OHMYGOSSIP — Louisa Lytton is “sure” her unborn baby will have a key role to play on her wedding day.
The ‘EastEnders’ actress – who is engaged to Ben Bhanvra – had to delay her nuptials after she got pregnant, and now they are looking to tie the knot once they’ve welcomed their bundle of joy into the world.
She told OK! magazine: “I’m sure that we’ll have the baby as flower girl or page boy.
“I’m not sure if they’ll be obviously walking by then and be able to walk down the aisle or not but we’ll see.”
The soap star – who plays Ruby Allen in the BBC show – revealed how her co-stars Lacey Turner (Stacey Slater) and James Bye (Martin Fowler) were the first of her cast mates she told about her pregnancy.
She added: “I told James and Lacey. I had to tell them. You almost see them more than you see your own partner!
“I also told them to explain the constant going to the toilet, the constant eating and there were a few times I had to run off set. I started showing really early. They’ve been amazing ever since they found out and were so excited.
“I’d spoken to Lacey beforehand about wanting to have a baby. James has really looked after me and he has three kids of his own. I’m so grateful to have been working with him during this time.”
The loved-up couple had already cancelled their wedding twice due to the COVID-19 pandemic, before ditching their plans a third time to focus on their baby.
Louisa previously said: “Basically I said to Ben, let’s start trying, it doesn’t look like the wedding’s happening, and then we fell pregnant and now officially our wedding could go ahead.
“But it’s too late now, so … it’s all gone out the window. But it’s fine!”
