Demi and her daughter Rumer Willis were spotted catching a Dead Sara concert in Los Angeles at the El Rey Theater in May, so the new pair have known each other for at least six months.
Moore and Friday got close during a romp in the ocean while vacationing in Tulum with Rumer and her boyfriend, Jayson Blair.
Demi finally settled her divorce from ex-hubby Ashton Kutcher in November.
