OHMYGOSSIP — Stephanie Waring has joked she “can’t believe” she made it to six months in a relationship.
The ‘Hollyoaks’ star celebrated the milestone with her boyfriend Tom Thornton Brookes over the weekend, after they met online earlier this year when the 42-year-old actress sent him a friend request on Facebook.
She wrote on Instagram: “Wow, I can’t believe I have made it to 6 months in a relationship!!! (sic)”
Steph – who plays Cindy Cunningham in the Channel 4 soap – has gushed over her boyfriend, admitting he makes her feel “so unbelievably loved”.
She added: “Now for the soppy bit… overt your eyes and scroll to the next instagram post if you wish.
“@tomtbrookes since you slid into my dm’s on Facebook (true story) Ok ok, I sent you a friend request first but the rest was all you. And since our first date where we literally did not stop talking for hours, You have never once failed to make me feel so unbelievably loved by another person. You make me cry with laughter mainly at your expense and more often than not at the most inappropriate times. I’ve called you a dick more than I have your own name and I love that we share a humour and honesty. I’ve never been happier than I am when I’m with you. Happy 6 months but feels like 6 year’s anniversary!!! (sic)”
However, the 43-year-old actress – who has daughters Mia, 16, and Lexi, 11, from previous relationships – joked she will write a book on failed relationships if her romance didn’t last.
She added: “If this post is deleted in the next 6 months then it didn’t work out,love is b******* and I will finish my book Relationships and how to Ruin them! (sic)”
