Tamsin Egerton was ‘peed over’ on set
OHMYGOSSIP — Tamsin Egerton has confessed she was covered in urine while shooting the new romantic comedy ‘Love, Rosie’ after a baby she was filming with began peeing on her on set.
The 25-year-old actress – who stars in the new romantic comedy alongside Lily Collins, Sam Claflin and Suki Waterhouse – confessed she was forced to shoot scenes for the movie covered in urine after a baby she was filming with began peeing on her on set.
Speaking at the world premiere of the film at the Odeon cinema in London’s Leicester Square last night (06.10.14), she said: “I have a baby in the film in a bath on my own and we used a newborn. During a take he started peeing all over me, so I was there acting with warm baby urine all over me, which was really, really fun!”
In spite of the unfortunate incident, the blonde beauty thoroughly enjoyed filming the new picture and spent a lot of time with her co-stars on and off the Dublin-based set.
The film’s director, Christian Ditter, even encouraged the cast mates to joke around during filming as it made the atmosphere of the movie “buoyant” and “fun”.
She said: “It was great because we are all so young and we got on incredibly well. There was a lot of joking around, a lot of silliness and a lot of one-liners from people.
“If we were getting on, [Christian] just liked the free movement of it. What makes the film comedic is the spontaneity. I think once you’ve done [a scene] too many times it loses its charm and I think Christian knew that, so he kept everyone buoyant, fun and used things that happened in the moment.”
