OHMYGOSSIP — James Lock says he and Yazmin Oukhellou were not compatible.
The ‘TOWIE’ co-stars recently ended their relationship and James, 34, confessed to co-star Pete Wicks, 32, that he didn’t want to have children with “the wrong person”.
In a clip from Sunday’s (18.04.21) show, he can be seen telling Pete: “I’m single now you know. I want kids but I don’t want to have them with the wrong person, as much as I had love for Yaz me and her wasn’t compatible.
“She’s a great girl, there’s no problems, nothing happened but we don’t complement each other as people. She’s off doing her thing in Dubai so good luck to her.”
Pete replied: “The thing with Yaz is, because you both put so much into it, it’s like you don’t want to give up what you put into it but actually starting afresh… ain’t a bad thing at all.”
And, James insisted he is happy to be single and looking for love.
James and Yazmin split in February, with James flying back to the UK and Yazmin choosing to remain in the UAE, where they had been living.
A source told MailOnline at the time: “James and Yazmin haven’t been in a good place for a while now and living together in Dubai only put further strain on their relationship.”
Meanwhile, during their heart-to-heart, James quizzed Pete on his own love life, saying he heard his pal had been “acting up”.
Pete protested: “I’ve not been acting up at all. You know what it is? It’s all come from the night I kissed Ella [Wise] months and months ago, and everyone’s gotten overexcited about it.
“That’s the thing, I’ve reached the point where now I don’t give a monkeys.”
