Millie Bobby Brown and Jacob Sartorius BREAK UP

OHMYGOSSIP – While I’ll admit that some celebrity breakups make me want to curl up in a corner and cry into a pint of ice cream (looking at you, Anna Faris and Chris Pratt), there are plenty of other famous couples who are cringeworthy AF. Topping the list of gross tween pairings is none other than “Stranger Things” actress Millie Bobby Brown and Musical.ly breakout star Jacob Sartorius, Obsey mediates.

Recently hopping onto Instagram to let their respective stan armies know that #Jillie is no more, Brown and Sartorius issued statements free of hard feelings or sneak disses.

“The decision w mills was completely mutual & we are both happy and remaining friends,” wrote Sartorius in a carefully coordinated breakup statement. Eerily similar to Brown’s own post-breakup announcement, it’s clear that the missive is a product of their joint PR teams, not of the former lovebirds themselves.

While I’m not one to revel in teen heartbreak, I couldn’t be happier to see the end of one of Hollywood’s most talented up-and-coming stars linking up with such a certified creep. Despite the fact that I’m definitely not a Brown stan who believes she was sent to rain blessings down upon the entertainment industry, I’m definitely relieved to discover that an impressionable teen is backing away from a predator in the making.
