The 28-year-old model is set to grace the runway at the lingerie giant’s forthcoming catwalk show, which will take place in Paris, France, on December 5, and the star has admitted despite working out like “athletes” all year round, when she finally steps foot on the runway it’s the “cherry on top” and the highlight of her year.
Speaking in a video posted on VictoriasSecret.com, the blonde beauty said: “The fashion show is definitely one of the most important days of our entire year and even though we train like athletes, pretty much all year, the fashion show is the cherry on top. When I step on the runway I want to know that I did everything I possibly could to earn my place in the fashion show.”
The Swedish beauty has revealed she is a competitive person, and will always give “100 per cent every time” she works out.
Speaking about her mentality and fitness regime, she said: “I’ve always been the kind of person that competes with myself. When I’m in the gym I give 100 per cent every time, and you definitely can’t fake it.”

Jo Malone's Shot Candle inspired by a 'chance moment in New York'

OHMYGOSSIP — Jo Malone’s new Shot Candle was inspired by a “chance moment in New York”.
The 53-year-old British perfumer – who is known for her eponymous label Jo Malone London, which has since been sold to Estée Lauder – launched her new fragrance and scented candle brand Jo Loves in 2011 and marked her comeback with the release of the innovative wax creation made up of “two fragrant moments”, which she came up with after watching pop tarts being customised during a trip to New York.
Speaking about her latest creation, the creative mastermind said: “The Shot Candle concept was originally inspired by a chance moment in New York when I had the idea to create a bespoke candle that combined not one, but two fragrant moments.”
The Shot Candle allows you to select the Candle Base and a separate scented segment the Shot from an array of fragrances, including Mint Mojito, Fig Trees, Paperwhites, Charcoaled Lemons, Mango and many more, which when lit give off a medley of fresh aromas personal to you.
And Jo has revealed the process of creating the Shot Candle is to allow her customers to be involved in the creative process and to “blend your own moments and memories together”.
She explained: “It’s the first time that I’ve designed a product that invites you to become part of the creative process by blending your own moments and memories together.”
The variety of bases and additional shots are inspired by locations across the globe the blonde beauty has visited.
Speaking about the inspiration behind the Fig Tree smell, she said: “Fig has such a distinctive smell and reminds me of Capri where the scent of sun warmed figs lingers gently in the air.”
And Jo has revealed her upbringing has had a strong influence on her company and the products, as she worked in a flower shop where the stand alone store is currently situated, and where she discovered the perfumed aroma of Paperwhites flowers.
She said: “My first job was in a flower shop on Elizabeth Street and it was here I discovered and fell in love with Paperwhites. This pretty white flower, shaped like a tiny trumpet, sings with the scent of springtime.”
Jo has also created a three-layered Christmas candle especially for the festive season, which is made of Christmas Trees, Plum Pudding and Log Fires scents.

Tyra Banks started exfoliating 'at birth'

OHMYGOSSIP — Tyra Banks started exfoliating when she was born.
The 42-year-old model – who began her modelling career at the age of 15 – has admitted she regularly receives complements on her flawless skin and how young she looks, and the catwalk icon believes her youthful visage is because she began scrubbing at her skin “at birth”.
Speaking about her beauty hacks, the former ‘America’s Next Top Model’ host said: “A lot of people have told me that I look younger than I am. I really think it’s because I started exfoliating at birth.”
And the star has revealed she cleanses her face thoroughly “every night” because her mother, Carolyn London, has always advised her to get the “canvas” right so her skin doesn’t look “clumpy, lumpy, patchy and dry”.
She added: “I do it every night because I love that deep-clean feeling. My mom always told me it doesn’t matter how much make-up you wear, if the canvas isn’t right, you’re going to look clumpy, lumpy, patchy and dry.”
Tyra – who has 11-month-old son York with her partner Erik – has also revealed she swears by the Instant Gratification face masks from her eponymous cosmetics and skincare range, because it leaves her looking radiant despite having only “two hours” sleep.
The mother-of-one said: “My son is teething, so some nights I barely sleep. The next day my face will look swollen and I’ll have bags under my eyes. My trick is to use my Instant Gratification mask to illuminate and smooth my skin. Then I walk into my office, and everyone’s like, ‘You look great!’ I’m like, ‘What? I slept for two hours!'”
And Tyra has admitted she regularly experiments with wigs, but is scared her tiny tot will pull the hair piece off when he plays with it.
She told PEOPLE: “I don’t look at hair as hair. I look at it as an accessory, like a hat that you put on and take off. So I’ve been wearing a lot of wigs. My assistant thinks that my son is going to pull off my wig in public because he holds my hair like reins on a horse. I pin it on really well so it doesn’t move, but I feel like one day it might, just a little bit.”

Sienna Miller doesn't like daughter Marlowe wearing 'pink sparkly garish monstrosities'

OHMYGOSSIP — Sienna Miller doesn’t like her daughter wearing “pink sparkly garish monstrosities”.
The 34-year-old actress, who has four-year-old daughter Marlow with her former partner Tom Sturridge, has admitted her child has a “totally different idea” about fashion to her, which sees her wear rose-coloured garments, hosiery and accessories with a number of “big bows” in her hair.
Speaking about her and Marlowe’s conflicting wardrobe choices, the blonde beauty said: “We have totally different ideas about what’s a great outfit. She has an incredibly strong aesthetic. Try as I might to put her into what I like, she’s really determined to do her own thing.
“Marlowe is really obsessed with pink leggings, and socks pulled up over the top of those leggings that go to the mid-calf. And she will put anything in her hair, like big bows. Not just one – like four bows. I’m so not a fan, but hey, it’s her own thing which I love.
“Oh, personally, I’d like her to wear 1940’s-style boiled wool jumpers. Not pink sparkly garish monstrosities. But she’s expressing herself.”
However, the ‘Burnt’ star has admitted she has no say in Marlowe’s decision making process.
She explained: “I don’t have a say in what she wears at all.”
Although Sienna – who stars in the short festive film ‘The Tale of Thomas Burberry’ – has revealed she will allow her brood to wear what she likes because it’s Marlowe’s way of “asserting herself”.
The style icon said: “Children don’t always have a lot of choices, so her clothes are her way of asserting herself. And that’s wonderful.”
Meanwhile, Sienna has hinted her stomach flips by the fact fashion from the nineties and in the 2000s are coming full circle and finds it “depressing” what she used to wear is back and on trend.
Speaking about the trends to Elle.com, the fashion muse said: “Oh my god, don’t age us in that way! How can that possibly be coming back so quickly? Girls, get nostalgic for the ’90s. Not the noughties. It’s not okay. That’s deeply depressing.”

Bobbi Brown created her cosmetics brand after needing an 'edit of the essential' beauty products

OHMYGOSSIP — Bobbi Brown created her cosmetics label because she wanted an “edit of the essential” beauty products.
The 59-year-old make-up artist – who launched her eponymous beauty brand in the 90s – has admitted her inspiration behind the company, which has since been bought by Estée Lauder, because she wanted simple and uncomplicated products suitable for “everybody”.
She said: “As a young make-up artist, I realised that beauty didn’t need to be so complicated, so I set out to create products that would work for everybody. That’s why when I started my company 25 years ago, I called it Bobbi Brown Essentials. I wanted it to be an edit of the essentials that would work on everyone, no matter their skintone or style.”
And the entrepreneur believes the products in her make-up line are “timeless” because they are the “basic” items, which are an essential item to have in everyone’s make-up bag.
She explained: “I still use the same colours now. They’re timeless because they’re basics.”
Meanwhile Bobbi has revealed she “always” has an eye shadow palette, a concealer and foundation with her.
Speaking about the cosmetics she can’t live without, she said: “In my make-up bag I always have an eye palette called Bobbi’s Browns. Then I’ve got a corrector and concealer for under the eyes and two of my serum foundations.
“Make-up should be very simple, this is the core stuff that you need. Anything else is superfluous.”
And Bobbi believes there are a “few fundamental skills” in beauty, which have sadly been “forgotten”.
She explained: “There are a few fundamental skills every woman should know that have been forgotten in this age of mum make-up; how to brighten the eyes, apply blush, conceal imperfections and enhance the eyes.”
Meanwhile, the businesswoman has admitted she “never” contours her face, and is “100 per cent against” the make-up trend.
She said: “I never contour. I’m 100 per cent against it.
“Contouring tells a woman something’s wrong with their face.”

Khloé Kardashian advises women to carry 'purse-size' beauty packs to sleepovers

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloé Kardashian has advised all women to carry “purse-size” beauty packs with them at all times.
The 32-year-old ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star believes all girlfriends should have essential toiletries and cosmetic products with them in case they spend the night at “a new guy’s house”, and has revealed toothpaste and deodorant are “absolute necessities”, whilst a “travel size face wash” and moisturiser are also vital.
Speaking about her make-up must haves on her website khloewithak.com, Khloé – who has been in an on and off relationship with Tristan Thompson – wrote: “If you’re planning on spending the night at your boyfriend’s (or girlfriend’s) place you gotta be prepared, honey! There are some items I think you always need! Whether you’ve been dating your boo for a while and have a shelf in his bathroom or are going to a new guy’s house for a movie night that may turn into more.
“If I’m spending the night at a guy’s place, a toothbrush, toothpaste and deodorant are absolute necessities in my make-up bag. Being smelly is just not an option! I also carry a travel-size face wash, moisturizer and Summer’s Eve wipes. I think every girl should carry the purse-size packs in their bag, even for after the gym!”
And the former ‘Kocktails with Khloé’ host believes removing your cosmetic products prior to going to sleep is a “totally personal thing”, although she prefers to cover up any blemishes with concealer, and also wears eyebrow pencil and mascara when she enjoys an adult “sleepover” because she doesn’t want to “shock” anyone.
She explained: “I think whether or not you take off your make-up when sleeping over at your man’s place is a totally personal thing. It depends on your comfort level and how long you’ve known the guy. I’ll typically wash my face but still spot treat with concealer, use a little eyebrow pencil and mascara. There’s no shame in getting all glammed up for a date but I wouldn’t want to shock anyone too soon by taking everything off.”

She said: “I think being a little bit nervous about an outfit isn’t that bad.
“If you’re really excited about it then it makes it less scary and hopefully that’s what makes statements in the end.”
However, the star has revealed she doesn’t necessarily feel “comfortable” wearing something, which enticed her at first.
She explained: “Something that were to make me very excited to see on the rack doesn’t mean that I’m right away comfortable about when I put it on. But I think that the excitement kind of inspires you and they kind of work together.”

Twiggy's eyes blew up after using aromatherapy oils

OHMYGOSSIP — Twiggy’s eyes swell up when she uses aromatherapy oils on her face.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, the blonde-haired star said: “A make-up artist used a product on me that contained aromatherapy oils.
“I can use them on my body no problem, but it made my eyes swell up.
“It was not a good look.”
Twiggy – whose real name is Lesley Lawson – has revealed she never used to have her own beauty stylist when she began her modelling career as a teenager and was left to perfect her own make-up when she was doing shoots.
And the fashion muse – who has recently starred in campaigns for Marks and Spencer – cannot drop the habit of applying cosmetic products herself, and “still” applies her own eye make-up.
She explained: “We didn’t have make-up artists in the sixties so I always did my own eyes. So even when I work with a make-up artist I still always do my eyes.”
However, Twiggy believes she is not high maintenance and she has gone days without sneaking a quick glance of herself in the mirror and brushing her golden locks.
She said: “You couldn’t call me high maintenance. Sometimes when I’m at home I don’t even look in the mirror for days, not event to brush my hair. Obviously if I’m going out I look and then I might panic and go, ‘My eyebrow, I haven’t plucked those for three days!'”
Meanwhile, Twiggy has revealed she doesn’t “believe” in diets.
She said: “I don’t believe in diets. I used to eat like a horse most of the time, like you do when you’re when 17.
“Now I am very into healthy eating and love cooking.
“We all have weeks when we eat too much. Bread is my downfall and I could eat a whole sourdough loaf with butter, but you just have to be kind to yourself and get back on track.”

Tom Ford felt he had 'no voice' when he quit Gucci

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Ford felt he had “no voice” when he quit Gucci.
The 55-year-old fashion designer, who was named the creative designer of the luxury fashion house in 1994 after being part of the creative team four years prior, has admitted he “never” thought he would leave the business ten years later in 2004.
Speaking to PEOPLE about his time at the designer brand, Tom – who launched his eponymous label in 2004 – said: “I did take my own aesthetic and craft it on to the house of Gucci, and when I left Gucci I took it with me.
“Well everyone was fired except from me. I was still there. I kept my head up and tried to take charge, which is my character and personality. But I worked with Maurizio Gucci for a period of time until 1992, I became design director and in 1994 I became creative director
“I ultimately became creative director of the Gucci group. I was doing about 16 collections a year. And I literally was burning out.
“It was incredibly hard to leave Gucci, for both me and my business partner. We were lucky enough because we were a public company, we took the company public to operate as though it was our company, and it was, and we delivered very well for the shareholders. We had complete autonomy, so I never thought I would leave Gucci.
“As a fashion designer I was free to create what was right, it was quite devastating.
“I had such a great voice in contemporary culture, and if you’re someone who likes to express themselves that is very powerful and valuable, and I felt like I had no voice.”
And the fashion mogul has revealed he was “happy” his departure from fashion would allow him to make movies.
He explained: “All of a sudden at aged 43, I decided to retire from fashion and I decided to start making movies, that part was happy, I opened this office and moved to Los Angeles more permanently. So, the idea of escaping fashion and making films was great, it was something I wanted to do for a long time – the making films part.”
However, the ‘Nocturnal Animals’ filmmaker has revealed he wasn’t “prepared” to go from having a super busy schedule being at the helm of the fashion industry to having a “blank” diary once he left, and felt he had “no identity”.
He said: “I wasn’t prepared for what it felt like when you had a crowded calendar and life and identity and that kind of is wiped away. And I had blank pages on my calendar and it took me much longer to find a film project that spoke to me, and in that time I was drinking a lot, which I had started previously. It was very very hard.
“I think anyone who has a career … when that disappears you don’t know who you are. I didn’t. Who am I? What is my identity? I don’t know who I was and who I was supposed to be. I had no identity. When you’ve worked so hard and all of a sudden you have nothing to do but play tennis and golf it was very strange.”

Bobbi Brown tried to 'emulate' her mother's beauty look when she was younger

OHMYGOSSIP — Bobbi Brown tried to “emulate” her mother’s beauty look when she was younger.
The 59-year-old American beauty artist – who launched her cosmetics company in the 90s – has revealed her “earliest beauty memory” was watching her parent pamper herself prior to an evening out, which helped Bobbi to learn “the basics and then some” about make-up.
The beauty mogul told Stylist magazine: “My earliest beauty memory is watching my mom put on her make-up on a Saturday night in the sixties. From her I learned the basics and then some.
“She went out every weekend with my dad. She had this big bouffant hair, it looked like cotton candy. That was the style then. She’d do her make-up in her bra and underwear; she had on false eyelashes and high heels, but no clothes yet because she didn’t want to ruin her outfit. She’d have a cigarette hanging out the side of her mouth while looking into the mirror and lining her eyes. Then she’d take an ebony pencil and do her eyebrows too, before using a bronzer stick on her cheeks and making her lips the palest colour. All very glamorous.
“When I started to wear make-up I tried to emulate my mom’s look.”
However, the brunette beauty has revealed her mother’s style didn’t suit her and she was forced to come up with her own rules.
She explained: “But it didn’t work on me because I wasn’t that glamorous, so I had to make up my own rules.”
And Bobbi has revealed she has designed her products in her beauty brand to make women’s beauty routines “a little bit easier”.
She said: “My make-up is created with women in mind. And contrary to modern techniques it doesn’t have to be complicated. I make it so that women’s lives are a little bit brighter and with a few basic skills – a little bit easier.”
