Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to launch fitnesswear

OHMYGOSSIP — Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is set to launch a sportswear range next month.
The 29-year-old model has worked with Marks & Spencer – also known as M&S – since 2013 on sexy lingerie and slinky nightwear and she’s now decided to expand her collection by designing workout clothes that will drop in store and online in January.
Taking to her Instagram on Wednesday (07.12.16) night, the blonde bombshell uploaded a photograph of her new black leggings and matching crop top alongside the caption: Super duper excited for the new #RosieForAutograph active collection to launch this January!! Here’s an early peak of whats to come! (sic).”
Rosie – who also has a beauty line with the high street giant – has put together a 14-piece range comprised of garments suitable for technical and high intensity workouts.
Although the line, which is priced between £22.50 and £65, is to be worn by women aiming to work up a sweat, Rosie designed it “with femininity in mind.”
And the actress – who is an advocate for health and well-being – wanted to make sure she had something for every woman so has created it in sizes 6 to 22 and 40 A-G cup.
News that the ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ star has decided to branch out into the fitness sphere won’t come as too much of a shock to fans as she’s always been willing to open up on her diet and gym regime.
She said recently: “I miss a lot of things. I miss a glass of wine, I miss my cheese plates, and I miss my croissants. But interestingly you can still eat so beautifully and so wholesome and you can really be still so satisfied through healthier choices. It’s just switching your mindset a little bit and it takes a couple of weeks to kind of adjust.
“It’s been really tough, it is, there’s no doubt in my mind that once you start to see and feel results, it’s really been transformative for me. I can feel it in my skin, I can feel it in my body, I feel lean right now, and I feel strong and I feel energised.
“Once you change some things in your diet and you remove certain things you’re going to see a difference in your skin and a difference in your well-being.”

Khloé Kardashian needs a 'beauty village' to style her

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloé Kardashian needs the help of an entire “village” to get ready.
The 32-year-old ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star has thanked her beauty and style team for their assistance on her January issue of the GQ Germany photoshoot, and has hinted she needed a large group of beauty experts on board to help her look glamorous in the pictures.
Alongside a picture of her from the shoot sporting a skimpy black body suit as she perches on the bonnet of a car, which she has shared to her Instagram account, she wrote: “We had such an incredible time on my @gq_germany shoot! @monicarosestyle you always make me feel like a rock star. I can’t thank you enough for believing in me at times more than I believe in myself! @joycebonelli and @justinemarjan you two are my sanity (strangely enough!) it takes a village guys! I am forever thankful to my beauty village!! (sic).”
And the ‘Strong Looks Better Naked’ author has revealed she feels lucky she is fortunate enough to work and “constantly be surrounded” by talented people “every single day”, especially photographer Mike Rosenthal who “always” takes the “best” photographs of the blonde beauty.
She explained: “I really don’t know what I did in my life to constantly be surrounded by such beautiful and talented people every single day! I’m blessed to call you all my friends!! @mrmikerosenthal your talent and vision always amazes me!! How can someone be so kind, considerate, patient, creative and still have talent seeping out of his pores! We always create the best shoots when we are together because you make everybody feel so comfortable in front of your camera! Love you Mike(sic).”
Meanwhile, the television personality – who is currently enjoying a romance with basketball player Tristan Thompson, 25, – has admitted she enjoys discovering her “individual identity” when she’s single.

Cate Blanchett is 'relishing' wearing winter footwear

OHMYGOSSIP — Cate Blanchett has been “relishing” her footwear.
The 47-year-old actress has admitted shoes are her current fashion obsession, and the one wardrobe staple she is “all about” this season, whether it is a pair of heeled sparkly stilettos, a flat pump, or a sporty trainer.
Speaking to Vogue.com, about her favourite trend, the golden haired beauty said: “It’s all about shoes for me in winter.
“I’ve been relishing my footwear.”
And the ‘Carol’ star has revealed there are two pairs of shoes she owns, which she credits as her ultimate must-haves at the moment.
She explained: “[One is a] Roger Vivier semi-sneaker look that is completely sparkly.
“[The other] a patent leather sort of brown-y aubergine [flat shoe from] AGL. They’re amazing.”
And Cate has revealed she has noticed she has started to wear feminine dresses “less and less and less”, as she prefers to opt for the androgynous style to adorn a tailored suit instead.
She said: “I’m wearing dresses less and less and less I’ve always loved a well-made suit.”
Cate – who has sons Ignatius, eight, Roman, 12, and Dashiell, 15, as well as adopted daughter Edith, with her husband Andrew Upton – has revealed she prefers “divesting” in her wardrobe instead of investing, and will often trade clothes with her friends.
She said: “I’m all about divesting. Trading, swapping, coveting friends’ wardrobes.”
And the Australian star has admitted her borrowing tactics has seen her bag a “really great” denim jacket.
Speaking about the item, she said: “I got a really great denim jacket. I’m loving the double denim.”
However, Cate has also given away some of her beauty products, and has admitted she once gave away her perfume to a taxi driver when the man complimented her on her fragrance.
Speaking previously about her generous trade, she said: “A cabbie once asked me what fragrance I was wearing, because it was his girlfriend’s birthday. And I was so touched that I gave him the bottle. It was actually a very exclusive Armani Prive scent and I didn’t have another one, but I had to give it to him because I thought he would never find it.”

The 35-year-old American fashion designer – who launched House of Harlow 1960 in 2009 – has admitted she is a big fan of the basic staple and considers the high-neck top a must-have garment to layer dresses or jumpsuits over for the winter months.
Speaking to Vogue.com about her wardrobe essentials, the blonde beauty said: “I like the turtleneck style and then I just layer summer dresses or even jumpsuits on top.”
And the former ‘Simple Life’ star – who was legally adopted by the ‘Hello’ hitmaker Lionel Richie and his former partner Brenda Harvey when Nicole was nine years old – has revealed she loves to “pull together my inspiration and favourite looks” in one place to help her fans with fashion advice and styling tips.
She explained: “I like being able to pull together my inspiration and favourite looks all in one place for anyone who wants to replicate myself.”
However, Nicole has admitted she doesn’t “expect” people to be dressed “head-to-toe” in items from her label .
Speaking previously about the fashion house, Nicole said: “I design every piece thinking about what exists in people’s closets already.
“This is 2016, I don’t expect people to wear my brand head to toe. So I love giving girls options layering options – many different pieces they can layer with pieces that they already have.”
And the television personality – who has eight-year-old daughter Harlow and seven-year-old son Sparrow with her husband Joel Madden – has revealed the inspiration behind her designs was comfort, because she “loves” wearing clothes she can move freely in.

Felicity Jones stole 'uncool' brown boots from film set

OHMYGOSSIP — Felicity Jones took a pair of “uncool” brown lace up boots from ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ set.
The 33-year-old actress has revealed she helped herself to her character Jyn Erso’s boots once she had finished filming the science fiction production, because she had had her eye on them for “quite a long time”.
Speaking about the piece of memorabilia she stole from the film’s fashion cupboard to the Metro newspaper, the brunette beauty said: “I took Jyn’s boots. They were these really nice brown lace-ups I’d had my eye on for quite a long time. I did ask permission.”
Although the ‘The Theory of Everything’ star has admitted she took a liking to the item of footwear, she has revealed she had to make some alterations to the shoes to suit her style.
She explained: “Though they had these uncool Velcro straps on that I quickly took off, because in ‘Star Wars’ you can’t have buttons or zips or laces. There are a lot of idiosyncratic rules like that, if you look, all the ‘Star Wars’ costumes wrap around or have these other ingenious ways of staying on you without using buttons.”
Meanwhile, Felicity has revealed she was thrilled she was cast as the lead female role in the hotly anticipated film as she believes it is a genre, which is “traditionally dominated by men”.
Speaking previously, she said: “Jyn is a fantastic woman … I saw her as being tough and decisive and I tried to capture that attitude and portray her as an extraordinary heroine. We rarely see a woman like this in film …
“It’s important and exciting that this genre, which is traditionally dominated by men, is now featuring a woman in a central role. I spent hours practicing for the fight scenes. I even had to learn kung fu with my own coach, and I would work for hours every day learning the moves.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sofia Richie’s appearance on the Chanel runway was “an amazing experience”.
The 18-year-old model – who is the daughter of ‘Hello’ hitmaker Lionel Richie and his former partner Diana – has revealed starring in the Chanel’s Métiers d’Art Paris Cosmopolite show, which took place at The Ritz in Paris, France, on Tuesday (06.12.16), was “a dream”.
The blonde haired beauty shared a picture of her adorning a black patterned jacket with buckle detail, marl trousers and a black and white headpiece, whilst strutting through the luxury hotel, on her Instagram account.
She captioned the post: “Was such an amazing experience walking for @chanelofficial. Thank you @karlagerfeld and the whole Chanel team for being so amazing. WHAT A DREAM AH (sic).”
And Sofia – who was announced as the face of PrettyLittleThing.com and stars in the Michael Kors holiday accessories campaign – was accompanied by Pharrell Williams, Cara Delevingne, Lottie Moss and Lily-Rose Depp who also appeared on the catwalk.
The ‘Paper Towns’ actress – who has regularly appeared in Karl Lagerfeld’s fashion shows – took to her social media to share a picture of her pulling a funny face next to the ‘Happy’ hitmaker backstage.
She captioned the upload: “The names Delevingne, Iguana Delevingne. So nice to see you big bro @pharrell @chanelofficial@i_am_other #embraceyourweirdness (sic).”
The 43-year-old singer also shared the same photograph, which he captioned: “Backstage with Iguana Delevingne @chanelofficial (sic).”
And Pharrell has thanked the French fashion house for inviting him to model for their brand.
Alongside a clip of him swerving through the audience during his runway appearance, whilst wearing a pair of black trousers, black top with a printed long smart jacket and a cluster of long pearls draped around his neck, he wrote: “Thank you @chanelofficial#ParisCosmopolite (sic).”
And Lily-Rose – who was announced as the face of the designer brands signature scent No. 5 L’eau earlier this year – has admitted she was honoured to be a part of the fashion extravaganza.

Zac Posen is 'excited' for new shoe collections 'journey'

OHMYGOSSIP — Zac Posen was “excited” for his new shoe collections “journey”.
The 36-year-old fashion designer has admitted he is eager to see his “new shoe collection journey” and his capsule evolve over time, and he has revealed he couldn’t wait to unveil his Pre-Fall 2017 shoe collection on Tuesday (06.12.16).
The ‘Project Runway’ host shared the news on social media with a picture of him surrounded by a variety of footwear.
He captioned the Instagram post: “Getting excited the beginning of my new shoe collection journey!#ZacPosenShoes (sic).”
And the star shared a video of his new creations, which were exhibited.

However, Zac has hinted the big unveil was a very hectic day, but a successful one.

Meanwhile, the creative mastermind would “love” to design a sportswear line, because he likes the way workout garments shape the body.
Speaking previously about his future aspirations, he said: “I love athleisure. I would be very interested in doing an athleisure line because I like the ergonomic lines on the body and how they’re cut, and I think it would really work well in jerseys and yoga gear and workout gear, men’s and women’s.”
However, the fashion mogul – who was named the Creative Director of the long standing men’s clothier Brooks Brothers in 2014 to modernize the brand and evolve their womenswear collection – has revealed he has not worn trainers for 15 years around New York, and will only don a pair of trainers when he is in the countryside.
He explained: “No sneakers in the workplace. On the train its fine you can have a working girl moment.
“I have sweatpants that I wear, I wear t-shirts in my own world. I do have a pair of sneakers I wear in the countryside, not for fifteen years have I worn them in New York city.”

The blonde beauty – who graced the Saint Laurent runway for their Spring/Summer 2016 fashion show – has been announced as the new ambassador of the designer brands make-up range, and the star has admitted she is filled with “pride” with the “crazy good news” she will be representing the “legendary brand”.
Alongside a picture of the catwalk icon in black and white, which has been shared on her Instagram account, she wrote: “Life is really crazy….this year especially has been filled with so much bad news but so much crazy good news as well. On the lighter side of this year, it is with pride i announce that i am the new makeup ambassador of the legendary brand @yslbeauty (sic).”
And Staz has revealed she has always held an interest in beauty and has worn lipstick ever since she was a child, and has described her ambassadorial role as a “dream come true.”
She added: “Ive worn lipstick since i was literally a child…this job is a dream come true. Thank you #yslbeauty (sic).”
And the longstanding company had been teasing the news prior to the big unveil, which saw them post a string of cropped pictures of their new representative to their social media account.

David Beckham believes Ralph Lauren is 'incredible'

OHMYGOSSIP — David Beckham believes Ralph Lauren is an “incredible” designer.
The 41-year-old former England football captain presented the 77-year-old creative mastermind with the Outstanding Achievement in Fashion award at The Fashion Awards 2016, which took place at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Monday (05.12.16), and the sporting icon has credited Ralph for his successful career and for being “an amazing person and a dedicated family man”.
David – who has children Brooklyn, 17, Romeo, 14, Cruz, 11 and five-year-old daughter Harper with his wife Victoria Beckham – shared a black and white picture of him with the entrepreneur from the star studded bash to his Instagram account on Tuesday (06.12.16).
And the light-haired hunk captioned the post: “Special night presenting the Iconic Ralph Lauren with the British Fashion Council’s Outstanding Achievement Award. What he has achieved is incredible, more importantly he’s an amazing person and a dedicated family man (sic).”
And Ralph – who launched his debut clothing line Polo in 1968 – has previously been praised as an “exemplary designer and businessman” by the chairman of the British Fashion Council (BFC), Dame Natalie Massenet because he has built an “outstanding legacy”.

OHMYGOSSIP — Gigi Hadid was “Donatella’s Ice Princess” at The Fashion Awards 2016.
The 21-year-old model, who was crowned the International model at the star studded annual event, which took place at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Monday (05.12.16), dressed in a pale blue Versace jumpsuit, believes her chic ensemble made her look like a snow Queen.
Speaking in a clip with fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier prior to receiving her gong at fashion extravaganza, the blonde beauty – who was presented the accolade by the current Vice President of the Italian luxury brand Versus Versace – said: “I am amazing. I am freezing. I am Donatella’s Ice Princess tonight, right?”
And the 64-year-old creative mastermind has admitted he took on the role of the crystal inspector at the event last night, which was in partnership with the jewellery brand Swarovski, and has credited the catwalk icon as a crystal.
He said: “I am the inspector of crystal.
“You are a crystal yourself.”

The 42-year-old supermodel – who was scouted at the age of 14 years old and has since boasted a career spanning almost three decades at the helm of the fashion business – has credited all models and notable figures in the industry as hard working people.
Speaking at The Fashion Awards, which took place at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Monday (05.12.16), the blonde beauty said: “We have to live together, work together, we want to have fun at the same time.
“We are workaholics, so if you work all the time we want to have fun.”
And the 62-year-old Peruvian photographer Mario Testino – who attended the star studded annual bash with the catwalk icon – has described him and other creative people as “working class”.
He added: “We are working class.”
Mario has credited the fashion industry as a “fabulous business”.
He said: “Business is what maintains us, for starters, and it’s a fabulous business to work in.”
To which Kate added: “It is fun.”
Meanwhile, the style muse – who has starred in campaigns for designer brands including Burberry, Roberto Cavalli and Yves Saint Laurent – believes you “need a lot of patience” and be willing to stay later than the working hours to be a successful model.
Speaking previously, she said: “You need a lot of patience because it takes a long time to get pictures sometimes. You have to sit and let hair and make-up do what they want for hours and hours sometimes.
“You’ve got to work and make sure that when you go to that shoot, you’re going to walk away and they’re going to want to book you again because you’ve wiped the floor with everyone else.
“You’ve got to be careful. One dodgy one – it’s like that thing actors say, ‘You’re only as good as your last film.’ It’s the same in fashion.

David Gandy: Britain has the best models in the world

OHMYGOSSIP — David Gandy believes Britain has the “best models in the world”. The 36-year-old model – who is the face of the luxury designer brand Dolce and Gabbana – has admitted “from a model point of view” he thinks his home country has “always” produced the most formidable catwalk icons in history over the decades because the British Fashion Council (BFC) is “one of the best” across the globe.

Speaking to the Mail Online at this year’s The Fashion Awards, which took place at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Monday (05.12.16), the dark-haired hunk – who is the ambassador for the London College of Fashion (LCF) Men’s Fashion Week – said: “I am the ambassador for LCF Men’s Fashion Week, which we have in January and June.

“From a model point of view, we have the best models in the world. But we do, and we always have. But for a long, long time, from fifties, sixties, we really have set the pace and set the trends for the rest of the world and we are going to continue doing that because we still have the best schools and we are one of the best Fashion Council’s out there.”

However, the style icon – who began designing for the longstanding retailer Marks and Spencer’s men’s underwear collection in 2014 – has described Britain as a modest country with a “very stiff upper lip”, and has hinted the nation doesn’t brag about their talent enough. He said: “The British have a very stiff upper lip, we don’t shout about enough.”

And David isn’t shy to praise the fashion industry, as he has recognised women’s fashion is “absolutely huge”, although he thinks menswear is “outgrowing” womenswear for “the first time”. He explained: “Men’s is outgrowing women’s for the first time, and women’s fashion is absolutely huge now.”

Lady Gaga's Victoria's Secret headpiece contains 50,000 Swarovski crystals

OHMYGOSSIP — Lady Gaga’s headpiece contained almost 50,000 Swarovski crystals.
The 30-year-old singer songwriter – who performed during this year’s annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which took place in the Grand Palais in Paris, France, on Wednesday (30.11.16) – adorned five showstopping garments, but the black cowboy-style hat with beaded detail was emblazoned with 47,000 gems.
According to WWD, the ‘Bad Romance’ hitmaker recruited the American hat shop Gladys Tamez Millinery and a team of 10 people to create the statement accessory, which took the creative masterminds 300 hours to make.
However, this wasn’t the first time the blonde beauty wore a garment from the store, as last month she adorned a white tailored suit, which she paired with a matching hat for the American Music Awards.
Gaga had a number of costume changes during the show, including a sequinned jumpsuit, worn with and without sleeves, as well as teamed with a white leather jacket, and a black and red long dress, which was teamed with her very own angel wings, but has hinted her finale ensemble was the most raunchy.
The musician, who donned a stunning Azzedine Alaia sheer lace crop top and trousers set at the end of the lingerie show, has admitted her last outfit made her feel like an “affair”.
Alongside a photo of her on Instagram wearing the garment, she wrote: “A dress by @azzedinealaiaofficial worn for #vsfashionshow. Exquisite this piece, an affair really. Feels amazing in the City of Love in a dress made with so much of it.(sic)”
The designer also created the gown she wore on the Pink Carpet ahead of the show, and Gaga was very grateful for his support.
Alongside another image, she wrote: “Thank Monsieur ALAIA @azzedinealaiaofficial for my perfect Pink Carpet #vsfashionshow and Finale dress! I will always be grateful for not only your talent and generosity, but your simply stunning heart. there’s only one ALAIA (sic)”

Elizabeth Hurley's mask will be sold to charity

OHMYGOSSIP — Elizabeth Hurley’s Animal Ball mask is set to be sold to charity.
The 51-year-old actress wore a golden Georgia Hardinge Macaw head piece, accompanied with a stunning blue gown, to the Animal Ball event in London, which saw a number of dinners take place across the capital last month prior to the ball at Victoria House in London’s Bloomsbury, and the extravagant item will soon be available to purchase for £400.
Vero – the Animal Ball’s social media partner – will sell the head piece alongside 11 other accessories, which depict a variety of endangered species, including the gorilla pop mask worn by model Lily Cole, the Ganesha elephant mask sported by Ellie Goulding, Princess Eugenie and Matthew Williamson’s self made butterfly mask, as well as Charlotte Tilbury’s showstopping peacock mask.
The organisation will see 100 per cent of the profits be donated to the Elephant Family charity, who protect endangered animals across the globe.
Other popular masks for sale from the charity event are the Stripe a Pose Zebra mask by Philip Treacy, the Himalayan monal bird mask, the fashion mogul Jimmy Choo’s oaxaca hummingbird piece and the turtle mask by Alice Temperley.
And the organisation have revealed they are “thrilled” they are able to give those who couldn’t attend the star studded event, to still purchase and feel a part of the occasion by purchasing a mask and keeping it as a “momento”.
Speaking about the fundraising, Ruth Powys – who is the CEO of the Elephant Family – said: “Vero has been the perfect social media partner as it’s allowed us to communicate privately with our patrons and ambassadors, as well as publicly with our supporters via a single app.

Jean Paul Gaultier's dream outfit is 'one crystal on each nipple'

OHMYGOSSIP — Jean Paul Gaultier’s dream outfit would be “one crystal on each nipple”.
The 64-year-old fashion designer – who launched his debut fashion range in 1976 – has admitted his dream red carpet ensemble would be to be completely nude with only two gems covering his bare chest.
Speaking in a clip ahead of The Fashion Awards 2016, which will take place on Monday (05.12.16) at London’s Royal Albert Hall and will see Jean present at the star studded bash, he said: “I am Jean Paul Gaultier – fashion designer.
“Maybe myself, only one crystal on each nipple, good idea, isn’t it?”
This news comes as no surprise, as the fashion and beauty mogul has described himself as “spontaneous”.
When asked to pinpoint his qualities in three words, he said: “Sincere, honest and spontaneous.”
And the entrepreneur – who stopped his ready-to-wear clothing lines in 2014 to focus on accessories and his beauty lines – is nervous he won’t complete his show-stopping suit prior to the event this evening, which is in partner with the luxury jewellery brand Swarovski.
He explained: “My outfit is the most important thing I am thinking about. I hope I will find the days enough to finish it.”
And Jean has revealed the three essential pieces of clothing are a corset, a t-shirt and something a little more glamorous, which is laden in Swarovski crystals.
Speaking about the wardrobe must-haves, he said: “One corset, second a striped t-shirt, and something completely in Swarovski.”
The creative mastermind believes the key to a successful career is to be “confident” and just “go go go” when you put your mind to something.
Speaking about his motto, he said: “Be confident in yourself. When you love something, go go go.”
And Jean believes the key to gracing the runway is to remember you are walking “for fashion” and to smile.
He said: “To walk try not to fall, you are walking for fashion, to have to have that in your mind and smile.”
Meanwhile, Jean has admitted the one person he would love to style would be the Queen of England.
He said: “If I was the King of England, I would love to dress the Queen all in crystals.”
