportedly accused Cate of wrecking family holidays with the building noise from the property in Mawgan Porth, which she bought in 2020.

Elvis Presley’s Graceland home sale blocked by judge

OHMYGOSSIP — Elvis Presley’s Graceland home sale has been halted by a judge after the singer’s family branded it “fraudulent”.
The singer’s iconic Memphis mansion was set for sale on Thursday (23.05.24) after it was supposedly found Elvis’ late daughter Lisa Marie Presley – who died aged 54 in January 2023 from a heart attack – had reportedly failed to pay a loan on the home.
But a Shelby County judge in Tennessee issued an order on Wednesday (22.05.24) that stopped the estate auction going ahead this week.
Chancellor Joe Dae Jenkins said: “The court will enjoin the sale as requested because, one, the real estate is considered unique under Tennessee law.
“And in being unique, the loss of the real estate would be considered irreparable harm.”
The chancellor stated the notary who signed the 2018 Deed of Trust for Graceland in a sworn affidavit that she did not notarise Lisa Marie’s signature.
This meant the signature and the authenticity of the deed was called into question.
The Tennessee judge has also ordered a trial delay to allow the opposition time to defend claims made by Elvis’ heirs.
It comes days after Lisa Marie’s actress daughter Riley Keough, 34, filed a lawsuit on 20 May to block an allegedly “fraudulent” attempt to sell her grandad Elvis’ Graceland estate.
In her 60-page complaint, the ‘Daisy Jones and the Six’ star claimed a company called Naussany Investments and Private Lending LLC was trying to defraud her family into selling Graceland by forging the signature of her late mum Lisa Marie – Elvis’ only daughter.
In a statement issued after the judge’s decision on Wednesday, Graceland and Elvis Presley Enterprises told People: “As the court has now made clear, there was no validity to the claims.
“There will be no foreclosure. Graceland will continue to operate as it has for the past 42 years, ensuring that Elvis fans from around the world can continue to have a best-in-class experience when visiting his iconic home.”
Elvis Presley Enterprises added in a separate statement: “There is no foreclosure sale. Simply put, the counter lawsuit (that) has been filed is to stop the fraud.”
Naussany is claiming Lisa Marie borrowed $3.8 million and gave them a deed of trust leveraging Graceland as security before the singer’s death.

Andrew Scott feels his late mum’s spirit is ‘so alive’

OHMYGOSSIP — Andrew Scott says his late mum’s spirit is “so alive”.
The 47-year-old actor was left devastated when his mother Nora passed away following a “sudden illness” a month before his hit ‘Ripley’ show was released on Netflix, and has now opened up about how he still feels connected to her – and how her passing sent him reeling as it came when he had a string of high-profile projects coming out.
He told Variety: “It came very suddenly to our family, and it’s landed in the middle of all of this stuff.
“Her spirit is so alive in me in the immediate aftermath of her death… her way of dealing with people was so kind, but she wasn’t very good at small talk.
“She connected with people in a very particular way. What I was taught was the idea of being authentically yourself… it’s a really funny thing, to be honest.
“I can’t disappear the fact that this has happened in the midst of all this.
“The juxtaposition of these two extremes in my life where all these projects are coming out, and I’ve had to be much more public-facing than I usually am, at a time when I’m going through this extraordinary personal loss.”
Nora Scott’s death was confirmed on 9 March, days before the UK’s Mother’s Day.
Her family confirmed she had died on 7 March surrounded by her family at St Vincent’s Hospital in Dublin.
An obituary said: “It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the passing of Nora Scott (née Boyle), beloved wife of Jim, mother of Sarah, Andrew and Hannah.
“Scott, Sandymount, Dublin, formerly Omagh Co. Tyrone, March 7th 2024 peacefully surrounded by her loving family and best friend Anne, in St Vincent’s Hospital following a sudden illness.
“Nora will be deeply missed by her beloved husband Jim, her loving children Sarah, Andrew and Hannah.”
In 2018, Nora revealed Sir Anthony Hopkins sent her more than “three dozen red roses” after the ‘Hannibal’ actor, 86, found out she was ill when the ‘Hannibal’ actor, 86, spoke to Andrew on the set of a BBC adaptation of ‘King Lear’.
She told RTE at the time: “There was probably more than three dozen red roses and attached to them was a little card from Anthony saying, ‘Be well, sending hugs’, and all sorts of things.
“I was thrilled to get such a gift and for the kind thought that promoted it.
“Now I have recovered, I can enjoy these exquisite roses that grace our hall. It was such a beautiful gift.”

Kate Hudson defends marrying musician Chris Robinson when she was 21

OHMYGOSSIP — Kate Hudson has defended her decision to marry musician Chris Robinson when she was 21.
The ‘Almost Famous’ actress, 45, first met the singer, 57, when she was 18 and he was 30, and they were married from 2000 to 2007, with critics slamming the couple over their age gap.
Kate has now told the ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast she thinks she was right to get hitched to Chris as he was her “first real love”.
She added: “The people (in my life) let people make mistakes. And, by the way (marrying Chris) – not a mistake.
“I look back at my entire life at this point and I actually feel like I might have gotten it right, you know?
“There’s this sort of construct that we’re supposed to do it a certain way, which I understand because I really believe in the unit, and I think it’s what’s missing right now.
“But I do believe that a unit can exist differently than this sort of, like, very kind of religious concept of marriage and male-female relationship.”
Kate has been engaged to her fiancé Danny Fujikawa, 37, since 2021 and they had their daughter Rani Rose, five, in October 2018.
She and Chris have her oldest child, son Ryder Robinson, 20, while the actress also has her boy Bingham, 12, with her Muse frontman ex Matt Bellamy, 45, with whom she was in a relationship from 2010 to 2014.
Kate also said on the ‘Call Her Daddy’ show she took “a full year off” from romantically pursuing men after her therapist encouraged her to focus on herself.
The actress said she was in her 30s when she decided she “didn’t want to keep repeating patterns anymore” – and the only solution her counsellor saw at the time was to simply not date for a whole year.
Kate added: “I was like, ‘What?’ I couldn’t flirt – none of it. But it was great.”

Angelina Jolie slapped with order to hand over 8 years’ NDAs in Brad Pitt winery battle

OHMYGOSSIP — Angelina Jolie has been ordered to turn over eight years’ worth of non-disclosure agreements she has signed as part of her winery fight with Brad Pitt.
The ‘Maleficent’ actress, 48, and ‘Fight Club’ star, 60, have spent years locked in a battle over ownership of their $500 million winery, Château Miraval and a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has now made the NDA ruling in the latest development in the battle over the French vineyard.
It’s been ruled Angelina must produce in the next month “all non-privileged documents in her possession, custody, or control that are responsive to” a request by Brad’s side to show any of the papers she has signed.
A source from Brad’s team told Page Six the latest ruling was a “crushing blow” after Angelina’s side had previously argued in court papers that turning over her previous NDAs as prat of the case would be “expensive,” “wasteful,” “unreasonable” and “abusive”.
Angelina’s lawyers also previously argued in court documents turning over other NDAs she has signed would be an invasion of privacy for other parties.
It’s understood the documents would include NDAs with Hollywood employers, brands and employees,.
Her side said in legal papers they may contain “contracts that include Jolie’s compensation or compensation she paid to third parties”.
The new judge’s order also said Angelina’s side should provide a list of any documents she deems as privileged in the case, so Brad’s team can “evaluate the merits of Jolie’s assertions of privilege”.
Lawyers for Brad, who divorced Angelina in 2019, filed papers in April asking his ex to reveal how many NDAs she has asked her employees to sign.
The move came after the actress accused him of trying to use what she branded a way to “control” her.
Angelina has sold her shares in the winery to a Stoli Group subsidiary – a deal Brad said was unfair.
A source added to Page Six: “The (new) ruling is the latest in a series of pre-trial victories for Pitt.”
Angelina’s attorney Paul Murphy insisted it was a win for his side, saying: “Common NDAs are simply not comparable to Mr Pitt’s last-second demand to try and cover up his personal misconduct.
“We are more than happy to turn them over and we are gratified that the Court acknowledged that the only potential relevance is to the unconscionability of Mr Pitt’s conduct, a now confirmed key issue in this case.
“We welcome that transparency in all parties’ discovery responses, including Mr Pitt’s. Angelina looks forward to the eventual end of this litigation with its false narratives that continue to hurt the family and interfere with their ability to heal.”

‘Seinfeld’ actor Michael Richards reveals reason behind his infamous racist tirade

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Seinfeld’ actor Michael Richards says his infamous racist tirade was sparked by a heckler telling him he wasn’t funny.
The 74-year-old, who made a fortune and was skyrocketed to global fame playing Kramer on the hit comedy sitcom, saw his career and reputation left it tatters after he was filmed unleashing a tirade of racial slurs during a stand-up show in 2006 at the Laughter Factory in Los Angeles.
He has now told in his upcoming memoir ‘Entrances and Exits’ about the incident that he was hurting from the failure of his post-‘Seinfeld’ sitcom ‘The Michael Richards Show’ – which lasted only eight episodes in 2000 – at the time of the gig, even though six years had passed since it was axed.
Michael says he heard talking coming from the balcony before he exploded in rage, and yelled: “Shut the f*** up!” – to the delight of the audience.
He then heard someone from the balcony call out: “You’re not funny. We don’t think you’re very funny!”
Michael admitted he took the insult “pretty hard” and called it a “solid punch below the belt”.
He swerves detailing exactly what he said during his tirade – which featured him shouting into the audience: “Fifty years ago we’d have you upside down with a f****** fork up your ass” before calling one of his hecklers the n- word.
Michael says in his book: “Of course, looking back at all, I wish I had just agreed with (my heckler.)
“He went low and I went even lower. We both ended up at the bottom of the barrel.”
Michael added the words “You’re not funny” kept running through his mind at the time of the incident, saying: “He laid it out so clearly, so simply, my biggest fear – not being funny.
“Later, I’ll come to realise that all of this, everything he said, is me. His voice is my voice. This is all ME going on. My inferiority sets in. My anger erupts.”
Michael appeared on the ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ to apologise for the incident days after footage of it spread.
He added his ‘Seinfeld’ co-stars Jerry Seinfeld, Jason Alexander and Julia Louis-Dreyfus reached out during the controversy, but he was “embarrassed” and “concerned about the mess spilling onto them”.
The actor also confesses he has had “some regrets” but believes in the “continuity of the soul”, saying: “Screw-ups in life are necessary.”

Tiffany Haddish ‘still dating’ despite being celibate for months

OHMYGOSSIP — Tiffany Haddish hasn’t stopped dating despite her ongoing celibacy.
The 44-year-old actress – who has been sober and celibate for seven months after overhauling her personal life – has admitted while she’s quit sex for the time being, she still enjoys going out for a “free” dinner.
Speaking to Extra, she quipped: “I didn’t stop dating. I’m just not having intercourse, girl. I love a free meal.”
Tiffany revealed her sobriety is “going pretty good” after she decided to quit booze after being arrested on suspicion of DUI in November 2023.
She joked that the only time she’ll drink again is if she gets engaged and wants to let her partner see “how crazy I get just for one day”.
She said: “Not drinking any alcohol. Never doing that again unless I get engaged and I can show him how crazy I get just for one day.
“I don’t want to do it because it feels good to wake up in the morning and my elbows ain’t aching, my knees ain’t burning, and the crooks of my ankles ain’t on fire. No inflammation.”
The ‘Girls Trip’ star – who was married to William Stewart between 2008 and 2013 – was charged with driving under the influence (DUI) in November, after she was found asleep in her car in the middle of an intersection in Beverly Hills.
Last month, Tiffany revealed she had totally cut alcohol out of her life since her arrest.
She told People magazine at the time: “I’m very sober. I haven’t had a drink since [the incident].
“When I sit back and look at my life, everything that’s crazy that’s happened is because somebody or myself had alcohol in their system.”
The actress urged her fans to “stop drinking for six months and just see how your life changes”, explaing that even your relationships will get “better”.
She urged: “You’re going to have your snatched body back, you’re going to see your relationships will be better and you’ll stop dealing with people you don’t need to be dealing with.
“My issue was, I was waking up next to ugly men.”
She added: “[Sex and alcohol] went together. With alcohol [my mind] would just be like ‘You’re horny, let’s just do it.’ [Now] I be like ‘nah, nope.'”

Kourtney Kardashian needed ‘terrifying’ emergency fetal surgery after ‘super rare’ discovery

OHMYGOSSIP — Kourtney Kardashian needed “terrifying” emergency fetal surgery for a “super rare” condition.
The 45-year-old star welcomed her baby boy Rocky into the world with husband Travis Barker in November 2023, and two months before giving birth she needed a procedure after her doctor noticed something during a scan.
Speaking in this week’s episode of ‘The Kardashians’, she recalled: “We had planned a scan at home, so that all the kids could see the baby.
“The doctor who will come to the house to do the scan is a high-risk doctor, who’s really detailed and thorough at looking for everything.
“And something caught his eye where he wanted me to see a couple specialists.”
After those appointments, she had to go for an operation on her son the next morning, and she admitted the situation was “terrifying” and “stressful”.
Kourtney has not revealed what issue was found during the scan, but she admitted the timing of the discovery “saved everything”.
She added: “The timing of it was miraculous. That saved everything.
“My doctor’s like, ‘There’s nothing that you did wrong. It’s not age-related. It’s just a super rare thing that happened.'”
Travis had already left to go on tour with Blink-182 in Europe, which meant Kourtney’s mother Kris Jenner needed to take her to hospital while he was flying back to the United States.
The reality star said: “The thing that was awful was his WiFi was broken on the plane. I was sending him updates and my mom was sending him updates.
“He couldn’t get anything and he kept checking, like every two hours on the plane, ‘Can you reset the WiFi?'”
Kourtney – who has children Mason, 14, Penelope, 11, and nine-year-old Reign with her ex Scott Disick – had already undergone the procedure by the time her husband landed because it needed doing “right away”.
She remained calm in the moment, but once they left the hopsital she was able to process her emotions.
She explained: “There’s some superpower that I have — that in emergency situations, I get really calm.
“And then right when we left, I was like, ‘OK, I can take a deep breath. I could cry. I could get it out.'”
Despite the surgery being a “trauma” for both Kourtney and Travis, they both stayed hopeful for their baby’s wellbeing.
She said: “I just feel so grateful that how everything played out and for the doctors that really helped make the best decisions that really saved our baby.
“After this happened, I was like, ‘God’s got this. We’re good. This is a miracle and we’re just going to be super positive.'”

Nicole Brown Simpson’s sister relives horror moment her kids were told she’d been slaughtered

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicole Brown Simpson’s sister has relived the horror of their mum breaking the news she had been slaughtered to her young children.
Dominique Brown, 59, said their mother Juditha told Nicole’s daughter Sydney, then eight, and son Justin, then aged five, about how Nicole had been knifed to death in 1994 outside her home in Los Angeles – with her late ex-husband OJ Simpson later sensationally cleared of the murder in court.
She told People about the horrific moment: “She goes (to Nicole’s kids), ‘Mommy’s in heaven.’”
Dominique added in the devastating wake of Nicole’s murder, she threw herself into shielding her children from pain and the media circus that erupted.
She said: “I knew that was the role I was supposed to undertake. There was (my sister) Denise’s son, my son, Sydney and Justin.
“We played together, ate together, went to the beach together – everything together. It was to help them heal and do things that were fun.
“The things that were being said, they didn’t need to be exposed to any of that.”
Simpson lost his cancer fight last month and died aged 76, leaving Dominique and her other two sisters Tanya Brown and Denise Brown with massively mixed emotions.
Dominique added: “It’s very complicated. (Simpson) is a person who’s been in our life for a very long time, who wreaked havoc on our family.
“It’s like the end of a chapter.”
Dominique and Denise said Nicole introduced them to former NFL player Simpson in 1977 when the aspiring model and photographer was 18.
On 12 June, 1994, Nicole, 35, and her waiter friend Ron Goldman, 25, were found stabbed to death in the courtyard of her Brentwood, Los Angeles, town house.
Days after the murders, Simpson led police on a now-infamous car chase while a passenger in a white Ford Bronco driven by his friend Al Cowlings, holding a gun to his head.
He was eventually arrested and charged with Nicole and Ron’s murders, but was acquitted after what was dubbed the ‘The Trial of the Century’.
But in 1997, Simpson was deemed liable for the deaths in a civil lawsuit brought by the families of Nicole and Ron.

Charlie’s mother confirmed the death of her son this week, telling TMZ he slipped and fell in a shower while house-sitting for a friend in Brussels, Belgium.
The outlet added: “It’s unclear exactly when he fell. She tells us no one found Charlie until his friends returned home from their trip about five days ago.”
Colin was reportedly forced to leave hit group Train in 2003 due to his apparent substance abuse issues.
Lead singer Pat said at the time: “Charlie is one incredible bass player, but he was in a lot of pain, and the way he was dealing with it was very painful for everyone else around him.”
Pat is said to have called a band meeting so its fellow members could choose between himself or Colin.
He added at the time: “They weren’t happy about the choice. They were very clear that I put them in a very tough position.”

One Tree Hill star James Lafferty admits he ‘never got used’ to fame

OHMYGOSSIP — James Lafferty has “never got used” to fame.
The 38-year-old actor – who tied the knot with soap opera actress Alexandra Park in 2022 after seven years of dating – became known around the world when he took on the role of Nathan Scott in the teen drama series ‘One Tree Hill’ almost two decades ago but admitted that the attention is still “surreal” to himself and those around him.
He told E! News: “It’s surreal for everybody involved for me included. I never get used to but in the best way.”
The ‘Small Town Crime’ star – who appeared alongside Chad Michael Murray in the series – recently got together with fellow co-stars Bryan Greenberg, Stephen Colletti, Paul Johannson, Craig Sheffer for a charity basketball game and raised over $100,000 for the V Foundation for Cancer and he noted it was such “gift” to be able to reunite with some of his former castmates for the event.
He said: “It feels great to play a small part in supporting the [foundation’s] progress,” he said. “It means the world for us to be drawn back together. It means the world for us to be able to interact personally with the best fans in the world, and to be able to do it all for a good cause.
“Just being back in this gym in particular where we actually shot the show and being with all the guys who originally played on the Ravens basketball team, it’s surreal and it’s wonderful.
“Some of these guys, I haven’t seen for a very long time. Some of them I have. But to have all of us together again, it’s incredible. It’s a gift.”
