OHMYGOSSIP — Jodie Marsh says her farm was raided by the RSPCA after she took a meerkat to the pub.
The ex ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ star had her £1 million critter sanctuary, Fripps Farm – which boasts 250 animals like llamas, goats and ponies – visited by animal welfare officers because she had to take Mabel the meerkat to the boozer with her and is convinced is because of a “troll” on the warpath against her.
The 44-year-old former glamour model told the Sun newspaper: “They looked over the centre and asked about the meerkat incident.
“I explained she had been orphaned, I was rearing her and she needed regular feeding every hour.
“I went to my local pub briefly and took her because she cried if I left her.
“No one made a fuss or complained. Everyone is very supportive but I have a troll who is out to cause trouble.”
Jodie – who funds her venture via her saucy snaps on OnlyFans – detailed the “toll” the onslaught of attacks were taking on her and her business opportunities.
She said: “One of our vets wrote to say how well we look and care for our animals and birds — and gave us their full support.
“But this campaign against me is taking its toll. I have been forced to pull out of a vegan festival in Oxford this summer because of threats.”
According to their website, the ex Page Three girl has a “special bond” with all the animals saved from the threat of being put down or eaten.
It reads: “Jodie gives a loving home to animals that are either unwanted or in danger of being put to sleep/slaughtered. With the correct nutrition, care and expertise Jodie has also brought sick or injured animals back from the brink of death. Followers of the farm can clearly see how loved the animals are and how special Jodie’s bond is with them. Take a look for yourself; particular favourites are Mabel who cleans Jodie’s teeth and Tinkerbell the puppy/foal. All animals welcome at Fripps Farm.”
