OHMYGOSSIP — Andrea Riseborough can’t wait to visit Disneyland.
The 38-year-old movie star craves a return to normality amid the coronavirus pandemic and Andrea has admitted she’s particularly excited to visit the world-famous amusement park once the health crisis has eased.
Asked what she’s most looking forward to, Andrea replied: “I am really excited about the idea that one day I’ll be able to go back to Disneyland. And that’s not a lie.”
Andrea briefly returned to work in September, when she was filming the horror movie ‘Geechee’ in the Dominican Republic.
And the actress has admitted to relishing the experience of working in a Covid-secure environment.
She told The Times newspaper: “Although we were constantly being tested, and there were zones and rules everywhere, actually, one of the wonderful things was getting to play scenes from life the way it was before.
“We’d take the masks off, we’d take the face shields off and we’d play scenes and actually touch each other, and it was kind of glorious after having abstained for such a very long time from human contact.”
Meanwhile, Andrea previously admitted that she never considered a career “fallback” option.
The actress – who won a place at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art at the age of 20 – shared: “I was very much encouraged to go to Oxford – it was expected of me and I was told I needed to have a fallback if the acting didn’t work out.
“I’m not even sure what a fallback is. Is it a big cushion or what? Besides, everyone’s got qualifications now. I remember reading a prospectus for Leeds and they did a course on ‘law and knitting’. Imagine! Sitting in court doing your purl stitch.”
