OHMYGOSSIP — Ore Oduba and his wife Portia are expecting their second child together.
The former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ winner – who has three-year-old son Roman with his significant other – admitted the couple are “thrilled”, and he has been “quite emotional” since Portia found out she was pregnant.
Ore said: “I never thought I was going to find the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with so when I think that 10 years on from our first date, we’ve got one amazing little boy and another baby on the way, I get quite emotional.
“This is the life I’ve always dreamt of.”
Portia, who is 19 weeks pregnant, revealed Roman predicted she had “chocolate eggs” in her tummy when the pair – who will celebrate 10 years since their first date on Wednesday (19.05.21) – asked him to guess what might be in there.
Speaking in a joint interview with HELLO! magazine, she added: “We waited until we had the scan picture to tell him.
“We showed him and said: ‘Mummy’s got something in her tummy. What do you think it is?’ He looked a bit confused and said, ‘Chocolate eggs?’
“I was like, ‘That’s true – but no, it’s a baby.’
“Roman started to understand more when my bump started showing, so now he wants to say goodnight to the baby and rubs my tummy saying, ‘Hello baby.’ ”
Ore took to Instagram on January 11th 2018 to announce his son had been born two days earlier.
He posted: “Cannot find the words to describe this feeling… Just thank you God for our little blessing. His mum is simply my hero. 09.01.18 the best day in our tiny family’s life. Roman, you are our world… and the world is all yours @portiajett (sic).”
