OHMYGOSSIP — Adam Collard is returning to the ‘Love Island’ villa.
The 26-year-old personal trainer appeared in the 2018 series of the show, and he’s now looking for love once again.
Speaking about his return, Adam admitted: “I’m going to ruffle feathers when I go in.”
Adam is the first contestant to ever return to the show, having previously dated his ‘Love Island’ co-star Zara McDermott.
The reality star is now determined to find a lasting romance this time around.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Adam genuinely wants to see if he can find love.
“He and Zara dated for eight months after leaving the villa and while that didn’t work out, he trusts the process.
“For this year’s Islanders, the whole concept will be totally mind-blowing – not only is Adam gorgeous but he knows how the show works – if any of the girls really are in there for money and fame not love, Adam will suss them out.
“This is going to cause fireworks.”
Adam’s arrival in the ‘Love Island’ villa was revealed after it was confirmed that Jay Younger, Chyna Mills, Dami Hope and Summer Botwe were all facing the prospect of being dumped from the show after losing a public vote.
Meanwhile, Adam previously denied the suggestion he was playing a game in the ‘Love Island’ villa in 2018.
The personal trainer was determined to enjoy himself on the show and he described meeting Zara as a “massive bonus”.
He explained: “I just wanted to go in and share the experience and see who I met and meet new people. If I found someone, it was a massive bonus.”
‘Love Island’ airs at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox.
The dating reality show can be seen in Ireland on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Player.
