Jesy Nelson scoffs at rumours of rift with Perrie Edwards

OHMYGOSSIP — Jesy Nelson has rubbished rumours of a rift between herself and Perrie Edwards.
Speculation had suggested the Little Mix duo were at loggerheads after Jesy was cropped out of one of Perrie’s Instagram snaps – but the 25-year-old star has dismissed the claims and insisted they are still good friends.
Speaking in a Snapchat video, Jesy explained: “So we’d just like to address the situation of the friendship between me and Perrie. Do you think I’d be laying in her bed if I weren’t friends with her?!”
Speculation regarding their relationship erupted when Jesy was cut out of the full line-up of the group at the Kids’ Choice Awards in a snap posted by Perrie, with the blonde beauty saying her bandmate “didn’t like any of the photos”.
But Jesy appeared to have a rather dramatic change of heart on Sunday (12.03.17) when she posted seven pictures of herself at the event on Instagram.
Jesy’s apparent defiance prompted suggestions that she was upset with her bandmate, but she’s subsequently insisted that’s not the case and that the issue has been blown out of proportion.
Meanwhile, Jesy has previously insisted the group will not outstay their welcome, saying they don’t ever wish to be considered “cringe”.
Speaking in 2016, Jesy said: “We’d stop if it got to a point where people are like, ‘They’re so done, why are they still trying?'”
Bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock – who is currently dating soccer star Andre Gray – has also admitted she’d like to have children at some stage in the future.
She shared: “Can we all just promise we’ll have children around the same time to form another band?”
Jade Thirlwall added that she would like to have children at the same time as her bandmates so they don’t have to spend too long away from the spotlight.
Jade said: “[We should] have them at the same time so we can all come back together.”
