Kim Kardashian West made ‘best’ baby decision

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West thinks having a baby via a surrogate was the “best decision [she] ever made”.
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star – who was advised against carrying a third child herself by doctors – and husband Kanye West welcomed daughter Chicago into the world in January and she admitted the journey of having a sibling for North, five, and Saint, two, had been an “amazing experience”.
Kim brought Chicago home in scenes aired on ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ on Sunday (16.09.18) and told her family she was now the “biggest fan of surrogacy”.
She added: “I think it was the best decision I ever made. I think it was such an amazing experience. I would recommend it for anyone.”
And the 37-year-old beauty was relieved her fears she wouldn’t share the same bond with Chicago as she does with her older children were unfounded as she felt an “instant connection” to the tot.
She said: “It’s crazy how professional surrogacy is and how instantly, when the baby came out, there was no weird feeling that I was so nervous about.
“Am I gonna connect with the baby? Am I gonna feel the same way as if it’s, you know, me birthing my kids? And it was. It was the same exact feeling. So, that was instantly a relief for me ’cause that was what I was most nervous about and I just feel so lucky that I’ve had such a good experience with surrogacy…
“The moment I laid eyes on my baby, I was so in love. I am just so excited to have this addition to my family.”
During the episode, Kim also explained how their choice of name made Kanye feel close to his beloved late mother Donda.
She said in a confessional: “My beautiful, little baby girl Chicago is finally here. The name Chicago…everyone asks me where we came up with that and Kanye’s originally from Chicago and the city is really connected to his memory of his mom and, so, we went with Chicago.”

Mia Farrow defended by family

OHMYGOSSIP — Mia Farrow’s children have praised her as a “devoted mom” following Soon-Yi Previn’s allegations against her.
The ‘Rosemary’s Baby’ actress’ adopted daughter – who is now married to Mia’s former partner Woody Allen – has claimed in an explosive interview that her mother was an abusive parent and suggested she had coached daughter Dylan into accusing the ‘Annie Hall’ filmmaker of sexual abuse.
However, both Dylan and her brother, Ronan Farrow – whose investigative reporting sparked the #MeToo movement – have hit back in statements defending Mia.
Ronan said: “I owe everything I am to Mia Farrow.
“She is a devoted mom who went through hell for her family all while creating a loving home for us. But that has never stopped Woody Allen and his allies from planting stories that attack and vilify my mother to deflect from my sister’s credible allegation of abuse.”
And Dylan slammed New York Magazine’s choice of interviewer, Daphne Merkin – a friend of the ‘Vicky Cristina Barcelona’ director – and accused the publication of describing “multiple obvious falsehoods” when they contacted her about the feature.
She said: “The author has written about her friendship and infatuation with Woody Allen. The idea of letting a friend of an alleged predator write a one-sided piece attacking the credibility of his victim is disgusting.
“[Merkin] suggested that my mother bribed me to lie with a doll that was not manufactured until years later.
“The story still includes bizarre fabrications about my mother while failing to mention that a prosecutor found probable cause of abuse by Woody Allen and that he was in therapy for his unhealthy fixation on my body.
“My mother never coached me. “But she did stand by me, even when Woody Allen unleashed hell on her via lawyers and publicists and allies like the author of this piece.”
Dylan, who has accused Woody of abusing her when she was just seven years old, said there had been a “documented pattern of inappropriate, abusive touching” which “led a judge to say there was no evidence I was coached and that it was unsafe for me to be in Woody Allen’s presence.”
And in a separate statement, Ronan and other family members pledged their support to Mia and Dylan.
They said: “We love and stand by our mom, who has always been a caring and giving parent.
“None of us ever witnessed anything other than compassionate treatment in our home, which is why the courts granted sole custody to our mother of all her children.
“We reject any effort to deflect from Dylan’s allegation by trying to vilify our mom. While we would rather not have to speak publicly about this painful time in our lives, we also couldn’t be silent as she is once again unfairly attacked.”
Woody, 82, and Soon-Yi have been married since 1997 – but the actress admitted she initially “hated” the director because he was dating Mia, who she described as “nasty and mean”.
She said in the interview: “Woody wasn’t interested in meeting us children. And the feeling was mutual; we weren’t interested in meeting him.
“I hated him because he was with my mother, and I didn’t understand why anyone could be with such a nasty, mean person. I thought he must be the same way.”

Hollyoaks boss praises Stephanie Davis’ ‘remarkable courage’

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘Hollyoaks’ boss Bryan Kirkwood has praised Stephanie Davis’ “remarkable courage and strength” after she went through a “really tough time”.
The 25-year-old actress will reprise her role as Sinead O’Connor in October as part of the Channel 4 soap’s Storm Week – which will feature a huge stunt – and the producer says Stephanie, who has battled alcohol addiction and been assaulted by her ex Jeremy McConnell since she was last in ‘Hollyoaks’, is making “better choices” and is back to being a “fantastic actress”.
Bryan said: “I am Stephanie’s biggest fan. I think she has shown remarkable courage and strength over the last year. She has been through a really tough time in the public eye, but she’s now come out the other side.
“Stephanie turned her life around, is making better choices and is returning to what she does brilliantly – and that’s being a fantastic actress.”
Sinead will be “up to her old tricks” when she makes her dramatic return to the village, and Bryan has hinted she will wreak revenge on her ex Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) on his wedding day to Harry Thompson (Parry Glasspool) after he cheated on her.
He said: “She’s up to her old tricks within seconds of arriving and we’re delighted to have her back.
“What’s amazing about Steph’s portrayal of Sinead is that you can forgive all of these terrible choices that she makes. She’s so compelling to watch. Sinead is charming, outrageous, vulnerable – and she’s full of heart, soul and love.”
Bryan admitted the whole ‘Hollyoaks’ cast and crew are “thrilled” to have Stephanie back on set.
He added to Digital Spy: “Stephanie is doing amazing work and the cast and crew have welcomed her back in with open arms. We’re all thrilled to have her back and seeing her doing what she’s good at.”
Stephanie played Sinead from 2010 to 2015 when she was axed from the role, and in 2016 she appeared in ‘Celebrity Big Brother’, where she met Jeremy, and the pair later embarked on a relationship outside the house.
In February, Stephanie said she was an alcoholic and that she admitted herself to rehab following her split from Jeremy, who she has 21-month-old son Caben with.
Jeremy was sentenced to 20 weeks in prison after assaulting Stephanie, but insisted in July that he is now a “different person” following a stint in rehab.

Jonathan Pryce’s kids think he looks like Pope Francis

OHMYGOSSIP — Jonathan Pryce’s kids think he looks like Pope Francis.
The 71-year-old actor is set to play the role of the Pope in an upcoming film for Netflix, and the veteran star has revealed that his children – Patrick, 35, Gabriel, 32, and Phoebe, 28 – have even commented on the physical similarities between himself and the Catholic leader.
He shared: “I’m playing Pope Francis in a Netflix film directed by Fernando Morales.
“If you Google Jonathan Pryce and the Pope, I look quite similar – even my kids were messaging me: ‘Dad, are you the pope?'”
Jonathan also stars in the Bjorn Runge-directed drama ‘The Wife’, which is based on the novel of the same name by Meg Wolitzer.
The movie tells the story of a woman who questions her life choices as she travels to Stockholm with her husband.
Asked whether the film could be seen as a feminist piece, Jonathan told the Observer newspaper: “I cannot believe we are still having this same conversation in 2018. It’s doing women a disservice not to be able to say that in my life, women have never been subservient to men.
“Although … my mother regretted her life because it was very hard to deal with her three children. She told us if she had not married, she would have had another, better life.
“Coming from your mother, that’s a bit hard to take! When I was little I’d say: ‘Yes, but Mum, you wouldn’t have had me.'”

Todd Phillips releases first image of Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker

OHMYGOSSIP — Todd Phillips has shared the first image of Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker.
The 47-year-old director – who is set to write and direct the eagerly anticipated movie – has taken to Instagram to reveal an image of Joaquin in the guise of his on-screen character in ‘Joker’.
In the shot – which is simply captioned “Arthur”, presumably in reference to his name before he was given the mononym – Joaquin is seen with a serious expression on his face and long, floppy hair.
Joaquin previously teased his portrayal of the Joker, revealing he would try to bring something “unique” to the role.
The Hollywood star also insisted the film wouldn’t fit into any one specific movie genre.
Looking ahead to the new movie, he shared: “I wouldn’t quite classify this as like any genre. I wouldn’t say it’s a superhero movie, or a studio movie or a … It feels unique, and I think more then anything, and probably the most important thing, is Todd seems very passionate about it and very giving, and so that’s exciting.
“I think, underneath the excitement of these films, and the size of them, there are these incredible characters that are dealing with real life struggles. And sometimes that is uncovered and exposed, and sometimes it isn’t, and so I always felt, like, there were characters in comics that were really interesting and deserve the opportunity to be kind of studied.
“And so I think that’s what Todd sees appealing about this idea.”
‘Joker’ is scheduled for release in October 2019.

Harry Judd: McFly determined to make new album

OHMYGOSSIP — Harry Judd says McFly want to make a new record when they are not distracted by their children.
The 32-year-old drummer says it’s impossible for him and his bandmates to get together at the moment as they are all focused on fatherhood, however, they would love to jump in the studio when they have some time free.
Danny Jones welcomed his first child Cooper Alf – whom he has with wife Georgia – just seven months ago.
Whilst 33-year-old frontman Tom and his wife Giovanna Fletcher – who already have two-year-old Buddy and Buzz, four – became parents for a third time to baby son Max Mario last month.
Speaking about the affect becoming parents has had on the band’s music, Harry – who has two-year-old Lola and 12-month-old Kit with wife Izzy – told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “Tom suddenly has three children, I have two and Danny has one.
“Someone has a baby and they’re out for two months.
“It’s going to happen. We’d be determined to make a new album, not just do a reunion tour.
“That’s going to take serious time and commitment with no distractions.”
Bassist Dougie Poynter, 30, is the only member of the band not to have children.
Harry’s comments about McFly’s plans for new music come after Danny recently said the door is always open for a McFly reunion.
The 32-year-old hunk is enjoying his solo career – which got off to a flying start with his debut show at London’s O2 Academy Islington selling out in minutes – because he can be himself, but he’d love to get back together with his bandmates in the future for “escapism”.
Comparing the group to the teenager superheroes from the popular children’s TV show ‘Power Rangers’, he said: “We go off and do our own things, and then we come back and go, ‘Let’s do it, boys’. We’re like the Power Rangers.
“McFly you can go for the escapism. But right now I want to show the real side of it that I wanted to get out.”
Danny said Harry asked if he could be his drummer, but he turned down the offer because he felt that would feel too much like being in McFly.
He said: “Harry was like, ‘I want to drum for you’, then I was like, ‘Yeah… but that would be McFly!'”
The ‘It’s All About You’ hitmakers have been on hiatus since 2013, and Danny is the first of the band to go solo.
As for the rest of the band, Dougie recently launched the new punk rock group INK with friends, and he’s also been moonlighting on bass guitar for British rock group A.
Harry has reinvented himself as a fitness guru, whilst singer Tom is an established children’s author.
McFly’s last new music was 2013 single ‘Love Is on the Radio’.

Ellis Hillon ‘facing sack from McDonald’s after tweets’

OHMYGOSSIP — Axed ‘Big Brother’ contestant Ellis Hillon could be sacked from McDonald’s after she was booted off the show for “offensive and unacceptable” tweets.
The 20-year-old fast-food worker headed into the house on Friday night (14.09.18), but she was removed less than 24 hours into the latest series after it was claimed messages on her Twitter account dating back to 2014 contained offensive material – and the eatery is now looking into the tweets.
A McDonald’s spokesperson told The Scottish Sun newspaper: “We do not comment on individual employees but can confirm we are looking into these alleged social media posts.”
‘Big Brother’ kicked Ellis out of the abode after the “offensive and unacceptable” social media posts were discovered.
A spokesman for the show said: “As a result of our investigation into offensive and unacceptable posts on social media, Ellis Hillon has been removed from the Big Brother house.”
On Sunday night’s (16.09.18) episode, Ellis was summoned to the Diary Room where she was handed a piece of paper with the tweets on and asked if she had sent the messages.
She said: “Yeah I did, years ago … but yeah.”
Big Brother then said: “Big Brother does not tolerate offensive language. As a result we will be removing you immediately.”
When asked if she had anything to say, she replied: “No. Apart from that I’m sorry. I don’t want to see anyone. I just want to go home.”
Ellis’ posts have now all been deleted.
Big Brother’s final ever series on Channel 5 kicked off on Friday night when Ellis and 13 other contestants headed into the abode, with the winner set to take home £100,000.
Host Emma Willis believes this series will bring all the “brilliant bits from the past” to mix with all the good bits from recent series.
She said: “They’ve taken all the brilliant bits from the past and all the good stuff from recent series. It’s been on for a bloody long time and it has to be different. I think they’ve made – I’m getting emotional now – I think they’ve made it brilliantly. I think the housemates as well, they are a really good mix of just the public.”

Christine and the Queens: I was lonely and reclusive

OHMYGOSSIP — Christine and the Queens was “reclusive and lonely” making her first album.
The 30-year-old singer – whose real name is Heloise Letissier – has revealed she buried her head in books when she was working on her debut LP ‘Chaleur humaine’, and it was only after she toured the world and got to interact with her audience that she grew a confidence, which allowed her to be more “intimate” with her fans on her second record, ‘Chris’.
The ‘Saint Claude’ hitmaker – who is up for Best Solo Artist and Best Track for ‘Girlfriend’ at the 2018 Q Awards – spilled to the Metro newspaper: “On the first album I was quite reclusive and lonely.
“I was in my books, believing that literature was better than life.”
On how she felt approaching her next record, she explained: “I got empowered , I got to live more and to touch and be touched.
“‘Chris’ is looser and a bit more confident.
“It’s me pulling you a bit closer to me.
“The nickname is also interesting. You get to be a bit intimate with me, I think.”
On becoming more open, she added: “I felt like I had to tell a new chapter and I didn’t want to protect anything.
“I kinda had this energy like a kamikaze of ‘let’s tell my story again.’
“It was pouring out of me.
“It wasn’t too complicated or tormented.
“My stage character is a raw expression of who I am.
“So it is actually a more filtered one because the stage is a place where I get to choose everything.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Tilted’ hitmaker previously revealed her new music will be “sweaty and tougher”.
Asked if her new record would be the same kind of music as her 2014 offering ‘Chaleur humaine’, she said: “I can’t really tell much because then that would spoil the fun – but it will definitely be more sweaty and tougher.
“Maybe more high-tempo, but still really sad because I’m just me and I’m just sad deep down, but I’ll properly be able to dance on it all the time.”
‘Chris’ is released on September 21.

Rita Ora’s album release date leaked online

OHMYGOSSIP — Rita Ora’s long-awaited second studio album’s title and release date were accidently leaked online.
A listing for the 27-year-old pop star’s follow-up to her 2012 debut LP ‘Ora’ reportedly appeared on HMV’s website over the weekend, with the title ‘Phoenix’ and due date of November 23, however it has since been taken down.
The ‘Girls’ hitmaker recently revealed her record will drop later this year, after being plagued by delays, including a split from her Jay-Z’s record label Roc Nation.
Rita recently said: “It’s definitely going to come out this year, and I say that because my journey’s been so up and down that if it’s not out this year, I will literally go mad.
“I’ve just put out single after single after single.”
The ‘Southpaw’ actress previously admitted she went through a “rollercoaster of emotions” after going her separate ways from Roc Nation and it left her struggling to put out new music.
She said: “I had a bit of an issue, publicly, with putting out music which got me really, really, kind of devastated, and I was really down, and then I was really angry, and then I was really frustrated, and then I was really happy that it was happening … It was all these emotions, so my album is definitely a rollercoaster of emotions … I’m still crazy, like, I still love to go out and party. Everyone who knows me knows that I love to have a good time, but I wanted this album to also be [something] you could put on and vibe with your friends. There’s a lot of ups and downs, but I’m very, very proud of it.”
And Rita believes that her return to the music industry has really gathered pace over the past year, starting with the launch of her singles ‘Your Song’ and ‘Anywhere’.
She said: “It’s so awesome because in 2017, I actually released two songs before the year was out.
“It’s really, really kind of coming together. It’s nice to see that my music – which is my passion – is really there. I wouldn’t be able to be here today if it wasn’t for that.”

Jeff Brazier marries Kate Dwyer

OHMYGOSSIP — Jeff Brazier has married Kate Dwyer in front of their family and friends at a “special” ceremony in Portugal.
The 39-year-old TV star tied the knot with his partner on Saturday (15.09.18), and his two sons – Bobby, 15, and 14-year-old Freddie, who he shared with the late Jade Goody – both shared the role of best man.
Speaking to HELLO! magazine, he said: “I couldn’t be happier. This isn’t just any wedding, this is a really special one.”
Jeff and Kate revealed their engagement in October last year, and he explained how easily she has become a big part of the family by bonding with his children.
He previously said: “We spend some lovely family time together as the four of us. I personally love it when Kate does things with the boys when I’m not around.
“I know the time Kate has with her family and friends is very precious to her and I know that Kate now realises boys are family.
“When she does take the kids with her, everybody always has a good time. That for me makes me feel like I’m marrying the right person.”
Jeff has also hinted at the possibility of more kids in the future, and admitted he would love to have a daughter with his new partner.
He recently added: “I need a girl. I’ve had the name Isabella for so, so long and I’d be really disappointed if I don’t meet her one day. Bella Brazier, it just rings. And if she’s naughty – Isabella!
“Jeff would have one tomorrow. It’s a few years off. I’m still young. I’d love to have a girl because I’m really outnumbered in the house, I don’t think I could deal with more boys. But we’ll just have to wait and see.”
Jeff has revealed he and his children keep the memory of Jade – who passed away in 2009 aged 27 after suffering from cervical cancer – on a special day each month.
He previously said: “On the 15th of each month that’s ‘mummy day’. We can talk about her obviously at any time and we do, but the 15th of the month means we are particularly focused on it. We will release balloons or we’ll write letters and post them, whether they think they are going to get there or not it doesn’t matter, it’s expressing.”

The 32-year-old model and the former ‘Coronation Street’ actor tied the knot by the Mediterranean Sea in Kalkan, Turkey as she stunned in a gorgeous low cut white bridal gown.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Rhian looked out of this world – she was simply stunning.”
The couple – who have been together for six years – exchanged their vows in a stunning setting, with guests said to be fanning themselves in the intense heat.
The pair were said to have been reduced to tears as soap star Oliver’s sister Kate read out a touching poem.
The beautiful ceremony came a week after Rhian hired a private boat in Turkey to throw three hen parties.
An insider added: “If there were Olympic medals for stamina, Rhian would be getting a gold!”
Rhian previously revealed she was overwhelmed with joy when her man popped the question, although she joked he didn’t exactly get it right with the ring size.
She said: “I started blubbing like a baby. He’s definitely the one for me, even if he did get a ring the size of a hula hoop.”
Rhian previously made headlines over her 2010 sexting scandal with Vernon Kay, which saw the pair exchange a number of flirty messages before they were found out.
Despite allegations that Vernon had been texting Rhian in 2016 and trying to arrange a meeting, Rhian went on to insist that the pair never met up alone.
She stressed in an open letter to Tess that it was only a “close friendship and flirty messages” but said she still knew it was wrong.
However, Rhian blamed “immaturity and plain stupidity” for getting involved in a friendship with the TV presenter and said it would never happen again.
She signed off the message by saying: “I want to give you my sincerest apologies and I wish you both all the happiness for the future.”

Prince Harry asked Peter Crouch how he ‘bagged’ wife Abbey

OHMYGOSSIP — Prince Harry once asked Peter Crouch how he managed to “bag” his wife Abbey Clancy.
The 37-year-old professional football player has been married to the blonde model since 2011 and has two daughters Sophia, seven, and Liberty, three, and nine-month-old son Johnny with her and, although they’re a solid couple, the flame-haired royal was baffled by their relationship.
Speaking to Radio 5Live, the sportsman said: “I remember Harry said to me once, we were in a changing room, and he said ‘Crouchy, how did you bag Abbey?’
“He genuinely did say that. I was really taken aback by it and I have loads of quips afterwards. I told Abbey, she was buzzing. He was dissing me, laughing his head off and then walked off. I asked myself – ‘did that just happen?’ ”
Peter – who met Abbey in a bar in Liverpool back in 2006 – believes their relationship works because they both have careers in the public eye and understand one another’s jobs.
He said recently: “It’s nice for her to get out and do stuff. I’ve seen other players whose wives aren’t well known and, in social settings, they get cut out completely. Everybody just wants to talk to the player, and it’s not nice. Whereas with us, people want to engage with her as well.
“She understands. It’s very fickle. One minute you’re up there and the next minute you’re down there. It’s almost as cut-throat as football.”
Meanwhile, Abbey recently admitted that she’s finding it tough being a mum of three kids.
She explained: “That third baby just throws everything off. I’m like, ‘Which one do I go to first?’
“With two, I used to put them to bed and get a nice bath – nowadays I’ve got dolls and kids in with me. Thank God for my mum because she’s living with us now. It’s great as Sophia is seven now so she helps me out a lot too. Me and my mum do reformer Pilates together – it just gives me more energy and strength to look after the kids.”
