OHMYGOSSIP — Luca Bish’s family have hit back at trolls after he was attacked online over an argument with Gemma Owen in Tuesday night’s (26.07.22) ‘Love Island’.
The 23-year-old fishmonger has been battered on social media after he took issue with the international dressage rider’s saucy performance during a Mile High Club challenge, with the 19-year-old Islander accusing him of being in a “mood”.
But Luca’s family hit back on his Instagram account, insisting he hadn’t done “wrong”.
A post on his Instagram Stories reads: “9/10 weeks of no contact with any family and friends. It’s a crazy intense environment where emotions are heightened. Learning to have disagreements and resolve them it is part of all successful relationships. Society preaches for men to not bottle things up and to open up??? So proud of how vulnerable and in touch with his emotions he’s been. Nothing but real [heart emoji]
“First to admit if he’s being a little f***, but really don’t feel he’s wrong here at all
“Would do anything to hug him (sic)”
However, later in the episode Luca and Gemma made amends in a clip where he held her hand at the fire pit and the pair both smiled.
The footage was shared on his Instagram and a post read: “Luca has always been taught to never go to sleep on an argument. That’s true love right there [heart emoji]”
‘Love Island’ airs at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox. The dating reality show can be seen in Ireland on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Player.
