OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Payne is renting a palatial mansion in Buckinghamshire, so he can be close to his son Bear.
The 27-year-old singer and his model fiancee Maya Henry have relocated from London to a new home near his ex Cheryl Tweedy’s house as Liam wants to spend more time with Bear, three.
Liam’s new pad has a snooker room, swimming pool and private cinema.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “Liam is really enjoying chilling out. He’s writing music and painting a lot. He’s dedicated to his son and being the best dad he can be.”
Meanwhile, Liam recently opened up about his excitement at spending Christmas with Bear.
He said: “I’m such a Scrooge. Christmas for me is just for my son — that’s all I’ve got. I’m just hoping to spend some time with Bear, really.
“Obviously with everything up in the air at the moment it’s difficult to plan anything. I know everyone’s experiencing it.”
And Liam is planning to cook Christmas dinner this year.
He said: “I cook. I’ll tell you why — because if you’re behind the stove, with all the family drama involved in front of you, you don’t have to be part of it. You just watch.
“The only thing I’m dealing with is the turkey behind me and the carrots in front.”
