Emily Blunt fell in love with John Krasinski ‘disarmingly soon’

OHMYGOSSIP — Emily Blunt fell in love with John Krasinski “disarmingly soon”.
The 35-year-old actress started dating the American star in November 2008, and even though she wasn’t looking for love at the time, the Hollywood duo ended up getting enaged just ten months later.
Recalling the moment she mer future husband while she was in a resturant with a friend, Emily – who married John in 2010 – confessed: “We were discussing how much I was enjoying being single.
“And then [my friend] goes, ‘Oh, my God, there’s my friend John.’ And that was it. We were engaged within 10 months, but I think we probably knew before that.”
Emily admitted she fell in love with John – with whom she has daughters Hazel, four, and 21-month-old Violet – “very soon” after their first encounter.
The loved-up couple star alongside each other in the new horror film ‘A Quiet Place’, and Emily revealed she found the role of Evelyn Abbott – a pregnant mother – to be very “close to home”.
She explained to People magazine: “The family suffer a loss in the beginning of the film. And so, there were scenes that I found personally more traumatic because it’s just so close to home for me.
“Everything she wants to infuse in their lives and protect them from is everything that I feel about mine. Normally, there’s a really clear divide for me between the role and between myself. And I like playing people who are very dissimilar to myself this, but this was close to home.”
Meanwhile, John recently admitted that Emily is way out of his league, saying he “married up” when he tied the knot with the actress.
The 38-year-old star conceded: “I married up, and don’t I know it.”
